Almost a year ago I signed up for service on Feb 21,2017 but then after hearing a lot of complaints from other customers I decided to cancel the install n asked for my refund. Today is Jan 15, 2018 n I’ve yet to receive my refund.
I called customer service on numerous occasions just to be transferred n transferred over n over again. I was promised a check would be mailed but no check was ever mailed. I spoke again with customer service n my refund was sent to a Visa card that was not mine.
I used a MasterCard to pay the deposit n have proof. The company is now telling me accts payable has to open a case. I spent 2 hours on the phone today, transferred 5x and still no resolution. This company is horrible!!!!!
