When I initially informed the cashier that I would be making two transactions, she acknowledged this without objection. The first transaction proceeded without issue. However, as I prepared to complete the second transfer, the cashier informed me that the store manager had instructed her to deny it, citing a "one transaction per customer per store" policy.

This situation was frustrating and inconvenient for me as a customer. I reviewed the Western Union website prior to my visit, and there is no mention of a policy restricting the number of transactions per customer at a given store. Western Union's policy emphasizes convenience and accessibility for customers, and the refusal to complete my second transfer at your store undermines these principles.

Store # 9223 Walgreens 15th and Post, Midwest City, OK 73110. This store has message on the phone when you call that says it is temporarily closed, this has happened several times over last few months. When this message is on the phone physician offices nor customers can call in prescriptions. This is not good business!!!! When people need medication they need to be able to get it called in and receive their medications. Because of my insurance I am required to use Walgreen's but the quality of service has gone down tremendously and if I could use another pharmacy I would.

As a matter of fact, because I needed a medication today, I am paying for it without insurance at another pharmacy because physician can't get through to this Walgreen's.

This is a complaint about Walgreens Children's Cold, Cough & Runny Nose,

Lot: 98539 Exp: 07/25

Major Problem: Can not open bottle after first time use. Can't even cut open, can't hammer open, can't boil open, and multiple people tried opening it with nothing but a few drops coming out and that was with putting a screwdriver under the edge of the bottle. Cap upper part just spins, but nothing can open the safety cap.

The Walgreens Pharmacy at 430 Sabattus St. Lewiston, Me. NEVER answers their phone. I've tried at least 12 times a day on different days & there's never an answer. This has been going on for months. I've stopped using that store for that reason & have asked them to transfer my prescriptions to another pharmacy & they will not do it.

I'm being harassed by this pharmacy by means of texts & phone calls. I've driven over 20 miles to see them in person & they claim that the pharmacy I want to use has to call them personally & request the change to be made.

They've tried repeatedly but Walgreens DOESN"T answer the phone. I feel like I & my prescriptions are being held HOSTAGE. I would very much appreciate any help you could give me.

I wanted to get the flu shot, no insurance, went on Walgreens website to inquire about the cost. 00 with good rx. I made an appointment at the south Sebring location in Sebring Florida 33875. I went to my appointment.

Clerk would not look up the good rx, told me I have to get out of line and find it myself. He said "we don't do that". In my opinion, that was HORRIBLE customer service! Other pharmacies look that up for you and try and get you the best price.

Needless to say the rudeness was just to much, I cancelled the appoimtment. I will not shop at walgreens again.

I made an appointment on-line for a nasal swab test for Covid and on 11/26/2023 at 10:45am. I presented to the pharmacy with a verification letter. I sat waiting for someone to approach me to do the test. What I observed while waiting was a tech behind the pharmacy counter being inappropriately loud and acting hyperactively fliting about without a sense of focus.

I went to the desk to ask this young man if there was someone available to do the test. He looked confused and said that I was there for vaccinations and that I needed to fill out the correct form.

I have been with Walgreens for years and never had the issues like now. Well I was supposed to get 60 of my anti- depressants they gave me 30 thank god they ended up giving me the rest. They gave my daughter a refill of medication that had no refills.

I have used walgreens for over 20 years. I have recently moved from Ms to Tn. In this state a med I have been taking is a controlled substance. I take it at night to help with nerve pain and sleep.

For 2 months I came up 1 short, no capsule for that last night. On the above date I picked up my medicine and moved my car opened the bottle and counted, sure enough there was one missing. I went inside and asked for the pharmacist and asked her to count them.

She came up with the same 1 short. I explained what had been happening and she told me there was no way that could happen, that I had taken it. Then the manager came and they both belittled me and when I left the store I was crying.

I am an African American disabled hard worker who works at Walgreens in Illinois. From the time I started, almost two years ago, I was treated very badly by a racist white team leader. I was hired as a head cashier, and this lead wouldn't let me get on the register.

I was the only one walking around the store doing work while she told the Caussian and Mexican they didn't have to work. She did a lot of horrible things to me. First , I called to speak to a representative about the online scheduling process for Covid testing. Unfortunately, I did not speak to a customer service representative. No one came on line to speak to me. I waited 15 minutes and I was just cut off.

Second, the online scheduling process for administration of a Covid test is flawed. I tried setting an appointment for a Covid test and couldn’t get through the process. After I entered my insurance information, the process just stopped at that point. I press “next” and it would not move to the next step. What is worse, there was no one who could help finish the scheduling process. So I called Customer Service today- and no one answered. I spoke to no one.

Then I received a text that it was waiting for pickup, Pick 2. Today I went to pick up my G-6 sensors and was told that it was not filled as of yet and to come back after lunch. I asked why did I receive a text then?

I was told that it was due to delays from giving out Flu shots and understaffed. I went to ask more questions but rudely she put the phone down and put up a lunch sign. I then went to call and leave a message but that option was not available. 1 min.

later I received a phone call stating that they were out of stock and it would be a few more days before I could revive my G-6. Then a text, Pick 3. tell me what is wrong with this situation.

I used the Walgreens website to refill a prescription. They said the medicine was out of stock and they would let me know when some came in. I waited a few days and heard nothing. I went on their website and saw a note that said 'early refill not supported'--nothing about being out of stock.

And it was not an early refill. A few days later I went to the pharmacy and was told that the prescription had been picked up 2 days before. I had not picked it up. It was a medicine that I really needed.

A few days later it showed up in my mailbox. There was no explanation from Walgreens about any of the aforementioned events. This is very poor service and should not happen.

I went to the store at 31st and sheridan,which I always do but on this day I walked in and there was about six people waiting in line and the cashier was calling for help and no one would come up and help her. She talked to someone and he told her he couldn't come help her right then.

This store has always been my favorite but it has really went down hill lately. I was in there a couple weeks ago and heard the gentleman who is a manager,his name is Jim,he was talking about doing drugs to another customer in which I find very distasteful.

I have been discriminated against as a female and as a wife calling in and picking up my husband's medication. I have had it with the judgment, lies, and non-informative company policy that has left me feeling lesser than because I am female!

My husband went the same day and picked up his medication with no problem! I demand better ethical practices from walgeens pharmacy! You think you are so huge that it will never touch you or your profit margin, but I feel like the days are numbered here.

In general I am so tired of cashiers not knowing how to read/interpret coupons, not knowing about the weekly deals and the difference between Catalina's/points, telling me I cannot use a register reward in a transaction or having different limits on how many can be used in a transaction from store to store.

A customer shouldn't be made to feel like a scammer or criminal for using coupon straight from the manufacturer. If a coupon says "limit one coupon per purchase", that means one coupon per item NOT per transaction. They should know the difference between a purchase and a transaction.

I’ve just returned from another enraging trip tp the Walgreen’s store on Vogel Ave in Arnold, Mo. I ALWAYS have a 30 minute to an hour wait whenever I need to pickup perscriptions. This evening was over 30 minutes. I had a single prescription and waited over 30 minutes for some fat lazy ass that had an iinsurance issue and didn’t have the decency to park and go in the store.

And your store management at that store lets it keep on happening. That could lead to some serious behavior from a lesser person. That is ludicrous. Drive thrus are supposed to be for the convenience of those who have little time but need their medicine.

Yesterday on August 29, 2023, my husband and I went to our local Walgreens in the city that we're from, Leavenworth Kansas. That yesterday 8 29 23 at Walgreens in Austin TX I was asked to leave my backpack at the front door and on Friday I went in with my backpack and pick up the items I needed. So when I ask the the employee if he makes women leave there purse he said some women I do.

Sounds like you are profiling people. See yesterday I was in my work clothes because I had just left one of my job sites. On Friday I was in regular clothes when I went in with my backpack. Customer service was awful. Although there were 10 employees working in the pharmacy, only 3 were actually working. The rest were standing with their legs crossed just chatting it up while I was sitting there waiting for 20 minutes for my vaccine.

It wasn't busy in the store so I just sat and watched them standing doing nothing while I was waiting. I finally went up there to the counter to tell them they had forgotten about me. Only then did they make a move for service.

I think it's terrible how lazy and non caring about others time they showed. Never going to that Walgreens on Larkin Ave in Elgin, Illinois again.

Walgreens store at 19028 Lincoln Ave, Parker, CO 80134. On 8/18/23; Pharmacist very rude on phone today and it was reported the nurse was treated poorly when she called them yesterday. Yesterday our staff member from Parker Valley hope came to pick up meds for De'yanna Denzmore.

The meds were not there and she was told to return the following day to pick up the rest as they had to be ordered. I called to make sure meds were in. They were not. I had knee surgery on 8/9/23 and was in the Broadway Kingston store. I have to walk with a cane and have great difficulty walking. I was on line at the photo center and the cashier was obviously new and was having difficulty processing a coupon for a sale.

The “manager” saw me on line with my cane and took her time helping the new cashier with the sale. She offered no advice on how to proceed and would not open the other register until at least 6-7 minutes into the unsuccessful sale.

All the while I was made to stand there waiting along with other customers who looked just as exasperated as I did. The “manager” was a younger woman in her early thirties with a blonde ponytail and glasses. She should be given a class on customer relations or at the very least empathy.

C. on Main Street Try to get a refill on a medication on Friday, August 4, 2023. The recording said that it was too soon per my insurance. Went out of town on Saturday Sunday morning called in my prescription after checking with the hours of operation which were listed online and by calling their store and listening to their new automated answering service which allows you to fill prescriptions.

The recording said that the pharmacist would be on break from 130 to 2 and that the store would be closing at 6 o’clock. I walked in at 4:40 and the pharmacy was already closed. I tried calling the pharmacy and got a recording that the staff was on the other line with other customers, but no one ever came to the phone after waiting for 15 minutes on the phone.

Yesterday I tried to use a $100 to pay at the Walgreens at Queens Plaza South in Long Island City and 3 employees accused me of trying to use a counterfeit bill and told me it was fake.

I took the bill over to Chase bank where I got it and lo and behold, the bill was in fact legal American tender and not counterfeit because this isn’t GTA and banks don’t give you fake bills.

I’d like for the employees to be at least trained to identify real money and not humiliate paying customers wrongly.

I tried to pick up a prescription yesterday, at the pharmacy at 530 Mid-rivers Mall Dr, in St Peters, MO. Maria, the operations manager was at the window. She kept talking constantly, would not listen to me and was trying to tell me who I had spoken to earlier that day on the phone, when I already told her who I actually spoke to that day. It was someone named HEIDI, not Yao Wang. I tried to explain my story of how I've been waiting for a week for my prescriptions & I had already RAN OUT of my 2 medicines for a few days already.

Fed up with sales clerks who are busy on their cell phones or when looking for assistance disappear thru a door at the back of the store! Worst case scenario was a couple of clerks of whom I encountered when I needed to check out and the sales clerk was counting coins at the cosmetic counter I often prefer to checkout because front checkout is always a long line!

That being the problem with the cosmetic counter was when clerk whose name is Vicki was opening many rolls of coins counting the coins was getting to be a lengthy wait and I wanted to take my items to the front said another female clerk would be just a minute and turned into 10 minutes!

They just close at will, never run your insurance and generally are the worst Walgreens pharmacy staff lineup I've ever seen. I've paid over 1000 dollars for medications that should cost me 4. I am suing.

Today will be the second time in a row that Walgreens on west Oaklawn rd in pleasanton Texas has Givin me issues with filling my prescription. Last time they questioned me on why my doctor was more than 50 miles away and I answered them so a couple more prescriptions later (today) they asked me the same question in regards to the same medication regarding the same doctor.

These are personal questions and actually a hippa violation I do not need to disclose any medical information to the pharmacy. They are not my doctors. I have been using Walgreens as my ONLY pharmacy for several years and harassing questioning like this will only cause me to 1.

Terrible customer service today when returning two items that were purchased less than an hour before. These two items together were almost $20 more than exact same items at Walmart. When discussing with Walgreens if they would match price they said NO.

I stated to the guy that this might be the reason several Walgreens are closing. Seriously very rude! I will never buy anything from Walgreens store again. seriously!!!! Then I just called corporate on the phone and they stated to press 1 to answer a few questions about my experience after call or, press 2 to hang up.

Well, they hung up on ME.
