Waffle House

Me and my husband visited the Waffle House in Stone Mountain Ga on 4737 Redan road @approximately 1:15 am on Friday mornings 05/07/21 before entering we were approached by a car with an Waffle house employee in it stating that this Waffle house was closed. No reason was mentioned why.

This is bad customer service skills and Waffle house is 24 hours so why are they saying they closed.. This needs to be addressed please because now we have to drive out the way to get something to eat when I know they were open they just didn't want to serve any one.

When I walked in place my to go order my server was very annoyed by me she rolled her eyes at me then to get home and find that I have a hair in my food I don't want them to remake my food I don't feel comfortable with that. The food was terrible and very poorly made.

This very bad for me considering waffle house is my favourite restaurant to eat at. The service was terrible and so was the food. I did not eat the food and I dont plan on it.

I went there to eat Wednesday night night tonight . We sat and waited 10 minutes no one asked us anything nor even said anything

Stopped in at the Tallapoosa Ga location 5/3/21 my fiancé and I ordered dinner, I ordered a pattie melt and a double order of hash browns SS&C the order was lukewarm and wrong, a single order of hash browns I told the server that the order was wrong and she asked the cook to prepared me another single order waited 15 minutes on the order never did get it and

still was charged for it , I’m a OTR truck driver so I eat at a Waffle House a good bit and the service at this location is not good at all , very disappointed in the service at this location

I was at Walker Waffle house. A waitress was so high, according to her, she shoots up heroin when she comes in but she has someone named Butter or Butters that will never allow her to be fired. She fell over and spilled silverware everywhere, couldn't finish a sentence, and several customers were walking out or videoing her.

Its real sad when your help is talking like that and can't even stand up and bragging about being fired 20 times and that it's okay to shoot up at work.

C.. Been in there 2 times this week both times dirty floor a mess table half wiped off. Cook can only take one person's order at a time. Meaning he can't work on multiple orders for the same table. One guy working there is completely lost. Needs to be gone.

The last time there only 5 customers in there and it took 10 minutes to get a tea.. This one needs some corporate attention.

I have visited the Waffle House on Tara Blvd in Jonesboro Georgia. 8765 Tara Blvd multiples times and it’s the same story. Particularly on May 2nd 2021 @ 7:30. They were not open because there were no cooks available. This has happened on several occasions.

Absolutely Horrible, food, service, dirty restaurant! Odered my eggs, 4 times, still could not get Right! Then I was told they do not do over hard eggs, REALLY? That was with manager cooking! Then I got charged separately for each item, rather than removing eggs. What is up? We won't be back!

Huber Heights Ohio branch on Brandt Pike refuses to take call in orders, or to accept yo go orders in person between midnight and 5 am. Several times a month we try to place to go orders for the people on third shift at our hospital.

There are never more than 4 or 5 people inside. And they turn customers away saying they are to backed up on orders. Really??

Walked into the Waffle House in Vandalia, Ohio there were three tables of patrons already in there. As soon as I walked in I was told they were NOT taking any orders at this time. So I drove on down the road to next Waffle House location I knew of, just to find it completely closed. Just don't understand!!

I live across the street from Waffle House @ 6133 Fairburn Rd, Douglasville, GA 30134 and this morning at about 2:30am I decided to grab an early breakfast. I went into the Waffle House and was greeted with the statement that there was a 7 hour wait for service.

But because I was tired and hungry I decided to ignore the probable poor attempt at humor and grabbed one of the open seats at the front counter. Some more guests came in and taken some of the other seats next to me.

My problem is that I never once was asked was I ready to order meanwhile some other guests put in their order directly to the cook in essence jumping the line while I was waiting patiently to be served. Nobody ever answers the phone for to go orders. I’ve called 30 times

I had been waiting I know a good 30 minutes and had not be acknowledged ,2 men just walked in and Lillian waved her arm in the air and told them they could have the both. They said it was too go.

And she replied that's ok I got it. The rudeness to not even look at me. And they order and after it the door meanwhile I'm still standing waiting. They were busy but that is not an excuse when us customers are where you get your tips.

Me and my friend went to eat there were 2 cooks and 2 waitresses it took them 15 minutes to get our drink we had to ask for a menu and they gave us 1 menu. There was only 2 other tables with ppl.

30 minutes and they haven’t even took our order so we paid for our drinks and left. I also watched them drop a to go plate on the floor that had a half inch of water on it and set it rite back up on the counter.

A buddy and I decided to go eat at the waffle house on 665 in grove city Ohio tonight. When we got out of our trucks a lady dressed in a waffle house uniform got out of another vehicle in the parking lot blocked the door and said this is take out only tonight because I have a headache and

I've already called my manager and she said that it didn't matter as long as we kept the restaurant open. She was very hateful and rude and I said then we will go somewhere else. We got back in out truck and she got back in the vehicle she was in and we left.

I visited the waffle house on whitesettlement rd around 145 am and it was closed withe chairs blocking the door and a worker sitting in their car with the lights on. This isnt the first time. Two other occassions i walked in after I got off frim work and the cook said they was closed.

I really like this location cause its on the way home from work but i will try a different location if i have too.

Came into Waffle House, no one said “Welcome to Waffle House”. There were several dirty booths, 2 servers sitting down eating. then I walked out! Came back later, with a friend, waited 10 minutes for a clean booth, had to ask for silverware and straws.

There was garbage all over the floor, everywhere, no Orange juice, and was told they would be closing at 2pm, making us feel rushed to eat our meal!

3rd time at this store that I have heard arguing with customers very mean and loud. I go there to enjoy a meal not a picture show. Today it had to do with a veteran who asked about a military discount. All hell broke loose.

Jake at store 1740 was very loud and disrespectful of this customer. This is not the 1st time I am there 3 to 4 times a week. Jake is very loud and obnoxious bully, and could care less about his patrons.

Store was empty yet we were not greeted or sat. We waited 15 minutes to get sat. After we got sat we waited 20 minutes for someone to drop menus off to us. After that, 5 minutes for someone to take our drink order.

Asked what about the person you have cooking they said they would not take our order. People behind us got upset as well because they wouldn't take our order bit would take others. This to me looked like a racist act I don't appreciate this at all I travel and have gone too many Waffle houses and I can tell you with this experience I will no longer do so.

My Pibb tasted like bleach. Service was slow and the server didn’t great or speak to me, just stood in front of me with her pen and pad and waited for me to talk.

I went to the Waffle House on the Eastern Bypass in Richmond, KY. The cashier, who had just finished handling money and talking on the phone, walked over to my order and pick the bacon up with her bare hands.

She had not washed her hands while we were in the restaurant waiting on our to go order. I don't know how the food was cooked or tasted because I asked for a refund because of her touching the food with dirty hands.

I am also a little ticked that I had tipped when I paid and did not receive the tip back as part of my refund. I tipped for service that was not good and for food that I did get.

The Waffle House in Dublin, ga on hwy 441 south. I work at night shifts on week days and weekends. Every time I go there they say the store is closed. Which is a total lie. Because every single time I go there it’s another excuse.

Then if I do get in the service is horrible. They act like they hate there job. I hope y’all fix this because I’m not the only person being turned away. Multiple people will be trying to get in and they turn everyone away.

I'm a regular 3:30a customer at store 1000 Avondale estate. On Tuesday 4/13/21 i attempted to grab breakfast on the go when i was approached by a worker SITTING IN A TRUCK saying CLOSED. I left and call the store, he answered.

I ask if the store hour changed? He said no, i informed him that i just left and was told that the store was closed. He said my bad you can come back. Later i call the store and the manager said he closed his store for three hours.
