I am 90years old, and the lady on the number 0821958 put phone down in my ear. She also does not want to cancel my contract. She keeps going on about benefits i dont want. As i pay R400 for 5GB.

I phoned again and a man, ignored me, he greeted and then nothing. I heard him put the phone on counter. After 3min i had to put phone down 10 March at 15h00 please listen to those recorded calls

Can't get hold of Vodacom's customer care centre and can't solve billing problems.

When you come through to them, you deal with the most incompetent people in this country that is trained to only read off a script and try and sell you products instead of solving your problems.

I have had the most appalling service from Vodacom regarding my so called arrears. no. 1-35998888253171. After numerous calls to customer care department emails of POP( listing the payments) emails to a Mr. Tshabalala with all the details, a visit to Vodaworld, Vodacom threatening letter , discontinuation of outgoing calls and threat of blacklisting and finally an email to the company secretary finally the issue was sorted out.

The thing that is the most disappointing is that at no stage did I get any response to my emails and am still in the dark as to why this screwup occurred. I have been an unbroken customer of Vodacom's since 1995 and have never experienced such appalling service.

Do you think any body gives a dam, the answer is NO.

I need some 1 to call me regarding my cell phone numbers that u disconnected and yes vodacon stuffed up as there is a recording saying that the mistake is on ur side. I keep calling in and get told a supervisor will call me back this has happened for the passed 6 days maybe more but GUESS WHAT no phone call I phone like 6 times a day if not more and get told some 1 will call u back. I am tired of hearing that as no 1 ever calls back. This is really passing me off as I have been with vodacom for over 20 years plus. How do u people look ofter ur clients. On the 19 feb your consults convinced me to upgrade my contract instead of canceling it. I agreed to receiving a new phone and simcard without caller restrictions at no extra charge. On the 20th I received a package from ram, only to find out there's no simcard.

I called your offices to fix this and ive been given a run around for that sim card. Now the phone is just sitting in the box, and next week you will want me to pay for this contract.

This is by law a breach of contract on your behalf. Can you please rectify this or cancel the dawn contract.

For a name as big as yours I really don't expect this kind of service, or is it because I'm black that my little money is not worth anything to you.

I’m extreme upset! Took out a contract for iPhone 11 with Vodacom!! This phone was overheating at 2weeks I took it back and was sent to repairs , no faults was found! Yet the phone is still overheating!!! The only thing they singing is repairs yet the repairs found nothing wrong but my phone is overheating!! Please fix this !

I cancelled my subscription, received confirmation of cancellation, phone no longer works effective 28 Feb 2023 yet I have been invoiced for March. When calling to resolve, nobody can assist at customer care and they keep putting me though to departments that ask for my ID, and it says that there is no valid contract on this ID, and then the phone cuts out - how can I get this resolved????

I received a message via cell phone to say that I owe money to yourselves. I went into your Vodacom shop last year and cancelled my contract as it had expired. I was told that the account had been handed over to debt collectors.

I contacted the Account Department only to find that they had renewed my contract without my permission . I did ask the lady for my signature to be shown to me and I will pay. Which they cant as I did not approve any renewal.

I keep getting hounded when I DID NOT APPROVE A RENEWAL Please cancel with immediate effect.

Someone took a contract using my details, then vodacom advised me to sent documents for fraud department to look into the matter. I am left frustrated no feedback nothing even my numbers are blocked from their customer center i have to phone in using my airtime just to get nonsense feedback. fast-forward 2 months later of struggling i get wrong refund amount :(

Good day i have order an mini ups online on the 18 Feb and it was deliverd on the 20 Feb when i open it it was broken inside the box i then call 082135 and was told i can not call the e store i have to send an e mail . to e shop support.

Went to Upgrade phone at Vodacom Menlyn on Sunday 26/02/2023. Didn't have stock on a watch and phone combo. Deric would call me on Wednesday already to tell me what's going on with stock and availability. Went there on Wednesday the sales person wasn't available and no body where capable what's so ever to help me, and told me just Deric can help me.

On Friday 03/03/2023 still no communication what so ever from Vodacom Menlyn.

Signed a contract in September 2021 which was for 36 months (THE CONSULTANT NEVER WNET THROUGH THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS ) Then when transfer of owner was done they extended my contract which is now 41 months? this was never said and why if it is a transfer of ownership when the contract stated 36 months?

I called Vodacom I have been referred to 4 different numbers and called in more than 6 times just to be assisted where the lady even was rude while I am trying to solve a problem which was their fault. I work in a call center myself if I do that to a persons contract i get fired because that's giving incorrect information, not seeing a contract through with a client (SEEMS TO ME IT IS ABOUT THE SALE AND GETTING PAID) no about the customers experience.

This is ridiculous, they phone you feed you lies . they don't care whether they take the last money you have. they don't answer emails they don't call you back when you get cut off in the middle of a call although they have your number they decide what to add to your contracts without consulting you.

Since the 08/02/2023 there is NO INTERNET in the BENONI CENTRAL AREA. Ref no: 1-35974392489436 All Vodacom customers are experiencing the same problem. Vodacom Shop at LAKESIDE MALL is aware of MANY of Vodacom customers in the Benoni CENTRAL area have NO INTERNET CONNECTION. 1. On the 20th of February 2023, Tobbie referred me to Tebogo because she could not offer help or solution to my queries after she kept on telling me, she does not understand but the messages were clear I dont konow why it was difficult for her to detect who and how was my 3G data bundles gone missing.

2. Vodacom Customer Service (Tebogo) gave me false information that only the nearest vodacom shop is in possession of all data requested. Use of data bundles as per her balances was not the same as mine. She said the highest consumption that took place between 11 & 12 was from Hotspot but in overall in a period of a month was tiktok.

3. Some data information from my phone settings was contradicting and different from what Tebogo was telling me.

This is purely due to the call agents inability to follow procedure and processes to overcome the challenges faced. I cancelled a contract in December 2022, Vodacom gave me the worst service ever, phone calls, emails, endlessly, I still have not been credited on my account for the debit order that went through in January, and the amount of the contract is not taken off my account, I want it done immediately, every time I speak to customer care, it will be done in 72 hour, I am fed up with incompetent people not doing their work...

A Vodacom branch sold my 94 year old mother a 2 year contract. She is deaf and can barely see. Us, her children complained but were told there is nothing they could do and payment was due. After much fighting and legal fees we ended up buying out the 2 year contract.

Vodacom had a Black Friday Special on card readers. I paid for the card reader and AFTER payment, my application was declined. Since then no amount of begging, phone calls, emails and threats could get Vodacom to refund my money.

On the 28th of October 2022 items were stolen in my car including my Vodacom sim. I then went a Vodacom store on the 14th of February 2023 to do a sim swap, i was told that my number has been deleted and that after 120 days the delete your number. Last I checked in 2019 it stated 186 days so i thought i had more time as I'm mostly on site in rural areas. I was never informed about the change of number of days as Vodacom has both my number and email to communicate with me. I have used this number since 2005 and all of bank notifications, school results, sars otp, myy current whatsapp use this number. If this number is recycle i am vulnerable to a cyber attack if it lands in the wrong hands.

Vodacom is ridiculous, they down grade your profile due crap on their side. I did nothing wrong, an incompetent consultant shared incorrect information and my profile downgrade was the result. Now I cannot get the device I want and drove up and down and wasted petrol for nothing and vodacom could not care less.

I complaint in august and nothing came of it. Ridiculous service to a loyal paying customer.

I was phoned by vodacom consult she told me of high amount I'm for Data and airtime and how that can be adjusted and I save. Not knowing that I'm agreeing to the new contract. The new Vodacom contract is money for my other debit order which that money I cant replace.

My name is Thando Mbokani, I'm a very disapported customer for vodacom insurance claims. I have called vodacom insurance to submit claims for my 2 devices and I was advised to send it to the store for repairs, when sending the divices at the store i was told that I need to first again send my phones to the Iphone store to do FMI.

I did go to the store and to resubmit them again and I was in formed that claims has been decliane due to taking too much time to submit them. Very very dissapointed

I have cancelled a contract with Vodacom early December I was told that I will still pay December, then I was invoiced again January and was told that it would be the last as that is how they bill. Now it's February and I received another invoice and I'm still being charged for what?
