Poor service and deceit at Verizon store greenwood Indiana. S hwy 31N in Greenwood and we’re told 2 hour wait and we were added to the list. We went to run errands and we were notified in about 30 minutes, but we’re doing another errand we could not drop and go to scheduled appointment.

We returned and re added to wait list and Ryan was being less than expected as a customer service representative and asked us to leave when we let him know we were not happy with being lied to about wait time. We would have originally had our two hour wait time called at 10 minutes before closing which also makes little business sense.

This is the third time this location has given us trouble with our service. Would not have Ryan assist us in any future assistance or purchases as he is not a person that…

I have a wifi 4g LTE tower for internet . Verizon discontinued the service even though the tower was a 4G device When I ordered a replacement device I was sent a phone ONLY device. When I called to complain about the device I was told I needed two devices to have phone and internet.. A RIPOFF.

In the last few weeks, we noticed a large tangle of Verizon wires hanging down from our house. My wife spent hours trying to speak to a real person at Verizon. She finally got to speak with someone who evidently arranged for the wires to be removed today between 8am and 2pm.

I was a customer for 13 years. Verizon has tripled their prices. They are non- negotiable charges and are very unreasonable. They are simply robbing their customers and continue to do so. 00 Verizon use to be a good company, but greed has overriden customer service.

I ordered telephone and internet service from Verizon, I received an email for confirmation that a tech would be at my house on Nov. 29,2022, because my phone jack is not working. The tech never came and I called the next day, all I have been getting is lies and excuses.

I was told again that a tech would be here on Dec. 6 between 12 noon-8pm, yet again no one showed. I called today and now the date has been changed again to Dec. 12,2022. Poor customer service, repeated calls for repeated lies.

I would not recommend Verizon for anyone

I spoke to 5 different people over a 5 day period in regard to my phone that I ordered. Nobody knew what they were doing and nobody could give me answers. I was suppose to receive 2 callbacks and nobody called back.

I was told on Friday morning that my order was lost in your system and later that day it was delivered. All 5 people I spoke with need additional training because they don’t know what they are doing.

I placed an order over the phone for a new phone.

11/26 - 30 minutes on the phone and the rep did not know how to complete the order at the end. 11/26 - transferred me to a new rep who took the order and said everything was complete. I asked her if she needed a credit card for the $75.57 which was the line charge and the tax. She said no it would be added to my monthly bill. Today Tuesday Nov 6th 2022 I had a major issue with a Verizon door to door seller. I can't certify she was a real seller working for the company but this is the issue. Around 4 PM a young couple, one white boy and a black girl rang my doorbell.

I was in the shower and I didn't have time to answer. I saw them leaving and they left the front fence OPEN. 5 minutes later I saw them again, in and out, door to door, I asked them if they rang my bell just a minutes ago and they said yes.

They offered me a Verizon packet. I said no kindly and they left. The girl had a tablet with the Verizon logo. Later on at approximately 6 PM I heard someone trying to open my front door. I thought it was my roommate, and when I opened the door I saw a young Hispanic girl.

They add additional fees to monthly bills without consent and they charge fees they advertise for free after the face. They make u wait on hold hours before a representative even speaks to u. Their fees are always inflated and their service is the worst. My internet is useless.

My bull doesn't make sense. I called to get to the bottom of it to see why and what was going on. I spoke 6o Bev, Jen, Monica (I think) and one other person. All three assured me I would be transfered to a billing manager.

On November 25 I purchased more than $2000 worth of Apple and Verizon goods and services at the Waynesville North Carolina town centre loop office. it took about two hours to complete the sale and since it was closing time we agreed that I would come back today to activate the phones and do whatever else I needed to do to begin using our new iPhone 14’s when I came into the office today to check in I asked to use the bathroom I was told it was off limits .

I had multiple repeated issues. We went into the store to switch to verizon and get new phones. The reps were largely unprofessional in store. As we leave they mention there is a larger storage option that we were not made aware of.

WE said we would have preferred that. They said to take the phones we had and they would order new ones to get us the better storage. We come in after being told they arrived and only one phone is present.

We then try to change the phone color since they cannot process the order anyway. The second order comes in and its wrong again. WE had to go to the store three times and my husband settled for a purple phone.

Place order 8695847 on 11/29/22, location code 0423101 for address 2031 Third Ave Apt J49, Dothan, AL 36301. The account was set up for prepay as I understand it automatically comes out of my bank each month. After receiving an email that service was completed verizon mailed a sim card to me to place in the phone I was already using.

In June of 2022 I transferred my service from Verizon to Spectrum and Spectrum began charging me monthly premiums. Verizon continued to bill me for the service even though I was no longer with them. Once I realized the automatic charges had occurred for 4 months after I transferred service I called Verizon to be refunded.

I was informed they kept my tablet on the plan and transferred my phone so they would not refund my money. I asked for a supervisor and was denied. I asked for them to make notes so it could be handled. I called again. Same situation.

} They did not properly placed an order on 3 phones not being at stuck. at the time of the service It caused us pay higher price for 1 line ported as well as keep paying 3 lines on T-mobil.

They did not enrolled us on the plan we asked and added insurance coverage even though I specifically asked them not to do it. They did not give us a proper instruction how to send back our trade in phones from T-mobil Service.

When I bought a phone from Verizon they activated the wrong number to the phone and would not fix it until the next day, and I had to go to a store to fix it. Then when I changed plans they cut one phone off during an important conversation.

And the customer service people who fix problems do not care. They fix the problems but they do nothing to make sure it does not repeat.

On October 21 & 22 I called Verizon to inquire about a plan. I explained to the person I couldn't afford a high bill and I have an older phone, IPhone 8. I told him I didn't want 5G and my old phone doesn't support it.

I asked if there are any senior citizen plans or discounts. I am a senior citizen. He explained that Verizon only sells plans that are 5G. And the best deal he could give me is the 5G Play More. There isn’t enough paper to write what a cluster this has been. I have been a patron for over 20 years. I got a new phone about five months ago. The phone did not allow me to dial one 800 numbers or any toll-free numbers.

It did not even allow me to dial Verizon! They gave me a new Sim card after my third time to the store once again I still cannot dial toll-free numbers. Not sure who Verizon is outsourcing the chat lines to but it’s ridiculous. I spent 4 HOURS on chat trying to get new service to find out I had been up charged to the max and my bill was going to be $380 month for 2 phones.

Then when I questioned it the agent completely ghosted me. 5 hours of my life I will never get back. I finally said screw this and went to a Verizon store and Fraud flags me. I take care of that and go back to Verizon 4 days later and I’m flagged again. Idiots.

This episode started with us ordering a phone on line several months ago. We printed the order confirmation, They e-mailed it to us. We got the phone and its nice. Works way better than Verizon Customer service. Then we get the new bill.

On Nov 1 I ordered the Apple Ultra watch order # 9425787. I traded in my functional Apple 6 Gen watch that I wore everyday. This watch was mailed under submissions ID 209886390837138. I received the Apple Ultra on Nov 9th and a few days later I received the packing supplies to ship out my Apple Gen 6 watch that I removed from my risk.

I have ALWAYS taken very great care of my personal property and that watch has ALWAYS had a screen protector on it. I was given an estimate of 180 as my trade in value for my watch and this is what made it easier to buy the 799 dollar watch in the first place.

I have been a customer of Verizon since 2001. Recently, I received two text messages as well as a printed letter informing me that Verizon was discontinuing service for my broadband router, a Novatel MIFI T-1114 because it has "voice" as well as data capability and that the "voice" part of this device is on CDMA - a network that Verizon will be shutting down at the end of December 2022.

At the end of August, 2022, I switched phone carriers from Verizon to Visible. At that time, there was an over-payment on my Verizon account of $67.90.

As of 11/10/22, after at least 8 phones calls so far, and literally HOURS on the phone, I still do not have that refund.

I called to request a refund and was told they would send me a check. A check never arrived.

I called again and discovered they did not have my correct billing address, even though I have been a Verizon customer for decades. The representative said they corrected the address and stated a MasterCard would be sent to me. The MasterCard never arrived.

I was never told that there was a fee to change your telephone number. When I received my Thank you email for my last payment I saw that Verizon had taken $22 more then my regular payment. When I questioned it I was told it was for the number change.

I was never told that as I would have just got rid of it and got another cell phone. I begged to have the payment reversed and corrected or to shut off the autopay. They said they could put a credit on my next bill.

After those spam, Anonymous, and robo calls intensified I called Verizon to help. I was told to block them, use no more robo,and anonymous call rejection. I did but they got worst. I called again, was told everyone gets them, you could change your number.

I did with assurety that it was an uncirculated number. Two days later I got 2 spam calls. I called, was told that wasn’t true. I was over charged $22 on my Verizon account. I inquired and was told it’s a number change fee.

I have Verizon High Speed Internet. I have been having problems with the internet service not working or being extremely slow for over 9 months. Presently, my internet has been down since 10/28/22, and I have no service at all, today’s date, 11/9/22.

I have spoken to 4 representatives and 3 supervisors. I have been given multiple escuses and multiple dates the service would be up, but as of today’s date, 11/9/22, I have no service. None of your representatives or supervisors have resolved the issues.

None of them have kept their word. This is my last resort prior to going to BBB or other agencies.

Celllular service has gotten outrageously poor in Willimasburg - particularly in the Ford’s Colony area. I have walked the 3.5 mi Edinburgh loop for 18 months and all of a sudden I cannot get: NPR 1 or NPR on the local radio station. I cannot maintain a conversation with someone from Williamsburg West to my home (Pebble Beach). I bought a iPhone 12 with 5G - and it has made NO difference…in fact, all has gotten worse.

Just wanted to be sure that you know I do not feel like I am getting my $85 worth of service.

I would just like to say that the automated phone service you have is horrible and it needs to be adjusted. The fact that the system hangs up on you if you can't provide a number is absolutely the worst.

With that being said I have been trying to get internet service with Verizon since September for our home office. Things were going smoothly until the Representative I was working with stopped communicating with him. He had some family and personal issues.
