Workers in Waffle House was way too loud. Not only were they so loud they kept banging the plates, glasses, spoons,forks and knifes together when they washed the dishes. I know you do bang theses item however that was way too excessive.

My husband and I sat across from one another and could not hear each other. This needs attention ASAP. Loosing customers.

It's sad when u go to the same store several times a week to dine and the shift doesn't have what they need to serve their customers because the manager Sam doesn't leave out the basics. They have run out of oil to cook eggs and hashbrowns as well as spray for waffles.

I come in Waffle House all the time in Mobile Alabama on Dauphin Island Parkway but they really treat me like shit I'm a 100% disabled Navy veteran they ignored me for 1 hour but waiting on everybody else I am so upset

Waffle House in Grenada MS has really improved tremendously. I eat there at least twice a week. The food is better and the customer service is very good. The new manager is doing a great job. Please don't let the bad disrespectful employees run her off.

She takes good care of your customer. I really enjoyed my breakfast and her sing while cooking.

Re: The Waffle House at 3385 Dublin Granville Road, Westerville Ohio. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. We were there from 2:30-3:10 PM on 5/28. We walked in and the whole counter was stacked high with dirty dishes. The entire time, the employees behind the counter literally screamed in ongoing conversations back and forth to the point where my companion and I couldn’t hear each other to have a conversation the whole time we were there.

The screamers were a white woman with blond brown hair in a bun who (among other things) complained about WH not doing more for her and her 4 kids; an old white woman with glasses who may have been a manager, not sure; and a younger African American woman who (among other things) complained about how hot the water was for washing dishes and why wasn’t the cook…

Entered Waffle House late evening Lanier Plaza Brunswick GA. Ordered Chicken Patty Melt and a order of scattered smothered and covered hash browns plus a Waffle. When served, patty it was with melt was in a bowl. I told the fella I requested the sandwich. Once served, I requested mayonaise. He stated " we aint got no mayonaise" So I said "pack it up I will take it home where I have mayonaise."

When I got home I opened my box to find grilled chicken on bread, no cheese, no onions, and a pitiful piece of bacon on it.....and a pack of mayonaise!

I then applied for Waffle House in Lake Charles, La. I visited 2 locations to check on the status of my application. I was told to come in for a open interview. The manager told me that they had open interviews every day at 1pm.

I've decided to go to the location on Nelson Rd. The General manager was a black woman. I'm black myself so racism wasn't the issue. I informed her that I was pregnant and I was 5 months. She stopped me by saying,, "me hiring you won't be a good idea".

I visited the Waffle House off Kings Highway and ordered a Texas steak sandwich and Hash brown without the bacon and added cheese to the hash browns. 11 cents. 36 cents!!!! I didn't even get any utensils!!!!

My family and I stopped at Waffle House #356 2553 CHERRY ROAD,ROCK HILL, SC 29730, We were visting SC around 18:20 on 5/21/23. Upon entering the building we noticed that the tables were dirty, and we asked the server to clean the table, with a nasty attitude she replied she had just cleaned it and it was marks in the table.

we pointed out that the food particles were not in the table, and with an attitude she cleaned it. we asked for her name in which she replied pudding Tane, and walked away and went outside. We asked the male working with her for the manager and were told that a manager was not available.

Upon leaving the other couple that was there stated that the server was also rude to them.

Whenever we try to call waffle house to place an order, get recording that they are not taking to go orders..I live less than 1 mile away I get in my car drive ther and walk in, there are 4 workers and 2 customers..I don't understand why they couldn't answer a phone to take to go order?? I am not complaining about the food or service. My complaint is for the last five visits to this location, ( during lunch and dinner hours) they offer only take-out. The owner of this store is losing money and customers. I will not return.

They stated they had to clean. This sounds absurd to me and my friends.

Observe workers preparing food without changing gloves in-between touching meat and vegetables. I am safe ser certified and was rudely addressed when ask to change gloves by worker and manager.

Placed order then had to listen to cook and waitress complain about their jobs and the new manager guy how he doesn't need to be manager. Had to ask for a refill. Had to ask for picked and mayo. Second shit crew sucks.

The table was not clean,my eggs were not done as specified by me .i wanted my eggs over easy not snotty looking and what i got was 1 egg that was snotty and 1 egg that was well done... my wife had to clean the table twice because our waitress didn't clean properly.

Store #2185 around 6:20 on 5/16/2023 Went to sit down in one of the 3 back tables and the waitress said we had to sit up front. There was one table available, people on both sides and there was an unruly child.

Since I did not want to sit there, we left. Won't be back for a while.

Also, about a month ago at the WH on Lakes and Riverside, around 10:30 pm was one of the worst meals we have ever had. How hard is it to mess-up a grilled cheese plate and a BLT wheat plate? Well, they did.

We went to the WH in florisant this morning Abt 7am. We waiting 10 or 15 before a waitress came to take our order(at this point we have no beverages). The person who talk our order was named space.

I ordered decaf about 10 minutes later a male server brought my wife's coffee, He stated I'll brew your decaf now. (Why didn't Space brew it when she said she would?)

Then a few minutes later Space came to our table and said the decaf will be ready in 19 seconds. I told her I know longer wanted it.

Now I remember why we stopped going to WH since many years before Covid. I don't us going back in this decade anyway!

I ordered pickup in the store because No one would answer the phone. When I arrived in the parking lot, there were only 3 customers including myself and sister. Once I ordered, I waited, and the waitress ignored my sister for 15 minutes.

I ordered t-bone and eggs. The t-bone was well over cooked (i asked for medium rare). It was chalky dry. My hashbrowns were raw in the middle. My toast was burnt. A waitress walked in during my order, and started ordering food while on the clock.

I twice sat in front of Waffle House in Lake City Fl and was calling to order breakfast. No customers were there, the cook was outside and no one would answer the phone. They were standing around talking.

I went into waffle House. She did my silverware and and she never asked me what I wanted to drink. I waited 20 minutes. She decided to wipe tables down with no customers in them then to take my order and so I left very poor customer service. Very poor.

My name is Brenda Brinson and i was an employee at waffle house in Lake City, Fl. I had to leave for health reasons and was told i can come back to the same waffle house for my job back. I'm a great worker.

But when i got ready to do another application i found out im on no rehire but i did what i was supposed to do. I turned in my 2 weeks notice but got put on no rehire and the manager can't tell me why i was put on no rehire if she not gonna hire me back i at least what to be taken off of no rehire because i love working at waffle house. On Friday 4/28 we walked into the WH at 100 Sugarloaf Rd Hendersonville NC. WOW is all I can say. The waitress came to our table to inform us that she was only doing to go orders because she has a medical condition that if she gets over heated or stressed out she could pass out.

Thank God for the cook who stepped up (Jewell) and offered to serve us as well as cook our food. Total get the times we are living in and how short handed businesses are right now. I would rather see the restaurant closed then receive bad service from people who don’t want to work, think about it that waitress just wanted to get paid and not do her job.

I placed an order for 2 Allstars with plain waffles, a cheesteak bowl, a kids meal with a waffle sausage and simply lemonade. 31 at the Waffle house on Fairview Rd in Ellenwood GA. I knew that total was outrageous even with inflation and they gave me a receipt with no itemization just the total and when I asked for one they said that's all they give but I know it's law to give an itemized receipt. Never again!!!!!

I went to the waffle house in Key Largo. It was the worse experience in my 61 years of going to restaurants, I was afraid to eat, paid and left, the place would no doubt be shut down by the health department if they came for a SURPRISE inspection (hint, hint).

Take pride in your job and if you can't do it right don't do it at all and for a company to allow this negligence to go on is worse then the employees who do it. I have pictures to show of the burnt bacon, jelly packets that were covered in filth when handed to us.

It was early AM on the morning of April 20, last week. I had been out with my girlfriends to the local casino. And I had won at last $700. Not wanting the night to end I took a cab to waffle house #380 located at 1986 Airline drive.

I used to be an employee at the Waffle in Rockport,AR Unit 810. I quit due to coworkers and I not seeing eye to eye. I did however let my boss know why I was quitting. I've tried to apply for that UNIT after leaving a different job and was denied.

I tried to contact the manager, district manager, and hr about this issue to figure out why? I could get hired on at the one in Little Rock which is 45 mins but not the one in my city which is 5-7 mins away from my home.
