Today October 1, 2023 I had a horrible experience. My food was not done. The first chicken was burnt and salty. I sent it back and the second one was full of old oil looked to me as if the grill wasn’t cleaned before cooking.

The eggs wasn’t done and the grits was stiff as cold peanut butter. The manager on duty name was Morgan.

As normal, the restaurant located in Stockbridge, GA on Henry Blvd was busy. I frequent this location very often because of the customer service and the team there work together. Today, I was in route to a doctor appointment an hour away and decided to get a to go order.

I was attempting to eat at the store in kernersville nc. I sat there 30 minutes before the server called my order. I had to leave for work and never got to eat. She is a poor employee. I have seen that the employees can say and do ever how they want to and nothing is ever done.

The menu prices go up every 6 months while quality and service go down.

I was giving a job at the Grove City location, Hired by the District Manager Ryan S. It took eight days for him to actually let me work five hours. Day one Interview. Day two Ryan had me drive 25 miles from home for what was to be my frist day of training!

I dined in tonight. I was sitting at the high with a couple friends and the cook. They called him Rodney. He was being very rude and disrespectful towards my server her name Trish. Was telling her to do her fucking job and it wouldn’t be a problem when she was doing her job.

I don’t understand how he still has the job because I’ve heard him be very disrespectful to multiple people on several occasions and he still has the job. I’m never eating here again if he is cooking. I don’t thing it’s right to talk to these women like this.

Ordered an all star breakfast the lady who took my order was scratching her head and robbing her face and didn’t wash her hands, while making my waffle!!! I’m very upset about this and I will not be eating there again!!!

I ordered an all star breakfast and The employees forget my waffle ,and forget the bacon on the side that I ordered. The cook was talking on ear peace head phones the whole time I was in the restaurant. When I asked about my waffle they said they didn't hear me order it ,and tried to charge me again for it.

So I left turned around when I realized they forget my bacon. and when they finally cooked my bacon I asked for hot girls, they replied that they gave me hot grits , I replied that they forget my bacon and me waiting for them to correct their wrong ,let my grits get cold.

Went to the Waffle House on stateline ave in Texarkana Texas while on a trip to take my wife to the doctor. The cooks this day were EXTREMELY slow. I got my food a good ten minutes before my wife.

The presentation of the meal was sloppy at best. We are fans of Waffle House and eat at many of the restaurants that we come across. Food is always good and service is always wonderful.

I grew up going to Waffle House. I thought the WH were bad down were I was originally born & raised. That being said, it is Waffle House. A lot of folks do NOT understand that this place IS NOT a restaurant but fast food.

However, NONE OF THESE PLACES EVER ANSWER THE PHONE OR THEY ARE RANDOMLY SHUT DOWN WITHOUT EXPLANATION AROUND HERE. The waitresses are always looking for a reason to get out of work or put the restaurant phone on silent. I’m tired of it.

Get your system straight where you can track when the phone is offline or not so that you can make more money. 00 from me in my lifetime because the phone is on on mute OR they unplug it.

My food was messed up and no one seemed to care. Not my regular 2 days a week. I went back with my Mercedes and the food. And was told that it wasn't done on their shift. Shift time just changed so they could not help me.

I went into Waffle House in Ridgeland, SC, during second shift(2pm-9pm) on a Sunday and I am a local. Had two other people with me. There were 4 waiters and 1 older Caucasian man, who was cooking. They brought in a speaker and had their music way too loud.

Not the juke box either. Our waiter was very nice and respectful, young black guy(Jordan) but one of the other waiters was standing around, playing on her phone and playing to music and singing. Kept looking over at us, saying that she wished we would leave so she could jam out to her music.

The Waffle House in batesburg Lexington county SC never answers the phone, employees struggle to serve guests regardless of capacity and regularly ignore call in orders, it’s very frustrating trying to call when they only answer the phone once every 10 times a phone call is made across when we would like to get a quick take out order, they’ve missed out on a ton of orders and it’s a regular problem.

The young lady that works third shift at the Green Oaks store. I believe her name is Abby she spends more time doing drugs in the bathroom or outside then actually taking any orders I have witnessed her buying pills. I was given a pecan waffle on a dirty plate that had peanut butter chips on it. I am highly allergic to peanuts. I called the waitress over and she was concerned. What bothered me more than anything is that the manager walked past my table and looked at me but never stopped and spoke to me.
