2503. My phone bill for Dec was 20 higher than normal. I called it was overseas charges that I didn't use. The girl told me she would give me credit. I'd see in the next bill . Didn't receive credit .

Called back asked, next rep she said the rep put on the notes she had the sustained charges. So the rep lied about what she told me. I asked to speak to a supervisor, Waited 30 mins on hold. Explained or tried to explain.

Michael I think his name was. Wouldn't let me even explain. Asked him to pull the call to see what was said. He refused . Then hinted rep's cant know everything. I was a rep for thirty years with VZ land line.

I nerve treated anyone in the manner I was treated and never lied The supervisor said you used services you pay no exceptions. I didn't use the services.

Had appt at 12:00 and got to location early. Did not get help until 12:15. We have had Verizon for many years with 5 lines and phone. 5 hours to transfer data and could not leave phone.

Also, our phone no money off and would have to pay full price. No exceptions. So I guess we have to go to T-Mobile and get all new phones and lines. Sad!

On December 11,2022 I call customer service , to inquire about the acp program, I spoke, Mary from the Philippines. Who assisted me with completing my application. And advise ne that I was approved and would, see on my next billing, that would have been my January , 2023 bill. Unfortunately that did happened.

I call back to Inquire, why didn't I see the credit of the acp, I was told by Jada, that my application was incomplete and was not approved. This wad extremely disappointing and exhausting. Jada was extremely helpful, professional and willing to assist me.

At this time I'm receive and asking, to receive my monthly credit as promised. Because of incorrect information given. This has been disappointing and poor customer service received.

I was lied to about the monthly rate of my cell phone service by customer service representative, she also lied about her name. When I called to get the matter resolved, the rep told me to go to the Verizon store in Joplin, Mo, and bring in my paperwork, The rep told me that the store would be able to see the paperwork and get it straightened out.

That rep also lied, there is nothing that the store rep could do. I want the rate that was given to me by the first rep. I have it in print from an e-mail sent to me by Verizon's customer service.

I don't Know how to attach a file so you would have to call me.

We were sold a prepaid phone from Russell Cellular in Alpine TX that does not work in our location in Big Bend National Park. It is a 120 mile trip (one way) to visit this store and they are not working with us well to resolve the issue.

We traveled to this store on Sunday to try to figure this out and although the web site (and the store door) said that they would be open, when we got there, an additional sign on the door said closed and the store was locked up tight. Extremely frustrating!

Other Verizon phones work in the park while ours does not. In my opinion Russell Cellular does not deserve a franchise.

00. 00 for a month plan. UPS was to deliver it on a Tuesday. Because we had to sign for it, one of us had to be at our site at all times. , Florida. One of us was at our site all day and evening.

I had an appointment at 6:00 with Verizon on 4th st in Santa Rosa, Ca. I ordered a phone back in November which never received so I told them last week which was the reason they gave me an appointment to handle it and get a new phone.

The elderly person said he would have someone call me to get it taken care and from there they would be able to help me get a new phone in the store. The person on the phone handled it but the other person left and the three other men decided to close everything down and put phones in the safe at 6:40 when the store closes at 7:00 and I had an appointment so they should have helped me.

My mother had been a loyal customer for over 14 years, I have been one longer than that and am responsible for my mother becoming one. We have a bundle package home phone, internet, and cable. Verizon claims to care about their customers.

We also either get mail, emails, or calls for signing up with new programs stating that we are a value customer. I always pay our bills, no matter the bill, etc. I have been my mother's caregiver for the past 6 years and have been paid as such.

My mother had died this past Sept. 27, 22 and my income was cut off I have been seeking employment since. My bill was paid for this past Oct, but I owe Nov, Dec, & now Jan. I have just gotten employment this week, but my service will be shut off this coming Sat 01/14/23.

My in-laws have a land line with Verizon. Verizon disconnected there home phone without notice. Per 4 calls they needed to get authorization to speak to me which has been done several times. We live hours away from them to just run over and help.

My mother in law went to the hospital when it was freezing out to call from hospital so Verizon could talk to my father in law to to add me as a representative. Verizon rep spoke to my father in law (on what he could talk) and we got the new base or phone ordered.

I needed to change my plan to avoid a $15.00 overage in data that I got a text message on my phone. Never happened before in over 20 years with verizon. So I went to my account and chatted with "agent" - no name. I understood that the new plan would be $166.18 for my only 2 lines I've had forever. But then I see the next bill is $238.56. Worst Chat and customer service experience. Had to restart 3 times because the agents ended the chat without answering my questions, I applied for a discount, got a confirming text message that the employment was verified. Received a bill for January where the discount was not applied.

Started chatting and was told the discount applied for was incorrect and there was a specific link to apply for the discount, The link provided is the same link used to get the discount every year. The round and round about the incorrect discount was ridiculous.

I would like someone from corporate to contact me as soon as possible. On December 26 my son ordered and paid in full for a set of air pods 3rd generation for my granddaughter. I called because I ordered a phone (via an upgrade offer) for my daughter. I paid for two day delivery. I ordered the phone on the 28th of December and it was supposed to be delivered on the 30th. It did not arrive, so I checked online, and it just said the order had been received.

I have spent upwards of 50 HOURS at least on various phone calls and chats after ordering 2 pixels BOGO since October. They have repeatedly billed me in full for the phone after I spent hours putting it on monthly billing.

I have had nothing but trouble with the My Verizon site and app for 3 years. It is hard to navigate, and if you no longer can locate a piece of your account info, you are SUNK. The site and app will have you circling back on yourself over and over, re-asking you the info you were asking THEM for.

I've sat with representatives on the phone for an hour, who have no idea what to do. And don't get me started on the new "Chat" feature, which kept leading me back to the site, which wouldn't let me in, either.

In December 2019, we purchased three new Verizon phones and a family plan at the Verizon store at 6464 S Raccoon Road, Canfield, OH, 44406. We were never offered the discount for military, first responders, and teachers and we didn't find out about that until an ATT&T rep told us. I have been teaching at Champion Schools in Champion, OH for 22 years. If I had known about the discount, I would had my son Justin put the account in my name and would have taken the discount. I canceled my home services in the end of October and returned all equipment. Equipment returned in November 4th according to a rep. Andy (Andres) in Billing confirmed that I did not authorize changes to be made to my account.

Order 31813914 placed 11/29/2022**shipped 12/09/2022**Not Delivered - UPS tracking states "Damaged" I have called & spoken with customer support multiple times without resolution. 2 or 3 "IT Tickets" opened **Verizon Customer Service stated multiple times I have to wait until product returned by UPS.

Not my issue after this length of time - Christmas gifts did not arrive. My expectation is Verizon to cancel original order, remove/refund associated charges, replace my order (2 - 14PRO iPhones*EXPENSIVE*), and ship new order to recipient's mailing address.

Just purchased an iPhone 14 Pro Max (cash) and paid the balance of an iPhone 12. Verizon offered a free Apple Watch. A day later my payment for watch was declined. When I tried to reinstate they eventually (after being in the phone with them for over an hour) wanted me to make a payment (still have time to pay bill) along with the $30 for the watch.

On December 24, 2022, I went to the Verizon store on Grand in Chino Hills, California, to purchase a flip phone. I saw one on display for $99, so I waited for two hours for a sales rep believing that the phone I wanted was available.

When I finally was called, the sales rep told me that the phone on display for $99 was not in stock, but the store did have a similar phone for $75, which was presented to me in an open box by a supervisor. Most new electronic devices come in sealed boxes, so I assumed that the phone was a returned item.

I was assured by the supervisor, a polite and conscientious young lady, that the phone was new. When I went to check out, I learned that the actual price of the phone was three times the amount that I had been told. It was around $225.

My phone screen on my Galaxy 22 stopped working halfway up the face of it. So I went into the Verizon store they told me was under warranty and arranged for every placement shipping USPS. The verify my address as my old address and asked me for my new one which I gave them which is a fat fingered into their little tablet things that they carry around.

And fortunately they put in half my old address and half my new address so my phone never got to me because you USPS had no idea what to do so it went back to Verizon. I am a Verizon customer of 23 years. And I am fit to be tied. Apparently my problem is quite unusual. At least that is what the rep. of the last of seven phone calls from the Verizon Store at 9985 S Eastern Ave Ste 130, Las Vegas, NV 89183, told me. At December 21 2022 I stop by at Verizon Eagan store for help with my account and rebates. I called to customer service at same day and they recommend me stop by at Verizon store, because I setup my account at that store and they provided me a lot of not correct information.

Store representative (her name is: Dominique), was not nice. She simply told me to call customer service, customer support and rebate center (Rebate center do not have a phone number). I explained to her - I already called to customer service and they recommended to stop by original store when my account was set up.

She refused to helping me, she simply told me she supposed to help another customer ! What about me? I'm customer too! At that store they provided me wrong information and did not correctly activates my…

I cancelled the purchase of a new phone and services.

however, I received a bill for the Phone anyway. i contacted Verizon and was assured the matter was resolved. Now i received a debt collector notice. The store is Verizon Victra located at 29560 rancho california/Temecula, california 92592. Acct: 87391397600001.

I returned the phone the same week of purchase.

The Crystal River Version Sales Team did nothing but lie about 5 G service in my area I took phone home and terrible cell service in my area. I then called Verizon and the company told me they don’t have 5 G service in my area They all so told my that they have poor service in my area and Versions would not be a good choice for me.

I then bought everything back to the Crystal River store where the new that the lied to me. They didn’t want to take care of my problems and made me wait for 2 hours They LITERALLY LIE To your face.

Bad service bad people They charge me $50 dollars for each item $200 Dollars to find out there Service doesn’t work in my area. Plus I need a phone for work until my number was ported over. Smart Talk for $40 bucks and $35 Dollars for one month service $75 Dollars…
