The Last three year's this location has been variable but lately this location is despicable with workers that have terrible attitudes.

Customers are tired of getting cold food and getting food with hair in it that's different colors from the women wearing uncovered wigs. People have gotten sick at the location and have complained about it but nothing is done.

This location is seen where a lot of people are not washing their hands well and going to the bathroom and the hands are still dry.

Tto make it more unprofessional the workers verbally abuse others, talk very badly about customer and was caught spitting in a cup.

One of the older females that cooked was selling drugs in the parking lot and later while high on drugs had a fight with a senior citizen coworker.

Completely disorganized and that's forgiveable to a point but when they allowed a customer to go behind the counter and get his own coffee ridiculous he could wait like everyone else and he wasn't that clean.

Waffle House unit 2126 5245 Stone Mountain GA 30087 My husband and myself went in on August 18 2024. Sat at counter. Was greeted by waitress. Then did not come back for ten min. At least. Then she came back and asked what we wanted. Gave us plastic silverware.

I asked for real silverware. Should not have done that. Gave us silverware with a dirty spoon. I put that to the side. She gave us our drinks had to reach for them. And our food. Had to reach for them.

Like she could not come near us? What the Hell? Then gave us our check. But forgot our waffles? Had to ask for them. My husband got his first. So we shared that one. Ten min later mine came I asked to make it to go.

Never apologized , Just like your bothering me again? We’ll never go back. So Sad

I visit the Canada rd location this Saturday and Sunday and I. Could not help but notice how one of the employees was treating his co workers this guy was wears glasses and walking with a cane. First he was yelling at the female employees, he was hitting them in the butt with his cane I saw him wiping his wet hands on one girls shirt and I found this behavior very disrespectful.

Benton ky store.. Night cook is a alcoholic and drinks on the job you can smell it when he talks. Servers constantly one phones inside and out and spend more time outside smoking than inside come back in and never was hands, when cold out you freeze inside and even have ac on.

When hot outside no air condition or barely so you sweat. Hardly was tables between customers but will use the dirty placemats menus to brisk away crumbs on the benches and floor never ever wipe down a chair or booth.

Servers bitch and mone they Don't make enough, rude to customers and if one don't like you just because they hardly take your order and throw the cold food because your freezing in the place and never come back. Angel the cook at waffle House number 2399 located 150 Cook Street Abingdon Virginia, phone number is 276-614-5143. m. in the morning. Myself Eric walked into the waffle House it said Good morning with a smile. I simply ask to have the two tomatoes cut up slightly fried with a small amount of black pepper sprinkled on top to the cook angel.

She quickly came back with the order The eggs were runny The tomato had not been chopped up not even cooked, and with the huge ego and attitude said " there you go ". Angel the cook is a poor representative of waffle House and talks on the phone too much.

I went to Waffle House in LaGrange Ga Whitesville RD location and I was harassed about leaving a tip and because my job paid more I should have left one. I got a to go order and I don’t feel that I should have to leave a tip if I don’t want to but she told me that I should have left her a tip multiple times. Then asked me name and said she was going to remember me because the next time I come I better leave a tip.

After 20 years of traveling and stopping at WAFFLE HOUSE in many areas this is the second time in the past year i have went to a location store 1927 and been extremley disappointed in menue choices corporate fault and the employees the food was not cooked fully the temp inthe building was not suitable for business I would recommend looking into closing orr retraining this location

I ordered a hash brown bowl with sausage and bacon. No cheese hash brown bowl. Had cheese when I got to work that’s when I realized cheese was on my eggs so I kept the receipt I could not leave work at the time when I was able to leave work I went back maybe 2hours later Asked them can I have my same order with no cheese I was told by an employee there, a black make with dreads at the Waffle House #2366 9041 New Kings rd Jacksonville fl.

I live in Tarboro, NC and I and a group of friends went to our local Waffle House to eat. We are regular and faithful customers but were told we could not dine in the restaurant tonight. The reason being they were out of clean dishes.

There were 5 workers in the restaurant at this time and none were willing to wash dishes. We were also told that the Manger, who was not there, told them not to let anyone dine in, customers could only order takeout.

I personally think this is ridiculous, a sign of very poor manage and a very good way to lose the business of regular, loyal paying customers. I say my group and I were disappointed is an understatement and we also do not understand the reasoning behind this decision to nit let customers dine in.

I have never had this problem in any other…

This complaint is only in regards to the manager at this specific location. Store number 1220. I live in Beaumont TX just left the waffle house off of I-10. The manager working was completely rude and disrespectful to both the staff as well as the customers.

She refused to give one of the employees a break also told another he was not allowed to go outside on his break. Using foul language, horrible attitude. Very loud and obnoxious the entire time to anyone that would listen.

Her servers also said she is always acting in that manner. It is completely unprofessional. Not to mention she's representing a franchise. I will never go to that location again just because of the simple fact someone like that is even allowed to be working in customer service. Her name is Reyna.

I was just in the waffle house in watson. I get good service except for one waitress. Destiny is one of the worst servers they have. I only got 1 glass of tea she ne her came by the table to see if we needed anything.

I WILL NOT BE BACK TO THAT ONE EVER! It is about 4 miles from my house but I would rather travel 10 miles to either the one in walker or denham springs LA.

No complaint. Went to Waffle House at 1809 Oates Dr. usually go to restaurants and people have tired, long faces, not very happy. Today is New Years Day and of course people would prefer to be home day after holiday. Not this Waffle House.

Everyone was happy, laughing, cleaning tables quickly, seating customers, tending to their needs, just a happy atmosphere. We felt like we were at home with family, everyone enjoying each others company, making customers feel welcome. This is why we keep coming back to this location.

Geneva our waitress was excellent, equally cheerful with a big smile. Thank you guys for making my visit a pleasant one. See you soon.

If your scale option was 0 to 5 stars I would give my experience today a zero. To be fair they were very busy, probably 5-7 tables standing waiting to be seated. We chose to sit at the counter; only 1 chair.

Waited forever to be acknowledged, asked about another chair waitress looked around and said sorry not any more. Asked someone else if we could order, was told "I'm not your waitress". 3 people at the counter left, I secured a chair for myself.

I had to wipe the counter space I was sitting at off, with the dirty wet cloth left on the corner of the counter space, wiped up the 2 syrup spills on the counter as well.

Finally waitress stopped by to take our order; when the order was delivered no silverware came with it; they returned with the 2nd order still no silverware delivered;…

Manager refused my husband and I service. We had two service dogs with our service dog apparel on down. We were told they could not be in the seats even though we had them on one seat with two blankets underneath them we were told to put them on the floor.

We put them on the floor then she didn’t need to know what service they provided. I told her I have seizures and she demanded to see their identification cards. Even though all of this is illegal she didn’t told us to get out, we were not be served at this waffle house, and that she was calling the police.

I walked in to the Waffle House on Hwy 190 in Hammond by I-55. The server was lining up her to go orders. Then all of a sudden the cook just jumps down her throat. He belittled her and degraded her in front of a restaurant full on customers.

Then the other female server there started putting her business out there to the cop eating. Pulling her into this clear tension that was going on. I found out later that the 2 that were doing all this were actually husband and wife.

They were going back and forth with the two cops there. Then the poor woman was so upset she left. I found out completely childish behavior. Telling her to act like a team member. When you yourself aren't. Hipocrocy .

I had to leave and go to another store. I certainly won't be going back to that one. I hope you do…

I ordered a Texas bacon patty melt plate covered, to go. I paid the ticket and left a generous tip for the preparing server, who really just took my order and gave me my check. I got home and sat down to eat, and, the melt had no bacon, and, the hash browns had no cheese.

Normally this is something I would let go, but, given the extra cost of the missing items, and, the fact that I left a good tip to someone who did nothing, I am very unhappy. In addition, I don't live near this store so returning was not an option.

Store #1533, where on two occasions, one today, November 13, 2023 at 9:56am, I ordered 2 Texas Sausage Egg and Cheese Sandwiches, along with 3 Grilled Ham and Cheese Sandwiches and the Grilled Ham and Cheese Sandwiches were all Texas Sausage Egg and Cheese Sandwiches. I tried calling back and an answering machine saying no to go orders, and you had to go to the store. Went to waffle House located at, 1961 W Main St, Salem, VA 24153 At 0950pm on Wednesday November 2nd and the were nearly empty. They had 2 employees there and were not accepting customers because they claimed that they were overwhelmed.

They had one dining customer and 2 to go orders that were there. I have never heard of such a thing. I'm sure that corporate does not have any policy for there employees to just stop accepting customers like that.

Undependable, don't know if they are going to be accepting customers so will not be going there again.

I came in with my friends around 1 something we waited for food OUTSIDE the door until 2;20 as we heard the people working complain about how they don’t work nights and they didn’t want to serve all of these people . Nobody could come in to even use the bathroom they had security in the store blocking everything only taking to go orders.

Last night 10/26 my wife and I visited your Lanier islands parkway location that is next to Burger King and Cracker Barrel. Upon arriving were 5 customers in the restaurant. As we sat and waited for service we noticed every single customer had issues with their order.

There was a Hispanic cook, a young black male waiter and an older black female waiter working. The young man stood directly in front of us for over 15 minutes trying to add up his tickets without ever acknowledging our presence.

My complaint is at THE WAFFLE HOUSE on 5532 Atlanta Hwy, Montgomery Alabama 35117 friday morning between 8, and 9 o'clock. A friend of mine sat down at the waffle house on the right side to eat. Well it started out bad when the wateriest placed the silverware that you eat from directly on the table.

My associate and i proceed to clean our utensils. The wateriest had a problem with my friend cleaning his utensils he then says to her i want my order to go. I said to her my order is for here.

On October 8, 2023 at approximately 8:30 PM, my wife and I entered the Waffle House in Petal, Mississippi, only to discover that even though there was only one customer sitting at a table and eating, all of the other eating areas had dirty dishes piled up on them. No one acknowledged us when we walked into the restaurant.

There was another couple that was also waiting, and they turned to look at us, with total disgust on their faces. That couple, along with my wife and myself, just shook our heads and walked out. We were all very disappointed in the the very unprofessional atmosphere in that place.

I sat in waffle house for approximately 21 minutes not one time did anyone acknowledge our presence, they did not attempt to take our or just nothing. The older white waitress just sat down on bar stool and stared at us.

The only time she moved was to check the white family out and sat back down. The other two waitress stood around talking. The only person working was the Cook. When I asked if I could get my order taken I was ignored.

My family of 5 entered into this establishment (3277 Goodman Rd E, Southaven, MS 38672) for breakfast at around midnight. We sat down and look over the menu. Our waitress Jessica, doing the usual thing proceeded to asking what we wanted to drink.

We all ask for something different for the most part; which is a common thing. Well the coffee cup I received had lipstick around the rim.
