My mother-in-law, Barbara Stater, asked me to troubleshoot her home phone line 520-909-2600. It had not been working for several days. My inspection led me to believe the fault was with the router which is a Verizon model F256VW.

I called the Verizon customer service, and after 20 minutes of being on hold was able to talk to a representative, who would not talk to me as I was not on Barbara Stater’s account. I put my mother-in-law on the line and eventually we got the representative to add my name to her…

I am having network issues in my phone. And my wife's phone on it's own installed an update which deleted all the contacts, files, documents and pictures from her phone. Then I contacted the customer care and this representative called Pam frustrated me to such an extent without even solving my queries that I googled how to report a horrible verizon customer care service.

My phone began having issues 8 months after purchase, Verizon sent me a remanufactured phone to replace the faulty one, I was to return the faulty phone, while placing the faulty phone in the return box, I dropped it and broke the screen. I was advised that the returned couldn't be accepted due to the screen damage.

The phone was faulty before I dropped it, the broke screen had nothing to do with the phone not operating correctly. I attempted to return the newest phone issued to me and Verizon won't accept it to replace the broken phone.

I don't want to even give Verizon 1 star, but it wouldn't let me remove the one star!

I purchased a new iPhone 13pro over the phone on 6/4. I was told that when I picked it up at the Roseville CA store, they would set it up and transfer my data. I was told the trade i for my iPhone 7plus would be $400. So, I went ahead with the purchase. When I picked up the phone, the guy was very rude and told me they didn't do set up and transfer and held out the bag and said i could take it or leave it... he said he put directions in the bag for set up and anyone could do it... 55. He said I would be receiving text messages. I never received anything so I called on June 13th. The girl said it was a problem with my credit card, so I got the credit card company on the phone and they told her that they never received the charge.

So the Verizon system was not talking to Mastercard. So she put in a ticket and said someone would call me in 4 days. I spend 9 hours on the phone with her and she canceled my order. Never received a call from anyone on the ticket she put in.

So I called on June 23rd and the lady said the only thing she could do was to Put in a new ticket. That I could not order the phone till the tickets was resolved. So I went down to Myrtle Beach store on June 24th.

On Thursday June 23rg I was in the Wells Rd, Orange Park office to upgrade my phone. Nobody in that entire office would help me change over from old to new phone. I am 67 years old and could not do it.

I then went to the Roosevelt Blve store in Jacksonville, FL and Brian did it for me in 30 minutes. He was so kind to me. to Wells Rd store and will tell EVERYONE I know how bad the employees there are.

This is unacceptable. This Verizon company is so impossible to deal with. On hold for hours at a time with nothing resolved for 2 weeks . They sent me a new BROKE iPhone 13 max. Pro They sent us another es iPhone pro max but in the wrong color.

Now I have 1 old phone , 1 broke new phone and one new phone wrong color, WHAT DO YOU WANT ME TO DO AND WHEN YOU YOU SEND ME THE PHONE I REQUEST.? Do I need to go to NJ to see the CEO OF VERIZON .

The manager Evan at the Queen Creek AZ location off Ellsworth was beyond rude. When I first arrived he informed me there was one customer ahead of me. After waiting for 30 minutes he approaches me and lets me know that the appointment had arrived and I had now have another customer ahead of me.

He also continues to tell me that his employees will be going to lunch shortly “after all they do need to eat“. And told me that I need to wait even more. I had informed him that I would have have appreciated if he had informed me about this potential appointment when I first arrived so that I could’ve made a decision whether or not to wait.

Verizon is currently running a promotion for all Verizon customers to upgrade to a iPhone 13. The ad said if you have an iPhone X and unlimited data plan it's free. I went to the Verizon store to upgrade my iPhone X to an iPhone 13.

When I got there the sales rep said you have to upgrade your unlimited plan to premium at a cost of $10 per line. THIS IS FALSE ADVERTISING. Can't wait to switch my cable and wireless service to a provider who doesn't "bait and switch"!

Good afternoon. It took 3 weeks snd sn hour of my time to accomplish a task I began on 04/25/2022. On 04/25/2022 from 12:00-12:07, “Denise” from Verizon took my change of address information and my request to cancel dial tone service at an address I had recently left.

Denise attempted several times to delay the date of dial tone cancellation despite my repeated requests to cancel 04/25/2022. Verizon has the worst customer service I have ever encountered by far! I have been dealing with the same issue since April. I have called in 7x just today alone. I have been hung up on.. AND NO REP EVER CALLS BACK, Lied to, and just plain brushed off. 00.

However when I called back in about my bill and no credits, I was told that there was not notes of this on my order! I got a new flip phone. Immediately I started having issues with it. I spent hours trouble shooting with multiple techs.

You sent me a replacement phone for my husband’s old 3g phone and then sent an email sending it was activated. When he tried to use it, it was not activated. When I tried to activate it for him it would not activate.

This complaint relates to Verizon manager Jacob Brock who manages the Verizon shop at 711 King Street, Alexandria VA 22314 and to his co-worker William. On 2 June 2022 I visited this shop. I explained to Will that I just arrived from the UK for a three month period and wondered whether it is possible to install an American SIM card in my British phone.

Even on stat is too high. Bought an iPhone (upgrade) through Verizon chat to be picked up at a store. Was told it will take a few hours to pick up. I called the store next day and was toad they have no such a order.

Then was told that my order was canceled and need to go to the store to go through getting a new phone. Phone was given to someone else. No such cancellations was send to me. I called costumer service of Verizon and she wasn’t much help and suggested I cancel the order and order again.

The S21+5 phone is awful. It always states no Internet service. It freezes up. It takes too long for your information to show that you search for. " The hotspot box fir my home service does the same thing. And you can't use the Internet service for the whole month.

It will start running slow as your renewal date approaches. I have been with Verizon since 1998 and I have watched it go from a top company to one of the worst companies. I am ready to go with the competition.

My bill showed an increase in the charge. I chatted with Jamie through the chat portal. He said that it was increased because I did not renew my discount. I explained to him that I never received notification to renew it. I requested that the additional charge be reversed since I did not receive the notification. Jamie said that the charge could no longer be reversed since the bill has been generated. Also, it would probably take up to another 2 billing cycles before the discount would show again on the bill. We were at the store in Gilman Village 5/27/2022 at about 4:15pm to move our service from AT&T to verizon. When we got in the store they told us it would be a 45 minute wait. We patiently waited and a family of three came in well behind us and did not want to wait the hour but wanted to make an appointment.

When what we felt should have been our time since they came in after us, the help a young blond girl was directed to help them make an appointment. The family could not decide what time they wanted and kept talking about it and what they wanted to do and it was frustrating me as we were willing to wait and now were waiting for a family that did not want to wait.

I was going to trade in my iPhone 7 and upgrade to an iPhone 13 mini. Richard Mas, the Solution Specialist said my 7 will get me half off the new phone so I said go for it but I need to get the back light repaired on the 7. He said I have 30 days to bring in my 7 for this promotion. When I got home I looked up how much the 7 turn-in rate was and it was <$60. I went back to the store to speak with him but he was not there so I spoke to Kevin another rep and he said my 7 would be half off the new phone if I got it repaired, so I got the 7 repaired. Our phone service is really really bad. Dropped calls all the time and no service a lot of the time. Very frustrating. I have been told it’s because of the 5 g not having enough towers so if that’s the case switch it back until you get the rest of the towers up.

Verizon had a plan where they were switching customers from their current provider to Verizon. They were offering $1,000 per phone to do this. I went to a store here in Myrtle Beach South Carolina to switch and found out the plan wasn't as advertised.

I've been dealing with this since before Christmas of 2021! I've tried everything from talking to my local store salesperson, to calling the 1-800 number, to calling the complaint line and being hung up on. They are telling me that they've settled on giving me $1,300 but haven't paid up yet.

I took four phones from another company and went to Verizon, I pay all my bills on time, but they insist on not paying me what they owe me. I think they're a very dirty company and frankly I'm tired of dealing with them!

I have been talking to Verizon about my signal at my house in the past. I learned that Verizon renews towers and obviously dropped the one that serves my area. I don’t live in the middle of nowhere, and I am truly disappointed.

I have been a Verizon customer over 20 years told everyone how good your service was and now I can’t conduct business at my house. I can’t believe your service is as poor as it is, considering things should get better over time not worse.

I made an online appointment on May 5, 2022 with a Verizon store located at 57 West 57th Street, New York for 1 pm. When I arrived there, the sales person told me that they no longer do transfers. My old phone broke so I brought in my new one that was shipped to me via mail since I had insurance. I specified the reason for my visit and the sales person told me "that we no longer provide transfer services because of Covid" I have never heard of such a lame excuse. Took over 6 months to give me activation credit I was promised. Only got it after making a negative review online of the store.

Now, I guess my own fault for not understanding, I am a prisoner for 15 more months due to my device promotion. There is no way to pay off my device without losing my trade in device credit. I normally go straight through samsung but tried trading in through Verizon this time. BAD MOVE. I have no way of paying off my portion. Trade in ONLY works if in installation payments. I lose credit if I do anything. In other words I feel like they stole my old device as I could have gotten the full credit had I gone through samsung but Verizon keeps you hostage for 36 months.

Where do I start? I'm paying for FIOS gigabit internet service, but my computer sees about 1/3 of that. Tech support claims that the speed from my router to the network is OK. BS!! I'm paying for the speed to my computer, not to the router itself.

On the wireless side, VZW recently changed my plan to a 5G .... WITHOUT my knowledge or consent, and I don't have a 5G phone! It took hours on hold AGAIN to get that straightened out. I asked to be connected to Customer Service in the United States after getting connected to the Philippines where they can't understand half of what you're saying and you can't understand half of what they're saying. I received a rebate when I brought 2 phones (because Verizon did not have any that would be good for seniors). I forgot or was not told that I had to keep them for a year or payback the rebate the perfect time would have been during the high presser to keep the line.

Then I would have kept it for the remaining 3 months. I had to disconnect one of the lines and I added a landline. Person was checked into memory care. When I did the change no one reminded or told me about the rebate.

00 charge on my bill. I called in and was transferred several times. I no longer expect to get any help with this. I just want to tell someone who might be able do what the hold message says, provide trainng to get the next person to let the customer know about repaying the enticing rebate.

I have having a problem with my Fios caller id not working. I called customer service and waited 2 hours and 21 minutes before someone came on the phone. While I was waiting I tried to do a live chat in which no one ever came on at all.

My conversation lasted all of 3 minutes because he said it’s a known issue! I said known by whom? Why weren’t we told so I didn’t have to wait 2 plus hours! He was very patronizing to me. I said it’s not your fault but does anyone care there?

I was going to transfer from T-Mobile to Verizon and the customer service sales person say that if I traded in my two phone, I would receive one iPhone 13 pro free and the other would cost me $200 plus I would get a $200 gift card. Well, none of it was true!

Plus, I paid $130 taxes. I cancelled the order and the services. I am to get a refund of $130 BUT I received $65 refund so where is my $65 missing dollars? I called Verizon and have been transferred 7 times!!!!

Unfortunately, they have the best cell service which is what prompted me to switch back to Verizon after leaving. The sales person made so many mistakes with my order that it took me over 3 hours to activate my phones and multiple customer service reps switching me from department to department.

They ordered a phone for me that I did not ask for, without my permission. They charged me activation fees that no one told me about and was not in any paperwork or mentioned at all in the sales process.

The online customer service is abysmal and hangs up on you if they don't feel like answering your questions. I hate this company.

Trying to speak to a person is impossible their customer service is non-existent if you are a potential Verizon customer I would strongly suggest go to another service provider.
