very poor customer service at the staunton va veerizon store on Statler Blvd. I have been to the store numerous times for the same problem with my phone dropping calls and saying Zim not connected to a network. my phone has been replaced and I have tried new sim cards twice, have spent hours on the phone with tech support.

I have been having issues with my phone malfunctioning. Well 2 weeks ago I was in a rollover crash that broke my spine in 2 places, making it difficult to leave the house. I was trying to call the local office for info on upgrading policies before I went through the excessive trouble to leave the house.

Well, apparently calling the local office sends you to customer service nationally in my area. I got a rep named katiyah. She was less then adequate to be working with customers to say it nicely.

First, she told me she had to verify with my ex (account holder) before she could transfer me to the local store. THEN, after disrupting his workday by 3way calling and verifying, she then tells me she can't transfer me at all and I need to call them.

My wife filed a cell phone warranty exchange. Verizon sent the wrong phone that was the a basic phone instead of the S21 she currently has. When trying to resolve the issue they failed to reimburse me for the overnight shipping which was also incorrect because they charged me double for shipping.

I thought the issue was resolved when they said they would sent an S21 overnight, this didn't happen when I called about the issue again they said it was being prepared. Issue isn't resolved and instead of honoring warranty and assisting with the issue the rep hung up on me.

Four days have been dedicated to the issue and still no resolution.

New service started 07-27-22. Requested mailed billing. Phone service terrible. Had it finally resolved after much effort on my part. Received first bill finally on 09-03-22 of $106. Sent payment for total 09-06-22. Phone service disrupted due to non-payment. Apparently, Verizon received my check.

Phone service restored today, 09-09-22. What a way to scam new customers. Late fees added due to their billing practices. Will never recommend this company.

I have tried to update my phone's online and talked to agents. After two orders, still did not receive phones. Everyone I talked to Justin wanted to put orders in again. Trying escalation department only get no return calls and no resolution.

Been on phone over 5 house in 2 days and no help. I've been with Verizon 29 years strongly considering ATT. Verizon doesn't care about customers.

Verizon creates a lot of negative issues, and no one ever answers customer service. In fact, the auto "assistant" never gives you the option for a person. For example have had a credit on my account and they charge me against my interest, by sending me 3 for every 1 text and triple bill me. All the texts are junk mail. I can’t talk to anyone to fix it. I still have a credit on my account, and can’t get anyone to refund it to me; they just keep taking it on a plan I never agreed to; they just changed my plan.

Also, since 3g is ending in December Someone at Verizon is offering free phones and other deals and sending people to stores via text. However, stores will not honor the deals. I have been to several stores in the Frazer, Malvern and West Chester area, who will NOT honor the deals.…

Well this is going to be a complaint about multiple things. I ordered a case for my galaxy about 3 weeks ago. It was guaranteed to be 2 day by 8pm. I went to live chat and two representatives on two different occasions about the same phone case said that it would for sure be there same day by 8pm and it was not on both occasions.

I am still waiting for that phone case. Moving along.... I switched to an Iphone from my galaxy and ordered a case for it... somehow I got the iphone 13 pro case. May have been my fault but I definitely put the filter in for my iphone 13 pro max so all of the accessories I was looking at, I assumed were for the 13 pro max.

Incompetent sales reps, was in store every night for 1 week trying to straighten out my new account. On the 5th day I had no service and had to return to the store again. After reviewing my bill I noted 2 phone numbers but I only have one line they said I had to return to store to straighten out.

I called mid month to request partial suspension of Verizon service costing $176 (broadband and cable) for one month starting Sept 1 and reducing it with partial suspension (eliminate cable) to $55. I was enrolled in autopay. I was told to call back one or two days before the requested suspension date.

I was told that the new, lower rate for broadband service only would take effect Sept 1. I called to request suspension on August 30 effective Sept 1 . I received a confirmation number. And then a few days later on September 5, I received a bill due Sept 21 for the entire original (pre-suspension) amount of $176.

When I purchased the phone, I was given fraudulent information. I tried to return the phone the next day, and was told by the Walmart I purchased it from would not accept the return. Then every Verizon business I contacted refused to take the phone because it was purchased in Walmart.

I signed up on Verizon at an official Verizon store about 5 months ago. They gave me an iPhone mini - which I returned to them unopened - in exchange for a regular iPhone 10. At the time they credited my account for the exchange - but continued to charge me for that phone.

I called perhaps 30 times. Each time I called the person at Verizon said that they made a mistake and would credit my account. But they never did this. Last week my phone was disconnected. I called Verizon again and they said that they would take care of this, but again, they didnt.

Hi I’m Henry Amaker. I’ve been a Verizon Fios customer for couple of years now,I use to have Verizon cable/ internet service before you had Fios. I canceled service back then because every time my service went out it took about week to repair leaving me without cable/internet.

Now that you have Fios they assured me that they have better service and it would never take that long to repair. My internet has been out since Thursday 25,2022 and everyday they give me a different time on when it’s going to be repaired and it still ain’t repaired.

This really seems like the same old Verizon I use to have nothing has changed when the service goes out it still takes weeks to repaired I’m so done with you guys. How could you be big company and be so incompetent.

After waiting over an hour, in an almost empty lobby, in the Dothan, Alabama Verizon store, I turned in the mifi hotspot I had purchased four days prior. I told the employee that the device did not work at any of the three locations I do business and needed the hotspot.

The employee then tried to tell me that I wasn’t logging onto the device to which i informed him that I work for the largest tech company in the United States, General Dynamics, and am capable of logging on to a hotspot. He didn’t understand that the device wasnt working in the locations I operate.

Employee was actually wrong on a few things he was trying to explain but that’s here nor there. My biggest complaint is the fact that I had to pay a $59 restocking fee for the device that never worked in the first place.

Have tried to get to the bottom of this fiasco but all Verizon employees don't have a clue! 00 for this purpose. Two Clermont employees involved. Paperwork started by one person who left without completing my transaction. He handed over papers to a woman working the holiday. Off he flew!

Worst experience of my life with customer service. I just switched over to Verizon from US Cellular. I opened up a business account line with internet and everything was working. 2 hours later everything was disconnected. I had no cell service no internet.

I had to go back to a Verizon store and was there for 4 hours using their phone. Being pushed off to all different departments, and no one giving me the correct answer.

First stating I was flagged for fraud, then saying I was denied, and then someone stating it was their fault and he could get me all reactivated in 24 hours and he apologized that someone had done this to me. Thomas at Muncie Indians location needs retrained. I was working with a novice sales attendant. Thomas interrupted which started the problem. Sales Attendant would make a comment and Thomas would contradict him. Thomas started arguing with me about the need for a Sim Card.

Verizon agent had told me a new Sim Card would be needed. Then I found out my phone was not compatible with 5G, so my plan did not need to be changed. All I was trying to do was lower my bill.

I had started to change providers to Xfinity but was at Verizon to get addition advise and Thomas treated me hateful and said I started the problem in the first place. I am so angry at this point. I have called/chatted at least 20 times about an issue with my new phone. It was finally supposed to be resolved, a new phone was sent to me and my bill looked correct. Now the credit was removed and I am being charged over $600 again. This is rediculous!

I get disconnected, told I'll be called back, the chat disconnects and then I get a new agent and have to start all over again. Can someone look into this and fix it? I've had Verizon since the beginning with the BIG flip phone and this is the first time I've ever had any issues.

I had spoken to Verizon service online about a new hotspot I received that was defective and wanted to see if I could switch it at a store as I needed it before traveling. I was told I could do so at a store so I went to my closest store in Maple Grove MN.

I looked online and it said you could schedule or they accept walk ins. When I arrived at the store there were two employees there. One - Gabe was helping a gentleman and then answered a question for another and then I was the only one left in the store.

Had trouble with cell signal and was told Verizon had the best signal for the area . 33 ,so we where told the mngr would be there today at 1 so we showed up and he went through the billing statement that he printed of and our new monthly payment is now $150 a month.

My wife and I are on a fixed income we cannot afford to pay twice what we paid at consumer cellular, so he could not seem to be able to get the bill down to what we can afford so you can take your phones back and you will return my money.

I will not be lied to by any sales person for any reason just to make a buck. If this is how you do business and you have to be dishonest to do business I won't be doing business with you.

We have used Verizon for quite some time. For some reason in the last year, our reception has gone from pretty fantastic to absolutely atrocious. We live in the Southeast corner of Wisconsin, far away from the wilderness or very rural areas.

I will typically go from our house to my work or my wife's work and not be able to get any reception or very minimal when it comes to data. Where we live, if we do not have Wi-Fi, we can get little to no Internet whatsoever on our phones.

Calls drop all the time now as well. We are part of a community page on Facebook, and all we see on this on this page is constant complaints about Verizon and cellphone coverage and data access. We live in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin.

I've been a Verizon customer since it was Air Touch. I've had nothing but good service from Verizon over the years. I was on a Loyaly 55 plan with my wife. On Jul 21, I let an AT&T salesman talk me into switching to AT&T wireless. Dumb mistake.

I had three business days to back out of the deal and did so. I had called Verizon customer service before canceling the AT&T deal and asked if I could come back to Verizon and get right back into my Loyalty 55 plan.

They looked up my account and said the account had only been suspended, so they said I would be able to come back to Verizon and slip right back into my Loyalty 55 plan. I am being charged for one talk auto receptionist service that I cancelled 9 months ago, in addition to me being charged for a service that I cancelled 9 months, I am also being double charged. Poor cell signal throughout the state of Rhode Island. I tried to call Verizon to complain but ironically they could not hear me. The woman on the other end of the call had a thick accent and was difficult to understand.

I went to the abingdon va office to trade in my phone and after realizing I was ripped off I brought back the phone I got for a refund and canceled service. They kept my old phone.... my SD card I have called numerous times about and told the guy to take it out before he took the phone.

I still have not got my SD card back. My phone is gone and even tho he said they would pay my device off , they did not . I am now stuck paying for a phone Mr Jesse Andrew said they would have paid it off and they refuse to give me even the 144 for a trade in value and canceled my $200 gift card.

They made me upgrade my iPhone 7 and it no longer works. Customer service sent a new phone which was then recalled by CS. I now have to wait an additional 6 days on top the 7 days my phone has not been working.

I went into a Verizon store today (Sunday) to upgrade my cell phone service. I was refused. I have been a Verizon customer for over 25 years with FIOS internet, landline, cable, and cell phone. I combined my FIOS and cell service onto one bill (total about $250 a month) as I was encouraged to do.

I was refused service because “I had no credit history with Verizon wireless” because I combined my FIOS and cell service onto one bill as I was encouraged to do. I was told to go home and on Monday, call Verizon and separate the two bills and then go back to the store to upgrade my cell phone service. Seriously!

I have been a Verizon customer for many, many years.

In December of 2021, I did not receive the Verizon bill. I check my mail very carefully, and I pay my bills on time.

Many other people have not received expected mail since Louis De Joy became the Postmaster General. he is ruining USPS for all of us.

Verizon does not take such problems into consideration.. They simply slap LATE FEES onto their bills. As soon as I received the next Verizon bill, I paid it in full, BUT I did not pay the late fee. I enclosed note saying why.

now, it is July of 2022, and I have had yet another late fee added to my bill. I am not paying $5 or $10 for un-delivered mail from seven months ago.

My two daughters upgraded their iphone 11s because of Verizon's offer to receive up to $800 for your trade-in for a new iphone 13. They did this on June 8 & 11. Everything seemed to go smoothly, however, we didn't receive a box for the second order to return the trade-in phone.

The first iphone 11 was mailed back to verizon and they credited us $800. I called Verizon to report that I hadn't received a return kit for the second order. This was an hour long phone call. I waited a week and still no kit. I called again.

This time it was an hour and fifteen minutes. I talked to someone who said their name was Marco. After explaining the situation and Marco attempting to help, I asked if I could speak to a supervisor. He told me the supervisor was not available then.

I went into store knowing exactly what I wanted. It took James 45 min to try to upswell me on everything and figure out the bundle price. On leaving I said “thank you for your patience” and he replied “I guess that’s the lesson god wanted me to learn today”. How dare him.

Calls to my cell phone go directly to voicemail. I called 922-0204 to ask how to stop this automatic switching to voicemail. After many calls, I was transferred to a "level 1" person who spent nearly an hour with me running tests.

, and transferred me to Level 2 technical support. All the tests we ran previously were repeated. I was told engineering was working on the issue and I would be called shortly, No one ever called. I repeated the call to 0204, All the same tests were run, to include a test where the tech remoted into my cell, I turned on the camera and took close up pictures of my Verizon range extender I am 85 yrs old, with a medical condition limiting motion, nonetheless, I was able to take the pictures.

The Dalles Oregon store is horrible. They will not help you if you have a question or are not buying a phone. They tell you to go online, then ask you to leave because you are in the way! But Verizon as a company could fix this by paying them more and encouraging them to help customers.

Online doesn’t work for everyone. They need to add “service” to their retail stores. The one in Florence, OR is awesome.

I was forced to change my Sim card when Verizon purchased straight talk. They promised a better experience. They bricked my phone and have done nothing to make it right. Have not been helpful in getting me back online. And after having me on hold for 1/2 hour They told me they would call me back at a specific time, they did not.

When I called them back I had to go through the whole process again, only to be hung up on after been on hold for nearly an hour. I had to resort to installing the Sim card in a older phone that is not 5g capable and does not have the features of my new phone.

I had been a straight talk customer for over a decade, and had changed phones several times without a problem. Me and Verizon have gotten off to a bad start.

Having been forced to get a new phone due to latest requirements coming by December, I went in to Verizon store to buy the newest least expensive flip phone as close to what I had as possible. I was given two choices, in boxes that I couldn't look at until i picked one.

I did and got my contacts changed over to that phone. At home i fully charged it and could not make heads nor tails out of the instructions, all the little emojis were just too cute for words as were the 'sounds'.

The phone (LG) I got from Verizon seven years ago was fantastic, the phone I took home was a piece of garbage. I debated about returning it, decision made for me as the next morning the phone died. 00. The 'instruction' book is worthless, then I discovered they didn't move my contacts onto that phone.

To much to say in less than 100. I have been a customer for over 30 years! They way I have been treated in the past year over 2 separate issues is unbearable! And it is still not resolved please I beg of you to call me to get it taken care of.

I have been on the phone for 2 days with your reps who speak nonsense! Messed my account up and refuse to understand English! I lost 2 days of work due to no rep at verzion does there job glad we’re paying for it - I need a corporate supervisor to respond and get my issues fixed before we go somewhere else !

I went to the Waynesville, NC Verizon store at the Wal-Mart plaza at approximately 12:30 on 7/6/ 22. Have Never been treated so poorly by anybody or at anyplace. The guy at the door never smiled, was curt to the point of being rude, said why are you here today, no hello, how may we help etc.

Gave him my number ( he didn't ask), he said my name and it'll be about an hour or more, nine people in front of you ( there wasn't 9 people in the store). I said I need to see if my phone can be fixed or do I need to replace it.

He very curtly and rudely said you'll just have to wait, then proceeded to ignore me. I have been a Verizon customer since the 80s, and have been administrator over 2 municipal accounts and during that time have never been treated in such a shabby manner.

I returned a phone per their return policy. They received the return on May 26, 2022. To date I have not received my $1400+ refund. I have spent hours with customer er service online and they are no help. Pretty bad when a large company like this fails to live up to their advertised policies.
