, Pennsylvania, shuts down and does not restart. I am trying to operate a small business; however, it is next to impossible with NO PHONE SERVICE if my customers cannot reach me to make boarding reservations for their pets. It is my understanding that the equipment needs a new battery, but Verizon is TOO CHEAP to install one.

This situation has been going on for a number of years, and, truthfully, I am damned sick of it.

Verizon had a open case with our company pertaining to fraud done to us and after giving us the run around for a month and furnishing us with a claim number to resolve the issue they simply lied to us. In Good Faith we went a long with all their lies and now we are supposed to stay with a unresolved issue.

This is such a massive blow in Verizons customer service. If they do not correct this we are taking our business elsewhere . After 25 years of service this is what we get.

I have been a Straighttalk customer for 15 years. Recently they forced me to put a sim card they mailed to me in my phone. My phone has not worked since. I am asking for my phone to be put back in working condition as it was .

I had a real difficult time closing our account. Having to check three times and get a receipt from the local Big Rapids Michigan office. Verizon had to have my husband‘s death certificate in order to close our account. I recommend to everyone to STAY AWAY from Verizon wireless and Verizon credit card.

I have been a long time Verizon customer for over twenty years. After many disappointments with Verizon I have finally reached the end of my limits. The latest infraction after my IPHONE was stolen I went to purchase a new Phone for a replacement because I am a Mental Health Counselor and need to keep my line and contacts at hand. 00.

I said yes not realizing what it entailed and thinking I would give away the Watch to a niece. 00 dollars and it has never been used. The Verizon representative, who was very helpful, told me if I had brought it back within 30 days it could have been returned.

I ordered a new iPad Pro with a cellular plan directly from Apple. It did not come with a SIM card. Apple Care told me I needed to get the SIM from my carrier, Verizon.

I spent 42 minutes online and on the phone trying to find out if I could get the SIM from a local Verizon store. Before driving to the store I wanted to call the store to make sure they had the SIM card, but I could not get a local number from Verizon customer service. When I spoke to a supervisor, he assured me "100%" if I went to the local corporate Verizon store they would have the SIM card for my iPad.

I drove 22minutes to the store located at 4405 North Oracle Road, Tucson, AZ 85705. I spoke with the only african american representative there at 1:25PM local time and told him of my need. He told me the new iPads only…

14583 Orchard Pkwy Ste 100, Westminster, CO 80023. This store has the worst, most rude staff. They would not let me use my license or passport to pick up an online order: they then said i was being "sketchy" because i asked to speak to the manager.

n They did it again tonight to my boyfriend and then threatened to get him arrested (because of what who knows). He was also trying to pick up a phone. They were rude, inappropriate amd have absolutely no business turning down a valid ID.

They then reported $1000 of fraud although nothing was purchased. Very disappointed.

I had a landline phone and internet service with Verizon which they've slowly killed off , until there is nothing at all. Not coincidentally, they announced that they were discontinuing landline service as of 12/22 but never informed me of the fact.

They have been billing me $126 monthly for nothing and have made it impossible to cancel my account because their website only responds to mobile numbers and my account info resides solely in my online account! I am a senior on a limited fixed income and this is literally food out of my mouth.

With a new debit card and number, I was finally able to block their autopayment, but now the threatening notices have begun.

We changed form AT&T to Verizon we went to the store in Mission Valley in San Diego, we trade 4 lines and one of the phone were shipped to TN without the correct name and the box was retuned. Since then we have been over the phone for hours went to the store is 20 minutes away from home and with the gas prices so high.

We spoke with the General Manager name MARK who assure us they will call us to fix the problem. Terrible manager that should be fired . Regret to change to this company

I switched over from AT&T. I kept my phone and added two new lines and two phones. I can not receive calls at all. Half my text messages and when I leave Wi-Fi I can’t get any signal. I’ve been into the store on 4 occasions to get help with no change.

I spend a total of over 9 hrs in stores trying to get my phone fixed! I was over charged tremendously and I can’t even use my phone. This was the worst decision I have made by far. This is a horrible, money hungry business that don’t even have the correct information to run their own business.

Don’t waste your time or money on Verizon.

Several weeks ago I purchased a new Google 6a phone from verizon. When I received the phone it would not boot up (come to learn if had no chip inside) I returned the phone via UPS using a UPS mailing sticker that came with the new phone.

I then sent the phone back to Verizon using the aforementioned package.

Subsequently I received a second new phone again not booting up. After speaking with a Verizon technican, I was instructed to remove the chip from my old LG6 phone and put it in my new phone. It worked and my new pixel 6A works fine.

August 26 2022 I ordered a phone , screen protector, phone case, and a charger by phone but to pick up in store in Wilmington NC. Representative took my credit card infor over the phone. In about a half hour store calls me and says they can not fill my order because all items on same ticket and they do not have charger.

I have been with Verizon for over six years and all that changed when my phone was stolen. I had insurance on my phone. I then notified Verizon what had happened. They told me all I had to do was pay the deductible which was $250. No problem there.

I travel 95% of the year. I got in contact with another company that deals with phone replacement . It had been over a month and I still haven't received my phone. I had to go with another phone company because of the nature of my work.

I changed my internet provider to Verizon and they offered a benefit for changing my mobile phone service. I bought a new I-phone through them and they were supposed to transfer the three other lines as well. It's been nothing but a headache.

First, they didn't tell me that the sim cards were sent and at the store for pickup. The order was cancelled and I was forced to redo the entire order. The initial one had already taken hours to complete. Then, when the cards came, I put them into my phone and my wife's.

I called Verizon store in Berlin New Hampshire tonight to have my prepaid account changed and I was told I need to go to the store. So I drove an hour one way to find out when I got there I couldn't be helped and when I asked why I was told on the phone that I needed to come in.

The gentlemen behind the counter became very rude and was swearing at me and basically said to me that I was a fucking retard and was wasting his time. I've never been treated so badly by a customer service representative in my life.

The best part is I had my young child with me and had to listen to this verbal abuse. I will never go back and if he treats everyone that walks through the door the way he treated me you'll loose all of your business at that store.

Around September 22,2021 my husband and I purchased two iPhones (13 pro max) two Apple watches and insurance (we thought) we found out around August of 2022 that we had been paying for two, iPhones, an Apple Watch and some kind of Motorola flip phone. 00 cheaper this month than last month.

Bought 2 new iphone 14's and had the problem of both phones ringing with each call received. Called Verizon support and spoke with a person for one hour only to have her tell me she had never seen this problem and sent me to someone else, a higher tech she said.

I was on the phone with this second person for one hour and 57 minutes (3 hrs total). All kinds of things were tried and they supposedly documented everything that they had tried. Bottom line no one there was able to fix our problem.

We were frustrated so next morning we decided to go to our local Verizon store to see if they could help us. Within ten minutes the problem was solved and we were out the door. Perhaps you should look into and maybe train your associates more in the problem solving.

My husband passed away, and I needed to put the account in my name and take his number/phone off the account. We have had Verizon for years with 4 phones on it. In the last couple of months my daughter, son and I all got new phones with promos/upgrades.

When I went to take my husband’s phone off, they said they needed to give me a new account, and I now would not get the promo/upgrade credits. This isn’t right. Because of a death in the family, I needed to update our account. Then I get penalized.

I am constantly losing calls in my development where I live! In my home I have to stand in certain locations or I drop the calls. I will also get a message on my phone that states that I am not connected to a network therefore you can only make emergency calls.

I can't stand this any longer. I drop calls with doctors. My 92 year old mother lives 45 minutes away from me and I need my phone!!! This is ridiculous. All of my neighbors have the same problem. Someone needs to come here and figure out the problem.

I purchased a Galaxy S-21 at a Verizon store in Austin, Texas. About a week after I brought it home, I noticed that it constantly dropped off of the internet when not on WiFi. It would not connect to the internet when I was out and about.

This was frustrating because I could not use Google Maps, or anything on the internet about 50% of the time. I took the phone back to the store. and offered me a new S-22 (just give back the S-21). Okay, why not?

My wife and I were watching a football game using data. We had unlimited data. We thought that meant we had unlimited data. We got a notification we were running out of data. we had unlimited data. We called Verizon and got a customer service rep.

He told us that our unlimited data was indeed not unlimited. That's just one complaint. The representative asked us to put our phone on speaker and FaceTime our iPad where he showed us how to stream the football game at lower quality.

To be quite honest, one star is generous. We have been on and off the phone with the multiple times as my boyfriend tries to get the cell phone bill straightened out. They dropped service on my 3G Samsung phone and gave me a cheap 4G eTalk phone that rarely works. Multiple dropped calls in my house which has a Verizon extender that's suppose to pull in weak signals. I had problems with my phone. I cannot send text messages. So I went to the Verizon location on 125th St & ACP Blvd. 00 to check why I could not send text messages. I asked if I could charge it on my bill and she told me that she would only take cash.

00 to get my phone checked and they told me no, that Verizon does not charge for that service, only if I was a new customer and had to activate my phone then I would be charged. I feel that I am being cheated and taken advantage of.

I signed up for VERIZON home internet and they sent the wireless hub a few days later. The same day i received it i attempted to set it up and it wouldn't support my cameras so i immediately called VERIZON and explained that it wouldn't work for me so

i canceled the service and mind you i canceled in less than 24 hours of receiving the equipment. The agent then told me that within the next 5 - 10 days i would get a pre paid postage kit to return it which i did eventually do.

I’m supply get a $350 rebate for ga device when adding a new line but am being told I didn’t submit the rebate form. I have screenshots showing the link I used & the account I created on the link but am not getting any resolution.

I’ve spent hours on the phone dealing with this. After the initial follow up call about the rebate, I followed up with another call to check the status of the ticket that was made during my first call & was told that ticket never got submitted so another one would need to be made.

When I followed up on that, I was matter of factly told I didn’t submit the rebate form in time & the timeframe elapsed do I won’t be getting the rebate. I’m at my wits end with this!

I saw the "switchover" deals on TV and decided to do so. Luckily I chose a new number because the phone I ordered is on backorder. The main reason for my complaint is that I ordered an Apple Watch 8.

First, it was a huge hassle trying to get it ordered. After having spent at least 4 hours on the phone and also chatting I was finally able to make the purchase. Everything was fine (so I thought) until the next morning when I received an email saying my order shipped and when I checked it my whole address wasn't listed.

The store manager made a fraudulent purchase with my card information in store. He also lied about the service and prices of the products that were purchased. Customer service referred me back to the store. The store manager insisted I go to a different store for help.

Customer service sent a message to the district manager 2 days ago whom hasn't responded. I contacted customer service a 3rd time and was advised to go back in store to file a complaint, and there was nothing else that can be done.

I bought 3 phones and paid for 3 lines to be ported to Verizon from Total Wireless and added an Apple Watch plan 7 days ago. I changed service to Verizon in July 2022. I have 3 lines on one bill. They quoted me $130 plus taxes for 3 lines. They split the bill into 2 accts without telling me. Then I paid my bill $163 and now they want me to pay another $53 for another acct.

Switch over to Verizon and it has been nothing but problems. The phones didn't get switched over correctly and had to spend over 10 hours in two days on the phone and in store to get it fixed. Now i found out two of my business locations don't have service and I called up to request a network extender which every other carrier offers for free but Verizon charges $200 per each one to the customer.

Ridiculous that i spend over $200 a month for phone service and now being told that it will cost me another $400 to get extenders to use the service. Pretty bad with you having 5 lines and only 2 work.

I strongly suggest you stay away from Verizon as the commercials about their service are a complete lie.

Costumer service is horrible! the app takes on my card info then will not let me proceed. I am not happy with paying extra fee for my phone each month, and would rather they shut it off then double my payment the very next day!

If this problem is not resolved I with I will go to another carrier

I had been contacted by a Verizon rep at my place of business and after letting him know what my plans were and the monthly payment - he said that I had a great deal. you will pay more. Fast forward a few days - I had a consumer account with 3 phones and a jet pack - all paid for.

ONE phone needed replaced so I went into my local Verizon Store. I was paying $221 per month for all 4 lines. The assistant manager let me know that there was a promotion that I could get 3 NEW phones and a faster jet pack for LESS money than I was currently paying - closer to $200.

I relayed the infromation from the phone call I had recieved and was assured that the person that called was not aware of the promotion. I asked several times and was reassured that they will be saving me money. Oh sorry, we forgot…

Don’t use them I have been trying for a month to get my account right nobody knows how to help or what department. I was in. I switching all my customers from their services. This is stupid they hang up regularly
