C. We waited over 10 minutes to be seated when there were 4 tables that needed cleaning and everyone on the 3rd shift crew were having a party. When we walked in there had been another couple that had been waiting for 10 minutes to pay their bill and their waitress was outside smoking.

I can promise you one thing I will never pay this Waffle House a visit.

At Southaven Ms location when we arrived on Sept. 2; 2018 several customers were leaving . Said it was freezing inside. One man went to his car & got jacket for his wife. My husband ask server to adjust thermostat.

Said she wasn’t allowed to. That she had a cold from being so cold. We left. On another occasion we ask that they adjust thermostat & was told by server they did not want to get the cook hot. As we have experienced this on several occasions we will frequent other restaurants that want their paying customers that eat out frequently to be comfortable during their meal & to be loyal customers.

Thank you Waffle House for reminding us that we have other options.

Went there this morning and i told waitress eggs over medium, i got them and they were well done and she took them back and the manager screamed at her and said she knew how to cook, if she did they wouldn't be wrong, she did not have to scream at her on front of customers

At Attalla Al. Gilbert ferry rd location last night. Sat down table was sticky. Told waitress, Asian lady didnt get her name but she stared wipeing table with a rag with bits of food all over it. I picked up menus so could wipe under them.

When she finished wiped the food pieces that came from the rag off back of table into floor. Then snatched menus out of my hand and said are you ready to order now. I was beond aggrgated. To top that off hashbrowns were badly overcooked and greasy.

I know food is not waitress fault but all 3 employees there seemed to have a general crappy attitude. Verry bad exsperiance

m. on Saturday night/Sunday morning, July 7/8. We are 20 year veterans of WH all up and down the East Coast. We know the drill. We were not greeted when we entered. We sat st the counter, and we're not even approached by a server for 15 minutes.

She looked at us and sai she'd be right with us-10 minutes later, she came back. She asked if we wanted anything to drink, 25 minutes after we sat down. We said we would like to order-she took our order, but we noticed that she did not deliver it to eh cook in the normal WH way.

We received a glass of water 35 minutes after sitting down. We received our food 55 minutes after sitting down, both orders were incorrect, but we were too tired and hungry at that point to even mention it. The most horrible WH experience we have ever had-if we hadn't…

In general the eggs were gritty and dry. They were inedible. Actually the store 1123 in Fayetteville nc needs cleaning too. This store was the worst I have been in which I visit the Aberdeen and Pittsboro NC stores all the time that are the best.

I went in this morning around 7am when asked if I wanted anything I told the girl I wanted to start with coffee. She asked me if I wanted anything with my waffle. I told her I did not want a waffle I wanted to start with coffee.

I guess she did not understand my English because I had to tell her 3 times I wanted coffee not a waffle. I ordered cheese eggs with hash browns smothered and peppered with bacon and a biscuit The biscuit was under baked and cold, the hash browns had cheese and no jalapeno peppers.

when I went to pay the cashier asked if everything was ok. I said it was horrible, she laughed at me. then she said it looked like I ate most of my meal. Not really I hardly touched the hash browns or biscuit, and was very aggravated she laughed again.

I do not know who the manager is…

Jeff and I went to your Waffle House at 1050 East Dublin-Granville (161) Road in Columbus, Ohio on the 4th of July. We always had great cleaniness, great service and food on your store on South High Street. So much that we stop at this one.

After we ordered and looked around--their was: Food under our table and throughout the store We had to have our table to be wiped off When i got up to go to the bathroom, i almost fail. There was liquid creamer on the floor and the waitress was walking all through it and did NOT clean it up.

Behind the counter where they were cooking-someone dropped a large order of hash brown on the floor and everyone was walking it through it. On one table there were dishes stacked on a near by table waiting for someone to take care of.

I went to Waffle House this morning 7/6/18 on my way to work. I only ordered a Pecan Waffle. Sara Sue was waiting on me. 78 and I gave her a dollar tip. I waited literally fifteen minutes on my waffle, then I asked how long does it take to cook a waffle?

Then another work checks it and says did you want it dark. I told her know and to give me my money back. That is when another worker Myte intervened and said I will cook you another one and it will only be a minute.

Sara Sue this entire time was walking back and forth, not working, playing and my food was burning up. Very poor service and since I paid in advance she even got a tip. This was store 1697, 375 N. US Hwy 67, Florissant, MO 63031.

We recently visited the store in Starkville, MS and had very unusual experience. We have been to several Waffle House stores and have never been disappointed in the whole experience until now. On 6-22-2018, we decided to have supper at store #1888.

We all placed orders to the waitress (whose name I cannot remember) and pointed to the menu as we ordered. We received our four drinks with no problems, but when the food arrived, it was all wrong and the youngest member of our party who is 11 years old, did not get his at all.

When we questioned out waitress, she became very argumentative and told us we were wrong (We ordered 4 drinks and 4 meals). I did not believe that we were not being rude to her by asking what happened to his order.

We ordered 3 items off the $5 menu (one was for the 11…

I was at Waffle House store 2233 today 7/1/18 at 7:28 pm. 61. The country ham was cooked to hard, grits were warm not hot. There were nine other customers. The restaurant was not clean. Floor, table, window seals filthy.

I should have left because flies were so bad however I stayed. Half way through my meal a fly landed on my ham. I was done!!! Employees were gossiping about a co-worker that gets $12 an hour and does not work weekends.

When I checked out and told cashier she did not respond and readily engaged in a conversation with other customers. This was my first bad experience there and I have no intention of eating in that filthy establishment again.

We travel a lot for my disabled sons doctor appointments so we eat out frequently. We stopped by the plant city waffle due to the bad weather on the road. We were there about 3:30 and the only customers in the place.

The floor had lots of food all over it, the window we sat by has something black on it and there was a funny smell. We only stayed because with my son once we go into a restaurant he won’t leave until he eats.

The food was good, but the waitress seemed like she was bothered by our presence. She did not refill drinks and was not friendly at all. She did spend quite a lot of time talking to two girls who came in whom I assume were her friends.

We still left a tip, because regardless of service I believe it’s rude not to but we will not be going back! Thanks for your time.

Location 316 SW 19th St. Moore, OK. Music blasting after we got our order. Requested it be turned down. answer: sorry cannot do that corporate will not allow it. Asked it be turned off. answer: sorry cannot do that someone paid for it. Asked who paid for it because the place was almost empty. Answer: one of those 15 people down there. I LOOKED. Only four old women about 80 years on in a booth. They did not look like they liked hiphop loud while they ate. Asked manager who she talks to at "corporate" because she said she tried before. I went to my nearby waffle House and ordered my favorite Ham and cheese omlet and the Ham was burnt and asked for a crispy plain waffle and if wasn't right either,. It has to be done crispy or my 3 yr old won't eat it,.

Food cold!!!!!! Visited WH Phenix City Alabama @3 am 6-22-18 while traveling to Savanna. Food was cold and guts tasteless and lumpy. Ordered scrambled eggs, raisin toast, bacon and grits. Asked waitress to heat it up. No microwave so they recooked order minus the cold hard bacon.

Barely, I mean barely, warm. So tepid the butter wouldn’t melt on toast or grits the second time! Was not busy, only 2 other customers! Waitress was nice but you could tell the cook ( listening to his music with earphones completely disinterested) had an attitude.

Place is old and greasy with dust stuck to grease on the tile walls. This place needs a serious cleaning at the very least! It’ll be a long time before I visit another WH and I’ve loved them for years!!

Our waitress was not at all attentive. She waited 10 minutes after taking our order before she called it out to the cook. She never came and asked if we needed drink refills or anything else. All the staff was very loud, yelling, laughing and cursing.

A man came in with a bag and box of frozen shrimp for one of the cooks who wasn't working then. The waitress threw the shrimp in the ice they use for customers' drinks. I had to clean food off my seat before I sat down.

Also, when the waitress handed me my change she was eating something, and in amongst my change was what looked like a butterscotch or caramel morsel used in baking. This was in Richmond, Va on Willis Road and our waitress was Donna.

We are staying in a nearby motel for a few days, but we won't be eating there again. )

Waffle house on Canal St., New Orleans La was a total mess on June 17, 2018. I went for breakfast that morning around 7 am and the bar, tables and floors had not been cleaned. I sat at the bar and one menu still had food on it. The staff was just standing around talking loudly. I had to wipe my place myself.

This place has no customer service and so unprofessional. It was such a mess that I changed to have my food to go.

The food was so bad I threw the food in the trash. Wasted of 14.00 dollars and wished I had went somewhere else for the price.

Stop to eat at Waffle House in Macon the bathroom was filthy the service was bad to say the least and our food came out staggered it was a very bad experience. The server, , Paula, actually sat down BEFORE she remembered my son's waffle.

He waited an extra 10 minutes while she sat there on her phone. She then blamed the cook saying that he didn't drop it. What? Pass the buck if you want but bring me the waffle please. it was undercooked and flat.

He ate it anyway because he was that hungry. I was completely over the whole experience by the time we left. I wouldn't recommend this Waffle House. The whole thing left me with a bad taste in my mouth

I had a scheduled interview with Fallon Blanchard at the Ambassador location in Lafayette, Louisiana. She didn't shake my hand when I offered her a handshake and spoke with me rudely and disrespectful. I felt so low that I even cried when I left out, she was loud and obnoxious and I feel she shouldn't be in a such a high managerial position with such a nasty attitude and no consideration for others feelings.

I didn't know who to call but I assure you I'm reporting her to the Better Business Bureau and I am taking this matter to its highest level until she is reprimanded. Thanks for your attention to this matter.

I went to the waffle House in riverchase,Al unit# 1295. When I walked in there were no employees in sight but there were 3 tables that had customers. I sat there about 5 mins before any employees were in sight.

3 came in at one time and they looked at me and didn't say anything nor come to my table. One of the servers , her name tag said tk was being very loud and walked right past me to the table beside me and totally ignored me.

To whom it may concearn, my wife and i had decided to get something from waffle house 1834 E ,main St, Spartanburg SC, 29307. We placed the order over the phone so that it would be ready when we arrived.

Upon arrival i walked in with my wife and sat at the bar, they had not ask for a name so i explained to her what our order was she sucked her teeth as not to care and walked away from the counter. ordered pork chops and hash browns, wife ordered backon and egg on raisan toast. both meals came at same time , wifes toast was grilled instead of toast and was burnt, she asked for another sandwich that wasn't burnt. i waited untill her sandwich came before i begin to eat, the pork chops were so salty that i could not eat them, i did not have the time for them to cook me two more so

The restaurant was dirt. There were no clean tables. My order was wrong, the waitress ignored my empty glass. When I complained the manager TJ did nothing to fix the problems. I may never eat at Waffle house again

The waffle house on NC 54 Durham Nc doesnt care about their customers, we were in there for 40 min waiting to get a table wiped and in the end the server just ignored us, customers were walking out and they made no effort to clean the 3 empty tables so people could sit its not the first time this has happened in fact this has happened four times already

My complaint is very disrespectful lady does working at the waffle house here in Decatur Alabama Beltline when having really really bad major problems with my knee and I have my knee propped up in a chair in the lady wants to take another chair and hit my leg with the chair you know it's very disrespectful you can see I really did not appreciate that the restaurant because of the way she acted like it was just nothing to it wouldn't have my leg propped up if it was just nothing to it

Randoll mill ft Texas Going to hell in a hand basket. All the great employees are leaving due to manager Lisa! Drug deals in parking lot when she not in parking lot she inside cuzzing and insulting employees from one to the other in front of custmers I've really thinking strong of not returning .

I've gone in with several friends numerous time and we have left when she is there. The way she treats coworks it's a wonder anybody works. Then you got one cook out of all that cleans and can run that grill with absolutely great plates.

Just wish ppl would do there jobs instead of hanging out woth friends on clock. Sad when you can sit 20 to 30 min with a greet unless you interupt there visitors. I will be calling cops next time manager is in there being erractly with ppl

, Harvey LA. Needs management. I am a regular at Waffle House And am only sending this message to help improve this location. I have not been to this location in about 3 weeks. Today March 29, 2018 was not a good day.

The counter to my left never got cleaned the entire time I was there. Service was slow then non existent. I ordered the All Star breakfast and coffee. Coffee came in about 10 min. Bacon came in about 10 min.

Waffle came about 15 min later, a drop and run (no butter or sirup), eggs and toast sat by the cook on a plate for about 5 min then the grits were put on the plate. The plate sat for about 6 min.

waiting to be picked up by my waitress. I got sirup from another customer 3 stools down.

Finally received my eggs, grits and toast. Asked for butter and coffee, I received…

There was a lot of food on the floor and the tables had not been cleaned. I told the waitress and she said she needed to sweep the floor. The floor never did get swept. There was no Manager on site that I could see. This needs immediate attention.

I only get Waffle House in the morning, usually before work and of course I don't have much time to sit and wait. EVERY SINGLE TIME, no one answers the phone. I pull up and there are no customers present, only employees sitting around talking eating.

I asked her were they taking call ins and she said yes what order did you have. I told her I had been calling and calling and she says that phone is messed up. So how would you have been able to get my order in if the phone is messed up.

At least the food was good.

The waffle house in Franklin KY where my wife works got off at 9pm and at 9:30 she got in car well the waitress named Shannon came running out to car and demanded my wife go sweep under a table she said I'm off the clock sorry you should have asked me before I came out and she started saying oh OK bitch we will see.

I started to say we have a sick 3 month old in car and need to get home bit before I got it out she was on my side of car treating to beat my ass and knock my teeth out and told me to watch out my day is coming.
