I called in weeks in advance to get my line relocated , only to be the system is off line and someone will call me back. That went for a week with me calling everyday, eventually only after escalating did someone log a service request.

However on the 1st of feb the line was not relocated. Then I spent every day on the phone with Vodacom customer care without the query being resolved.

First it was one reason then another , it has gone one and one with being told every day the line will be working tommorow. It is now 12 days later from when the line is working. The day I am cancelling the line, is the day the sales department is frantically getting emailing me that they can not get in touch with me.

I spent the morning on the phone with Vodacom. I don’t understand the level of incompetence…

i applied for the fibre on the 26th January and it was installed on the 2nd February and connected on the 3rd February. It stopped working on the 4th (Saturday), i called the call centre line and it was fixed after 5 hours.

It stooped working again on the 5th that was Sunday evening, i called again and the consultant couldnt help me . Nothing was done till today the 10th February and i decided to cancel it because i cannot stay without internet as i am sudying which i have to do my assignments.

i was calling everyday 5 to 6 times a day and nothing was done. i am so disappointed with vodacom your service is so poor i regret cancelling my telkom contract, you are a scam.

If I could give Vodacom 0 stars - I would !!!

My contract ended with Vodacom in May 2022. They have ever since been deducting money from my account. I had to ask FNB to stop this as it is an unauthorized debit order!

I have emails stating that all has been cancelled, and when someone from Vodacom calls me then they say that they have no clue why money is deducting from my account as it is cancelled. I get referred to an investigation team, receive a reference and then I get an email stating the case is closed with no resolution.

This is such a fight as this is effecting my credit ! I just had a phone call from debt collectors stating I have been handed over by Vodacom. Like, what is the issue here??

I have been experiencing issues with my fibre connectivity since Friday 3 August to Wednesday 8Aug. Numerous calls. No solutions. Two people came to my rescue. I did an upgrade on my phone on 18 November last year via the online store. The consultant advised me that it is dual sim and that there would be a waiting period of 7 to 10 working days. I waited till 22 Dec for the delivery of my phone and tablet combo.

The tablet worked fine, but the phone did not have dual sim. I phoned vodacom immediately and was told that the second sim is an e sim and needs to be activated via the menus under connection settings.

However the settings or options for e sim was not available on this phone. I suspected a software issue. When i phone on the 23 Dec i was told to go into a store and the store consultants would sort me out.

On Friday the 3rd myself and my husband phoned Vodacom in Key-west mall in Krugerdorp not once, not 2ce but 3 times with regards to our upgrade, my husband phoned them 1st to ask if they have the phones we want, (samsung A33 G5 with the Samsung smart watch) they confirmed and after a while I phoned again it was confirmed, we made sure they knew we wanted 2 of the same phones.

I have had the most appalling service from Vodacom at Bayside Mall in Table View in Cape Town, where I had cancelled the purchase of a Vodacom product after shoddy communication and sales arrangements. Today I entered the very same store to purchase data and was met by a insolent young woman, who took it upon herself to treat me with disdain, advising me that I was the person who had complained about matters and cancelled a sale some weeks ago.

Said young woman advised me that although she did not serve me, she would treat me in this manner. I advised her that she had nothing to say, since she had nothinbg to do with the cancelled transaction (as she also stated personally to me).

I am staying on the road between Willowmore and Steytlerville (Eastern Cape) For many years we had good reception (signal) from Willowmore (Aasvoelberg) The past year it detiorated and we have no more signal. That goes for all the people in the area.

Our farmworkers suffer, because they have no wi-fi and for everybody it is a big safety issue to have no contact with the world. (Police/Dr`s etc) Fault must be with tower at Willowmore. Even all the tourists are complaining. PLEASE CAN YOU HELP US.

I have been a Vodacom Client for close to 30 years. I live/work in a Mobile "dead" area and decades ago Vodacom installed a "Cell extender" in my office because I have no or very weak signal and wanted to support another service provider.

This "Cell extender" failed a little over a week ago and I have been sending e-mails to Vodacom Customer Care asking for assistance. I received one automatic reply promising a response within 24 hours, that was a week ago but the silence from Vodacom is deafening.

I have not been afforded the pleasure of even an automatic response on subsequent e-mails, just silence. I have no signal so I cannot phone.

I am staying in Unitaspark Vereeniging. I struggle on a daily basis to get a proper signal for cellphone use. There is either no signal (at the moment), or my device only show 1 bar available. Cannot even use my cell phone to call somebody, as I get a message that there is not sufficient network available.

It looks like this problem exist now for quite some time(years) and nobody cares to upgrade the cell reception in this area.

I have been a customer of Vodacom for a number of years. in May 2022 my account was soft locked and for 3 months and subsequently suspended. I was being charged for the 3 months for services I was not able to access.

I called a number of times to rectify the problem but the service received was shockingly appalling, each time I spoke to a consultant at customer care they would refer me to collections and this back-and-forth continued throughout 2022, eventually, someone switched my contact to pay-as-you-go so that I could use my phone whilst they resolved the problem.

Listen here, I've been trying for months to cancel contracts that has expired and they don't want to help me. I've been in to vodacoms and they keep saying I should do it through a call. I've treid that they can even check since they record all calls.

No one helps me and I decided this month I am over paying for expired shit I'm not using and they don't want to help me so I'm not paying another cent. I want nothing to do with vodacom I never want any contract with them again.

Hi. My phone was stolen on 30 Dec 2022. So I started the process of cancelling contract, simply swap, applying for new contract and getting a new phone. I went to 2stores and they confused me in terms of canceling and applying for new contract and also had issue of Device unavailability.

I spoke to about 4 people to finalize my new contract advertised online and in the in store booklet. But still have not received my new device... Was even told my new devices will be delivered 2 days ago. I have been with Vodacom for over 20 years but seems loyalty doesn't mean anything to them?

My phone was taken to repairs a month and two weeks ago. When I contact the Sandton repair center they telling stories, they stil waiting for a camera part to arrive I mean I call them on a daily basis unfortunately they are incompetent and it makes me wonder what kind of customer service is this. An agent called me to upgrade my data and voice on my cellphone contract of R349, the agent confirmed that the contract amount will not change of which it did. I called Vodacom on the 3rd January 2023 to enquirer and was referred to Rewardsco who were going to investigate and call me back in 3 to 5 working days.

They did not call me back after 2 weeks I called them and they confirmed that the agent “misinformed” me by giving me the impression that the amount will not change. Activation of a Fibre line. Last year bought Fibre during the black Friday special. Was advice to cancel my existing Vodacom Fibre. I have been following with the activation of my Fibre to be exact I started enquiry around 5th Jan 2023 up to date the Fibre has not been activated.

We relocated to another town and arranged to relocate the fibre to our new home 1 month prior to the move. Nobody came to do the installation. We then phoned Vodacom and they said that the installation was never scheduled with #Vuma. 2 weeks have passed, and several ticket numbers have been given to us, but no installation. When speaking to #Vodacom a new ticket is opened and it just goes to waste again.

We are in dire need of Internet. We run our own business and everything we do is online. Without Internet we might as well close our business. So now I am literally begging #Vodacom to please just sort this out.

I had a very traumatic experience, and i feel Vodacom has done absolutely nothing about this matter. About 2 weeks ago i order an online phone after i was called to take out a contract, i eventually ordered one. 00 plus free minutes.

The Friday when i called to hear when my delivery would be coming, i was told that the consultant never process the order. The supervisor tertius told me he would made sure that i do get my order and promise faithfully to call back. I am still waiting.

Dear Vodacom Fibre.

I have kept my mouth long enough. On 1December I contacted you to say we are moving premisis and I need my fibre line switched. My fibre needs to run through OpenServe now. Open Setve came to the new house on the 3rd of December and did their bit. I was told that it takes 14 working days for my rooter to be delivered. Which would have been no later than 23 December. We are on the 13th of January now and I am still no where with Vodacom. Vodacom gave Afrizon my ID number and bank details without my consent. Popi act may permit sharing of information but not sensative information as such when I don't even have any services provided by this Afrizon company whatsoever. I applied online for an upgrade in December then received an iPhone 11 that I requested for, but the phone is faulty the volume is very soft even if the volume is on top when I make the call I have to put the phone on speaker another thing the battery goes off very quickly, I’ve sent emails and made calls being promised by the consultants that they will arrange the courier to pick up the phone until today, I am so disappointed with the service I received from Vodacom.

My name is RP Ntema ID 7809225538088. On the 9th December I made an order for a new phone when I was doing my upgrade for the number 0761544203. The agent told me that my order will be delivered within 3 to 5 working days. The time passed. I made a follow up on the 17th December. I was told that my order was not processed and the agent promised to escalate the matter so that I can get my order within the next 3 to 5 working days. I believed that and let him do the order again.

After 3 days there was no sms showing that my upgrade was complete and there was no delivery. Good day

I am currently experiencing a problem regarding Vodacom call agents who upgrade cellphone and data line contracts without my permission and knowledge. I was only informed that these contracts have been upgraded after the upgrade was finalized. I have also been told that I no longer can upgrade my cellphone at a local Vodacom shop. But rather, the upgrade can only be done through the Vodacom corporate office.

If you could contact me with an individual to resolve this issue, I would greatly appreciate it.

I've been paying every month but vodacom is still blocking my device even after sending them all the proofs.

For more than three months I've been struggling with this provider, their system is incompetent, doesn't communicate with each other and the consultants seems not knowing what they are doing it's like everyone is working with his own opinion, it's always a new story when you try to do follow up.
