Just moved so had to switch my pharmacy. Every time we pick up our prescriptions they are really rude. It’s ridiculous and sad how they treat people. If they hate their job and life so much they shouldn’t be around people.

They always ruin my day. I just don’t understand how it’s ok for the them to think the way they act and treat people and ok. Maybe I’ll just switch to a different company to get my family’s medicine. Because dealing with horrible people isn’t worth ruining my whole day.

The Walgreens 1408 N Main, Bloomington, IL Every month I have a prescription of 180ml of Opium Tincture 10mg/ml (1%) sent in and every month they either don't have it and have to order it which puts me very low to where I have to skip doses or they fill a partial script and say they have to order more.

Every month it is a huge drama to just get my med. This time I called to say I needed the other part of my script and the man pharmacist said I need another script sent in because it's against the law to do a partial.

They have done a partial several times over the last several months!! He was rude and wouldn't even listen to me that this is an ongoing script for the rest of my life and they know it's filled every month like clock work and refuse to have it in stock correctly!!

My dear friend whom has Cancer went to get her meds and they called the police on her because of the way she looked!! She was doing nothing wrong and then had to be humiliated with the police that showed up to question her well she was sick dealing with cancer!!! On top of that … they did not give her medical inc card back to her and then denied ever having it.

Oak ridge TN pharmacy drive thru If I could put a. zero star I would. 30 min drive thru wait bc they did not ask the car in front to come back. Received notification of prescription ready while in line to be told there wasn’t a prescription to pick up.

Told to come back in 20 min to pick up prescription and told them no I had done my waiting to be told to go in the store then. I’m moving my prescriptions and letting everyone know how bad the service is. I’m done.

I am still on hold with the pharmacy on 1685 Randolf Ave. St Paul, Mn 55105. Its been 4 hours and still waiting to inquire as to my prescriptions from my Dr. Nepsund. The usual wait time is 3 hours but tonight, its now over 4 hours.

I promise you I will never come to your store again after all these years of wasted time. I changed stores awhile back because your inbreds were helping themselves to a handfull of my pain meds but the police would not do anything about so I will take my business to Target.

I went to pickup 4 prescriptions on 5/24/23 at 2135hrs. I was in drive thru gave my photo ID (Federal Government ID), per protocol verified my DOB, full Name, full address as usual. The pharmacist named Dr. Aaron Brown was rude, condescending, rude treating me like I was a 5 year old.

Then he decided NOT to give me my prescriptions. After 30 years in healthcare this is unacceptable behavior to any PATIENT and/or CUSTOMER! Especially since I have been receiving my prescriptions here for over 5 years. In my experience any MD or pharmacist would be suspended, lose there practicing privileges, etc.

If I could take away the 1 star I would. My Dr. is trying me out on Mounjaro for my diabetes. He has me on 3 step up doses to see what I can tolerate, so he called the 1st one in, in March and it was filled, no problem.

He gave me 2 paper RX's with step up doses on them (These were written at my doctors appt and have the date 2/8/23 on them). I dropped my second RX of it off around April 12th. I was told I could pick it up the next day.

About an hour after I got home, the Pharm tech called me personally (they've never done that before, my info is always called to me as a recording) She said there was a delay, and my RX would not be filled for several days. After about a week, I realized I never heard from them.

I’ve sent them about 20 emails with attachments which they lose and they respond again and again based off the first insofar response as they don’t take cases solely their customer service department is horrible they are so incompetent it’s like they mess with people on purpose and than laugh about it. While visiting the store I was in need of items that was locked up and constantly asked the guy to help and he rudely told me to go down stairs and asked the staff who was on the register. This is not the first time he did this he is extremely mad when trying to ask for help.

Pharmacist was rude as can be. She pulled my cash card out of my habd abd it didn't load. I researched the problem and went back inside with a bar code to load the card. She told me that the computer was rebooting and it would be a while before it is used.

At that moment she did a call in order and verified that the credit card on the order was good. She couldn't have done that without the computer data base. She lied to me.

Also a man was in there doing nothing in particular. Maybe her boyfriend.

Every time I visit walgreens on 2517 kaliste saloom road, Lafayette, La, am told that they didn’t get any insulin syringes on the truck but they will have some tomorrow. Then i go back every day & they say the same thing.

I know damn well they have them. They just dont want to sell them to me bc i am young & they figure i am a drug addict. Well my father has diabetes & they are for him. But, thats no ones business what i need them for.

I placed an online order and went to pick it up at Walgreens in Johnston, RI. When I got there they said they didn't have the order. Called when I got home and when the manager investigated it was in fact at the store.

I didn't go back to pick it up yet my Visa had been charged. I don't feel the charge should go through until I pick the item up. Therefore I cancelled the order and will not deal with Walgreens again.

It was a small order but it's the principal. Misleading customer service.

I have recently been going to your location at 3298 S Crater Rd, Petersburg, VA 23805 and last night after buying some insulin syringes I discovered that they had placed the wrong ones in my bag, I had only taken a few steps away from the counter so I went to inform them of their error but there was a line of three people and the lady was already helping another customer so I waited my turn in line hoping the lady would notice me there still and call me up to see what was wrong but she didn't and I had to wait about 10-15 minutes for my turn to finally come,

I went in to Walgreens to shooo for pet food. As I shopped around I ran into the glass casing were they have displayed they’re Bluetooth wireless headphones. With my 11yr old daughter by my side. And as we both talked about how cool the color was on one of the pairs.

RE: Shooting at Walgreen’s store in SF. I’m a customer that stops at this store on Black Friday every year as I shop with a group of girlfriends in nearby stores. We stop at this store for drinks and snacks.

After viewing the video of Banko Brown being murdered at this store by your security guard, we will not be SHOPPING at any Walgreens any longer. This is not the way a security guard should perform in our eyes as a long standing customer.

We are scared to be in a store that allows a security guard this much power to be able to kill someone. Please make changes to this practice. Thank you.

The manager at Walgreens in Groton, CT location put his hands on my son and told him to shut his mouth. And this was with me standing right in front of him. I couldn’t believe it. I went to the police station and they told me that that was a very serious charge and the way the cop explained it made it sound malicious and unforgivable.

And this man is certainly not deserving of that. But someone should be made aware I believe. It’s hard to explain but you have a hundred cameras so I imagine it’s on there. Thank you.

I have been standing in line for 45 minutes at the Walgreens pharmacy on Sanborn Rd. In Salinas CA. There's ppl in front of me that have been here for over an hour due to lack of personal. There are two people working,but only one of them is handling the drive thru and us.

I would like to know why a pharmacist by the name of Nick refused to fill my prescriptions today when my doctor called them in. This isn’t the first time he has done this. He has a personal problem with me as ive been getting my prescriptions there for over 5 yrs.

He is the only prrson there that gives me grief. I I am on disability and have been since 2014. I have had a failed reconstruction of my jaw and to breaks on the same side as well. I have constant pain and headaches as my oher side of jaw now sits in the 4 o’clock position along with blinding headaches.

I had a pres scription to be filled At the Andrews NC Walgreens. Pharmacy staff said it would be ready in 15 min. I sat in the waiting area 45 min. When I finally asked about the status of the order it had not even been started.

Walgreens pharmacy #11119 Clinton,Ma. Asked my husband to pick up allergy meds for me. He gets to the window. Says one person on the computer and another filling prescriptions. Said hello several times and was ignored so he walked out and came home with no meds at all.

I went down there myself not happy at all that 1) he was ignored and 2) not feeling well hand having to go down and deal with this issue. Y old them that my husband was just there and was ignored.

I am writing to bring to your attention an unfortunate incident that occurred at the Wallgreen located on 7th St in DTLA. Despite having a prescription for pain relief, which was lawfully obtained from an ER doctor to manage my DVT pain, I was refused service by the pharmacist on duty for the second time.

Regrettably, the pharmacist in question ignored the physician's instructions on two separate occasions, which leads me to suspect that her actions were motivated by racial bias. I was racially profiled as a drug addict despite presenting a valid prescription on paper, which was issued by the ER physician.

This has been going on for months on end. I am certain to be speaking for the rest of the neighborhood not just myself, pertaining to Duane Reade Walgreens at Broadway and 72nd Street in Manhattan NYC. It is supposed to be open 24/7.

They are closing on random nights sometimes stating that their system is down however the security and the stock workers even the cashiers who also appear to be doing stock are still there getting paid. No update of hours has been listed anywhere, it is supposed to be open 24/7.

Some nights they're open all night, some nights they close shortly after midnight and they don't open until shortly after sunrise, at sporadic random at what appears to be of their own accord. What gives?

I go to Walgreens every day for my cigarettes. I've taken my grandchild with me, my 2 sons and my daughter. For some reason tonight this particular cashier wanted to be hateful and say she would have to see my daughters license (who's 22) because she was with me while I was purchasing cigarettes.

Now I've NEVER had this issue there or anywhere else for that matter. So that means I should've been asked for license when with my husband? This is so ridiculous and she claimed she'd get fired if she sold them to me.

Also she had already scanned a coupon I had which means my coupon probably won't work anywhere else now. She waited until time to pay before saying anything!

Walgreens #18337 has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. If the cashiers aren't talking on the phone to someone else your lucky they even acknowledge your presence much less say can I help you, It wasn't always like this and

for some reason all the old store employees are gone and there is a whole new group of workers who could care less about its customers! I went into the store tonight and grabbed a few items. When I went up to pay one item rang up wrong and I told the employee. He said it must be marked wrong so I went back with another employee to work, because I checked the item before I went upfront.

Hello I use the Walgreens in Deforest WI. I'm not sure whats going on with the pharmacy there but something needs to be done. I understand that they are understaffed and extremely busy. I went to pickup prescription and when I got home I only had enought meds for 5 days.

You can't reach them on the phone so I drove back over to find out why. Oh she says cause we didn't have enough and maybe we will have them for you tomorrow. WTH??? Why didn't they tell me that when I picked them up.

This isn't the first time they have made my anxiety level go up. This past winter it took them 4 days to fill a prescription due to understaffing. Get it together Please! This is so frustrating.

My husband and I are both over the age of 65. We went online and scheduled to get the Covid booster that was recently approved for senior citizens. We had appointments today at 12:30 and 12:40 pm. We were sent a confirmation via text and asked to fill out information and arrive 15 minutes. prior.

We drove the 20 minutes it takes. us to get there, went back to the pharmacy and were told that they don’t have the vaccine, don’t know when they will get it and don’t know why people can schedule appointments online when they don’t have the vaccine.

I have used the Walgreen's pharmacy on Mary Esther Cut Off in Ft. Walton Beach, FL for many years and have been satisfied up until a few months ago. The services of the pharmacy have been unsatisfactory-they have closed early or not opened at all for at least 4 times with no notification.

I have gone to get my meds, which I was told they were ready, but could not because they were closed. There have been numerous times they were out of stock and I had to wait days to get the meds.

One of the meds is crucial for me to take daily but could not. I have heard others with the same complaints. Consequently, I have changed pharmacies-and that is costing Walgreens to lose a lot of money since last year, I spent over $2000 on meds.

I am sorry I have to go with another pharmacy but cannot trust…

Walgreens used to be a drug store . Several weeks ago a prescription I needed refilled was only partially filled as it wouldn’t be in stock for several days . Today my Dr sent in two new prescriptions . They do not have either in stock and I can’t get them until they are shipped from distribution center in 4 days .

What is going on ?? Then I go to pick up a prescription New Years Day . Pharmacy is not open . Since when do health providers get holidays off ? Not even open for part of the day ? 10-3 for example .

I’m so appalled with your pharmacy service and the pharmacist. I was treated so unkind. On 4/24/2023 I picked up prescriptions from my dentists. On 4/27/2023 my gastroenterologist prescribed me meds and's told me wait about an hour. 3 hours + later I went to get my gastroenterologist prescription and was given my dental prescription again.

When I got home and realized this I called Walgreens pharmacy and spoke to a tech who told me to bring it back and it would be refunded (that was after 8:30pm) I waited until the next day to return. When I returned the pharmacist informed me that that my return medication was the initial medication.

Both my husband and I have been using this pharmacy in Barre, VT since it was the Rite Aid. Today, went into the pharmacy to get a prescription filled for my husband who had been in the ER all night in Newport, VT (which is closer to where we live in Glover, VT) and

was told the script had to have my husband's address written on it in order to fill (granted, it was a controlled substance) but that wasn't even the worst thing. Want to file a complaint on a Mr Joseph that works as pharmacist at Walgreens located on Murell Rd in Rockledge FL.

Mr Joseph threaten to one call the cops regarding filling a scribe that was needed for pain med for a surgery that is scheduled for tomorrow 4/27.

NO signs that state any policy about not filling scripts for doctors outside the area. Dr is located in Orlando the same state.

Mr. Joseph also yelled and yelled out the name of the script and the reason for the script in front of a line of people, so he also violated HIPPA rights.

Now having surgery with no pain meds in advance and the dr already left for the day to even call into another retail and will have to be in pain as now wont be able to get until after surgery.

The night manager is so rude at 5298 highland rd Baton Rouge la I do not get off until 11 o’clock because I am a waitress. I just went in there tonight and she was mad that I came in.

She starts saying out loud see this shit right here. It was not gonna fly people coming in at the last minute, and then she slammed something on the counter. She made me very uncomfortable! I feel like this if you don’t like your job find another one I work until 11 o’clock every night and all day long.

I still treat my last customer like I treated my first.!

I am a nurse that very often does not get off until late in the evening and the only stores open in town anymore late or Walgreens so there is a Walgreens in Springfield Missouri located on Sunshine and Ventura Avenue and they will not allow customers to use a cart or basket And it is the most frustrating thing I should not have to walk through the store with my arms full of stuff, trying to carry laundry soap and

toilet paper and tampons and food. Not to mention I don’t necessarily want every customer in the store seeing whatever I’m carrying. I think it is very rude and disrespectful and I will never shop in this Walgreens again, I could understand if this was in some terrible part of town that they were worried about a lot of theft, but it is not.

I was racially profiled at the Walgreens on Gary and Taylor in San Francisco California about around 4:52 the security guard see me walking in soon as he see me he came straight over to the Ally I was and just stood there and just watched me just because I'm African-American then so I decided to say I'm watching me so then I turned around to see if he was so

I went down another hour and he was right behind me and I did it twice to make sure I am very embarrassed I feel humiliated . I've never felt so violating in my life and the security guard was white and then he got the nerve to apologize I don't accept that apology I feel I should be compensated or something
