Verizon has committed fraud on my account. Stolen 2 phones and opening 2 unauthorized lines on my business account. I have tried to resolve the problem since 12/2023 since this started with NO HELP from their customer service. Verizon shut my business like off twice which made me lose money and time.
I’ve called 2-3 times a day for the last 5 months before I finally changed providers. This has taking a toll on my mental and business. Verizon is charging my account a ridiculous amount of money for something THEY DID!
And still has 2 fraudulent lines on my account.
