I was unable to give ZERO stars as for your customer service. Feb 1st/2nd went into your store in Rancho Cordova CA, talked to a young man Damien(I think), spent 40 minutes with my phone & then gave me your # 8009220204.

Feb 7th called & explained what was going on, transferred & explained again, transferred total 3 different times, last lady said she was going to do a diagnostic & then phone went dead, & she did not call me back. Feb 9th, went into same store, talked to a manager lady, we called Verizon & she(manager) explained what was going on.

Straight talk is now part of Verizon. My sister and I have spent literally 20 hours on the phone talking to Straight talk trying to get a transfer pin. After many calls, several hang-ups, being called stupid, a liar and yelled at by one of the employees— we are still nowhere.

Please tell me how to get a transfer pin and get my sisters phone number she has had for 40 years back. Telling us to get a new number is unacceptable.

Our primary account holders phone died. We went to the store to get a new one and all seemed to go well so we upgraded all 4 phones. After the sale I returned home and received a message via the 6 digit Verizon text line stating rhe was a problem and to call the link.

I did and they said there was fraud and 2 additional phones were ordered on top of our other 4. After trying to resolve this the account was locked. All this info came through Verizon text lines and I was even able to see the 2 addional phones on my Verizon app account before they shut it down.

They told us to go to the store and verify our identiies and we did. After an hour and uploading drivers licenses they said it was fine. Only to find out the next day nothing was ordered, accounts were blocked and then they blocked…

I traded in an expensive zfold only 7 months old Payed it off $2000 Bought a different phone and was expecting a trade in value..was told it would be as much as $1000 I was going to switch over to spectrum but decided to switch back to Verizon I was forced to pay off the new phone instead of monthly payments which disqualified me for the trade in I have talked with many representatives in the past 3 months. I signed up in December for a $29 Internet only plan. Being military I was told I couldn't apply for the military discount. After applying for the military discount my bill went from $29 to $44. They added a $5 discount for the military discount and removed the $20 discount that l originally signed up for.

Which was a 10 year contract. I caught many times trying to correct it but I was told nothing can be done.

I was trying to activate a Cellular IPad on my current account. I put in all my info in the "chat with a robot" feature only to be transferred to a rep that took between 5 and 10 minutes to respond to any messages, sometimes asking for information multiple times.

I had to give my name and number four times. It took over an hour to get a 5 minute job done. This has sealed the deal. I'd rather use smoke signals than to ever use Verizon again. Switching carriers now.

Verizon continually keep charging us $555 for a phone that we sent to them that was broken in transit by UPS. UPS informed us that only Verizon can make a claim through them because Verizon are the authors of the shipping labels.

We have called over 20 times and we keep being told it’ll be removed from our bill and we call the following week to follow up and it’s never done. The customer service reps say the notes on our account are blank from previous workers.

We were told it was handled Jan 23 and yesterday our phones were turned off. We called and no one could figure it out and said they’d escalate to a manager and call us in one hour and we never got a call, but they turned our phones back on.

My wife had to call Germany to her recently widowed sister in. law. So I called . per month. My normal bill is $116/month. I paid $156. bill was not disclosed. Now they want me to pay $253. I switched to ATT on Jan 23rd.

On January 21,2023 I spoke with a rep who promised me a permanent $20 reduction on my monthly bill starting in Feb of 2023. I did NOT need to change anything at all about my plan. They were offering it for my 19 year loyalty with the company.

However, mu current bill did NOT reflect the new discount and I spoke with two reps today who refused to honor what the previous rep promised me. They also said there were no notes regarding this. I told them it’s all in the call recording, but they said they could not ho or it as I was given misinformation.

To me, that is simply unacceptable. If I wasn’t given that offer, I would’ve left Verizon last month. BUT because they promised to reduce my bill, I decided I would stay with them! Please help me hold them to their promise!!

This company doesn't even deserve one star as far as I'm concerned. Customer service in the past eight years has gone to absolute hell. I refuse to pay THAT much for a plan and have such awful customer service to go with it.

I logged in to pay my bill, and was told my password didn't match. I began to try and reset the password, and was unable to do so, despite chatting with three separate folks online. I contacted two local offices, and was placed on hold, and or immediately hung up on without ever speaking to someone to try and remedy the situation.

I am utterly overwhelmed with the poor handling of a very simple fix, in my opinion. I have been a verizon customer for almost a decade, and this happens once a year and not being able to speak directly to a human is very upsetting.

I’ve been with Verizon for over 20 years with a considerable bill which is higher than most carriers. I’ve been in the hospital for 9 months this past year with a broken neck and heart problems. I’ve gotten behind on my bill due to this.

My service is disconnected due to payment and I’ve ask for another extension with a promise to pay on the 22nd of February and have been refused. Verizon advertised a working cellular service, requiring me to pay off a $900 iPhone 12 Pro Max on At&t's unusable cell network. I move to Verizon finding the same issue. Why did 10+ hours of technical calls with At&t & Verizon only waste more time!

Both networks are unusable registering -120dB reading over my entire property! I had acceptable cellular service at this address for over 3 years! I learned more than I ever wanted to know about cell towers, spent another $150 for an yagi antenna, because Verizon only offered something that uses LAN for a cell booster?

I cancelled my services to Verizon on 05October 2022. I was a customer for some time. I dropped my telephone into water and rendered the device USELESS. I cancelled service the next day. I have since ,made other arrangements. I am going to live my relatives and have NO NEED for a telephone.

I have written a few letters to Verizon, to no avail. I have just a simple request: A Refund "paper, Check". 64. I understand that this request should be put in writing, and did so, several times. It has been more than 4 Months now, and NOTHING has been done.

For 2 mo I have been trying to get my mom's plan changed. 50. She has a phone that is only a year old & not portable because it is to old. Just in a days time I have talked to 4 people who tell me they can change it.

66 a month with next months bill being $29. When it hadn't been changed I called & was told by Janetha you could only use that with a flip phone. Look in your system & see how many times I have called & been told one thing & it never happens.

Please teach your employees to actual do what they say. I was quoted so so many things that I think Verizon if they were a good company would stand behind what they say. But no they don't at all!

I am a new customer only started Oct 28, 2022, it has been HELL!!!!!! When I opened up my business account with them the rep said I was going to get $1,000 trade in value for 2 of my 3 devices $1,000 for each and $800 for the 3rd.

It is now Feb 4, 2023 and I am still fighting for those trade in credits. I was also told that at the moment they had a big promotion of $560 per line ported in. Oh and $100 for referring someone, of course I said lets do it.

Nothing so they got the trade in credit and port in credit correct in some of the lines but managed to still have it missing in the others. It's like if they do it to try and get away and shut the customer up but I look at my bill.

Which may I add has the worse explanation ever. This has been a nightmare in only a few months I honestly…

Galaxy s22 released and sold by Verizon is an untested product in the field. I have experience with this . Do Not buy this phone . You will regret it . They have downsized the tools that you can access on the phone eliminating tools from previous galaxy s models .

I have been sitting in this store for over an hour. I was at this store on 1-12-2023 and waited over an hour and 45 minutes and had to leave. This store is horrible at customer service. It is located in colonial hieghts Virginia.

The address is 798 Southpark BLVD SUITE 2. The manager is rude and not at all honest about the wait times. The district manager, I was told, is Orlando Holmes. This store has a very bad reputation on these issues.

I hope this actually goes to someone that help fix these issues at this store. I have watched 3 people waiting in front of me walk out since the service took so long.

Disconnected service, before I did that I spoke to a live agent about getting a credit since I was only into 4 days of the billing cycle. I was told that it wouldn't be a problem. My unused days would be credit. WRONG! I was lied to.

After 5 days trying to get to talk to someone, I finally spoke to someone and was told that the credit and money was issued and be back in my bank account. WRONG! was lied to again. (If I new that I would have all this trouble I would have waited until the end of the billing.

Also was told the only way to get credit was on a credit card. The agent wouldn't even give me the last 4 digits of the credit ca4d used several years ago. My next step is to write a letter to the Complaint Dept, Corporate Headquarters, BBB and the local TV station.

My complaint is that I was mislead about a credit to my account upon disconnecting service. I was paid up to the end of my billing cycle. I was told that I would receive a credit because I had 26 days that I paid for.

First off I got a phone from Walmart and the person that was working there for Verizon which Verizon says is not a Verizon employee that give me my phone did not give me the insurance that I repeatedly asked for. Then within a month my phone got broke and Verizon simply told me tough luck there was nothing they could do about it because I was not given the insurance that I asked for.

If I could give them less then a star I would. I cancelled Verizon because I couldn't even dial out where I live. I asked for a copy of the last bill to make sure they credit the account for days no longer with Verizon.

The Verizon representative said they would have to charge me money to get a copy of the bill. This company nickel and dimes you. So I refused to pay for a copy of a bill.

When I came to Verizon in September 2022 I was promised a $200 gift card for each new line I setup. I setup 3 lines and was supposed to receive 3 gift cards of $200 each. this is either a case of a bait and switch or extremely poor customer service.

Called to upgrade my service. Had an appointment for 8-10 am today so I planned for it. Between that time I received a phone call that you would not be here until 10-12. At 12:45 I messaged you was told my appointment was now between 2-4 pm which now means I have to cancel another appointment plus never even received a call about the latest delay.

About a month ago i spoke to someone who I don't remember their name gave my mom a discount of $45 & said with the 55t program that would be the amount monthly. But she continues being charged $92 with a $10 discount.

$82 for a senior citizen to have a cell phone is absurd. Spoke with Gabriella today for 45 minutes. She was very rude & said the only thing she could do is lower it to $55 but she would have to qualify for Acp which is only for American Indians with a tribal # & the 55t program is only available florida residents.

Customer service has not a clue & they have never done what they said & my mom has been a loyal customer for years. No more. Switching to a company that the customer service is very very nice & straightforward & helps thru as my problem. Get a grip Verizon!

When I signed up for internet only service in August, 2022 Verizon offered gifts. I wasn't looking for any, but since they were offered I agreed. 00 e-gift card. I couldn't get the e-card until I established a couple of payments.

They kept sending emails saying I could claim the card, but it didn't happen until Dec 11, 2022 when I got the card number and pin. I had to use it on Verizon equipment which I didn't want, or apply the card on my account.

I opted for the payment route and after my Jan 2023 pmt was completed, I had to wait until I had a balance on my account again. Well, on Jan 18, 2023 I tried to make the payment. Over and over and over.

I had to get a week’s worth of an international plan added to my normal plan a couple months ago. The customer service rep that signed me up for it told me how to cancel it once my week was up, and he told me to call customer service just to make sure it was canceled.

I did what he said, and then called customer service just to be safe. They told me it was canceled, but it’s still on my bill every month after I paid it off, which was 3 months ago. It’s a pain to call every month to get something that I was told was canceled off my bill.

I think I’ll have to threaten to cancel them if they can’t take care of it

We have lived in our community for 20 years. We have NEVER had problems with dropped calls until three weeks ago. We went to our local Smithfield, VA 23430 Verizon Store for help. They said that we needed to update to 4G-5G phones. After spending $1100 we went home and since that time have had more dropped calls and disconnects than we had with the old equipment. After going through multiple technical calls we learned that we are now in a dead zone due to the poor tower signals. We live less than 4 miles from a tower.

Totally unacceptable for us to be paying Verizon for little or no service. Totally cruel for us to drive away from our home to make a call Totally criminal for you to take our money and not have service. Totally horrible way to treat decent people who depend on Verizon.

I was told Verizon offered good service. Apparently that has changed. Every time without fail, I get someone overseas who refuses to even speak. It happened again today. I asked questions I got dead air and then she said she was trying to help me.

So I hung up and tried to call back but they have blocked me again. They refuse to put people through to tech-support-they refuse to work. I say Verizon doesn’t care because they hire people from overseas that they know they can pay a pittance to and The customer gets nothing..

In November I was able to take advantage of the free upgrade to a new iPhone 12. On Nov 13 I followed all directions to activate the phone. Once the old phone was disconnected and the new phone activated, the screen on the new phone was black.

I could hear that it was working but couldn't see anything and therefore was unable to use it. I had to work without a phone that day. When I went to the store (in Newport Centre, Jersey City, NJ) after work and requested a new phone I was told I would have to pay a $25 restocking fee to get a new phone, but

the associate swore the phone was fine and just needed to be reset. This was untrue as the phone didn't hold a charge and many features did not work properly, but I didn't have time to deal with it right away.

I’ve been promised that a technician would be out to my house (Verizon doesn’t have field support people).

I’ve bee promised a signal booster on two occasions would be delivered in 48 to 72 hours - has not happened. Always kindly apologetic but

Liars liars liars I have been dealing with them for more than 3 months to get refund for the phone I returned. They all try to act as if they will resolve the issue and trying to cut the call at the earliest. Once the call is down no issue is resolved.

For the last several months, when I get my Verizon bill I get frustrated all over again. On October 24, 2022 I ordered ( Order # 5984741 ) a Samsung Galaxy S22 from the Verizon website after receiving a promotional email.

I didn’t return a blue S10e, I have never owned a blue S10e. I returned my white S10e as I stated I would when I ordered the S22. I talked to Verizon customer support and was told I need to upgrade my plan to get the full credit even tho I have an unlimited plan.

I didn’t do that, instead I decided to go to the Verizon…
