My phone has been at Lakeside Benoni for 2 weeks they did not attach quote to insurance claim at first had to do their job for them now parts on backorder but the don't follow up need my phone urgently get no joy with the incompetent team from lakeside benoi!

I received utterly appalling service from the vodapay app. I bought bus tickets for a funeral on the 5th of April I did not receive the tickets however my account was debited R960 I was promised a refund that to date still not received.

I had to purchase 2 more tickets from money that had to go to burying my dad. I expected a refund as promised within 72 hours. I contacted vodapay once again today I was advised my refund is still pending with their back office.

There has been no communication or contact unless I made contact with vodapay. I'm highly disappointed in the service. I've been with Vodacom for over 15 years I expected a bit more interaction regarding my complaint or at least have vodapay stick to their word and have my refund reflect back after 72 hours as promised

It is now 6 weeks that I'm waiting for my vibre line to be relocated from one house to another in the same complex... Everytime I phone it it's a different story and there is no tract of the previous conversation.

I have requested a top up and they gave me a new contract. After several calls they asked me to send the phone back, which i did. I have received the top up contract that we agreed to. I am still waiting for the new line to be removed and for them to credit me.

Nowit looks likei am in arrears and i am not happy at all. They said it will be resolved in 48 hours and that passed already.

Hi. I would like to report a Vodacom for a fraudulent account opened under my name that I believe was opened in February 1st (R229,27 was deducted from my bank account) and on Match at (R2641,49 also deducted from my bank account)

I closed my Vodacom account years ago easily 7years if not mistaken. I contacted Vodacom on the 2nd regarding the deductions and they requested a couple documents that I handed in. With me forcing communication every other day they finally got back to me on the 16th of Match(documents will be included) stating an investigation was done and refund will be processed between 7-14 working days and that would have been the 5th of April. My vodacom fibre has been down since Sunday 26/03/2023. I reported it on the day. I was told that the turnaround time for the repair would be 48 hours. I have been calling vodacom daily. And get promised callbacks, but nothing ever happens.

I requested a cancelation. They have upgraded me and can't cancel. Apparently, an external company did the upgrade, so Vodacom can't cancel it. Vodacom Client Services says I'm not the first person to have this problem.

I bought a phone on at Vodacom Sunny Park Mall. I also purchased a screen protector. Unfortunately the phone had factory & returned to Menlyn store.

I enquired about the screen protector when the replacement phone arrived & told I would have to buy another one.

That would be unfair because it wasn't my fault that the phone had to be returned.

Kindly investigate and check if it would be in the spirit of customer care for me to buy another SP.

Dear Assistant

I received a call from one of the vodacom consultants saying that Vodacom is migrating to a new price plan and they would like to offer me a migration to a 2.4GB 200min plan from a 500mb 50min plan and there is no price increase included in this plan. At that time my account was suspended as I had to pay outstanding fees, It later came to my attention that I am charged R505 for this price plan. I am so disappointed in this, I was mislead by the consultant just to make sales for herself, i now cannot downgrade from this plan due to a penalty fee, i am not happy with the service and therefore would like this matter to be resolved, should it happen that i fail to pay this amount then what? because this was not part of my budget, i asked the consultant several times that will…

Good day I took out this contract last year 071 674 1251 I have ever since been phoning the call centre (several times) to get this sorted out and went back to the store in Stellenbosch with NO luck On my app it shows the account is in Isaac Donovel’s name??? I cannot do anything on the app as I am not Isaac Donovel!!!

Its been 3 months since we have complained to Vodacom about the fiber installation at 73 Southridge Road, Southbroom. Zero response. Fiver cable from the street exposed, to the house exposed and then inside the house is a dogs breakfast with wires all over.

Can't wait for Telcom to finish their installations.

I recently took a contract from Sitari Vodacom in Cape Town. The service seemed good when I was still required to take the router, the lady kept me posted and responding to my emails but things went sour after I took the router.

I was told it comes with a UPS but after signing the lady told me it was out of stock and it’s not a must but gift. How can one say that? That’s how Vodacom got my attention, they advertised it as router and Mini UPS.

Now I can’t even call Vodacom as they keep pushing me to the robot, they don’t respond to my complaint, they debited more than we agreed. It’s always been a very bad experience with this network but I find myself back on it again.

Contract phones were taken on the same day, but now one is upgradeable and one is not, I had a telephone conversation with different operators and one promised to resolve it while the other said cannot, but I am still getting calls to upgrade one cellphone but not the other.

I have queried contract cover charges on my contract after the upgrades were done, as I never requested this. In addition, with the upgrade of the wi-fi, I was told that I would receive a new router which I have not received.

I have sent e-mail after e-mail and I am getting no feedback on my queries. I have attached the e-mails.

Vodacom doesn't help with complaints or problems. Even their head office personnel puts the phone down in your ear. I have been trying to get my account fixed which was over debited by vodacom without success. Every time I have to explain my problem to a different person and every time they don't do anything.

You can only work through customer service who doesn't even answer emails. It's not worth it

The 3rd time struggling with my fibre. Off for days not hours. Working from home so I am loosing money. All they are saying they have logged a call. It takes between 24 to 72 hours to even get allocated to a technician. Really!!!!! Pathetic service.

Vodacom system apparently keeps on blocking my account. I only got the new contract on the 7 march 2023 and was only activated on the 9 march 2023. And today is the 27 March 2023. If my phone operated for 6 days with in this 20 day period it is alot.

I can not make or receive calls. My phone only have data if i am connected to wifi. And no one can explain to me why this keeps on happening. If i have made 60 min of phone calls that would be much. This is totally unacceptable.

And i am really dissatisfied with vodacom.

Firstly I cannot rate your service a ONE. It must be MINUS 10!!!!

I started the complaint about emails not coming through on one of my business's email address, davestransport@vodamail.co.za on 13 March. It was not solved on 26 March. I called my IT EXPERT today at 11:00. He fixed the problem that WAS CAUSED BY 100% POOR WORK BY THE TECHNICAL STAFF OF VODACOM within 30 minutes. See my emails to onlineescalation for 13 days!!!!!

I had huge loss of contracts (INCOME) due to this 100% POOR SERVICE!!

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO TO THIS ISSUE!!!!!!!

I got a watch on contract at Vodacom Galaxy Active 2 on the 16 November 2021. In December 2022 it suddenly did not want to charge. I took it in for repairs as it is still under guarantee. When I got to the Brits mall branch the lady that helped me could not book it out as it seems its a different form than a phone so she told me that I must leave it with her she will sms me the job nr when she has done it.

According to me there was no damages to the watch it was only the charging but when it got to the repair centre they called us and told us there is now a crack in the one side of the watch so the guarantee is not valid. I did not sign for the document that there is a crack so it could have been the Brits mall branch that let it fall or something.

Then the repairs quote us for a battery…

Vodacom repair is a joke - they give you a specific time and then say that parts have not been delivered. They also promise to call back and email to keep you in the loop but you won't receive anything unless you phone them.

Goodluck getting a loan device. You're better off going to another repair centre. It will probably be cheaper, and you will get better service.

Someone has fraudulently take a contract phone in my name via online. I have followed all the steps requested by Vodacom to have the matter resolved but no one from Vodacom has contacted me to inform me that the issue has been resolved and given me a formal letter stating that they have acknowledged the fraudulent activity. Randburg police case number CAS94/2/2023. Fraud Reference EC-1LQA-1ZP3F0 Account escalation reference: AA-KKV6 - UMXP I have been asked to contact Subscriber Collections on 0821946 but I do not have the fraudulent account details or cellphone number.

I am beside myself how do I get his resolved? My credit can be affected by this, at no point has anyone provided me any proof about who signed or approved the contract.

I bought a repurposed phone from Vodacom 4 u gardens centre, Cape Town about a month ago. It does not work and the branch concerned virtually never answer their phone (we live in Limpopo so can’t return to the branch). Totally frustrating and a huge waste of time.

I got a extra number with my renewed contract in November 2021. The number is still not in use due to technical problems on vodacom side. Been I side Voda shop a few times, waited to be contacted back, never happened.

Went back to vodacom then said I must phone in, who in turn sent me back to the Voda shop. Going on 4 months and I'm paying for it but unable to use it. I've been with vodacom for 20 years and seriously your service gets worst!!!!

Good day my moden for my internet was given in for repairs on the 27/02/2023 and on the 8/03/2023 the vodacom shop in the palm gate mall in Kuruman northen cape was given the go ahead to issue us with a new modem and gess what it is now the 16/03/2023 and we still donot have our modem.

Now when we go to enquire about the problem they dont look on the system they just say sorry its not fixed yet. We had to go to anther branch and query our issue to get feed back to only find out that our modem was aproved on the 8th 02 and was delivered to the vodashop in the palm mall and

I was previously on a Top Up R185 airtime contract. Last year (2022) a Vodacom agent called and said they will upgrade me to R245 airtime but will still pay what I previously paid as per my original contract. 98 thus overcharged.

I called Vodacom 3 to 4 times already to requesting for a refund and to date this has not been sorted out as yet. The Vodacom agent mentioned I was charged extra for a 3GB data but I did not request for this.

In December I have agreed with video sim to have a direct debit set up for two bills that were outstanding. I had placed a disconnection request through a few days thereafter (30 day disconnection request)

The disconnection got cancelled off and I am still being billed for March. This is totally unfair and I cannot be paying for a service I no longer use as I cannot afford it either and that was the reason for placing the disconnection through.

I called Vodacom customer care last week Thursday to log an issue I'm having with internet connectivity where I'm experiencing very slow to no internet connectivity on my data sim. It's now been 4 days later and I still have not had any feedback.

I called call call centre again only to be informed that the ticket was closed and it was escalated to the service team for them to investigate but that was not submitted. I've now been asked by the consultant to wait another 3 days which is totally unacceptable considering they told me that last week Thursday it would only take three days for me to get feedback.

It's an ongoing issue with regards to vodacom internet and they don't seem to be giving the attention that it needs for this to be resolved as a paying customer. The call centre agent…

I did an application for home fibre connection with Vodacom. Technicians were dispatched to install however could not proceed as they advised they do not dig through concrete to install the cables. I then called Vodacom immediately while the technicians were onsite and logged a ticket to cancel the installation (08-Feb 2023).

I never received any feedback from Vodacom, instead on every occasion which I had to call in, I was informed that the matter will be escalated with the billing team. I am yet to be refunded my money for an installation which was never done, or to receive feedback from Vodacom on this query.

Further to this, my account has been debited with odd amounts over 5 times since this application.

Have been debited R1020 for an old contract. they changed it without permission. I phoned a month ago, they promised to refund and sort out in 2 to 3 days. Never happened. Yesterday, spent 1 hour 24 minutes on the phone to them, they told me a)would credit R274 b) then thats null and void- now R676 c) then R376 I asked to speak to a manager, they fobbed me off.

Promised a manager would phone yesterday- still waiting promised to send my contract- stating what I had, minutes, gigs etc- still waiting. Their service is disgusting to say the least. I have been a client of theirs for over 20 years, always paid my account in full, this is how they treat people.

The agent who was assisting me with my upgrade. I asked her to explain fully and in a respectable mannerwhy I should pay double for one contract. Ive had a contract with vodacom b4 and it didn't work like that.

She then dropped the phone on me. Not happy at all with the treatment especially when I have not missed any payment.

I went to the vodacom shop in Newcastle to cancel one of three of my devices and to my shock they could not assist me but gave me the 0821958 number which I attempted to phone for more than an hour no assistance due to the system not working when selecting the option. Then I phoned 082135 with the same reaction.

Then I phoned 08217844 and 08217800 but no assistance. Then I phoned on my cell 135 and the operator told me that she does not work with old contracts and will put me through for the second time to cancelations only to be switched off automatically saying that the system does not work with prepaid matters.
