I live in Wormans Mill 21701 development and the service connections here are horrible. My calls are interrupted, calls are dropped often, calls do not come through, and constantly going in and out during a conversation. I have been complaining about this for years and nothing is being done.

A new tower was put up on Rt 26 and there has been no improvement. There are also many dead zones in the neighborhood where I cannot receive a call or make a call. PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS. THIS IS POOR SERVICE ESPECIALLY WHEN ON AN EMERGENCY CALL. THANK YOU

My internet was not working so I went on the app to report it. The app said I needed to speak to an agent so I selected to have someone call me when an agent was available. Immediately my phone rings and then I was on hold waiting for the "available agent" that CALLED ME for more than 23 minutes before someone actually answered to talk to me about the issue.

Ridiculous. I have been a customer for 20 years. One phone is not working correctly (it's "insured") and I attempted to get the issues resolved; two Verizon stores and a one hour talk with a phone "Tech" person. Result? Still not fixed. Even though I pay 165 dollars a month, I should reasonably be able to walk in to any Verizon store and leave with service in hand. Nope. So, I'm going with another service.

P.S. If I could give you a less than 1 star rating, I would.

If I could rate a minus 10 I would. 5 months. They put you on hold they hang up on you, and will not help you at the stores, I wrote them, called them repeatedly, stopped the bank draft but they took it anyway.

Phone was not even being used during this time yet they sure billed me for that time which I refuse to pay the final bill.

Verizon lines are all about wireless, if you desire to be a new customer in some other area you are out of luck, can you ever talk to a person about a personal account and not business. I desires to speak to someone about changing over my home phone under their senior citizen plan, but unable to get any information. I moved from ATT to Verizon in Dec 2021 on a special pay off phone and get a free phone 2 lines or more.. So I went for it one of the phones did not have voicemail. No matter how many hours they could not fix it.

I worked on it with Verizon for the longest time tech after tech UNTIL one day they said I was over my 30 days and they could not help me anymore. I went to corp. and after speaking with a women named Patricia, she arranged to send me a new phone and I returned the broken phone just a swap..

Well today I found out because the swap was done out side of the 30 days I lost all the promotions I went to Verizon for. I called Cust Service and as always nothing they can do my bill jump from 160 to over 300 a month.

Placed order to update my IPhone 7 to IPhone 13. Received email message from Federal Express no apt number listed and order was being returned. O went to the Gorham NH store to have my new phone checked the youg lady was doing fine and who ever is the manager is he stepped in and was telling me that my phone was not runing right because it thing I put in it I never put anything in to it and he was real rude that guy would of been fired if he was working for me for talking the way he did to a costumer.

Every time I call I get overseas and half the time they lie and say that they're in Texas. Then they try to blame my phone for all the network problems so when I ask then my phone controls your network then they back off.

On top of that they never want to go check the network Because by the saying that they are perfect in every way but the customer is full of flaws. You have to find out where these people are located and actually grow them and ask United States Representative because quite frankly 611 doesn't know what the crap are doing.

Horrible, horrible customer service. "Kara", who would not provide her last name but said she was in MA office, was rude, condescending, and unhelpful. I just was chatting with a rep who I thought could help only to find out she connected me to a lawyer about my problem and wanted me to pay before I got an answer!

After being a loyal Verizon customer for 25 years, this was disappointing. I disconnected my service and will be switching my mobile phones too.

What is wrong with this? Hint I disconnected my phone and paid my final bill. Obviously I get to pay them the rest of my life. I don’t intend to pay them. While most of the customer service people I dealt with tried to be helpful, a few just passed me on to the next or flat out lied to me. Tried to help a friend get a new phone through Verizon when his old phone stopped working, He is not into computers or email or anything of that sort and living in the country, without a working phone he was pretty well cut off from the world, he is an older vet and

On the phone with a sales representative who seemed more worried about her dog than me. She went through all the stuff and kept me on the phone for an hour redoing and order because she told me my color was back ordered but black was available.

Toward the end of the conversation I was getting a little concerned that something wasn't right so I started video taping the conversation. She was telling me the order was processed and I would have my phone in 2-4 days.

I hung up and a bit later I went in to see if the order was showing up. It was not. I waited a couple more hours and went back in to check and the order still wasn't showing. I wanted to exchange a phone from another company for a flip phone from Verizon on January 25, 2022. I also added a Charge4 SmartWatch to the sale. I had about 4,000 pictures to transfer. These pictures included my student's graduation pictures, pictures of the show I was in while living in Florida, wedding album pictures I designed, The Ark in Kentucky, audio of my student singing with me and many more pictures.

I had about four years of pictues on my phone. 00 for the data transfer and I was surprised it took less than five minutes to transer. It normally takes about 30 to 40 minutes to transfer my pictures. I saw my pictures from 2021 and thought everything was there.

On February 10th I put in an online order for a S22+ phone. When UPS tried to deliver the phone to me, they said they didn't have my apartment number. I am sure I put my apartment number in my address on Verizon's website when I ordered.

In any case, the phone was returned to the warehouse in Texas. I then called Verizon. The rep said they could not send me that phone anymore - they had to cancel the order and re-make the order.

However, I had a trade-in, and the rep was having trouble cancelling the trade-in. She said she had to put in a ticket.

I purchased a new Iphone yesterday 02/28/2022 and was on the phone with Verizon for over two hours that includes hold time and speaking with multiple reps and my Apple watch is still not paired. The last person as did the first promised to call back but of course they never do and conveniently the call drops. In addition the repos have such thick accents that is only adds to the frustration but in the end nothing is resolved.

Hello. For the last two years in the North Conway, NH 03860 community where I live I have called to complain many times. It started as ‘network congestion’ as being the problem. Then tried to sell me a ‘ guaranteed’ solution for $10 a month more. Didn’t work.

Then just recently this month (February 2022) if I enrolled in autopay it would solve the problem. Then on 2/8/2022 & 2/9/2022 I was told because I have a 4G iPhone 8 I am at the end of the line because Verizon is now 5G nationwide.

So offered again to purchase a phone with 5G. So if I do that I’m virtually solving Verizon’s problem and absolving Verizon coming up with a solution. So I literally am paying at the present for service that SUCKS because I’m being discriminated against.

It was explained to me that I pay a month in advance for my service. My bill date was the 4th of the month. I cancelled my service on the 15th and received no credit. They in fact billed me for a partial month service for Disney and Discovery since they were free with my service plan that I had cancelled. Customer service is horrible.

People give up because they have to wait on hold for so long and nobody ever calls back. I’m sure they plan on that. I’ll be filing a formal complaint with BBB.

In the first part of 2021 I bought a Galaxy Note 20 5G Ultra and told them I wanted the insurance when I was asked about it. Now here we are a year later with me believing I've paid for and I have the insurance I requested.

My scree got cracked across the bottom when it slipped out of my hand. I try to use my insurance to fix my cracked screen but am told it wasn't added to my phone. That I only have insurance on the MUCH cheaper phone that's on my account.

And that I can either pay nearly $500 out of my pocket to fix my old phone or buy a new one. This is wrong on so many levels. This is crooked way to make money. If I ask for insurance then I believe I have it!

There was a system error and I expressed adamantly that the account was paid on Monday. Used bank account instead of card which takes 2 to 3 business days to post. I showed on my Verizon account that payment was successful.

It is my fault for not confirming it was paid by the confirmation. I will admit to that. I checked everyday that my payment was submitted along with my promise to pay remaining balance on 3/11 under my Verizon account.

I can’t get an order through the system and I can’t get anybody that can figure it out from Verizon. I’ve paid twice. Last time I called today they said I didn’t sign the terms and conditions. I asked for a supervisor I’m waiting for a callback they guaranteed me someone would call they haven’t.

The employees lied about the package cost that I received. They messed up my phone orders. The employees at the retail store messed up my account from the very start. I have been trying since 9/29/20 to fix this and I only get a run around from the employee who always say we will escalate this problem to the next level and I will be contacted in 24 hours.

Verizon Wireless no longer recognizes my account AND no could no longer identify me as the account holder -even though I get monthly statements emailed. Verizon HOME cannot remove my Wireless account information from my Home account. Verizon hijacked my accounts and fused them and refuses, cannot, and will not separate them - after over 10 hours of multiple calls and transfers back and forth to their customer services and their own supervisors, empty promises with zero results.

They also refused to assign a new HOME account number and transfer the home account info to that.

I can't connect with a human being ever when trying to get help. The automated thing doesn't know what I'm talking about so I get sent all over the place. Verizon keeps charging me for 2 phones that I was told were free.

I dealt with this after I got my first bill in November. So I am paying for free phones. I wasn't happy with ATT so switched to Verizon based on my family's recommendations. Maybe I need to switch again. Or throw away phone and disappear. This is so frustrating.

I have been without internet connection to my Verizon phone for over 24 hours. I have done everything humanly possible through the phone and our internet provider as well equipment. My AT&T phone (same internet service) works just fine. Both phones are in the same house and on the same server.

I was supposed to receive a $550 promotional trade in for my Iphone X, and it is documented in my file; spoke to a customer support rep named Summer Lawson over the phone on 12/23/2021. I originally ordered my i phone 13 Pro on the sales chat.

Every Month! It's the same thing! com login does not recognize either the login name or password. I change them each time and have them written down, but they never work. Why make it so difficult to pay a bill unless it is their plan to get everyone to sign up for direct debits, so they can access your checking account.

Customer Services need more training in all the departments and communicate with the store. I know out of millions of customers am not the only customer that have this problem. I have 5 business line with this company. Customer Services will hang up on you or transfer you to other department and not tell you.

I am VERY BIG on COMMUNICATE and Verizon Customer Services does not have that. It seem like I have to call them about 3 times every month. Verizon is a great company but I really hope that they fix that because I am thinking of going to other carrier.

On Saturday, I went to the Verizon store in Fishkill New York and was interested in changing my cell phone service. They were closing at 5 pm and I arrived at 4:30 and was told they could not get to me which i thought was ridiculous.

They told me to come back on Monday (today) which I did. I was told that there was a twenty minute wait and the store closed at 7 pm. I arrived at 530. Between 5:30 and 6:15, I was not serviced.

In fact, two of the four salespeople left in the interim and one went out and got coffee for the remaining staff. i asked to speak to the store manager and was told she would be right out. I waited 15 minutes and told another staff member I was waiting and he stated she had other responsibilities.
