First they had half the restaurant closed off and all the tables on the closed side were dirty with dishes, half eaten food, ect. There was only 3 people working 1 cook and 2 waiters/waitress. People were leaving because there was no place to sit.

I ordered a deluxe chicken sandwich and the bacon was hardly cooked to the point it looked boiled and the sandwich had no tomatoe and lettuce on it like it was suppose to. Asked them to recook bacon and then it was almost burnt but more edible then previously.

My hash browns weren't cooked properly either and this is not normally how it is... usually the food and service is great. My sister had two egg breakfast and she had a simular issues with her food... Bacon and hash browns not cooked properly and 1 egg over cooked and 1 under cooked.…

I just had the worst experience in eating at a restaurant in my life and it was at the Waffle House at 3180 Norcross -Tucker Road, Tucker, GA 30084! My rating for this experience is a minus five. I will be 90 years old in May and have eaten breakfast, lunch, and dinners in at least 6 different countries and over 3 different continents. There was no caution of wearing masks before and after eating! I had to ask the waitress, wearing no hair covering and dreads, for simple items like a knife, salt, pepper, and breakfast condiments. The restaurant was not crowded and yet it took forever to get a waffle that was 3/4's cooked. There are very nice Waffle House restaurants here in Georgia and I have eaten at them. Thumbs down on this one!

Waffle House in New Albany Indiana. The waitress, April, went out of her way to insure we felt unwelcome. We sat and waited , eye contact made, no greeting or menu until we requested menus. Waited again and had to REQUEST she take our order!

Cook called our order up but April was way to busy on her PERSONAL phone to get up and get it.

Finally she finished with her phone and delivered us COLD food. Order wasn’t right either. NEVER once asked if we needed anything, actually never spoke to us! April and another worker spent majority time complaining about how busy they were, they weren’t busy.

Grumbling were they the only restaurant open today. Apparently wanting to go outside to smoke was a priority over actually waiting on customers. Had to ask for check. I had my hand out to take it and…

I’ve been going to Waffle House for over 25 years and received the worst treatment today. The waitress acted like she didn’t want to clean the table first of all. 2) After 4 minutes, she came to the table and ask “What do you want? “ without a menu.

3) She gave me plasticware while everyone else had regular silverware. 4) I was in there 30 minutes and she never came back to my table. I normally leave a $10 tip, but I l ft her nothing. Then she got an attitude and said you have a nice day.

I work on Gunter Air Force Base here in Montgomery Alabama and have visited store #1197 on Congressman Dickinson Drive numerous times while at work.

However, on March 25, 2021 at approximately 1:15 am I walked into store #1197 and immediately thought something was wrong. There were three employees in there, ALL of them was sitting in the far corner of the restaurant on their "Phones".

I sat down at the counter for about what seemed like an eternity, but in all actuality for about three minutes. For three minutes I sat at the counter looking at them, while they were just sitting there on their phones like I didn't even exist.

So this is the 2nd complaint for your location in Thomasville, NC. I tried to call in a to go order, but no one answers the phone. My husband then goes to the restaurant to order and was met with a sign on the door that they’re only accepting to go orders with the phone number listed.

Now how ironic is that? Our local Waffle House has the worst service I’ve ever seen anywhere! It never gets better. I don’t know what to suggest, but this place needs to be cleaned out! Find new management and maybe offer better compensation for the employees?

Go up on prices if you have to, but do better!

I got to the location in Baytown TX Storrs 920. I'm waiting for a seat so the lady started cleaning my spot a bar then her friends walked in stopped in the middle of cleaning my spot takes her friends to a table clean there's then came back to clean mines.

I walked out because I felt like she feels her friends comes before anybody else. I didn't get her name but all I know is that wasn't right. I was there 5 minutes before them

I starting calling Waffld House around 1130 pm. At first no one answered, i tried a couple more times then I got answering machine. I decided to just go by there They only had 3 tables. Not even busy. I then go home.

Its about 300 am I called Waffle House again. A lady a answered the phone and she was very rude. She finally got my order, told me to be there in 12 min. Twelve minutes later, I go to the cash register.

Visited the Rosenberg location today and was absolutely disgusted with a certain waitress that was using unprofessional language and dirty dancing where all the customers could see her.. I actually took a video of this behavior .. the rest of the staff was pleasant the manager even turned the music off when I asked..

I love waffle house but professionalism was not a key factor for the waitress this morning.

Crowley,Louisiana. Joe the " boss " is very very rude. We were going there very often. Not anymore. Tables were not bused,had to wait to be waited on. I proceeded to give cook our order and the boss " Joe " said he couldn't cook it,until we were waited on.

These workers know us,as we use to dine in alot. Well thank you Joe for taking business away. It wasn't the employees fault,they are to scared to speak up. I feel for them. Thank you for listening to a former customer.

I went to Waffle House for dinner on August 8, 2020. I first went to the waffle house #1257 on Cincinnati/Dayton rd. I was really surprised to find it closed. I have been eating often at Waffle Houses for more years then I care to count, this was the first one I have ever seen, only open 7am till 3pm.

I then continued on to waffle house # 2068 on Cox Ln. I should have known something was wrong when I saw the grill look like they where Making charcoal on it. There was no one behind the counter, a older couple where ready to leave and had to yell for someone to take there payment.

My wife and I came in at WH in Baton Rouge, La. The waitress was good and food was good but the music was very loud. My wife snd I could hardly carry on a conversation and talk above the sound.

We asked the waitress could she please turn the sound down some and she said she couldn’t because it was the music piped in and they couldn’t turn it down. I have been there many times and was never that loud.

My question is, is the music played the guests that purchase your food and thus providing salaries for your employees or played for the employees.

27, 2020 my wife and i stopped for breakfast around 1215 pm. mi iwife her regular omellet, bacon and coffee. i got 2 fried eggs, sausage, toast and water. food was good, as was service. 54. for that, we could have gone to red lobster or outback for a better lunch.

My daughter and I stopped at the WH 5180 Carmichael Rd Montgomery AL this morning for breakfast. We ordered then our food came a little at a time.

First our waffles, then our meats.

Finally after we had been sitting there for 30 minutes the rest of our food finally came. My daughter had ordered her hash browns with every thing including chili. She took two bites of them, asked me to taste them and the chili was "sour"!!!

She couldn't even eat her eggs after that! The manager did comp her meal. In addition, there were at least 5 servers standing around laughing and talking plus 2 cooks. The floor was dirty and only had a 89 health dept rating.

" Oh, they told me the chili had been thrown out but it hadn't because I was sitting right were I could see the pot!! Will never go back again.

2 years ago I went into the Waffle House in Greenwood ms 38930 at4:30 in the morning to eat before hunting and no one was there . The employees were asleep in their cars. Last year I went in to eat and had no coffee.

Had lunch at Waffle house 2057 at 13:30 on 11/18/2019. Husband ordered pork chop lunch and it was delivered in about 15 minutes with no problems. I ordered eggs, bacon, grits, raisen toast and coffee which was delivered in about 10 minutes with no bacon.

I flagged the waitress and she again told the tall skinny black cook. He put the bacon on the grill but was jiving with a loud talking customer sitting on the stool near the grill. This customer comes regularly almost every day as I have seen him about every time I visit the WH which is about about 2 to 3 times a month.

Why has Waffle House changed it's once familiar, ever so welcoming policies. I am a regular customer at my local WH restaurant located in Mobile. At one time attendants were allowed to give the regular customer a discount, why has this been stopped.

Furthermore, and what I don't understand is why Waffle House doesn't honor Veterans and first responders. It may not mean much to management, but if enough of us come together to request recognition of our contributions to city, state and country, we csn take our dollars to other establishments that are acknowledging our service.

the manager at waffle house on dysart in avondale is the most unprofessional person ive ever come across. He was verbally abusing one of the female emplyees and asking other emplyees to please give reason to fire her. Whatever his problem is with the emplyee should be discussed in private and not among other emplyees and ESPECIALLY not in front of costumers.

Me being a manager myself was disgusted with his actions and couldnt even finish my meal and left without leaving any kind of tip and will never return and will also inform my friends and family who enjoy weekly visits and many who stop in daily for wafflles and coffee how horrible my last experience was at this particular location.

Stopped at the Waffle house on College Street in Auburn, Al this morning. There were only three other customers there, already eating. I sat for 12 minutes. Never got waited on. One staff member had time to stand at the juke box to select music.

Two others had time to eat their own food by the coffee machine and gossip.

However, no one had time to wait on a customer. PATHETIC

Mostly everyone on drugs the employees taking pills the customers complaining. Everyone needs to be drug tested and some needs to be fired you got daughter working with father sisters working together. when you got customers telling you the cooks be outside smoking dope taking pills smelling like dope something needs to be done .

I blame the bosses because I think they no what some of them do. When I started back here on a Saturday I had a cook tell me he get frustrated he just go to back till up and smoke one I said really not on my shift he just went to laughing.

we had place multiple orders from our company and when I went to pick up the order was wrong on two of those. I then called and asked for the manager, they connected me with Angel. I had explained to her that our hash browns had no onions or cheese as we requested.
