On the verge on canceling this contract with vodacom. it and already I'm experiencing hell! Called in to switch my debit order and nothing and now they want to make the arrears issues my issues I need this resolved ASAP !!

Contacted the Customer Service center on 06/06/21 for assistance on WiFi contract after husband passed away. They told me that I just need to change the debit order details in order for them to keep receiving payment. This was done same day.

The debit order did not go off as expected at the end of the month, so went to my local Vodacom store for assistance on 15/07/21. They told me that they cannot assist with anything to do with WiFi contracts.

Offered to pay them in cash for the amount in arrears, was told they can't do that. Went home and contacted the call center once more, who told me to complete a transfer of ownership from to transfer the contract from my deceased husband's name to my name.

Form was completed and submitted with all the relevant documents on the same day. Received…

I am typing this email to vent regarding the less than nothing service I have received from your Fibre department. I am working from home and I rely heavily on my fibre line. I pay R1300 per month for this fibre, yet I receive pathetic from you guys.

Mt fibre went down on Saturday and I reported it(Ref: SR210717-841395) and I was told it’s due to the outage even though my neighbours didn’t have issues yet they are also on Vodacom Fibre. I explained this to the consultant that was helping me, she still insisted I was affected my the outage.

Yesterday morning, I called again and asked the consultant to escalate for me which she did. Then I received a call from 0117917603 telling me the technician will be at my house at 12:00, needless to say the technician wasn’t at by house at 12:00.…

I have made numerous requests for activation of fibre in my house since last year around October but up to this day this has not been done. I have been sent from pillar to post since then. Vodacom Customer Care department is the worst, they just prefer not to reply any email. As this seems to be hard for you guys to do, I 've resorted to look for another service provider to provide me with the service that you can't do. Still there is a problem because no service provider can help me because they say we have a Vodacom The last email I wrote was asking for a letter that confirms that we do not have a working fibre with Vodacom . We have a child who is doing online schooling and it is hard for us.

I have logged a support request 2-KFJGL3M and have been trying for about 2 weeks to get it resolved. keraan@vcontractor) and did not get any response. When phoning or using the online chat for assistance I get told that my ID number is not on the system and get disconnected.

This is very poor service from Vodacom. I just need the username and password to be able to log in to the free fibre router I received from Vodacom.

I have been a loyal customer to Vodacom for the last 20 odd years. At the start of the year I decided to move service providers as Vodacom does not offer a consolidated family contract that makes more sense for our family situation.

I have tried from February 2021 to cancel my contracts with Vodacom.

Finally 2 have been switched, but the last one remains on contract. " I have yet to receive one. And know one is getting back to me.

data was stolen and I have records from Vodacom that I had received from Jabulani that is showing the report of my data usage. it is very clear that my data was stolen. every the 1st of every month I'm provided with 10 GB and because I was booked off sick due to the operation, I was not working(using data).

from the 1st Jul - the 5th Jul I had only used 434 MB. 7 GB carried over data to July month which was the remaining balance from June month. since then I had never used my data. Remaining data balance reflects on this cellphone no. 82 GB

I have a 24 month fiber contract with Vodacom - the contract includes a router as part of the package. The router provided is faulty, and many of my devices struggle to connect to my home wifi. I have reported this issue on multiple occasions with Vodacom with multiple trouble tickets raised, to no avail.

I was finally able to escalate this to an escalation officer, mr Justin John Boer - who acknowledged the fault and undertook to replace the router. I have this recorded on a Vodacom trouble ticket number SR210604-675908 logged on June 4th 2021. Mr Boer has subsequently closed the ticket and I was never given a replacement. The call center now refuses to help on the matter because the ticket is closed.

Cancellation of contract expiring on 1 July 2021, was requested on 21 June, I also spoke to two managers GREG RAMPERSAD and CHRIS NAIDOO to have the contract cancelled. NOTHIS has been done. When I call back to speak to them nobody assists me. I have paid the full amount of R268.99 of the old contract on 7 july 2021 and sent proof of payment. However my cell number remians blocked and Vodacom billed me again out of contract for this new month after I specifically requested a cancellation and didnt want another contract with VODACOM.

I am struggling for more than a year to get my statements on a regular basis by email. I have spoken to your people several times but then I only receive a statement once. My adress on my statement was and still is wrong.

Good day! I have been trying to get Vodacom on numerous occasions to answer my questions which I sent you a copy and no response from Vodacom. I have call the Call Centres and the Accounts department and still no answer to why they are still billing me with a contract and phone that has clearly been expired in March 2021.

I have been threatened by Vodacom that I am owing them lots of money for a phone and contract that only lasted 2 years and which has expired in March 2021. I took out a contract with Vodacom for a Huawei P30 Lite. The convincing factor that motivated me to select this particular phone was its dual sim functionality.

However, I'm struggling for almost a year and a half to get it to work, to no avail. Vodacom is also not helping... How can you deceive the public in this manner by advertising something to have certain functionalities knowing well that it is not true.

My Mom aged 82 went to get an upgrade with Samsung handset at Vodashop Canal Walk. She was convinced to get an Oppo which she can't use. The store and Vodacom are refusing to help by changing the Oppo for a Samsung.

Staff opened the phone instore and put her sim card in. The phone was taken back to the store the same day but they refused to take it back. No kne hax bothered to call me to confirm events just taking the word of the staff at the store.

The point blank refusal to assist a long time customer who is not tech savvy is disgusting and most disappointing. I will not recommend Vodacim ever again after this kind of treatment

I applied for a cellphone online on the 25th of June 2021 for an iphone 12 mini, I went to store to view the phone and found it was too small then I called Vodacom to change the phone to a Samsung Z flip which on the internet was on special for R499 - I was told that they need to cancel the iphone and

Vodacom and its third party RewardsCo is not in control of their business or their customer accoutns: 1. I am still on the "old system" meaning that the vodacom shops cannot assist me with any upgrades 2. I am struggling to cancel an number for more than two years and nobody seems to be able to assist because of point 1. 3. The vodacom callcentre is not able to assist, and keep sending senseless emails but not addressing anything. 4. RewardsCo tried to do an upgrade which we refused but they still went through with the upgrade. We tried to get them to reverse it as we did not take delivery of the upgrade. This is still not addressed since January 2021.

I was offered a package that does not exist, but my bank account has been debited for the incorrect data quantity which was already allocated.

Additionally, Vodacom debited an incorrect amount, which is more than the amount that was agreed upon when I was made the offer. The custumore service department is reading my e-mails, but not reverting back to me with a response. I have requested for a cancellation, but have not received confirmation in that regard.

Furthermore, Vodacom has allocated data and all network units again for the month of July 2021, which I am not willing to pay for. Please resolve this as a matter of urgency.

I reported a fraud case with affidavit on the 24-04-2021 to the Fraud Department. Reference nr EC-16HO-2WLEZ1 FRAUD DISPUTE JCF HARRIS CELL NR 082 459 4409. After more than 12 calls at different dates with several departments (Business, Customer Care, Fraud Dept, Cancellations Dept ), the feedback varies from case has been resolved and that i will receive a refund not later tan 3 July 2021, and

that a syndicate infiltrated the above mentioned (082 459 4409). The matter is still unresolved. 88 on my account. If not resolved within 3 days from today, this case will be escalated to ICASA and all possible public forums. This situation is totally unacceptable!

after having my contract for more than 15 years Vodacom made a mistake on their side, for allocating funds to the wrong account, i have sent proof of payments as well as corresponded with their lawyers as they handed me over which affected my credit score, after my contract has been cancelled they terrorised me for more than 3 years, the lawyers sent me a paid up letter after they found their mistake, but still wont be able to assist me with a new contract after a few years, with my credit score affected, which is entirely Vodacom's fault as the paper trail suggest, i am looking to take legal action against Vodacom,, please if any one could advise me on the correct department to do so

You have the most horrible customer service! I have been a customer for many years, and I honestly do not know how you get away with the way you handle customers. You pre-recorded messages say we are making customer smile!

This could not be farther from the truth. I am stuck with 2 contracts with you for another 2 years on good faith. If I offered you the same service I would not have clients left in my field of work.

No one ever phones you back, between 3 different Vodacom stores, so I can not even blame a specific store. Communication is terrible. I cannot remember when last I have been so upset about a service we have to pay for but it is never properly delivered.

And the worst is you probably do not care. So suck it up customer, take what we decide to give you suppose.

I called the cancelations department to cancel a contract as I lost my job while pregnant.. A lady told me she can give me a very low amount to pay. Only to find there is no such thing. My initial payment was R804 from then without any communication it went to R924.

After the so called call I paid R1 049, now I'm checking for July it says I will pay R1 490. After I explained that I no longer work and have a newborn, still you rob and con me. I have been with vodacom for 7 years on contract and have never missed a payment.

Cancel everything I have with you because even your statements do not give details of what I am paying for.

i bought a cellphone at Jet end December 2020. The phone suddenly switched off and wouldnt boot past the Samsung logo after a month or two. You have the dates on your system im certain. Around the end of May I received a telephone call from a consultant that they realized I pay to much money monthly currently and as my contract expires soon she wants to offer me n better deal. As I indicate to her that I do not want to renew the contract but intend to use the month to month option she insist to explain her offer to me. 00 and 20 MB. 00 to Smart L.

I'm trying for 4 months now to get contracts that expired cancelled because we don't use those contracts anymore. In February my wife spoke to Philemon who told her I must phone to cancel the contracts myself since the contracts are on my name. I phoned and spoke to Lee who ensured me the contracts will be cancelled. The end of that month the whole amount was debited from my account again. On 5 May I phoned again and spoke to Pearl who ensured me the contracts will now be cancelled. End of May the full amount was debited from my account again and I assumed it might be because my call was on the 5th which was already into the month. End of June, guess what, the full amount was debited again. So since February I pay R637,99 per month for contracts that I don't use.

Being trying to cancel my internet contract for over a year. Told every month that I phoned that the contract is cancelled but every month, my account is debited. Phoned in May 2021 to cancel again, told it is cancelled but as it is the 3rd of the month, the last debit will be in June 2021.

Today is the 1st of July 2021 and my account was debited yet again. ) Finally she agreed to cancel the contract and refund me.
