I few week ago I extended my time to pay. During the time of my payment, I made two payments a week apart. Let me tell you, Verizon did not accept either payment, Verizon rejected my payment twice. On Friday, 01/27/2023, my service was disconnected.
Due to my work schedule, I forgot call and make a payment. I go to the Verizon store to make a payment, I was told, I couldn't make any payments using a card; I would have to come inside and pay with cash.
The duration of payment would be 6 months cash payments. NO one informed me of that when I got the service, and when I make phone calls, I was never told, I had to make cash payments for 6 months.
