I have purchased a 2019 VW Atlas in Feb. 2020, VID 1V2WP2CA8KC590034. Recently my car has serious oil leaky. Your dealer at Scottsdale, AZ has determined that it is due to the damage of the timing cover gasket and the oil separator PCV valve.
The technician told me that the timing cover and PCV valve were melt due to the hot weather of Arizona. Please see attached images of the damage. I could not get a free repair since my car has more mileages than the warranty cover mileage.
However, the hot weather is not controlled by me and I have always followed your manual to do all maintenance in your dealer and have no any accident or damage of my car. Purchased a VW Polo from a renowned VW dealership in South-Africa within the Western Cape Province. Within the first month of ownership the verhicle started leaking oil from the sumpgasket deeming it unsafe to travel and needed replacement. With great effort and complaints the dealership fixed the problem.
Verhicle was sold to me with bad squeeling brakes and currently 6 months of owning the verhicle, there is a leak on the engine cooling liquid system from one of the engine top gaskets. No further help was received from the involved VW dealership.

In November 2021, I schedule a service for my 2011 Volkswagen Tiguan. The heating in my vehicle did not function and required a repair. The Bob Johnson Volkswagen's service team conducted an assessment, and diagnose that my vehicle would require a new heating system. I agreed with the assessment and paid for the repair.
Once the repair was complete, the heating system functioned correctly with no issues until mid February. As of February 10, less than three months from the initial repair, the first 3 settings of the heating currently do not function. The only setting that functions is the highest setting and there is fear that it will stop working.

At the beginning of september my service engine soon light came on on my 2013 vw jetta tdi. I went to local auto parts store and they gave me the code. When I got home I googled the code and found out it was a common problem with cars like mine.

i just recently bought an ID4, this place lies just to sale you a car. I just had the vehicle 1 week and had to charge the car multiple times not what they had mentioned. They had said that the car was good to travel that it doesnt take that long to charge, that was a lie. First day I connected to the level 1 it was going to take about 48hrs to charge oh and they dont tell you that if the car heats a fan will turn on that will waste your charge. Had a scheduled appointment for service 9/21/21. I got 2 texts reminders to confirm my appointment. When arrived was told that I need to leave my car overnight and no one will look at my car until the next day.
Prior to booking the appointment I was told it will take about 6 hours not that it will be overnight and no one will look at my car. I asked for a loaner and was declined.
Noticed a oil leak on 9-20-21 on my 2021 Volkswagon Tiguen. Called Volkswagon told to bring the car in the next morning, leave it and they would get to it would they had time. When asked about a car to be able to get to and from work I was told there were none available.
Without the ability to get to work and not knowing how many days it would take for Volkswagon to even look at my vehicle I asked for an appointment when I could get an actual repair looked at. I was given an appointment for an entire week late.
In the meantime, oil is getting all over the engine and causing other damage that may not show up until further down the road. I'm also losing a quart of oil a day and having to make sure I keep that up so I don't run out of oil and the motor lock up.

Hello, I just purchased a new 2020 Atlas Cross Sport SEL Premium R-Line 1month ago. We are very disappointed with the navigation included on this vehicle which is one of the main reasons we purchased it. Multiple times while traveling we were led astray by it.

I have had these lights replaced on three occasions the last time in December 2019 each time they have been running in condensation. Heritage VW in Salisbury up until now have been very good. However. when I took my car back earlier this month (January 2020) they told me they could only dry the lights out and it would likely happen again.
I find this unaceptable as these lights shoulld be sealed units and not attract condenstion. All the other lights on my car are fine with no water problem. If these lights were replaced I can oly assume that faulty goods were used.
Since I bought this 2018 Tiguan lemon car, it continues to earn its name. Just last week for one week the car was in the Reydel shop in New Jersey. They said that the outside temperature gauge was fixed. The car was left there, they did give me a loaner car, but even when I picked up the car yesterday the gauge was not right.

I went to our local dealer to purchase a TCross Highline. There was one on the floor with a board stating that the total price (vat included) was R387,800. I indicated that I was going to pay cash and asked for discount.
The following day I was provided with a quotation but with a price of R391,300. I was flabbergasted and said that I asked for cash discount but now you want to charge me even more than your advertisement. I was told that the extra costs involve service and delivery.

I had a beyond terrible experience with the service department at this dealership. I dropped my car off to be serviced after an accident, the service department lost the keys to my car. They failed to notify me that they lost my keys, I found out through my insurance company and the body shop that my keys were misplaced and could not be found.
When I received my car back from getting repairs done, both the new key that they replaced my original key with and my spare key were not working properly. I had to go back and forth with the service associate TJ in order to get them to fix the programming with my keys, as they tried to blame it on everyone else instead of taking responsibility for a simple mistake they made.

My wife and I purchased a new 2012 Volkswagen Jetta Sportwagen in December of 2011. The car has just under 70,000 miles. The car has developed an oil leak that has coated parts of the underside of the car. I have pictures. I don't think a car with this low miles should have this problem. I received in the mail a letter from VW saying my vehicle needed a safety recall for a lever switch replacement. I took it on 12/31/19 at 7am. To start things off, the dealer couldn't even locate my car, which I bought in that exact location.
