I went to the Waffle House in dumfries, va and the food was good as usual at any Waffle House, but the restroom was horrible, it smelled so bad, and just looked unclean.

Their food sucks. One of my favorite breakfasts is a good waffle with or without sides. The Waffle House waffles are the worst I have ever tried. If you are going to hold such a name like “The Waffle Kings” or “The House of Waffles” you should buy a better irons and make waffles better than at home, and better than other restaurants that serve breakfast.

What’s the point in going to a place claiming they have the best waffles if the ego-waffles taste better out of the freezer.

Just visited the Waffle House in Lee's Summit , MO on Douglas Rd. Been a while since I have visited that location. Have never seen it so bad. The personnel were sitting and on their phone. Not on break. The floors were a cesspool all the way in the kitchen.

Not one table clean with food smeared. Was disgusting. Turned around and left. Very disappointed. Realize help is hard to find but something needs to be done before it turns into a health problem.

Order taken at 11:03 and orange juice, 3 table of customers full 2 people at counter, 6 on staff. Order received at 11:46, sandwich bread was not toasted as requested, it was not fixed everything was just trown together the table next to me even commented on how it looked, a roach crawled on the table had to push it away.

I ordere a separe toast and some mayonnaise because the belt served had nothing not even butter. I arranged my own sandwich. By 12:15. Horrible experience the waitress was good but the cooks can’t even get a BLT

While eating breakfast with my family I found a hair in my hash browns, after throwing up for 10 minutes the waitress said oh and took mine off the bill the another waitress came to our table and tried to make hair jokes, by this time no one finished eating and we left, will never go back

This morning I had breakfast at WAFFLE HOUSE #1746 1806 EDGEWOOD RD. 21040. Someone needs to talk to the manager of this place. I ordered the two egg breakfast with grits/wheat toast/bacon. The only good part was the grits which were fresh & hot.

The eggs I ordered were supposed to be over meadium, they were over very hard. The toast was burnt & cold and I never got the bacon. I even asked the waitress for the bacon twice to no avail. I should have left when I saw the condition of the place but I was very hungry.

Needless to say I won't go back there. I have been to other WAFFLE HOUSE'S around the country and never seen one this dirty & incompatent. -

Went into Waffle House 1600 My Eden rd Shelbyville ky. Entered restaurant to sit down for a nice breakfast after a long 12 hr shift, and gnats attacked, we moved seating area and was still attacked with gnats so bad they was in hair, we complained to employee and

employee stated we have been having them bad this time of the year. The gnats have literally taking over the restaurant so bad that the health department needs to be contacted immediately. It was so bad me and my friend had to vacant the restaurant and take are food to go.

The service was fine.

However, the cook and/or manager was absolutely the most hateful, rudest person I've ever seen. She spoke to our waitress in such a condescending, critical manner, I was embarrassed for her. This was about 1230am July 30th at the waffle house in Conyers, GA on GA 20.

I worked at the waffle house in rockingham for 3 days on the 4th day I didn't have the right shoes but they let me work anyways. They told me if I didn't have the shoes on the 5th day then I couldn't work.

That next day my 6yr old son lost my phone so I couldn't call to tell them i still didn't have my shoes. How ever that night my cousin let me use her shoes so I called them to let them know.

But they didn't need me anymore. Here it is almost 2 months later going on 3 that I still haven't received my card, or anything. I've retired to call the store phone but nobody ever answers it. I called corporate but Noone answers.

She is a very nice place and for Manga to get her upset is very unprofessional like.

Waffle House on Oats Street Dothan Alabama. Keith Miller cook/ASM was smoking marijuana on the job and was apparently under the influence of some other drugs as well. He could not hardly talk without spitting and smelled just like marijuana!!

My husband and I then watched him walk to a vehicle hanging them a bag as they gave him money. Bag was to small to identify what was in it! So it was almost shift change so we stayed to observe your employees the place myself and many of our golf club members friends and family liked to eat but we want take our money to a drug infested business. We are old school!

As we sat and watched his girlfriend pulls up very vague mouth as well as way younger than himself!!!! and the he goes to 2 other cars that pull up taking money and handing them something…

I am absolutely appalled at how this store in Petal is allowed to treat their employees. Ladies having to take orders then cook the food and serve the order as well. No managers in the store at all and on a school morrning at that.

Surely this is not common practice. It is apparent that favoritism and racism is running wild here. I believe the man's name was Marcus/Demarcus. He is very unprofessional in the way he acts and speaks to the employees and some customers(I can only assume these gentleman are regulars).

I was very very displeased and disappointed in the behavior of this "manager". I will not be visiting the Petal location again.

I ordered a chicken sandwich, hash browns WITH ONIONS and cheese eggs. The employees forgot the onions to go in my hash browns and forgot my cheese eggs but gave me too many pickles for my chicken sandwich. I am extremely disappointed because I also gave a $5 tip.

It was unbearably hot in the restaurant! The food was lovely and the service fine but we almost left due to the heat. You'd think a place to sit and eat a meal would crank the air in the heat of summer!

We went to eat here. They were packed. We had been waiting on a booth to open. We should have been the ones to get this booth but some older man came in and jumped in front of us, plus the guy who was sitting people knew we were next but he demanded to sit at this waitresses booth.

So we were offended by her actions and the person who was sitting people. It was just rude. We thought it was first come first served. So we left. But I called asking for the manager and the girl said she was busy.

The manager should never be to busy to come to the phone. We've never experienced anything like this in several years we have been going there. But I'm sure they lost two good customers. I was told upon entering the waffle house on Chapel Hill Road in Douglasville Georgia that to go orders were not allowed and that dine in was the only way to be served. Upon requesting to be seated to order my food and then proceed to get it to go. I was then denied service all because the waitress didn't want to take to go orders for the reason of not making anything off it referring to tips.

I feel as a repeating customer for the past 25 years I've never been embarrassed and wrote off as bad as I was tonight. I feel as if the staff needs to undergo further training in regards to customer service and manners

My Son and I went into the Waffle House in Carercro,La. This morning. I ordered an egg style sandwich, ask that the bacon be crispy, and that the hash browns be crispy also. The Bacon was limp and not crispy at all, the thin order of hash browns was overly crispy to the point of almost being burnt.

My Son ordered a breakfast that included a variety of items. The brought out one plate that had the eggs, grits and toast on it. He kept waiting for the sausage, bacon and waffle. He never received those items. When someone came around and ask how we were doing, I explained the him what we had issues with ( not getting our food) Then our Waitress came by and said they gave it to another customer.

I had an interview with waffle House on 7/19/2023 I walked in the door sat down the manager came out and very rudely told me she cannot interview me because I had a logo on my shirt I immediately felt attacked the reason why I had a t-shirt with the logo on it is because I lost everything in a house fire and I felt discriminated on I have two outfits to my name I was trying to get a job so I can get back on my feet and I'm very angry with this company I will never ever ever eat there again.

I came to this location 613 Jupiter Rd Plano,TX on 7/18/23 at 1:11am. I placed a togo order as i was at work that night. The ladies did not have hair nets, was as rude as they could be. Over charged my food and charged me a togo fee which i have never had done before.

I got my bag which was covered in black oil from the grittle. She gave me a new bag and made me bag my own food. The resturant was nasty with food and trash on the floors and dirty tables all over.

On my reciept she did not even put her name. The double cheese buger was not cooked all the way was still blood red and was not eatable. The cheese steak hashbrown bowl was burnt and was so greasy i could not eat it.

I would give zero stars if I could for the waffle house in Germantown, Tennessee at Germantown and IKEA Way. There was a power outage in a different area. This waffle house has not lost power at all and could’ve had plenty of customers, but they chose not to let anyone come in and claimed they were “cleaning the grill”.

They stated this to several customers in a rude manor. Lost out on lots of business in an already struggling economy.

Long time customer and I don't like to complain but just had breakfast at your waffle House on Ashley phosphate road. Order 2 eggs over easy sausage and bacon full orders. Wheat toast, coffee. No potatoes or grits. Eggs were runny. Bacon was chewy. Toast was burnt.

This is the first time I've ever had a negative experience at a waffle House, but I just have to say you have the WORST COFFEE in the business. Wendy's McDonald's Burger King. They all have better coffee's. How is this possible?

Was at Waffle House at Mt. airy, n. c. 27030 My sister and her husband and myself ordered the all star and my sister and myself asked for the waffles to go, when the server brought the check there were 2 checks stapled together 1 for me and

Tonight, I visited the Waffle House in Hampton Virginia on 1811 W Mercury Blvd for a to-go order. The lady who took my order overcharged me at first and I informed her that I usually don't pay that much for that particular order.

She started giving me reasons as to why the total came to what it was. I suggested that she get someone to help her because it seems she didn't know what she was doing. One of the other employees came over to help and they finally got the price correct.

However, the other employee accused me of rudeness merely because I suggested to the employee to have someone help her. The other employee who helped then stated "If you are going to be rude, you can go to the other Waffle house down the street".

I went to the Waffle House on 1811 W Mercury Blvd, Hampton, VA 23666 to order a meal to go and I was overcharged. In my frustration, I made a remark such as "can you get someone to help you with the order because it seems you Don't know what you are doing".

I found out later that the lady was new. I did not know that. I would not have mad that remark had I known that. I did not raise my voice but just merely expressed an opinion. They accused me of being rude and refused to serve me.

The Needmore Rd location, me t to I 75, has become one of the worst locations for the waitresses being loud, obnoxious, displaying the lowest of customer respect I have seen yet. Example: there's a particular short, chubby waitress, usually with really long dreadlocks, usually colored reddish, really heavy.

She will take your order either arguing on her cell, or saying, " I'll be right back in the middle of the order to take a call. She is loud at every moment. Most of the waitresses here are overwhelmingly loud.

Arrived at waffle house #2235 in chester sc at 12:16 am. There were no customers and 3 employees. We were informed that they just had a big rush, and had a lot to do so it would be 30min before they could attend to us.

Mind you chairs were already turned upside down at counter and 2 of the 3 employees were sitting down when we walked in. We were going to wait until they also said that we were going to need cash because their card machine was messed up and could we go to an ATM.

Cashier on the third shift. On 7/10/23 at around 11:15 pm to 11:20 pm. Started being disrespectful with me when I questioned the cook about the meal I ordered. She got really rude and words were exchanged. I never before received treatment like this upon frequently visiting this waffle house and I've been a customer here for years.

When in town I visit when possible. After this experience I will never set foot in another waffle house again. Waffle House in Wake Forest NC states on their phone recording and also online that they are only taking online or walk in orders today Tuesday July 4, 2023.

However when I walked in to place an order they refused my order and said it had to be online only. I do not have a card to pay online. The girl was very rude.

I live in Montgomery Alabama and all of the waffle house locations here just seem to set their own hours . I've been to the same ones 4 or 5 times they say we're closed until 6 or closed until 7 some do take out only .

Waffle House management in Phenix city filed an unwarranted complaint against me causing multiple police to arrive and then banned from ALL waffle houses in my state city of Phenix city and due to a false report from an employee.All was caught on camera, included soposed allegation from said employee whom also convinced some employees that were not even present.note,some employees were appalled by this violation of my civil rights and all on the eave of independence day.i fear there is nothing I can to protect myself from any backlash that may come from this
