Shift change no coke to fix my order to buss get his tips said cook be in at 9pm at 845 when confronted to talked to Manger he was it was what I got I love your food but come on

Order was brought out à la carte and minutes in between bacon. One meal a waffle one meal and bacon was done. Extra crispy and when I try to inform the cook (Shay) that I did not want the bacon extra crispy but instead without the weight she put her hand up as to get me to stop talking and directed me to talk to the server.

She was very rude and I have never experienced such a thing before. I've worked 2 years with waffle house in my past and I always took pride in customer service! Please correct the situation. She should know that if a customer wants to ask or inform her of something that she should maintain an open ear and listen rather than cut them off in mid sentence!

I tried to give her specifics on the order and she told me that she was talking to her co-worker and not me!

There is 1 employee that like to close the store at 4am his name is Chance he works with a nice lady name GiGi I try my best to only go to this store when Jason and Sissy works because I never have a problem when they are there but to close a store at 4am when people like myself are headed to work gets old quick, he has done it to me 3 times previously so I thought I would leave a little message here before he makes GiGi lose anymore money

On Saturday, March 18, 2023, approximately 9:00pm, my grandson, Anthony Jacobs was seated inside the Waffle House located on Commonwealth Rd., Jacksonville, FL 32254. He experienced a disgruntled employee who ultimately would not and did not serve him!

My grandson suffers with allergies and was having an outbreak. When he noticed quite an amount of time had passed and he had not been served, he asked his server, was she and when was she going to serve him. All the waffle houses are 24 hours at anytime you can GO IN and eat except this one. From 9pm - 6am they only accept to go orders. After COVID the other waffle opened as normal but not this one. This one less than 2 miles from the largest bar in Oklahoma City and less than 3 miles from the PAYCOM arena (where all the NBA games and large concerts are held) and less than 3 miles to the Oklahoma city convention center (that has weekly night events). It is also easily located however, when people want to go eat we can not send them to this restaurant because no one wants to eat in their car or drive home to cold food.

I visited your location at cocoa Florida this morning. The visit was terrible. I walked into an empty restaurant with several other people. The waitress was slow to provide service. The cook did not start making the orders for at least 5 minutes after the order was finally taken.

The food sat out on the assembly line for 5 minutes after it was cooked. The waffle and hash browns were barely warm when I got served. While waiting I saw a large roach crawling around the wall of the booth.

Worst $11 I have ever spent at a restaurant. If that is the only Waffle House I had been too I would never visit another one. A new name would be appropriate for this location “AWFUL HOUSE”

Went to waffle house on Saturday 03/18/23 around 2/230. Walked in with my husband, granddaughter and her toddler. Was not greeted even as the lady was giving us menus and silverware. I asked her if she was having a good day and she said she just got there.

She ask if we were ready to order and I said no, would you take our drink order first and she said we take your drink order when we take your food order. We have been there many times and know this is not so, here or anywhere else.

Of the 3 wafflehouse closest they always only have 1/2 the tables open and around 8pm they are always to go only. It never fails. This is def not good for business.

I went a waffle house on Flat Shoals Road off of I-285 last night. ) I could see people inside eating, but the front door was locked. I knocked, and someone came to a window and said that they were closed.

I protested, but they wouldn't let me enter. I'm a 62 year old White Male, very unintimidating appearance. This has been a regular occurrence for a while at a lot of waffle house locations. What happened to 24-hour service? I won't be visiting anymore waffle houses.

At WH #1434, Fayetteville, NC, a waitress named Tiara is constantly fighting with fellow workers. This has happensed during breakfast crowds, lunch crowds, time and customers in resturant mean nothing. She screams and throws the "F" word every other word.

Store made wrong order twice, went back to location after receiving wrong order twice. Employee Tina question me about order then once I told her the concern and I wanted a refund she begins to get loud inside store I was calm stayed that way all while she decides to make about a scene about it.

The Waffle House in forest park Ga wouldn’t open their doors for me. I sat in my car for a least a hour waiting and watching as they sat, walked around, and had conversations with each other.

Waffle house in Northport Alabama is the worst experience I have ever had. Servuce extremely slow. You get your meat 20 minutes after your egg order. Dont mention the factvwhen hou order 2 eggs fried hard and you cut it to find out out the inside is runny.

Went to visit Winston Salem, NC to see my son who plays football for Wake Forest. Stopped to the Waffle House in Clemmons at the location on Ramada Drive. My kids and I went in sat down & the associate (Patrick) told us harshly in his exact words yall are gonna have to get up because i have to clean this table.

The red head server is very rude and lacks customer service. She picked and chose who got their food instead of doing the order that they came in. Her attitude the entire time was rude and unfriendly. I am very dissatisfied with me service and food.

I attended the Waffle House located at 1432 N Central Expressway, McKinney, TX Saturday, March 4, 2023 around 11:30pm. I walked in with my family and the table we were going to sit at was dirty on the floor. We waited almost 10 minutes without anyone acknowledging our presence.

Visited Waffle House on 2918 Woodrow Dr. Lithonia Georgia on 3-4-23 at 12:00 am. The workers turned customers away saying they were taking a break for 15 minutes.

Each and every day the restaurant in Sylva nc has signs on the door that says to go only . They have 8 people working of a morning and then at 2 they put to go only on the door because they have no workers .

When we got there, the tables were dirty, and it took at least 10 minutes for the girl that asked us were we going to dine in. We told her we were waiting for the tables to get cleaned. We waited 10 more minutes and nobody cleaned off the tables and they were only six guests in the restaurant to me they were just trying to be funny they weren’t busy

3/2/2023 at 4:50AM: There were two Waffle House employees (African-American female (Host/Cashier/Person-in-charge) & an African-American Male (Sous-Chef )) on duty. There were myself and one more guy at the bar waiting to place our order. He arrived minutes before me so he placed his order first.

On Feb. 28th 2023 at 4am my husband and I went to go eat breakfast at the Waffle House on 10009 Dorchester Rd Ladson SC. On arrival the place was trashed, tables where filled with dirty dishes trash on the floor.

3 employees sleeping on the table. We got told that they only excepting online orders very rudely. This was the first time ever I got turned away from a Waffle House. My husband and I went to another location. On walking in we asked if they are open for customers, the very nice lady ( Sonya) said of course and for us to sit to be served.

We told her about the previous Waffle House and she said she heard a lot of complains. The one we went to was of 98 old trolly road, Summerville SC. Very clean very friendly and fresh coffee and good food.
