Verizon has committed fraud on my account. Stolen 2 phones and opening 2 unauthorized lines on my business account. I have tried to resolve the problem since 12/2023 since this started with NO HELP from their customer service. Verizon shut my business like off twice which made me lose money and time.

I’ve called 2-3 times a day for the last 5 months before I finally changed providers. This has taking a toll on my mental and business. Verizon is charging my account a ridiculous amount of money for something THEY DID!

And still has 2 fraudulent lines on my account.

I started with Verizon in January 2023. I have never regretted a decision more. They say customer service can make or break a company. well Verizon is a "broken" company! Verizon customer service will lie over and over again just to get you off the phone.

I returned my brand new phone in for a refurbished phone listening to their lies, and the refurbished phone had the "EXACT" same problems!! So now I'm paying almost $1000 for a used phone! For "FOUR" month's I have been lied to by Verizon's customer service, and have been in and out of their stores trying to get satisfaction on my "EXPENSIVE" investment, to no avail!

My old phone quit but they never offered to have a Tech. Help me at the store instead. They said there's no way that it could be fixed and not until 2 days before the 30 days is up. Dated I find out that attack could reboot my old phone or they'd offer me another one instead.

Nothing good about customer service at all. The only person I interacted with who seemed to be on the ball was the woman who provided the information necessary to transfer from Verizon to AT&T. Other than that, the service has been awful; both on the phone and online.

I recently went on a very short trip to Canada. Unbeknownst to me I needed a Travel Pass because my account did not include unlimited talk, text and data in Canada. I was in Canada part of two days, and one full day. All current account offerings include these services. Since November 2022 I have been trying to be my mother’s account manager in her account with your company. She is 90 years old, she doesn’t leave the house anymore, so I have power of attorney for all her services and accounts except Verizon.

We tried to add me as account manager in number of occasions; the first time, with lots of difficulties, we managed to take her to the Verizon store in Harrisonburg, where she lives, and after more than an hour of wait they told us I will show in her account and start receiving her bills in my address.

As a long-time Verizon customer, for over 20 years now, I have always appreciated prompt, excellent customer service until recently. Let me explain. I have been using a Network Extender provided by Verizon to improve reception at my home since 8/20/2012.

After switching to Verizon Wireless we lost our caller I.D on our Verizon landline, lost voice mail on my wife's phone and we lost our ADT alarm system which has been replaced by ADT for $496,00 because our system was not compatible with Verizon. If I had to rate the customer service of Verizon it would not be 1 but Zero. I ordered an home internet gateway. It was never received yet it was billed ot me. After many attempts to reach a verizon customer service none of which could figure out where the package is, I asked for it to be cancelled.

They confirmed the cancellation on the phone yet did not credit my invoice. The amount was $135. After two weeks when it came time to pay my bill they still had not credited my account. When I paid the bill in full excluding the item that was never received, they threatened collection.

I signed with RCN and let Verizon know immediately. They, Verizon, continued to bill me for 3 consecutive months whole I had 3 months prior, signed with RCN. I called Verizon 10-15 times and was promised they qiykd close my account.

I was not under contract . I asked how to return equipment, they sent a return box in which I returned modem immediately. They refused to allow the basement equipment to be returned. Happy with RCN 3 months , Verizon still didn't cancel my account and no one could address it.

Very poor customer service. At this time I've spent at least 3 -1/2 hours on the phone trying to get a number ported from Service Electric to Verizon. I've been lied to, waited for call backs that never occurred, asked for the same info over and over again.

Since December 27th, 2022, I changed my plan to just internet and Since then I have had nothing but problems!! , Feb. Twice and again in March. I spoke to a supervisor Arthur on March 8th and he was so rude and would not listen to what I was saying.

We had our phones turned on Airplane mode on the boat when we took our cruise. Somehow we still got roaming charges.

Also when we got back home we were on the boat in Texas and they were still charging roaming charges and we got hit with an extraordinary bill. They don't seem to understand that we were in port and still being charged roaming in Texas.

SO here we go again. I have never been so disappointed in a company as I am now. May 2, 2022 I went to a Verizon store to get a new phone. I purchased the Samsung A53, which was a fairly new phone.

Went into the Verizon store to do an upgrade and ended up with no upgrade and a new plan that I didn't request. Obviously, they get credit for getting someone to change plans and they did it to me without my authorization.

It affected my rates and screwed up my account that I have had since they bought Alltel in 2008. I am still being overbilled and sick and tired of being redirected overseas where no-one will assist or connect you with an American based supervisor.

Currently active duty military station in Okinawa Japan. My account was on military suspension and my account was close, not only my account was close but it was sent to collection. Contacted Verizon and i ended up with a rude and the most garbage customer service i could of encounter.

I'm in Okinawa Japan and i was put on hold for over 40 minutes, all i kept getting from this individual was that she was till looking for my account with my phone number. After an hour of holding i decided to hang up.

To make a Horrble storya short one. I was sent a defective phone and sent a replacement for it. service to activate and tranfer. Tony helped me with the transfer but did not complete it nor advise me to back up any of my personal information.

When we went to upgrade our phones, the representative, Sean, at the Canon City location told us that my husband's phone was a straight trade ($800) and mine would be $11/mo. The bill says my husband's is $80/mo and $70/mo for mine!

He told us that since my husband was trading the pixel 6 pro he would get the pixel 7 pro for $100. I traded in S 21+ traded in for the S 23 Ultra. He also did not let us know we would have a monthly fee for the "free" tablets and watchs- however did tell us there was a $35 activation fee for each item.

He also assured us our bill would be lower- it was less than $190/mo and is now over $200/mo!!! We are completely angry about this situation and feel Verizon needs to correct the problem!

We recently went to a Verizon store and signed up for a new plan and got 2 new phones.

However, my wife's phone wasn't in stock because it was the 512. Our salesperson didn't mention we had to be sign for it when delivered. It ended up getting shipped back to your warehouse. I began service with Verizon in December of 2022, I traded in 2 phones and 2 watches. The services were so bad I had to cancel within a week. I was told I could not get my equipment back and that I'd be compensated for the fair market value of my devices.

I agreed to the compensation amount and was told I could expect a refund within 2 to 3 weeks. Since 23 than 2023, I have called Verizon to inquire about my refund, each time I was told there was a delay and at one point told the refund had been denied.

Four tickets to resolve the issue have been placed and all have been denied by Verizon. I have been hung up on, belittled, and told I should be patient by a Regional manager. Verizon has deteriorated with regard to its service from a customer standpoint.

We bought a new iPhone 14 on December 6. We recently realized I was not able to receive texts or photos from non iPhone users. My husband Martin and I called the Verizon help desk Thursday evening February 23rd. We were on for over 2 hours with the help desk going from a Tier one young man to a Tier two young woman Zoe (who was disrespectful and not helpful , often talking over us and bordering rude) to a manager, Jenny.

Not only was the original problem not solved but my iPhone was totally disabled by your “help” desk. We were told I could not get a replacement phone until Monday. I have a medical procedure Monday and need my phone to receive communication with Penn Medicine and my doctor for the procedure.

My name is Raees Rohit Sohil. I tried to switch from T Mobil to Verizon in April 2022. For some reason, it didn't take. All the lines on our account were terminated by Verizon. Now, before this, the store people charged us for activation.

But after my account manager, Vandini Modi, explained our situation, the charge was cancelled and the bill was $0. We switched back to TMobil. But despite this, somehow, the amount must have gone into collections and only my device was flagged as unpaid.

It was reported to Verizon, AT&T as lost or stolen. (I don't know if this still is the case). The point is, that I am not able to trade my device in for a new one, or even switch carriers.
