Waffle House

My husband and I stopped at Waffle House on peach orchard rd in Augusta ga. We ordered tea and coke. And a Texas bacon rag and cheese plate and a chicken melt plate. We got our tea and it was sour. The waitress checked the tea urn and it had stuff floating in it. She said oh my god no wonder it taste bad. We then got our plates and my egg on my sandwich was still very much raw. After I showed the waitress all she said was I’m sorry and walked away.

As a manager of a very known store. I certainly hope this is not how Waffle House runs their establishments. Both situations can make people really sick.

The lady name Jazz was very rude to another employee in front of me yelled at her across the store and was talking rude to her about what she needed to do and all she was doing was working. I did not like the way she talked to her it was very disrespectful. I visited the location on Wilson at 7am

The Waffle House on Belle Rd in Elkton MD 12:45am. My waffle came out 15 mins before the bacon. I was told the cook left without previous notice. My meal was not enjoyable as I like my meat with my waffle.

I went into waffle house as I always do at least twice a week. There was a lady outside changing a flat, there was one guy inside I saw him from my rear view mirror, I saw him leave the front line, I went in stood there for about 10 minutes, even talking; well I guess no one is working, he never appeared.

As I was leaving, I saw him come front wherever he was hiding. He could have said something, he just hid. Not good customer service.

It’s 1:45 AM and Waffle House parking lot is empty except for I’m assuming 2 cars belonging to the 2 employees. I have a handicap parking sticker and we are 70 years old driving a small 26 ft RV. One of the employees came out the door and told us we couldn’t park there it was taking up his space for other customers.

He said we would have to pulled back out and park over the fence and walk back into parking lot. This fence was a tall black chain leak fence. My husband told him we were the only 2 customers and it was plenty of parking Incase someone did show up to eat. He said no .

I couldn’t walk that far so we left without eating.

, THAT I COULD NOT BE SERVED BECAUSE I REFUSED TO SIT AT THE BAR/COUNTER AREA. I WAS BY MYSELF AND DID NOT WANT TO SIT THERE. I CHOSE TO SIT AT A BOOTH BY MYSELF. AN OLDER GREY HAIRED LADY WOULD NOT HELP ME AND LET ME LEAVE BECAUSE OF THAT.

I WILL NOT BE BACK! I, AS A PAYING CUSTOMER, SHOUD BE ABLE TO SIT WHERE I WANT IN THE RESTAURANT. NOWHERE IS THERE A SIGN THAT SAYS THAT SINGLE PEOPLE HAVE TO SIT AT THE BAR! I CALLED YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE # AND WAS TOLD THAT THE ONLY WAY TO FILE A COMPLAINT WAS BY EMAIL.

We were met outside and told the restaurant was closed because they did $1,000 night and they didn't want to wash any more silverware was treated very rudely

Place is dirty with all the tables needing to be wiped off. It was absolutely freezing in the store which makes it unpleasant to stay and eat. Put music on to play and asked the employee why I couldn’t hear any music?

She said it’s not been working all week since a customer unplugged it… Had to send a complaint to my TouchTunes to get my credits back. Was told there is “no” clean utensils so plastic will do… WOW, with this place!

I ordered food over the phone. When i arrived no one greeted me for 10 min. Waitress was sitting down on her phone never acknowledged me the cook spoke to me after a long time cooked food and went outside to look like he was visiting a friend.

When i got home my order was incorrect and i paid for things i did not receive. The food was so burnt i couldn’t even eat it. Makes me really upset bc i tipped the staff even after being treated so poorly.

This is the third bad experience I’ve had from the old peachtree rd location in Duluth GA

Last night I was at the waffle house on 484 and to see the cook I know for a long time I couldn't believe the treatment the employees were giving the cook it's totally wrong has been at 484 for a long time he is always friendly and does his job well as I was leaving I over heard a man who works there saying to the person on the phone we have to get to him we can't fire him??

My family and I have been coming here for years and we love the manager Cindy , Nicole, Myrtle and of course chi chi is our server, something has drastically changed at this location if we come in and they aren’t here the atmosphere is terrible Customers complain and it’s dirty and a lot of people yet it’s chaos.

I go into the store on Pendleton Pike in indianapolis IN store #1779, I get ready to sit down then your lazy server Ingrid tells me I can only sit on one side because she doesn't feel like walking to the other side there wasn't any seats available on the side she wanted all guests sitting on plus it was too many pon that side and I shouldn't have to sit on a crowded side. Ingrid was very rude and ghetto when talking to me but I'm sure nothing will be done

There is no way I’ve call Waffle House in Brandon, Ms over 13 times to try and place an order for my employees and of course they never answer the phone. I would never spend my money there. If you’re not going to take orders for ppl so it can be ready just say that but I get the same excuse our phone not working.

I like going to Waffle House for breakfast. I went to this one (store #469) in Selma,NC. The food was okay but there was no HOT coffee. When I pay that price for coffee I want it hot. I asked for another cup and it was cold.

Someone needs to look into that. There is another Waffle House down farther on that road. For now on I will drive the extra distance for hot coffee.

This morning April 11th I tried calling into the Waffle House at 5579 US 90 in Theodore, Alabama on my way to work. The phone went to a recording saying that they were too busy to take to go orders.

I arrived about 5 minutes later around 8:37am and placed an order for two bacon egg and cheese sandwiches. There were only two tables seated and one person at the bar. After I placed my order one table finished and paid within 5 minutes.

There were 5 people standing around behind the counter and they managed to take the next 25 minutes to make 2 sandwiches for me. I walked out of your restaurant at 9:02am. If I had not already paid I would have walked out without the food because they managed to make me late to work.

A 25 minute turn around time is ridiculous when you have only two tables…

My friends and I went to the waffle house in Madison Heights on Sunday evening was fine with everyones order but one of my friends had their chicken severely undercooked and they weren't happy about it. It was the Cook Matt he's the one who did it and he had the audacity to laugh about it in Facebook and I have I have proof just ask for it and I'll provide it.

I will never again dine at store 1944. My husband and I went it that restaurant last week. When we want knew were the only customers. We were ignored ugh I a young man named Antwone said goodmorning. The young lady could barely stand (not sure whether she was hung over) had difficulty getting us coffee and didn't take our order until 3 or 4 other customers came in them put theirs in first, they were also served first while our order was getting ice cold.

First and foremost, my wife and I love Waffle House. We have never had a problem until tonight.

After Maundy Thursday Service this evening, we decided to go to our Waffle House near our home on Lascassas Pike in Murfreesboro. I was at the waffle house in Madison ga on 2050 Eatonton rd . Store 325. The young lady Lonnie who was my waitress was excellent and working hard. The cook that night a lady with pink hair was so rude and disrespectful to the waitress and was yelling and telling her she didn't know what was she was doing and the cook didn't want to deal with customers.

I haven’t been at wafflehouse in awhile and the one I went to on North Memorial was the best one I have been to. Our waitress was Ceyona she was super friendly , always making sure we had everything we needed and most of all her smile what brightened our day! We most definitely will be coming back to this Wafflehouse, it was a great experience!

Unable to call in orders, only online orders, but there is no customization or a la carte options on the website. I usually always purchase 3 eggs but this is not possible when placing the order online. I like to request my hashbrowns crispy, also not an option online.

I add jalapenos to my texas cheesesteak melt, but again not an option on the website. These cookie cutter options don't work well for everyone that patrons the Waffle House. Either start back taking phone orders or be sure you have a customizable website that allows ordering food the way people want it and not just the single option on the website. Do better!

I entered the store around 2am. There are 6 employees working and only one other customer other than me. Both of us walked in at the same time. We have been sitting here for over 20 min and not one employee has came to us to take or order.

Woman allowed to bring pet into waffle house and sit at a table and eat. She was approached by manager and claimed the dog was a service dog although it was wrapped in a blanket and baby carrier. This is nasty, unsanitary and should have been stopped immediately.
