Your new corporate policy regarding allowing your pharmacists to do nothing all day while shipping out immediately needed prescriptions sent by doctors is illegal and a violation of patients' rights to get timely treatment. If you do not change this nonsensical policy immediately Walgreens will face a complaint with the BBB and a lawsuit in Federal Court.

If my doctor sends in a script that I need to take same day, I expect to get the script filled immediately for my health needs. Please take proper action ASAP!

My husband has a compound prescription that needs to be made up. When I first dropped off the prescription I was told they would be able to make the prescription for me. When I went back to pick it up, it was not ready because I had left the store; I had to wait.

When I went to fill it the second time; I called it in. I then went to pick it up and they had not filled it because it was a compound prescription. Again I had to wait. For third filling, I thought I would call, speak to the staff and ask them to fill and I would be there to pick it up; I finally hung up after being on hold for 1 1/2 hours. This is very unexpectedly.

I do business at the Putnam CT 06260 Walgreens They need to get there act together.

I have been waiting days for my pain medicine all because someone at this pharmacy put the wrong code on my prescription for my insurance company that made me be in pain for days and then when my insurance company let them know that they still made me wait hours again and it was all their fault I didn’t receive my medication earlier and Kerri the pharmacist had a nerve to get smart with me she should be fired I’m going to do my best to make sure she never does this to anyone else

The pharmacy department at Walgreens is terrible. I can't get my pain meds here anymore after being a customer for years. I've been filling all of my prescriptions here for 2 yrs now the pharmacy want to change my dosage as if she's my doctor.

She told me that I could just go somewhere else with my prescriptions. She's very rude and has everyone in the office treating me poorly one star for this store . I got an message to pick it up but when I got there they told me they didn't know when they would have my medicine

My husband had his doctor request a refill on a prescription. They called the pharmacy that morning to do the request. My husband received an email stating it was a problem with the insurance. I called the pharmacy around 3:00 that afternoon to check on it and they stated they were just waiting for the pharmacist to fill the prescription. I had left home that morning at 6:30 to go to work a 10 hour day and I called Walgreens back at 5:30 to make sure it would be ready went I got there at 5:45pm. They told me it would at least another hour. I had to go and wait 1 and 1/12 hours for him to fill the prescription. At the pharmacy the agents taking care of aren't showing any empathy towards the customers. Very short comments with no questions to find out what is happening and the reason why. They were not about to go above or beyond the needs of the individual.

I had a cough syrup ordered due to my extremely exhausting cough and the script ordered was no longer on the shelf. Told me I need to call the doctor and get something else ordered. They got the script I didn't and they should have called the office to let them know and gotten a script for something in its place.

These steps would also prevent the order of this script again. Now I am coughing extremely hard and no medication ordered.

I would like to file a complaint on the assistant manager for the deliberate indifference she showed me during an 8hour long attempt to refund me for an unopened product for which i had the reciept. live in Dallas, Texas. I have had an attention deficit disorder diagnosis for 22 years. I have been getting my prescription for Adderall filled at Walgreens for many years. I understand there is currently a nationwide Adderall shortage, thus, I have tried to be flexible with the pharmacy to get my prescription filled.

My doctor has prescribed 40 milligrams of Adderall daily for my ADHD diagnosis: I take two 20 mg pills twice a day; however, with the shortage, and the fact that my psychiatrist has to order my medication online, I’ve had to do a workaround. My doctor suggested I call and find which Walgreen’s had it in stock before he sent in a script he might need to cancel.

I use the Walgreens on Glatlin Blvd in Port St Lucie FL. Never enough help and the help that is there are so stressed it shows in their attitude. Prescriptions are said to be ready per your system and most times are not which causes me to either have to wait sometimes as long as 30 minutes or have to drive back. Incompetent system.

I went at 5:30pm to pick it up and it was not ready and I had to wait another 30 minutes. Walgreens has no regard for the customers time. You need to revamp your system , hire more help and better train your employees in customer service!

Horrible for being in the health profession.

I have been using this particular pharmacy for as long as I can remember. 20 Plus years at least. They are not a preferred pharmacy but I use them anyway because they were just that wonderful! First of all every time I go to fill my prescription of opioids that I have to fill the day off they are always out of my medication. One of these meds is a 12 hr med that I take for lupus, rods in my back and rheumatoid arthritis.

I have to take this so it stays in my system 24 hrs a day. I’ve had to go 4 to 5 days without this. I seem to go through this every month!!!! It’s awful because I go through a lot missing these meds I should be on around the clock.

Second I call and stay on hold for at least 30 minutes to an hr before anyone will pick up the phone… Then when I do call in meds they never have it right and I’m always missing something. It takes me 30 minutes to drive there and I can’t just go back and pick it up.

I called and verified when the pharmacy would close and was told 10:00pm. I arrived at 9:00 pm and the pharmacy was closed. It will not be open due to tomorrow being the fourth. Had they informed the pharmacy was closing early I would have been to the store earlier.

I spoke with the pharmacist one on one and she told me the 10:00 pm closing time. This does not build trust in the community.

I had 2 packages to drop off via FedEx. The store rep Vanessa was rude and claimed that the store is just a drop-off location and that the store doesn't tape the boxes, she taped the boxes though but not properly. Poor customer service on 2 FedEx boxes that needed taping.

In March 2023, we on vacation in Fl., our daughter ended up going to the ER, in Inverness, FL., for allergy induced asthma, she was given a breathing treatment, & a RX for inhalation solution, & a nebulizer machine. We purchased one at Walgreen's on S. Apopka Ave. in Inverness. This was on Mar. 27, 2023, since getting back home in Traverse City, MI. the macine gets very hot when using the unit, went vto our local Walgreen's, they had the so what attitude. The machine is a Vios/ Walgreen's. Would certainly appreciate some form of compensation for a faulty machine.

Your store at 467 Boston Road Billerica has to be the biggest joke in the industry. Waits of up to one hour or more to speak to someone is not uncommon. I went to this store on Friday June 16 at 3:00 PM to pick-up seven (7) prescriptions, 2 new and 5 refills.

My new scripts were electronically sent by my doctor's office on Tuesday June 13 in my presence, the others called in by me. When I arrived on Friday, I observed the pharmacist was not in - on duty up. Clearly must be a mistake, voice messages when I call Walgreens state he - she goes on a meal break from 1:30 - 2:00 PM.

When I went to use my cash rewards instore, the cashier immediately told me that I didn't have the $12 on my account. After a heated argument and I pulled up my account,, I was then allowed to use my rewards.

After I made my purchase, I received another email letting me know that I had received another $10 cash reward but it has not been added to my account. This isn't the first time that my cash rewards has turned up missing.

Either there is something wrong g with your website or the employees are using or taking people cash rewards. Very sad if true.

On many occasions I have requested to pick up a prescription sooner than the auto date and time I am given. They come back with an alternate day and time and when I go it is not ready. Some people drive quite a ways or have other appts and cannot wait.

ONLY REALISTIC DAYS AND TIMES SHOULD BE OFFERED. Otherwise you are misleading people and MANY will go elsewhere.

After going to an Urgent Care on Broadway in Somerville, MA, and being dx with the flu, my husband and I took our prescriptions for flu and respiratory issues next door to a Walgreens. They filled five of six prescriptions, but my 'script for antiviral meds could not be filled because the store's "system was down".

It was rainy, we are in our 70s, and we were Ubering around town as were are here as visitors. The pharmacist sent us to another store on McGraff Highway to fill my antiviral 'script. My whole family has used Walgreens (ask Rite-Aide) for years. Lately, the Pharmacy in Oak Hill, West Virginia has exhibited very poor service and we are taking our medicine prescriptions elsewhere to be filled. I just wanted to make the Corporate office aware of this.

Just today, I went to Walgreens on my lunch hour to pick up my son's prescription and take it to him. This would take up my whole lunchtime. The doctor has written the prescription yesterday and we were told by Walgreens that it would be ready at 9 this morning.

I went to have my 2 prescriptions filled, and was told that my insurance does not cover Benadryl. I know that is not true. I told her that it’s not true, but she insisted that it was, and proceeded to tell me that it would be $2 and something.

I would like to know why do some pharmacists, and pharmacy techs continue to try to cause problems about filling my prescriptions, as if they are paying for it. I’ve never seen a 90 day supply of Benadryl for $2.

On 6/8/23, I came to the drive-thru at Walgreens, 1st Street, Winter Haven, FL to pick up medications and paid with a check. I was asked to sign a form and noticed the form had a notice of $30 return fee.

I asked what that was. Stephanie, a tech, said it was if I returned the medications. I responded that I didn't think you could return medications. She said "you can't". We had a short discussion and she got mad, slammed the drawer shut and said, "then don't write a check", walked away and turned around and made a face at me and the other tech helping me.

The other tech apologized to me. Stephanie was rude and provided wrong information. I was shocked. I have had good service at Walgreens. This was uncalled for.

I tried to request a refill online (Rx2521122-06532) walgreens website said the prescription would be ready for pickup today 06/10/2023 at 11:00 AM. I checked back online to check status and found the order had been cancelled. No explanation was given.

The person working the counter at my Walgreens store claimed that insurance indicated that it is too soon to refill the prescription and that I should be able to pick up rhe prescription on 6/12someone is making a mistake in arithmetic. the last fill date, printed on the label, was05/11/23.

I can't find the date of pickup. I'm pretty sure it was 5/12/2023. Since May had 31 days, the next fill date should be 6/10/23. 2023. this is at least the second time we have had this sitution. with different prescriptions.

I dropped off two cameras to have the photos developed on 2-21-23 at the 63rd St location. I was told by the manager at that time to wait two months to come back for them because it takes that long for them to come back.

I went back to the store towards the end of April and was told by the manager(a new manager) who went in the back and made a phone call, that they said I need to come back in about two more weeks and my pictures would be ready. So, I called the photo dept.

in the middle of May and still no photos. Told to wait a week or two longer and they should be ready. I went to the store yesterday(6-9-23) and my photos are not there. The Walgreens store at 20 S. Telegraph rd. Waterford, MI is the store I'm writing to you about. I regularly get ALL of my prescriptions thru. I've been a customer for 10+ yrs at this location. The reason I am writing you is the pharmacist their called me a drug addict and told me he wouldn't fill my Suboxone (that I've been on for years) until he spoke personally to my doctor and asked him why he was increasing my dose.

I went to Walgreens pharmacy in Chatsworth GA to pick up prescriptions for a friend who had just been released from the ER. It was around 7:15 PM on Friday July 9th, 2923. I was tolld all of her prescriptions were ready except the one the hospital sent.

Wednesday June 7th around 9pm at the Walgreens pharmacy drive thru on Wentzville Parkway in Wentzville Missouri, 63385. Twice per month for three years I pick up prescriptions for a disabled elderly gentleman I care for. I have been able to pick up these prescriptions without issue by providing the patients home address, nothing more, every time.

The night involving my complaint, I was asked to provide the address as usual, and then there was a pause, and now they would like to scan my drivers license. I was unable to find my license for scanning, which I am not very comfortable with doing anyway.

The checker was rude. I was purchasing some deluxe nut mix with sea salt. 79 with my rewards. It rang up the regular price. She said I must have picked up the wrong ones. I assured her I did not because the lightly salted same bag was the same sale price for rewards customer.

The most unprofessional and root pharmacies I ever encounter in my life and I'm almost 60 I just came there to buy some needles.

First they told me that it requires prescription it was a lie they did not apologize finally they say yes we can sell it to you the way they make me feel and the way they treated me and my disabled son is beyond beyond rudeness. Customer Service Complaints: I have been a Walgreens customer for decades. Recently, the level of service has decreased causing me unnecessary anxiety. I live in Las Vegas and my local store is located at 7685 S. Rainbow Blvd, 89139. I have an AARP Walgreens Prescription Plan (Medicare Part D).

I am handicapped living alone and no longer drive because of visual problems. I have my prescriptions delivered from the above pharmacy. Before the home delivery option, I had the delivery made using FEDEX. Most of the time I had no issues, but then FEDEX was not picking up the packages at the pharmacy counter.

I don't believe Walgreens should be promoting the gay or gay pride images to the young children. I shop at the Elk City Walgreens amd there is an end cap full of nothing but gay pride products directly next to the check out counter.
