Called back asked, next rep she said the rep put on the notes she had the sustained charges. So the rep lied about what she told me. I asked to speak to a supervisor, Waited 30 mins on hold. Explained or tried to explain.
Michael I think his name was. Wouldn't let me even explain. Asked him to pull the call to see what was said. He refused . Then hinted rep's cant know everything. I was a rep for thirty years with VZ land line.
I nerve treated anyone in the manner I was treated and never lied The supervisor said you used services you pay no exceptions. I didn't use the services.
