I purchased Samsung Foldable phone in August 2021 under my plan at Verizon. I would upgrade my phone almost yearly and would pay all the fees attached to it. The nature of my job requires me to have a very reliable phone.

Unfortunately, the Samsung Foldable phone gave me a lot of issues. I called Verizon Tech Support several times from September to December 2021, and probably spent more than 100 hours total to get help. At one point, I was already so stressed out that I wanted to throw my phone.

I had to power off and on my phone 3 to 4 times daily to make it work. No signal and not in network constantly. I went through series of troubleshooting in more than three months, before I was told that they will just replace my phone.

On 1/27/22 I called to ask about an upgrade. The gentleman was very helpful at first however he started rushing me off the phone before I got any details about what to expect. I had to ask to confirm my email and address at which point we realized the address was incorrect.

When I asked questions I got yes and no answer, no explanation, leaving me confused. He then put me on hold to cancel the order, the call was disconnected, and he never called me back. I talked to another lady who said she got the issue fixed (she was amazing by the way) but the phone is being delivered to the wrong person and now I’m trying to jump through hoops to get my phone.

Very upset that Verizon made this so difficult for their customer service em representatives.

I would like to report my customer experience with Solution Manager named Jason in your company store located at 1255 N 205th St Ste 101, Shoreline, WA. I would say he is an INCAPABLE and very NEGATIVE mindset employee. The story follows.

Verizon's customer service has to be the absolute worst. We get over billed monthly for a phone line on a family plan I got for my daughter requiring us to get on the phone and wait forever to try and get it resolved.

I get on the phone and try and schedule a call back and it just does not work but circles me back to hold - Their chat help interface is horrible and this is Verizon who supposedly specializes in communication?!? What a joke - They obviously don't care, I have got to change my provider

Ordered and paid for phone on a special offer. Never delivered. Several calls with very long wait times resulted in lots of promises of corrections and/or refunds. Neither has happened. Made appt. back at the store (University Pkwy. Sarasota, FL).

When I arrived the manager said I wasn't on the list. When I showed my confirmation he replied, "You're not on this list. " What are we to do now? You have my money, and refuse to see me. I worked for the wire line company for 37 years.

In all that time I NEVER saw customers treated like this. I have no idea what our next steps should be.

I brought five phones over to Verizon using their promo bring your own phone for $450 credit per line

They sent a reimbursement code to my daughters email who is not the main person who signed up for the service by the time I figured out why I didn’t get the credit the time. Had passed I spent about six months trying to get it resolved the supervisors not calling me back and ongoing issues and as a result they did not honor the original agreement to get that full amount back so I am highly dissatisfied and will not use them againAnd do not recommend anyone using them

Purchased a phone on 12/14 and have yet to receive. Contacted via phone several times but stuck on hold for hours. Unfortunately due to work constraints I do not a few hours to spend waiting to get through to Customer Service.

I purchased a bogo offer for iPhones, then Verizon failed to up hold offer despite records of showing this was the case. I then pay off both phones and now they saying first payment isn’t on their records despite being in my bank account.

I’ve tried to resolve both issues several times and they just blow me off. I have been with them for years as well as fios. This obviously is pushing me in direction of looking for new providers, told them they don’t care.

Have tried numerous times to make contact with corporate offices and have been hung up on by machines, told my phone never existed and average wait time is usually 3 to 5 hours and you get hung up on by machines. As a person that taught customer service course for a few years this action unacceptable and because of this and many other items I left them and still have problems with a billing situation .

I wouldn't recommend Verizon to my worst enemy. I was sold a phone that never worked properly and was assure by multiple customer service reps as well as a supervisor that I would not be charged for the phone when I returned it and disconnected a third line on my account.

I returned the phone and noticed a $600 charge on my account for the phone. I have spoken with several more agents since then who have asked me to go through all of the details with them again, because there are apparently no notes on my account regarding this issue.

I have been unable to reach anyone after several attempts over multiple days about a charge on my bill that I did not authorize or request. I have been unable to reach anyone by phone. Live chat has not been helpful, just asks the same questions over and over. On line has been of no help either. I am seriously disappointed with the lack of customer service and its unavailability. I'm on day four of trying to get a customer service representative on the phone at Verizon. There are no options to speak to a human. An automated voice asks for my 'code' then sends me a text which the voice wants me to click on so that I can be connected to a "Verizon assistant" or a "Chat Rep".

It advises me that if I don't want to do that (which I don't) that I can wait on hold. After 20 seconds of waiting on hold, Verizon disconnects me. Repeat. Repeat. Repeat.

I have a TracFone which I could make calls on from my home. For the last several months the phone will either not Complete call or the speech is garbled, unable to understand on both ends. TracFone has checked my phone which is fine.

They had Verizon work on it. I made 2 short calls which were fine. I found out they disconnected me from my wifi services. I had to reboot the WiFi. Phone will make calls when I am out and about.

Today I tried to get on internet out and about and there was no signal. Will you figure out why I have no signal at my home. Verizon says I do but I don’t. I had service before. There is no way of talking to anyone, they put you on hold forever, promise to call back and don’t.

It is nearly impossible to get through to ANYONE. I was sent an email that my refund was denied although the equipment was returned within 30 days of service. I have the tracking#s. This was set up for my mother in Dallas, TX but I paid for the router.

All details should be listed under Investigation # PH6202664. I was told by an agent she would call me back. Never did. She confirmed the information was entered incorrectly and she notated the acct. I believe they haven't refunded me because they notated the acct with erroneous information.

I was on the phone for over 5 hrs trying to pay off my wife's iPhone 13 and they could not get me to the correct person, one supervisor said I had to wait a month or two before it can be paid off. I send her iPhone 11 pro max as a 550 credit but because I switched carriers I would not get the credit.

I ordered a phone on Dec 03 it was back order with a ship date of 26 Dec and arrival date of 28 dec. I had to have it sent to us on Xmas vacation. It did not arrive the 28th or 29th and finally shipped on the 30th and was due to arrive Jan 3 by 800pm.

It did not arrive on the 3d, so on the 4th I called Verizon to have them re route it to my home address as I was not going to be on xmas vacation any longer. I received a new I phone 13 by mail, none available in store. I asked repeatedly at time of purchase if someone would help me set it up when I received it. I went to the store yesterday, January 4 for a 5pm appointment.

The woman who "assisted" me, did not wear a name tag nor introduce herself. She inadvertently sent the access code she was trying to get to my husbands phone and he was not reachable. She then slid everything back to me and said "can't help you" .

My family and I have been loyal Verizon customers for over seven years. This is as long as we have had cell phones, and we have always had iPhones. Recently we upgraded from iPhone 8s to iPhone 13s.

The process of upgrading has made me question your customer service, and your loyalty to your customers.

Unbelievable how many times I have been disconnected, switched from representative to representative without warning. Supposed to be called back and that has not happen as said.

Also- I am having much worse service with my phone than I had with any of the cheaper companies. There have been some nice representatives but a person should not wait on hold for an hour AND 51 minutes then be disconnected after being thrown to several representatives for an hour before that.

Then be promised to be called back with no return call. This is the worst service ever. And after trying tonight I was told I got zap many opportunities and then have to wait 24 hours. On Dec 30th 2021 I set up an appointment for 10 am at the Claredon store in Virginia. I kept getting conflicting information as to what phone was in stock and available . The service person would say something was in stock then contradicted himself later when I wanted to purchase the phone until I got up to a model that was extremely expensive. this was very suspicious.

I then went to the Tysons Corner store which was suppose to open at 11 am and waited until 11:45 and no-one opened the store so I left. It was very discouraging to spend the whole morning driving around northern Virginia trying to buy a phone

I called the tech support line 888 2946804 wanting to know why one of my 3 aol accounts would not bring my email up when I went to the Mail icon on my screen where I can access all of my emails. I had 3 AOL mailboxes and 1 Knology mailbox that I could access from that screen icon.

One of these AOLs has not registered mail since June.

First , he said Verizon has terminated its relationship with AOL and I will have to access the AOL mail through the browser. I pointed out that two of the AOL mailboxes still are current on receiving the email. He said it was an AOL problem and I would have to call them.

I have been in contact with customer tech support for 9 hours. Sunday through today. Monday they told me a replacement home phone would be sent to me for 9892248669. Today they said it was never processed. This was a high priority because elderly couple without a phone.

Now they just want to send a battery in 3 to 5 days, to try first. They say no warranty on a device that is only 6 months old. This is so wrong. Need a new device immediately. Based on Mondays, tech support called, we should have it by now.

Verizon mistake 1: A few years ago, my husband and I went to the physical store in State College, PA to open a business account. It was a nightmare of wasted time. It took 3 hours to get the account opened (moved from personal accounts). In fact, it took so long that my husband left me at the store to go grocery shopping. I went to the Columbus Ms. Verizon store to get a new phone and the two attends said that I should go to Walmart to buy a phone, cause they were cheaper than theirs.. I was shocked to hear this, since I have been a customer for over 20 years.

So I said I wanted a phone from them. They procesed to process the sale which took like three hours only to tell me that the pone I wanted was locked to an other customer. I asked if any other store had a phone and I was send to West Point which took three more hour to process the phone.

My sister, Pnina Wilcher passes away on Dec 26, 2021. She was alone then, and did not leave a will or any instructions. Since I was in Israel then I could reach her house in Equinunk Pennsylvania only at the beginning of April, 2021. As the administrator of her estate, I received her verizon bill on Oct 18, 2021.

Bill summary for account ending in: 685-0001 Past due charges: $642.38 due now Current charges: $0.00 due November 09, 2021 Total charges:$642.38. I called verizon several times asking for a breakdown of her bill to make sure versizon did not bill her for the time she was dead. Their customer service department is the worst ever been in the 22 years I've had service with verizon. No one there does what they say they're going to do no one's held accountable for not doing their job and enough is enough.

I am writing letters and filing complaints with anyone who will listen because after 22 years Verizon has apparently forgotten what it means to have a loyal customer and all they are worried about is making money. They now charge you $10 to get help on your account if you have to call. That's disgraceful!

I am a long-term customer and have been satisfied with Verizon until the past 7 weeks. The credit card I use for Auto Pay was updated upon date expiration in November. I submitted the new information many times on-line and via phone. Spent hours, with confusing responses, ultimately that Verizon had and has my new info. I bought a Jetpack because I live out in the country and needed something faster than satellite service to connect with VPN for my work. After only one year, and just a short while after warranty expired, it kept dropping my connection every few mins.

I called their tech support. I got through to agent. He did something on his end that he said should fix it. He said they have made some changes in their network and I may need an upgrade. I asked that He note what he had done and what he had said in case I had to call again.

I canceled my AT&T home `landline and attached Verizon home long distance service in July 2021. Each month, I continue to receive bills for the Verizon long distance service for which I contacted Verizon customer service. Each time I was told not to pay the bill and the account will be canceled.

My first question is “ Why this arrogance?”- whether customer service on phone or the retail Person in store, why are your people so rude?

We were Verizon customers for 11 years before switching to T mobile because we couldn’t keep up with the phone bill as we couldn’t afford the unlimited data and text plan. After being a commercial customer since 1988 when the company was GTE I am unable to negotiate a new contract after being double charged for 2 years Verizon keeps putting phone numbers on and charging me for them even though I keep removing them they keep putting them back on the account the worst service ever

At the present time, I am waiting for a fourth cell phone, When my Kyocera broke, a terrific phone by the way, I was sent my first replacement phone. I don't recall the name of the phone but to be perfectly honest with you and keeping tongue in cheek, it wasn't worth the time of day.

When I received it, I contacted Verizon Wireless to inquire how to use my new cell phone. When they couldn't answer my questions, they referred me to the maker of the cell phone. When I couldn't get the assistance from them to learn the features on the phone, I called and cancelled my phone.

I received a third phone with SIM card that came under separate cover. I tried to put in the SIM card. This was the icing on the cake. After installing the SIM card, the metal clip on top of the cell phone was broken.
