Before now, Walgreens has been one of my favorite pharmacist. No longer I will no longer shop there, I will no longer get a prescription filled there. I will drive to the next town before I even consider going to another Walgreens pharmacy.

To have a family member on a generic medication that only Walgreens had in stock and to be told that because it is a controlled substance they cannot use a good RX card any longer, and cannot pay $70 for a medication, SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES! WHEN A DOCTOR CALLS A PRESCRIPTION IN IT IS BECAUSE IT IS SOMETHING THAT THE PATIENT NEEDS, NOT NOT THAT THEY ENJOY TAKING.

SO I SAY AGAIN I WILL NEVER EVER EVEN CONSIDER A WALGREENS PHARMACY BECAUSE OF THIS. I WILL MAKE SURE THAT EVERY PERSON I COME INTO CONTACT THAT I SPEAK WITH THAT EVERY FAMILY MEMBER…

Bad service at two locations in New Braunfels, Texas Tell you on the phone your prescription will be ready in an hour, go to pick up and still not ready. You even get a text saying their ready, and no their not.

People behind counters don't have a good attitude. In drive Thur they will not tell people to pull around if precautions are not ready. They just let them dry there. Only one lane open. I have been with Walgreens all my life.

I am 71 years old. I have never seen Walgreens like this and it's been about 3 or 4 years like this. Please help

and I was given a receiver. I didn't not open the walgreens bag for a week (4/23/23), when i actually needed the device. I assumed I had gotten a transmitter and did not!!! I got from a store that was not the store I usually go to.

When i discovered the mistake I called my pharmacy and explained the problem. I was desperate to get the medical device. The pharmacy tech told me at 10pm that I had to go to the pharmacy that made the mistake... she couldn't help me.

A walgreens problem should be able to be fixed by a walgreens. This device is LIFE SAVING and not having it is REALLY BAD FOR ME as I do not know when my blood sugars drop. I'm a diabetic and this device alarms me if my sugars go low. Without it... bad things can happen.

I am totally upset and disgusted right now!! It's 10pm…

Walgreens on route 1 walnut street Saugus Ma has had very poor customer service for the 4 months. One women working there is unfriendly and rude, the drive through time one night was 2 hrs. on average it is 1 hr.

The women never even says I will be with you shorty she just ignores the drive through window even if there aren’t any customers in side the store. Why offer drive through service if it can’t be delivered.

I picked up my medicine on Friday. By the time I opened it that evening and found out the wrong medicine was given, they closed. They do not open on the weekends so I had to wait until Monday to return the medicine.

The clerk said to throw it away because they could not take it back but to get the refill they had to call the doctor. I said I would call also to hurry them along since I had no medicine.

When I went to pick up my medicine, they charged me another fee. I had to have the medicine so I went on the inside to explain to them why I should not have to pay. They had given me the medicine which was doubled the amount I am now taking.

Attempted to call the local Walgreen's pharmacy to check to see if a prescription was ready for my brother. The call to 662-451-1121 was initiated at 4:18 PM. I was on hold, without speaking to anyone for 1 hour, 1 second.

While on hold, I decided to drive to the pharmacy. I entered the pharmacy with my phone, still on hold, to observe 10-12 people in the pharmacy department and no one was on the phone or answering calls on hold.

The associate stated the prescription was there, but it would take about 15 minutes to fill it. At that time, while still being on hold, I showed her my phone and while on speaker phone that I had been holding for over an hour and no one had answered.

I have been refilling my ozaptic prescription at Walgreens for two months. This past 4/17/23 I order a refill over the phone and was told my order will arrive by 4/18/23 On that day I went to pick up my medication and was told it was still not ready.

I updated my phone number and was told to come back later that day or the following day. Today I call to check the status of my medication and the dial system told me their was no record or any order pending.

Was last refill on medication. 2 days to left to refill. Notification from Walgreens that they were temporarily out of stock. In two days sent notification meds in stock. Went to fill, they said they couldn’t because it was out dated.

Called my doctor and had a new prescription called in to another pharmacy. Waited another day and the new pharmacy called and said they couldn’t fill because Walgreens billed my insurance for the prescription they wouldn’t give me. Now I have been without my meds for 7 days.

I believe Walgreen employee did this on purpose judging from her attitude.

On April 4 2023 I used my Humana OTC (over the counter) to purchase items. I have had no problems until this day. Upon swiping my card the person Winna and Delita could not approve purchases and should have been avoided.

The store did not void my card purchase. Humana never received the void but only received approval. This day Winna showed me two different amounts from two swipes with different amounts. The Manager Doug in this Kansas City Store located on 1100 E.

63rd & Troost, printed me an incorrect purchase sheet that did not coincide with Humana. 67 twice that was never voided. I have receipt of where I paid 13,67 cash items I couldn't get on OTC. to prove. These items showed up at Humana but not on my OTC store items.

I have never never never ever in my 46 years been treated like a piece of dirt then I was treated today by the day time pharmacist at Walgreens in Hampton Nh on 4/18/2023. I fill my whole family's prescription there I will never return he should not be working with the public talking or treating people the way he did to me today I don't know who the hell he thinks he is.

I'm filling this complaint about the pharmacy in South bend, Indiana on the corner of Darden Rd. and 933. I have been purchasing my medications at this location for close to 10 years without much incident. On 04/14/2023 at around 4:00 PM, I went through the drive-thru at Walgreens on the corner of Darden rd.

and 933 to pick up my medication. Once we pulled up to the window I informed the pharmacy technician that I was picking up medication that had been called in and that I needed refills for trulicity and Flo-nase. The pharmacy technician was a woman and she was fairly new.

I am a vendor who goes to the Walgreens at 3488 Robinhood Rd, Winston Salem, NC 27106 once a week. There is a high school not too far from the store and around 2:30pm a group of teens enter the store and proceed to make themselves a nuisance.

As an example 3 girls came in and proceeded to start running around the store laughing as loud as they could then went in to the bathroom still making noise then came out ran around the store, went outside and in a few minutes came back in. They are not buying anything!

From what I have heard these kids are shoplifting, taking the items into the bathroom to remove the packaging then putting the items in their pockets or backpacks. Apparently the Walgreens employees and mgmt are not allowed to do anything?

I already switched to another Walgreens but needed to let you know why. Numerous times a month floors are dirty & shelves are 1/2 empty. The pharmacist is rude & feels as though they are the Doctor. He told me he would not fill my prescription buy over the counter my other script was sent early & I knew I had to wait until they told me when the ins. co.

I went through the drive thru to pickup a prescription that my doctor had called in that morning. The gentleman that waited on me said he had a prescription there and that there was one that wasn't ready yet. Very slow. Get text meds are ready get there they don’t have them ready. Have not started come back tomorrow. Right now sitting in line for 18 minutes 2 cars ahead of me REALLY!!! Inside is no better. You can prepay before you get there but don’t matter still have to wait in lines.

The pharmacist at your 4th,Ave, location in Huntington WV, don't know her name, blonde haired Caucasian women always give me a hard time about my meds. They are prescribed by my doctor and he change the dosage frequently trying to get my blood pressure under control.

She is always argumentive even when my daughter pick up my prescriptions. The male pharmacist is always very friendly and helpful. Would you let her know she is not a DOCTOR, my meds are not narcotics, so I don't understand all the harassment.

Plus my doctor changed my meds awhile back and when I went back six months later, I still hadn't got them. The nurse called and the change was there but nobody bothered to even process it.

Walgreens in New Castle Delaware on Christiana Road community plaza. The service is horrendous. The employees (not all) are rude. The service is extremely slow as there is usually a problem with most people in line having problems with getting their scripts.

The problems seem to ne the same for us as with others. My problems with filling medications is the pharmacist Tom, seems to be unable or unwilling to fill scripts. Refills are almost always put on hold to make me call then the script is put through.

Tom seems very unwilling to fill narcotic medicine without grilling you why you need it. Today it's the refill if diazepam (valium). I have ptsd and been on the medication for years with same provider. It got put on hold, canceled. m.

Pharmacist lied saying they're not allowed to take discount pharmacy cards for controlled substances (ADHD med Adderall in this case). Complete lie, it is at the discretion of the pharmacist and location. We have used the same Visory, and also GoodRX in the past, discount cards for my son's ADHD meds before and had no issues. This is not the usual pharmacist at the Plymouth, IN location and both pharmacy techs were nice and surprised and apologetic.

To the usual pharmacist and Walgreens at large, congratulations, this a-hole pharmacist just lost you my business for the rest of my life. My local Krogers has already confirmed they will fill with my discount card.

Walgreens, Burgaw NC Hwy 117 S Burgaw NC 28425 - 910.259.2514. Consistently a poor experience over the past 5 years. Revolving door of employees who could care less, here are a few examples of our customer experiences:

Was waiting in line at the pharmacy drive through window, which is perpetually 7-8 cars deep, and when we were 3 cars away the rep abruptly left and no one came back for 15 mins. At this point we had been waiting 35 mins in line. When we finally got to the window we asked what happened and were told that the previous person's shift ended and the replacement was late. So all work stopped until the replacement arrived. Also, we have learned that it doesn't do any good to leave the drive through line and go inside to the counter, you will be ignored.

I wanted him to scan an item for me, but he grab the bag of chips on the other side of plexiglass! I picked up my things and went to the other register, associate tell me to take your ass on and I looked back and he said yeah, I said take your ass on.

It was turning into a hostile environment, and I said I can go get my husband and he can talk to him, from there he said that I was threatening him… he jumped around and getting ready to run outside and said come on let’s go where’s my phone call my boys.

My husband and I have used Walgreens for over 50 years. We are leaving after the treatment I have received over the last few months. Here is the final straw: After waiting in line at the pickup window for over 30 minutes, we were told at the window that one drug still needed printing and the other needed to be reviewed by the pharmacist.

I had called prior to asking my neighbor to take me to the Fernandina Beach Walgreens and was told that both prescriptions would be ready by 5pm. It was 5:40pm when we got to the window. We explained the situation and asked the employee to check with the pharmacist.

Horrible customer service. I buy my insulin every 90 days and go through the same stuff first they say it’s ready but when I get out there to pick it up, it’s not ready they give me a date I go back out there.

Well they have the prescription wrong for the amount, so I wait two more days I get a note saying that my prescription is ready for pick up so pick it up and it’s only for one month. Their reasoning is there’s a shortage of insulin and they need to know ahead of time I need a 90 day supply.

Nobody at the store knows what the other person is doing. Worst customer service I’ve ever received. I read them no stars.

The employee Rosa was nasty and unprofessional and she needs to be retrained or removed! 99 in the circular and she told me Philadelphia doesn’t go back the circular due to the beverage tax which I know isn’t true and I paid using my SNAP benefits which also voids the beverage tax.

She didn’t want to adjust the price and refund me my money for the difference and when I told her I would return them for a full refund she told me she couldn’t return my money back to my SNAP benefits and that I would have to get store credit which I’ve never heard of ever!

Please I would really like to speak with someone about this issue because I promise to never return to that Walgreens especially if Rosa is an employee she seemed as if I was bothering her and she didn’t help me at all!

I was prescribed a 30 day prescription of anti-retroviral medication, due to an accidental needle stick at a hospital. 30. I paid out-of-pocket. 30, so that Walgreens could compensate me. Walgreens said it would take 6-8 weeks to process. It’s now been nearly 11 weeks and they STILL haven’t got me the check.

I’ve called repeatedly, written a complaint, even written Tracey Brown, their Executive VP and US Customer Officer, but have got no action or response. I will NEVER give Walgreens my business again. If I could give them negative stars I would.

California made it legal for addicts to buy syringes a few years ago. Walgreens , while not advocation the use of syringes for drug use, understood the need to curb shared needle use and the spread of AIDS, and sells to addicts.

Not all Walgreens pharmacy employees understand how important it is to provide the corrrect syringe, however, Providing a syringe that wont work to an addict will onlyn have negative consequences. The addict wont come into the store at all and shop-bad for overall sales.

at 2/day. Had to make two phone calls to get refilled because it wasn’t time yet for a refill due to their counting error and no credit for 1 week missing. Walgreen customer service has diminished last two years. Gone there for 40 years never had a problem. Very frustrating.

Prescriptions were ordered by fax and one hand carried on March 24 to Walgreen Store #4567 for my husband by his MD when he was discharged from Miami Valley Hospital that day. When we picked up the medications we were told one would not be ready until Mon. March 27th.

I visited Walgreens #03270, 2601 Sheridan Drive, Tonawanda, NY 14150 on Saturday, April 1, 2023 to pick up my prescription and purchase some items that I clipped on my Walgreens app. When I got to the counter, I asked if my coupons would automatically come off the price, the cashier says “yes”. Prescriptions are set up on auto refill. I was told by the auto refill message that the prescriptions would be refilled on Friday March 31 no later than 11:00am. The prescriptions are not ready as of March 31 8:00pm. Tomorrow is Saturday and the pharmacy is closed until Monday.

Because of these inaccuracies I will be moving my prescriptions to the CVS across the road. Thanks.

The pharmacy at the Royal Pine office in Colorado Springs has been telling my wife and I that medication‘s would be available at a set time and then when we go in to receive our medication‘s, they are not ready. Then we have to go home and come back a few hours later in order to receive our medication.

This has happened multiple times. This office needs to quit lying, and should be honest if they are having some kind of issues filling prescriptions in an acceptable timeframe. They act like they are doing you a favor selling medication to you or anyone. Not only are they ride to me I have Waited in line listening to them be rude to others. Perhaps they should be told people are paying for their service and it not them dpi anyone a favor.

I have been treated poorly everytime I have been there. Today was last straw hence this complaint. No line and there is a sign stating stay back.

I only hope & pray none of your employees are not as hateful as Shelby ( don' know her last name) in Marshfield Mo. She treats people as she is better than them, she rolls her eyes, she is hateful & has this smirk on her face like we are troubling her if she has to do something.

Very Rude and Racists! Not only one time, but FEW times. I tried to ask about the kind of generics they stock for medications I have prescriptions for, from my physicians who ask me which pharmacy I would like to send my prescribed med to!

I have to know what generics each pharmacy stock, before the office send in my prescriptions as I have kidney failure, bowel and colon resection that make me very sensitive to inactive ingredients to certain generics and I have to stick to the ones that I already know. Walgreens always refuse to give me any information about anything.

They are always rude to me whenever I ask them this question and treat me like an ALIEN who speaks JEBRISH. It’s either they are very unprofessional or very racists as I am not a privileged white. Will NEVER recommend.

I was in your Wallgreens Store at your Beretania Location on Saturday, March 25, 2023. I purchase a carton of Marlboro Gold 100's and gave the cashier a $20.00 coupon which I got from the Marlboro company. After leaving your store, I noticed that the $20.00 wasn't applied.. I went back into your store and went to the same Cashier and she had the manager Sherry for assistance. Sherry tried to correct this issue but she couldn't and told me she can't do it because the system wouldn't let her do it. Sherry also mentioned that my phone number wasn't on the receipt and I told her that I did punch in my phone number on the card machine and it was the first thing I had to do before going further with the transaction.

I have Prescriptions that have to be filled exactly every 30 days. Which was due on Friday March 24th. I went to the pharmacy to pick up my prescription only to find the pharmacy closed for the day. This wasn't the first time it happened.

I rely on Walgreens to fill my Prescriptions regularly. If I can't count on them I will take My business elsewhere unless a good explanation is provided.
