Have been debited R1020 for an old contract. they changed it without permission. I phoned a month ago, they promised to refund and sort out in 2 to 3 days. Never happened. Yesterday, spent 1 hour 24 minutes on the phone to them, they told me a)would credit R274 b) then thats null and void- now R676 c) then R376 I asked to speak to a manager, they fobbed me off.
Promised a manager would phone yesterday- still waiting promised to send my contract- stating what I had, minutes, gigs etc- still waiting. Their service is disgusting to say the least. I have been a client of theirs for over 20 years, always paid my account in full, this is how they treat people.
They seriously need some intervention to sort stuff out. John Dexter
