I called in weeks in advance to get my line relocated , only to be the system is off line and someone will call me back. That went for a week with me calling everyday, eventually only after escalating did someone log a service request.
However on the 1st of feb the line was not relocated. Then I spent every day on the phone with Vodacom customer care without the query being resolved.
First it was one reason then another , it has gone one and one with being told every day the line will be working tommorow. It is now 12 days later from when the line is working. The day I am cancelling the line, is the day the sales department is frantically getting emailing me that they can not get in touch with me.
I spent the morning on the phone with Vodacom. I don’t understand the level of incompetence…
