I had an appointment at Las Vegas VW dealer for 9:00 AM for an oil change. I arrived at 8:45 AM. As an 85 year old woman, I sat there waiting and watching about 4 to 5 other cars being serviced and leaving.

I finally asked what’s holding it up and he said they are busy. I didn’t get out of there till after 11:00 AM. When I arrived, there was only one other car there and 1 person waiting. I can’t sit in a straight chair long due to my back problems and I was very disappointed at the service.

Also, there’s a recall on my car and they still don’t have the parts. This has been going on for months.

A very disappointing experience at Teddy VW of the Bronx, at 3743 Boston Rd, Bronx, NY 10466. I listed my Tesla which is in a great condition with zero operational issues on KBB.

I was contacted By Teddy VW over phone and email, after providing all the car details, photos and accident history they provided me over email on 9/5 an offer with a clear amount, even indicating they may pay more if the car is good after inspection.

My complaint is with your product. My car is a 2016 Beetle and I am no purchasing a THIRD replacement key and fob for a very high cost. There is a pin that locks the key to the fob that simply falls out.

Fortunately I was at home when it happened this time. The last time that happened I was not so lucky. I have ordered two more keys so I can keep an extra with me at all times in case the key just magically falls out of the fob again.

This is my second Beetle and I did not have this happen with the first car. we can land a man on the moon but Volkswagen can't create a better pin to secure these keys? 00 to purchase 2 new replacements and the money to have them work with my car.

We bought a new VW Tiguan from the IRA VW dealer in Saco, Maine. The vehicle has only been on the road just over 2 weeks and has only just over 1000 miles on it. A few days ago, the complete infotainment system stopped working and was completely dead.

No access to any of the vehicle systems. We contacted the dealer, the sales team that sold us the vehicle and they quite clearly indicated it was not their problem and immediately palmed us off to the service department stating that glitches happen with new cars and

On 5/13/23, I purchased a 2023 VW Taos from Wallace VW in Stuart FL. My husband and I have a long-term relationship with this dealership and wanted to bring our business here because we trusted them. I also traded in a 2018 VW Dune Beetle which I owned.

I have stellar credit (over 800) and not a lot of other debt. 14% for a 72-month loan. 9% offer or any other options. I feel I was misled and not given all the information I needed to make the best decision for myself.

The financial person never showed my different options and I was led to believe in this current market it was all I could do. 91. ). I trusted this establishment and feel I was not given all the information so i could make an informed decision.

Is there anything that VW can do to correct this issue?

Brought my 2019 jetta in for a recall to Wally's VW in Schenectady,NY. After picking it up the EPC light came on and the engine went into limp mode. Called them and they made an appointment for the following week, I got the car there for the appointment and didn't hear anything from them for a couple days, called them and

We brought our vehicle in on Monday to your Brooklyn service center. We were here at opening time they came at least 30 minutes after to open the shop. After we told them the issues we hear nothing else so I showed up on Wednesday.

The reason we brought the car in was due to the engine failing frequently. by that Monday we had been jumped at least 4 times in the prior week. As the battery shut down even while we were driving. On Wednesday when i came int I was told that there is nothing wrong with my battery.

My 2012 Passat TDI SeL has been with Serra VW for 2 mos and 6 days currently and they never even bother to provide any type of updates. I've been calling them every week for the past couple of months only to be told, " we will start on your car on Monday".

The problem is, every Friday that I've call, they promise to start on my car the following Monday and it still hasn't happened. Customer service is horrible. They've been lying to me since I dropped my car off. So I will be retrieving my car this week to tow it elsewhere.

Hanania VW Of Orange Park Blanding BLVD. Shoddy, questionable service. Had to complain of poorly done work to my car, and then experienced several issues along with a car that now has a check engine light on after their work.

RUDE! I contacted this number per a mailer I received to schedule a safety recall appointment. I spoke with representative Cory. She asked for my information - and then told me it didn't match my vehicle?! she then recommended I just contact the dealer to schedule this.

I told her the mailer had this number and I would like to just schedule it. She proceeds to argue with me and explain how it is "just their process". I finally have enough (after the third time she told me to just call the dealer) and ask to speak to her supervisor.

She comes back and tells me her supervisor "Sarah" said that there is nothing she can do. I again ask to speak to her and am hung up on. She CALLS me back and says if I want to talk to her I will need to call the customer service line and hold again.

Hi, am a long time VW customer customer, I have brought four vw’s from VW and just recently 4 months ago I brought a 2018 Honda civic from Coachella VW in Indio, Ca. I had it towed back to Coachella VW to find the problem but they completely gave me problems, telling me that since I was in the process of installing a subwoofer I’m my trunk, that must have been the problem.

Bear in mind that i purchased an extended warranty when i brought this vehicle. So they suggested that I have it towed to the Honda dealer which I did the next day. The Honda dealer comes back to me with a bill of $9,000 dollars for repairs to replace the wiring harness.

Engine Coolant tank, suddenly goes empty, coolant level warning indicated.

on Nov 28.2022 our 2022 Taos at 8589 miles lost all engine coolant, no apparent leaks and VW Service at Herman Cook Encinitas checked said there were no pressure leaks when tested, " they have seen this before". No resolution.

On March 12, 2023 this has happened again, at 11992. Miles, again no warning seems to occur suddenly and I have been monitor the coolant level closely since Nov 28. See attached photo of empty engine coolant tank from March 12, 2023

I have 2020 Atlas Crossport SEL 4Motion. Since day 1 I complain about harmonic vibrations on highway speeds 70-90 mph. After several attempts to repair, vibrations are still present. Now after the warranty ended Dealer won't fix the problem under warranty.

, I took my car to Volkswagen of Santa Monica - the dealership where the car was purchased - for the 1-year Service. I told the Service Advisor, Jesus Medina, that the "remote start-up" function was no longer working and I needed that to be checked out to find out the cause as well as the service.

When the car was returned to me I asked Jesus what did the technician fix the problem with the remote start. Jesus told me that I would have to bring the car back, and it would take 3 days for them to run diagnostics to find out what the problem was.

I have been waiting since early Jan 2023 for a AWD control module. I have to drive a vehicle in - 25C temperatures + I'm a senior citizen I have had minimal contact from the dealership. Have made numerous calls myself and gotten the run-around.

First my service advisor Krystle Chaulk was not available, 4 calls later I find out she had surgery- no one was doing any follow-up, when I questioned why this was, I this got no answer. Called last on Friday 24 Feb 2023 and had to again leave a message.

I brought my 2002 vw jetta TDI in for an oil change and to have two codes read at Lithia VW of Reno for One for an airbag light and the other for a check engine light that comes and goes. My first time visiting.

You wanted $190 for each code read. I opted for the check engine light as i am a retired veteran and cant afford both reads at this time. The service department completed my service and said the engine light was stored and coming from a short to ground or open circut coming from the fuel shut off solenoid.

Work order says, Fuel shut off solenoid is part of the injection pump and, “ Can Not Be Replaced”. The invoice quoted $5,500 for a new injection pump and timing job. I went home a little upset and started researching the fuel shut off solenoid.

8lt Automatic, in 2018. Since I bought the car, I complained about a rattle in the dashboard (on the passenger side). According to the Volkswagen Service department in Somerset West (SA), they couldn't hear the rattle. I kept complaining with every service that the dashboard has a rattle.

Eventually, when the Volkswagen Service department in Somerset West heard the rattle, it was on the service before my warrant expired. I needed my car and couldn't leave it there. Then lockdown came. By the time I could take my car to Volkswagen again my warrant expired.

Took my 2010 VW Beetle in for a oil change and trans service. Charged me $840 for these services which is outrageous. Asked for my old parts being I was told by a previous tech who used to work at this shop that these car have screens in trans and can be cleaned not replaced.

they charged over a $100 for a gasket. I consulted a local parts place and was told a complete trans kit was $32 at O Reilly auto parts. Will never take my vehicle back again to this shop, plus the fact they should have told me ahead of time the costs.

I purchased a preowned VW TDI Passat from this dealership, I was sold a bag of goods and I am very disappointed. The car had tint in the back window, little mirrors on the Sideview mirrors, and a faulty tail light.

I was also getting a tire light that kept coming on. I had to go back and forth to this dealership because they continually were screwing up removing tue tint amd mirrors and they replaced the wrong tail light. My last visit I made mention of dry dotted tires and they did nothing.

The 2022 Jetta SEL is my 4th new VW purchased. It seems my electronics have a mind of their own, from a warning indicator light and audible "bing" alerting me that my "travel assist" is inoperable (at all speeds) to an auto start which at times works and other times does not- to a car play system that picks the time it wants to connect.

I needed to get an oil change for my VW atlas and the first two, including the one at 20k miles are free as a part of the new car sales agreement. I travel foe work (using my Atlas) and could not get my oil changed for 3-4 weeks because they couldn't me and because I had two recalls that they had to address (making a total of four recalls in 20k miles… great job VW).

Because I couldn’t just go through the express lane for the free oil change I was over the 1k window of mileage between 20k and 21k that you must be in to get it for free. They were completely unsympathetic to my plight when I finally got an appointment but I decided to just pay the $170 (biggest rip off on earth) for the oil change.

In September I took in our vehicle for service and one of the issues they discovered were problems with our axle. Our dealership couldn’t fix the problem because there were no parts and they were on back order. Months later still no parts.

It’s now December and we’re experiencing rumbling sound and a lot of vibration during acceleration. The service is covered by our warranty but Volkswagen dealership still has no parts to fix our vehicle. We are being advised again that we can pick up our vehicle and drive it like that until parts come in.

We have been waiting on those parts since September. How can we continue to buy Volkswagen vehicles when we can’t even get them fix when issues arise.

We submitted the paperwork and we were denied so I was talking to one of your associates and he said because of my paperwork they had a $64.95 on the invoice and that’s why they were not paying me for my water pump so I told him deduct it which we can’t anyway I need somebody to help me get my money back. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with your 12-year corrosion warranty and with the service at Centre-Ville Montréal (324 Peel St, Montreal, Quebec, H3C 2G8). I first noticed corrosion in 2018, which is consistent with online claims that corrosion appears on VW vehicles in Montreal after 6 years.

My previous car, a Toyota Tercel, did not have any corrosion on it after 15 years. One of the panels for which I claimed repairs (the right quarter panel) had been damaged by another car and had been repaired by a body shop that had been recommended to me by my insurance company.

I bought a 2019 beetle convertible new. Since purchase, there have been nothing but issues. I live in the Florida Keys and the nearest dealership is 100 miles one way away from me. Right after my purchase I took a day off work to drive the 100 miles up there and ended up having to leave the vehicle and drive 100 miles home.

5 hour drive each way. The issues I had then were the driver's seat kept lowering itself slowly and I needed to pump it back up every time I got in and when I turned on the A/C, I had to push the AC button and

Good day,

I have previsouly sent a mail in regards to my VW Scirroco which i sent to the VW dealership in Mosselbay.

The timing chain broke and i was informed that the car was to be stripped to check for further damages in the engine. After receiving feedback, i informed the dealership that i would be finding my own mechanic to do the repairs as i couldn't afford the dealships qoute.

I paid a little more than R10 000 to the dealership. This was only for the labor of stripping the car. Then i also had to make sure that i arranged for the car to be moved from the floor to avoid storage fees.

Please see attached pictures of how the car was given to me. I don't know if I'm being the wrong one in this instance, but this is really just such bad service. No mechanic wants to work on a car…

I have ID4 a year ago and one month ago I notice the front sensors were not working properly and I see that the sensor part in the front was pushed inside from 2 sides and I believe this was because of strong winds while driving fast or I don’t know why it moved from it’s place.

I received an email telling me to schedule a service appointment. It didn’t say what it was for, so I have tried to call since November 3 but have not reached a person in service yet. I left messages but no one returns your calls.

Why should I even consider keeping my leased vehicle or purchasing another when your service is deplorable.

Volkswagen will not stand behind the "fix" they put in place with the diesel recall. I have put on approximately 10,000 miles since Rudy Luther Westside Volkswagen located in St. Louis Park, Minnesota worked on my vehicle and now is in need of repair on the "fix'.

They state it is past the 48 months (by a few months) since they did this work but not even close to the 48,000 miles the warranty stated. The "fix" only made the issues with my car worse (2011 VW Sportswagon TDI).

I purchased a used 2016 Ford Fusion from your dealership on Wednesday July 20, 2022, from Lafontaine Volkswagen Dearborn. Prior to purchasing the vehicle, a salesperson reached out to me to sale a vehicle to me. I explained my situation, which was I had a vehicle since 2012 Ford Focus that was giving me issues and needed a reliable vehicle and that I recently converted from a Chapter 13 to a Chapter 7 bankruptcy. I told her I needed a new vehicle for work and to get my son back and forth to school and sports. She understood and helped me. I came in, they ran my credit and told me I was eligible for a 2016 used Ford Fusion. Then she told me that’s all I was eligible for due to my credit score. We have a 2018 Tiguan one we just brought it in for the 60,000 mile service. They did some work on it and a couple weeks later now we’re being told that a cylinder needs to be replaced and that looks like it’s going to be about $6000. All we do is use this car to commute locally around town and we have only had it for a few years and conveniently the warranty just ran out a thousand miles ago can you reinstate the warranty so that we can use it for this issue?

Sold a lemon. 2022 VW Taos has all sorts of check engine light coming on, going off and coming back on again. I've had multiple check engine lights come on. all for emissions codes. Now this morning the EPC light came on while driving on an expressway. I have made multiple attempts to reach the service department at Autonation Volkswagen of Savannah Georgia. Phone just rings and rings. No one ever picks up. I have spoken to their sales manager, and he took my information and said he would get to the bottom of it and call me back. No phones back ever.

I canceled my extended warranty in April.. I have called and nobody know where my refund is...I was told its in Houston but you cant get ahold of any one they just send me to the same number ...Drive easy said i would have it in 45 days..... 45 days have came and gone several times

My 2021 Passat had a fluid/or oil leak. It was necessary to leave with the dealership. Onion Creek VW, Austin, TX, was understaffed and the waiting period for the return of the car was 7 days. OC VW did NOT have any loaner vehicles, so it was necessary for me to rent one for the week at the cost of $583. I contacted VW Customer Care asking about the warranty coverage to help with this expense and was told I must contact the dealership.

I have contacted OC VW several times and no emails or phone calls have been returned.

This is the 5th VW I have either purchased or leased and I'm furious. What to do?

Faulkner Volkswagen, 6631 Carlisle Pike Mechanicsburg, Pa.

Recently my 2019 Alltrack broke down. The clutch was inoperable. I had it towed to Faulkner VW. I was told the clutch was not covered by the warranty. It was damaged by wear and tear. I had to pay nearly $3000 to get my car back.

I have been driving a stick shift for 50 years. My other vehicles NEVER experienced any clutch problems and some of them had close to 200,000 miles. I know how to drive a clutch. My current vehicle has not quite 50,000.

There are only two conclusions I can draw: 1. The head of service at Faulkner is dishonest. 2. VW clutch materials are shoddy.

I really loved my Alltrack until this incident. This is the first VW I have ever had. And with type of treatment, it will be the last.

I have a 2013 VW Tuareg TDI 3.0 executive and had 2 major repairs complete by Sunnyvale VW (loss of power from the Turbo and the catalytic convertor). After 1 year of driving the same issue (loss of turbo) re-appeared. I was able to drive the car to Dublin VW and asked for their assistance. Dublin VW spent 2 days inspecting the vehicle and reviewing the history of the vehicle. They determined the work done, reported by Sunnyvale VW, was not done properly. The lead mechanic pointed out to me the areas that the work was not completed correctly I paid the $800 for their services and had the vehicle towed to Sunnyvale VW for further analysis.

Sunnyvale VW reported that the work previously done was correct and the current issue is caused by another part (EGR actuator). Please note the EGR…
