A very nice salesperson said our phones were acceptable to qualify us for a deal. When we brought our phones in to the store after making sure everything was transferred we were told by a different rep they were unacceptable and additional fees would apply.

We explained that we paid for the new phones based on the salesperson's assurance the old phones were acceptable. This fell on deaf ears. Classic bait and switch

Verizon allows people to set up accounts using other peoples mailing address. This is happening to me. I am receiving mail from Verizon at my home address with someone else's name. When you confront their fraud department about it, they claim it's not illegal.

Even so, it causes work for the people who live at the address that was used to set up the account. In my case I have to deal with all the mail I am getting from Verizon at my address with someone else's name on the parcel.

I did not ask to be involved in some random strangers Verizon account. Yet because Verizon claims its legal to use whatever mailing address they want, it puts a burden on the residents living at that address. Went in to get an upgrade on our phone, got our phone, and that is when it all started. They said our phone was damaged and will not give us our credit that is owed. They inspected it at the store and said it was fine, then shipped it to corporate, who said it was damaged. 00 has become outrageous.

I contacted Verizon today to resolve an issue with my account; I had to cancel several services and return the devices on 12/12/2023 ! I've been waiting more than a week now and haven't received the return labels or boxes as they promised to do, and the Verizon store refused to accept the devices!

Hello Verizon Complaint Department RE: account 157-013-661-0001-03 - Still being billed, although account was cancelled twice.

I began a Verizon Account in an apartment in Falls Church, Va, for internet only in 2022. When my lease was about to end in mid-August 2023, I called to cancel the service. I called on August 17th and spoke with a male agent who told me he had cancelled my account, but that there would a final bill for September. In September, I received a notice that my bill had not been paid and realized that he had not in fact cancelled my account. I texted with someone named Clyde at 12:15 pm on September 18th. He said he would take care of the cancellation but that I might still owe for one more month.

I wanted to let Verizon know how disappointed I am as a loyal customer of 10+ years. I got a hotspot "upgrade" and my old hotspot should have been deactivated with the new one taking over my old line. 00 for a new line that I didn't need to have.

I added new phones in Aug. and have spent over 20 hours on chat with Verizon to only still have issues. The agents change things without your approval. Then you spend time fixing then that agent messes things up. I then contact another get to where I think resolved to find out no one followed through with my credits. Finally in Sept.

The staff at this store are INEPT: they don’t know how to service Verizon hardware. Sarah was unable to remove the SIMM card from my Verizon MiFI8800 Jetpack today and tried using a metal pin (the kind used to eject SIMM cards from older iPhones) pushing the SIMM card out the end of the socket and breaking one of the metal pin contacts.

This destroyed the jetpack’s ability to connect to the SIMM which it was doing at home just prior to visiting this store. The store Manager insinuated that I did it with no offer to repair or replace the jetpack. There was a brief offer of partial coverage for a used product if I bought something on eBay.

Screen brightness gets dimmed on republican sites. Lowers to10 percent. I turn off sim and verizons access and screen returns to normal. Have all setting so it can not be changed. Siri disable button is fake and not works. 25 years a customer and turned off for 2 pennies.

I went to a Verizon store 11 months ago. I was told if I gave them my old phone (and my husband's old phone) that I would get a "free" Apple 14. I have been charge for 11 months for these phones.

Went in 8/3/23 shortly after 10am. I needed a new phone cord to charge phone in my car. I was following employee to look at options/products. I point out a dead roach laying in floor, he does NOTHING! It was gross.

I cut my phone line like a month ago and I saw a new charge today. I contacted an agent on the phone and they said it was because I added an international plan which I canceled on the same day I got it.

I spoke with a representative when I canceled my international plan and they already refunded the amount being charged for the international plan. The supervisor that I spoke to today on the phone was very rude and said it was a recurring charge and therefore a valid charge and can not be removed.

I live in New Mexico. The US Forest Service started 2 fires that turned into a declared national disaster. 3 April 2022 Burned 340,000 acres. Verizion cell towers were burned. They did not set up temp sites in my area.

I contacted them to turn my service off. I later get 2 billing during that time. I called they said it was removed . Now I get a credit company sending me notices. About the 2 mo the bills I call Verizon they have no records now.

I have been on chat for hours and was very specific on what I needed done and I am still waiting. I purchased a plan the other day (prepaid) and was under the impression it would be activated via eSIM. It wasn't of course.

My chat was about extra charges that Verizon Wireless wants me to pay for a service, called Travel Pass, I have never applied, I did not know what it was and I never applied for. My phone had broke and I wasn't able to use it. So I drive to the Verizon store to file a claim and get the process started on getting a new phone. There were 3 employees sitting on their phones, fine.

The woman helping me just hands me a piece of paper and tells me to call the number. I remind her I don't have a working phone. She suggests I ask to borrow someone's phone. I ask to borrow hers.

She says she can't let the customers borrow the phone. I ask if she can call on my behalf and still tells me no. It was a pain figuring out how to file a claim. If this is how the business is (meaning employees cannot help a customer get a replacement phone), you'd be better with the kiosk that would allow a customer to file a claim.

April 1st I ordered an upgrade of 2 phone lines to Samsung Galaxy s23+. I have been a customer for 4 years and pay for 4 phones. One of the 2 phones was received with no issues. My phone order was screwed up by the warehouse twice.

Once it was shipped to NY instead of Florida, the second time the phone was reordered then had the shipper return the package to the warehouse for no reason. It's the 25th and I still have no phone. Can't get a phone until shipped phone is logged in, which will take up to another week.

In October 2022 I got a new flip phone from the Verizon store in Dansville, NY. I was told that I was entitled to a free new phone from Verizon and was told that was what I was getting. In November when I noticed a charge on my bill, I returned to the store to question and was told that it might take a couple of months to come off the bill. That hasn’t happened.

I have returned to the store four times and have been told that they have had problems with that particular employee and that he had given me the wrong phone and that they would have the store manager contact me after each time I went in. He has not responded.

I became sick in 2020 during covid 19, I subsequently had to retire early because I couldn't work any longer! As a result, my income decreased by more than half, down from upwards of 70 thousand per year to just $585 bi weekly!!

Resulting in having to severely cut my expenses. I need my phone because of health reasons that why I constantly made arrangements wurh vzw in order to maintain phone service and they always, always worked with me because I honored my agreements.

I live in zip code 28468 , specifically in Sand Piperbay golf course development, have owned my property for 18 yrs, the coverage hear is very spotty at best . Moved here full time and have friends who have switched to AT&T because you can't make calls with Verizon ,never mind connect to internet without wifi.

I would like to thank the Verizon land line crew who finally installed a permanent line to my house which works so satisfactorily. For months I dealt with static, and service interruptions during rain storms. This was followed by the installation of a temporary line on the ground for 4 months, which failed a couple of times.

They finally installed a permanent above ground line so that the service is loud, clear, and works during rain storms. I rated 4 stars instead of 5 because it took so much effort on my part to get them to this work.
