This is a complaint against the corporation's staffing policy for its brick and mortar buildings. Today, I needed to conduct some bank business. I much prefer to interact with a human being rather than a computer. There was only one teller to take care of the drive up customers and the lobby of the bank. The unfortunate employee was meeting themself coming and going. It reminded me of a rat on an exercise wheel. This is reprehensible! Does the greed of us bank corp know no bounds? Oh wait, I know the answer. It is a resounding YES!
The banking industry was benefited from large tax cuts and growing profits. So what to you choose to do? Cut staff and decrease services - thereby increasing profit. Well, if humans do not have employment, who is going to deposit funds into the bank?
