0n 1 July, 2023 I set at the counter at the same time as a mother and daughter. The server (poor choice of title) working the counter waited on the mother and daughter and totally ignored me. I had to have another server get my coffee for me. I also addressed this to the on duty manager and he pretty much ignored it. I stated to him that I would contact corporate.

The females name is Victoria. It appears that she stands around and talking with her best. Laughing and having a good time. If this is the type of person representing your brand, then you will do nothing. Hopefully, this will not be the case.

As I was at your establishment in White House, TN our waitress was hugging and showing PDA to the cook right behind the counter in front of the customers. I absolutely love waffle house! This review is concerning the appalling conditions you ate allowing your employees to work in at the Wiggins Mississippi location. I visited this location again on 6/29/23 and it's still out! The day temp is in the triple digits with the heat index!

We are at Waffle House in Madison ,AL and had the WORST service. We were there late morning. It was not busy. We waited at least 25 mints before we placed our order. The drinks came after the meal. The meal was not served at the same time.

On 4 June 2023 I went to the waffle house at 2344 Boundary ST., Beaufort SC 29902, where an associate outside smoking who followed me in. Once inside there was not a clean table or counter space, dirty dishes were everywhere. The floor was sticky, and the stove looked as if dough batter had spilled over the entire surface and left to burn. Food scraps were under the stoves. The entire place was disgustingly filthy and grossly unsanitary. No telling what the bathrooms looked like.

There was a second associate behind the counter doing nothing.

The associate who followed me said she could clean off a spot for me, as if she would be doing me a favor.

I left and this has made me rethink ever eating at a waffle house again.

NOT A COMPLAINT. I just wanted to tell the folks at the corporate headquarters what a nice and welcoming experience I had at #185 on Cumberland in Lebanon TN. I'm, unfortunately, from Washington state. I was in Lebanon to attend a week-long class at Bakers school of Aeronautics, and stayed at the EconoLodge.
