My fiber link went down on Thursday 17-08-2023 at 21:00 due to a base station went down. I was not notified that there was an outage whatsoever. When service was restored at the base station, no notification was given, yet i was still without service.
I called the call center numerous times wanting to restore my service. After my 4th call to the center, i received a ref, SR230818-377202, at 19:30 on 18-08-2023. I called the call center again at 21:38 again, wanting an update, no informing me that the turnaround resolution time wss 24 hours.
I called agin 4 times today, still wanting feedback on my fault, still with no updates from anyone st Vodacom. It has now been over 48 hours without any interbet service since the 17th. I work from home Monday to Monday, dependent on this 100MB fiber…
