4 ounces. they are half empty. You could tell that they were used. I asked if they were testers and they had told me no I get home and noticed that there is a significant amount of missing out of all three of my purchases.

Now we both know that they are very expensive. I am a single mother of four and it was my daughter’s birthday gifts.

I received my package yesterday I spent over $600. There was items missing, and items wrong so I go into the chat bubble explain this to the person. I also explained that I would like to have an in-store credit for the items missing since I was going to be going into town and I did not have a time to wait for Packages to come here to replace them.

I got to say that the gentleman was very helpful. I ended up getting disconnected from him and had to open up another chat. I did that the lady frustrated me so I ended up I believe I got disconnected or I disconnected with her and I called in.

I called the 800 to get assistance with a reward and never received and one of their overseas customer service agents tries to process my order over the phone. I was patient with her and she still wasn't getting it. I asked to speak with a manager several times and she kept lying and saying one wasn't available. That conversation took 40 minutes. There's no other way to file a complaint or speak to someone in America.

I got on the chat now and spoke with a virtual assistant. She said a manager would contact me but no one has. com and will only buy my panties out of the store. It's sad because they use to be a really good company.

I was in Latvian airport Victorias Secret shop and costumer servicer said behind my back in Russian language that I am an idiot to other shop keeper. I happened to hear and understand that. I belive one of the shop keeper called me an idiot because I accidentaly opened one bottle that was not a tester.

First she came and crabbed the bottle forecefully away from my hands and said that I cannot open that, I realised I acted wrong and apologised. A little bit later she went to talk with other shop seller that I am an idiot.

I left from the shop and did not buy anything although I had that intention at first. I dont recommend Your brand to anybody.

i have bought a sleep dress size large online 27/1 and have found it is not a right size and I sent an email and also start to have chat with them . after 2 weeks again i requested exchange the size, they said wait for update.

My Daughter was getting married and as the Mother of the Bride I needed a good strapless bra. I went to Victoria's Secret. The sales person was very friendly and helpful. She took my measurements and found several different styles of bras.

I found one that I really liked. I also wanted to get a pair of panties to go along with the bra. I bought the New Seamless Bikini Panty. I loved them they were very comfortable, and I loved that they had no seams.

I washed them and wore them on the wedding day. I washed them and wore them one more time. A pair of panties should definitely last much longer.

On January 29 of 2023 I was shopping at the Victoria’s Secret store at the Santa Anita fashion Park Mall at 5:35 PM. Store number is 50409 Cashier is 369-6677. 99 which I did I came back she was helping someone else had to wait in line for 15 minutes.

And about 20 people in line now. As I see the manager just walking around I had said excuse me is there a reason you or the guy can’t jump on the register and she came out and said I’m the manager I’m doing floor work.

Definitely my last time coming to this specific store. I couldn’t get the lady at the cashiers name because she didn’t have a name tag but she made me feel very discriminated against. I kindly asked her for an extra bag to put my gifts and she said no I also asked if there was any promotions given that day and she said no.

The Manager on duty at the Lehigh valley mall store on December 12th at 7pm was extremely rude and unprofessional while I was trying to make an exchange I felt rushed and humiliated as there were other customers behind me so I asked for store credit to come back another day and she rolled her eyes and said we don’t do that.

I ended up leaving with the item which is too small because I felt embarrassed. I had planned to make some more purchases and pick out some last minute gifts but I was to embarrassed and I feel I may not be comfortable visiting the store again on the change I will be faced with the same person.

I purchased $300 worth of merchandise and never received my 3 free blankets that was due to me. I returned home to find I was not even given my receipt. Went back in to the store to see if they could print out my receipt since I used a credit card picked up $200 worth of more merchandise and stood in line to have the cashier look over me and

say I will help the next customer and when I went to put my things on the counter I was told they had only one line and I was not in the line. I will never purchase anything from that store ever again. How rude.

I used the “come back” coupon and the birthday coupon on a recent purchase. Unfortunately one of the garments did not fit and it seems there were no exchanges possible due to the odd sizing that was left. I returned the item only to lose the coupon. Why wasn’t I able to use that coupon on something that did fit?

Seemed like a logical question. The associates on duty couldn’t help me because, “that’s what the computer did.” So I called your help center and after several reroutings was disconnected THREE times!!!!!

On February 11, 2022 I received my order from Victoria secret. Unfortunately one of the items in the package was not what I ordered. I have visited my local store two separate times and have been insulted about my size. ” For the record I am a 36D. Then I visited today to exchange the outfit I was given for Christmas and was only able to find size medium in any of the clothes in the store.

On Tuesday November 9, 2021 me and my fiancé came in to return a pair of leggings I bought about 5-6 days ago. On the original day of purchase I had originally chosen TWO pairs of leggings but changed my mind and decided to ONLY go with ONE pair of leggings and the clerk whom was helping me must’ve gotten confused but

something definitely went wrong with the way he tendered our order, because when we came back to return the one pair of leggings the lady cashier said to me that the skew number of the item did not match the skew number on the receipt. I left the store at Polaris Park in TEARS! I went to the store with the plane to purchase 4 bra/panty sets. I was greeted when I entered the store and measured as a 34/DDD. I explained to the woman that I haven’t ever worn a 34 I’d need a 36 and when I had tried the DDD the cups were just to wide.

Im Victoria Secret Credit Card Customer since 2017. June 2021, I got a 10 coupon for my birthday. The catch was i needed to use their credit card. I did got something with the coupon cost about 35 dollars . Without looking at the statement i made the payment for 25 dollars . When i got the bill i see that i owe 42.74 dollars . I call in but they refused to wave the late fee since they done it within 18 months.

On 7/19 I went into Victoria secret inside of turtle creek mall to shop. I purchased $70 worth of items and had a 15% off of a $50 purchase. Upon giving the lady the coupon, she stated that it’s online only.

The coupon clearly stated to redeem the coupon (IN STORE) print or show the barcode but the lady refused to accept my coupon. I was highly unsatisfied with my purchase & the service being that my coupon expired on 7/19.

More training is definitely needed between associates when it comes to using coupons.

I was online ordering items it took quite long because everything I liked my size sold out. 70 I believe so after I entered my Birthday Code and another 10 off for spending a certain amount. the total was 83 but when I went to check out it said I had to relog in and when I did that EVERYTHING is at normal price and it took both my offers with it so

I’m stationed overseas, and have place dozens of orders for my wife back home domestically in the US. For some reason this time Victoria Secret decided that I needed to call them from Deployment before they would ship my order.

I used the same address and credit card I always use. I let them know I did not have the capability to call them and they told me they would call me on my international cell phone. Next day I receive an email saying they canceled my order.

It was a birthday gift for my wife in the US. I will never spend a dime on VS items again.

I used to be a fan of your brand till I learned about how poorly they treat staff. Your Regional District Manager and Transfer Managers are an example of poor leadership. The Collections in Oxnard, CA has a Regional District Manager that belittles staff in front of staff and clients.

To injury to insult, you have Transfer Managers that have no business there. They all want to be in charge and all you are doing is suffocating that store. Train to develop your people. Start by changing your leadership style and showing people you are vested.

Dont belittle and redicule staff. Its unnecessary.

My complaint is directed at Maran Montgomery at the Southlake Mall in Hobart, Indiana. She made a point to make my shopping experience uncomfortable. She was dating my husband. He broke it off. She hates me. I went today (December 20) with my children.

She made a point to address me. Then turned around and hissed that’s her to her coworkers. They then stared at me. I immediately felt uncomfortable and so did my daughter She then went to the manager to alert her.

After tonight I WILL be closing my Angel Card account! I spoke to several representatives and they were not helpful at all. The first one helped me by changed the name on my shipping address BUT she changed my orders shipping method!

I received an ENTIRELY different receipt than what is showing in their system! All they could say was they could no do anything because it was released to shipping. I chose the 2nd business delivery because I needed it in a specific amount of time!

A manager by the name Julie Peters at the Macomb Mall Victoria secret Roseville, Michigan. She was the rudest person that I ever met because I ask for help to find something for my wife she gave me the nastiest attitude ever and she also called me the N-word!

I want to complain about the quality of your panties, I use to buy exclusively from your stores and online. Not any more!!!! The quality can be seen first in the waistbands - one seems to be embroidered and the other merely just stamped!

The newer, stamped-waist band does not hold the shape and the colors fade quickly. Too bad. Your brand is going down the tubes. And BTW, the ladies in your stores with the fake British accents is not very becoming.

On Friday April 26 my husband was on line at Victoria Secret store at the Staten Island Mall. When he was next on line one of the cashiers said next to the lady behind him. My husband said he was next and the cashier ok I will be right with you which was rude and unprofessional. Why skip him and take the person behind him? 75 panties from an email exclusive I received on 4/25/19. Went to the cashier and she said she had to scan the bar code but there was no bar code then she told me to download the pink app. The battery on my phone was running real low but it took awhile to download after 1/2 hour .

I went to your store in Cambridge on Wednesday 20th March 2019 with my 14 year old daughter. She was very excited to be there. We had a look around the shop and said to her we would return to buy something just before our journey home as I didn't want to carry too much during the day.

On our return to the shop, one of the employees wearing a head set came up to me and said, oh you are back. Are you buying something this time? You were here earlier, looking at every thing and touching every thing.

My daughter and I were greeted by two women but when it was time to check out at the SOUTHLAKE Tx location the one and only cashier was too busy helping the only other customer in the store to sign up for an angel card which took forever. Nobody else could or would ring us up. VS lost a sale!

Do not ever open up a VS pink card. I made a purchase of $60 on it and then paid that balance a few weeks later. I check the acct frequently to make sure I don’t have a balance and then I see I owe $90..

I called CS and they said it was a problem with my checking acct (which is the same one that’s been on file for YEARS) and they said the payment didn’t go through. I said well it would’ve been nice to know that when I first made the payment, I told the representative to pay the $60 purchase and closed my acct.

I just got woken up, 3 months later saying I owe almost $200 ... this is absolutely ridiculous. Get some new employees that can do their job correctly and stop scamming people for money!!!!

I was in your Pittsburgh store ( south hills) on January 17th of this new year and I was treated extremely rude. You had 2 employees working the check out lines with about 25 people in line waiting... my boyfriend and I got in line and patiently waited our turns.

Your employees were turtle slooooooow and did not know what they were doing. When my boyfriend and I were next your employee working second register stopped doing register acted like she was too busy to help me and ignored me when I asked her to help us check out. We had 2 items!

It should have taken 2 minutes to check out. No.. your employee ignores when I ask who the manager is and says you could get back in line and I said so the lady before me gets checked out and all the sudden your employee turns her back away from me and…
