My name is Makhosini Nyembe working for Gauteng health stationed at Charlotte Maxeke Johannesburg Hospital. I’m aware that there are issues between the department and Vodacom, which led to the suspension the account. The 073 155 5103 number is my personal number that I have been using for more than 20 years. I obtained this number from MTN and approximately 10 years ago I ported the number to Vodacom. When I joined Charlotte Maxeke Hospital, I used this number for their account with Vodacom. This number is linked to other services that I use such as banking. Since last week Wednesday, I’m unable to use cellphone banking. Can I have my number be separated from government account. Meaning that I revert back to prepaid.

last week i received a call from vodacom offering me 100 gigs data for R199, they later called me and said its now R229 i told them i do want data on the number they called me on for my phone obviously, on Tuesday afternoon i saw that my phone did not have service and again on Wednesday, i called them and only to find out they blocked my number and made the data to be home internet which we never spoke about , i have a small business, i have invoices and payments i have to make and i use my phone for all of that,

i called them and they referd me to early cancellation they told me they will log a cancellation request , i told them how important my phone was and i need it to work same day, i spoke to Leeshan who is a manager as i was told and he did not help with anything, today is thursday…

I have been approved for viber and is still waiting on vodacom and its wearhouse to deliver my router. This has been approved in May already and if i don't contact Vodacom for an update then i have no feedback. The team leaders on yhe Viber line are to busy to listen to a dissatisfied customer.

Vodacom has disappointed me in the past and i guess going back to being a customer with this company was just digging my own grave. Absolutely horrible customer service from Vodacom !

I tried to do an eSIM Swap and paid for it. Result: Vodacom sent a QR code via email - this mail was received immediately. This QR code is only valid with a corresponding confirmation code. This confirmation code is supposedly sent via SMS, but can never reach the consumer, because as soon as the eSim swap is granted, the phone is deactivated and cannot receive SMS's anymore.

The request to send the confirmation code via email was unsuccessful, because no email was received so far. The request to read the confirmation code over the phone to an opera<tor at the Vodacom Shop in Howard Centre, Pinelands was rejected.

Requests and fault reports with the technical department at Vodacom have been ignored. We are moving in circles here. Please act immediately and rectify this apparent system…

pathetic service received from vodacom, vodacom consultant suggested to me that my sim can be converted to a prepaid sim in the meantime while i am paying my account arears up todate, it has been 2 weeks now and my sim still has not be converted to a prepaid sim, for the past 2 weeks i am calling everyday and each consultant can only apologies and say we will load the request and

I have sent in my device for repair of my finger print and the mic. After 2 weeks I have received the device back but nothing i asked for was repaired, they have went and replaced the battery, boarded and the back glass but nothing that was meant to be repaired.

I have sent the device back in to be repaired and almost 2 weeks have gone by with no sign of my phone. One moment they say it could not be repaired the second time they say it can be repaired and this is going back and forth like this for 2 weeks now with no answer of what is actually going on.

I January I started trying to cancel one of my accounts with Vodacom. They came back and offered a different deal. When they sent the contract through for approval it was totally different. I immediately reverted to Vodacom advising that this was not what was discussed and I don’t accept it.

They went ahead and charged according to new agreement. I phoned more that once to have my contract number changed to prepaid and now the number has been deleted from the network. After I specifically requested it be changed to prepaid. I have recharge the number just before it was deleted as I was not aware that it was going to be deleted and now I have also lost that money.

Having paid my account on the 6th May 2023, I have been harassed with an average of 15 calls or messages every day since, even at 4am! I have spoken to a contact center agent every day without resolution even after providing proof of payment 5 times to various contacts as instructed.

Because I used the Invoice number I was paying instead of my account number I was advised it was my fault and both my mobiles have been suspended. The reason? Nobody can find my payment!!

Towards the end of June last year, my son broke his phone screen. We then contacted vodacom customer service and were told to take the phone to our nearest store. Which we did beginning of July. The lady who assisted us took the phone and requested that we email the IME number within 10 days.

The number was emailed to her 3 days later. We never received a response from then. Upon following up, a month later as we had had no feedback, I was told that the claim has been denied as cim card has not been in use for over 10 days.

I have reported service request upon service request of poor line speed, poor internet and wifi connection. No support nor solution provided. Send screenshots of poor speed test indicators to proof it with no prevail. Frogfoot the line provider are also non existand and no support as well.

I called your call center on Sunday at 13.00 from 071 353 2366 and i specifically pressed the # key and asked the agent to open this number 071 353 2366 for roaming, as i am traveling to Thailand from Sunday.

7193 and cancelled on the 7th March 2023 (within 10 days of taking the offer) due to product not meeting requirements promised at point of sale. The reference provided for the cancellation was 1-35996414324363 Since March I have been getting invoices and statements showing that I am being billed for the upgrade still.

I have been without internet from the 6th May. I was called by Patricia advising that technicians were coming on 9th May. Nobody came! I called everyday and everyday is a new story, bees in the box, need to go to Dbn, rain!!

But everyday I have waited because I was TOLD technicians are coming. It's the 16th May and again technicians were in my street and I was told they are sorting my box out!!! Absolutely nothing!!! I call Patricia and she tells me they're coming tomorrow!!!

I cancelled my contract with Vodacom and they cancelled end of April 2023. I had to pay R 263 fees. 24 from my bank account, which is far more that the amount I used to pay when I was on contract.

I have been trying my best to cancel a contract with Vodacom, but have been unsuccessful! In December, I called Vodacom and cancelled my contract (contract ended on 31st January). This was confirmed done by the agent. We are now in May and I am still being billed for this number!

Last week, I received an email saying that there was a billing error and that it was corrected and that I will be refunded. Guess what?? I have not been refunded, instead I have been billed for yet another month!!

I have sent countless emails asking Vodacom to correct it. At this point I feel obliged to revert to the public to let people know how terrible their service is!!!

I have been experiencing intermittent fibre service for the last three weeks. I first reported it on 26 April at 8.52. The first three tickets were closed because whrn they testefd the line it was working, despite the fact that I stated it is working for a while, then its down. My Fibre has been off since about midnight Thursday evening/Friday morning. I waited all day Friday and Saturday for internet to return. Made phone calls to 082 1904. Was advised that there is a general outage and some 150+ homes were affected.

I was told to just wait and be patient. Nothing happened. Saturday evening I phoned 082 1904 again and was told that no ticket had been opened. Question: why was a ticket not opened on Friday morning already? I really need an answer on this exceptionally worrisome aspect.

End of March I wanted to cancel my Fibre with Vodacom due to endless issues, from connectivity, to line speed to just trying to get an invoice or access basic information on the app.

Emily in the retention department convinced me to not cancel and did a deal match, offering me better line speed at lower cost. I accepted. It's 6 weeks later and I have not received the new router. Also, since you have "increased" my line speed from 80/80 to 150/150, I have more issue than before. It is completely off more often now and the speed is consistently slower that what is used to be. I've called in numerous times and each person "escalated" it. To date I heard nothing, no call back, no e-mail, no SMS. All calls I log is just being closed without my issue being resolved.

Vodacom called me to change my package as they said they could see I never use airtime and only data. I accepted as long as the cost wouldn’t increase. They changed it to only airtime and no data and increased the cost!!!

I have phoned numerous times and stayed on the phone with someone “trying to help me for sometimes 60 minutes!!! Still nobody has helped me to sort this out! This is a disgrace and so frustrating that they just don’t seem to care and just blame it on a 3rd party mistake!

Hi i had WiFi fibre installed on the 01 March 2023,the consultant who signed me up signed me up on a year contract, and I specifically asked for a month to month contract, when I enquired the second month to cancel,they said I have to pay out the year agreement, when I Whatsapp the consultant for my contract copy its continued excuse after excuse,even payment keeps being put over to following month,but never deduced. I had to phone Vodacom over 20 times this month because my phone keeps on being suspended in the month of April. My phone contract was suspended 6 times this month. I had to phone over 20 times for my phones to be unlocked and it just seems as if no one knows what they are doing. No one is prepared to log a call to establish what the issue might be. You get send from pillar to post. Just to find out in 2 days time that your phone is suspended again. The last consultant I spoke to advise me that we must give it another chance if my phone is suspended again he will log a call.

??????? 7 times is this not an indication enough that there is a problem and that a call needs to be logged? honestly what is happening to client service ?
