Greetings my name is Lourdes Ojeda DOB 8/22/1966 if you want to check my Patient Profile. I went today 3/25/23 at 0900 am to Walgreens pharmacy near my house in Homestead Waterstone Plaza because my previous Walgreens Pharmacy in Palmetto Plaza, Hialeah Fl where my control Med was always dispense for years closed in March 22nd. 5mg with Tylenol 325mg.
I said ok if you don’t have it could you order it and I will come on the week to check if arrived and can be ready for me. He stated No we don’t order control meds and we don’t take new patients.
I take this pain Med for many years and always Walgreens pharmacy in Palmetto Plaza Hialeah Fl get it ready or if they don’t have it they ordered it but this Pharmacist can’t deal with patients not Professional at all not even check your Profile…
Walgreens corner of Rinconada and Northrise Drive in Las Cruces, NM has got to be the worst Walgreens in our area. Multiple times I have called in refills and never notified of required Asthma medication out of stock. Not a call, text or email. I call all i get is it should be here and a day. When I call that day, they have run out or never received order OR... the pharmacy has a closed sign rest reads closed due to staff shortage. Seriously.... thats like a hospital pharmacy being closed. Its a real inconvenience especially since most scripts are sent electronically. Not like you can take a paper script to another pharmacy.

My local Walgreens is closed, most of the time, because no one shows up for work. When it does open, the line is actually 20 people deep! Recently, I've been trying a Walgreens which is a lot further away. Getting a prescription was really quick, for a while, but now it can take 4 or 5 days to get something filled.
I'm also extremely upset that sometimes when I call my local store, I get the toll-free customer service line instead! If I'm calling my store, because I need to speak to my pharmacist, don't send my call to someone else!
I've been using Walgreens for about 20 years and now I'm pretty much done with them!
Multiple instances if prrscriptions not filled correctly, doctors not contacted for refills, refills not synchronized despite multiple requests and a pgone call from Wlagreens offering sync as a 'new service-. Long lines in store, drive through, and on the phone. The worst service I have experienced anywhere.
Walgreens store #9978, at 6570 Lone Tree Way, Brentwood, Ca 94513 has a horrible, absolutely despicable pharmacy. Every time we need to pickup a prescription, the wait time is exceptionally long. Today 3/23/23, we waited in the drive through for approximately 40 minutes, only to be told my wife can’t pick up her prescription, because it is a new heart medication for her.
We were told the pharmacist has a block on it, because it was a new medication. The pharmacy tech said we could come inside and wait for the pharmacist to come back from break. If it’s not one thing, it’s another with this pharmacy.

This pharmacy is a joke! There is poor management and very poor staff training. I have double insurance coverage and every time in the last ) months that I’ve picked up prescriptions I have had to wait for no less than 30 minutes in a line to then
get to the counter and be set aside while they re-run the prescriptions through the secondary insurance on file. Every single time this happens. Every single time we end up needing to tell the staff we have 2 insurances and they’re both in the system.
I have filled elsewhere with no issues. We have previously enjoyed Walgreen’s service, but waiting and hour for prescriptions to be billed correctly after they’ve been filled is ridiculous customer service. This pharmacy needs a serious overhaul of competent staff to manage this pharmacy.
I came to fill a prescription, the woman looked it up and I said I would wait as I needed it. She said it shouldn't be long. I walked around the store for an hour!! I went back to the counter where the same woman asked if I needed help.
I told her I was waiting for my prescription and she said she had no idea. I reiterated that I had told her I would wait. She said she didn't remember and then put my prescription through to be filled. So I'm still waiting.

Hello, I've contacted Customer Service @ the Corporate Office regarding Lost Rewards. As they say I got credited last Feb 2022 and they can only do 1 Credit. As I explained that I received "NO NOTICE" of my rewards expiring No Text, No Email they say there's nothing they can do.
Come to find out they didn't even have my correct email that I've had for about 8yrs or more. Still Nothing, They Don't Care. So here I am with this complaint as I lost last month $17+ Change. Please Help!!

The memebers of Walgreens workers made me feel as though I wasn't welcome there and were so judgemental that I almost cried in there. I lost my 50 dollars in the store and I asked an associate if anyone turned in the money and they were like yeah sure you dropped your money as if i could really hae 50 dollars ad then

I have been trying to resolve issues with REPEATED refill problems each month with our prescriptions at Walgreens at Poplar Tent in Concord, NC 28027.. I have currently been on HOLD for over 1 hour and the line cut off. Called BACK and on HOLD again for another hour and 5 minutes and counting. This Walgreens is poorly ran and has TERRIBLE customer service. THIS use to be top notch. First of all they made me come 4 times over a a 10 days window to get one of my Estrogel prescription, each time saying it was a problem like : they do not want to honor the discount, or that it was not approved ? By ?
I stated from the beginning that i will pay for it , or that the pharmacist of the other shift forgot to order it …. Anyway i got the meds from another pharmacy in one day ! And guess what , the pharmacy on 1845 Alton called me 2 weeks later to inform me they now have my meds.

I purchased Lexie hearing sides from a ad I saw. When I talked with someone I told them I needed to wait until I had more for the down payment they told me they have another option less expensive. It was 89 down 39 a month so I agreed.
I was never told this at all or I wouldn’t have bothered when I spoke to them again on the phone they said you get to keep them but let me check. Then you’re correct you have to return them.

Jacksonville NC location at 359 Western Blvd, Jacksonville, NC 28546 is absolutely the worst pharmacy I've ever gone to. Regardless of the time of day or day, it is always a long wait time to fill, long wait line of around an hour. They will give you a time to pick up your prescription and then when you finally get your turn in line they tell you it's another 30 minute wait.
Waited over an hour for someone to answer phone.
The location in Douglasville, GA on Chapel Hill rd NEVER answers their phone, just picks it up & put you back on hold. When they call and you ask questions, the staff is extremely rude. Check the reviews and you'll see everyone experiences this unprofessionalism. We need our medication.

An issue regarding the price of an item was pointed out at the check-out. As the customer, I believed the items in question were buy one get 1 free as the tag in the cooler indicated. An apparent “floor manager” came to the cashier and using her phone said that the items were not “on sale.” I said that the signage in the cooler indicated that they were. She abruptly replied that she did not care what the sign “said” and walked away. I said to her, could you please check, she replied no. Walgreens at Windermere , FL. Subscription called in by Doctor and day 4 still not filled. 5 hrs on the phone and 1/2 at Walgreens trying to get the medication. Day 4 , manager Colt informed me they don’t have it in stock and will order for tomorrow.
Everyday, so far that’s the run around I’ve been getting from this store. Colt excuse, the prior days pharmacists were not regulars and temps at store and they didn’t know what they were doing etc. The service here is poor and the staff and managers have no regard for customers.
This is not the first time this has happened. No one here takes any responsibility but blames each other for incompetence. I called my insurance BlueCross/Anthem and they too stated that they have had similar complaints on Walgreens from their clients.
I will no longer shop in any of your stores due to Walgreens decision to not carry Mifepristone in your pharmacy even though it has been approved by the FDA for safe use. Walgreens is essentially abandoning women and cowering to the threats of right wing extremists and furthering the demise of a women's right to her own healthcare in the USA. Today I picked my monthly prescription up as usual. A unpleasant, rude and unprofessional dude name George was screaming at my from the top of his lungs.
As usual with the latest technology, as always I paid my prescription by speed pay and produced it at the counter . No tech could retrieve the payment which I show 3 different pharm techs that I paid for it.
But George started screaming at me saying maybe my card declined and constantly repeated that I paid and showed him my app with shows proof of payment.
I asked George for a business card, he said he didn’t have one. I’m applaud by your employee George actions and I will be reporting to my insurance company the rude services I received as a senior.
Please retrained him so that he knows how to deal with customers

Walgreen’pharmacist refused to fill my prescription although it had been filled in the past 7 years from the same doctor and was legally transmitted to the store. She claimed because he was not in same city as I that she didn’t fill comfortable filling that prescription.

I have had two very unprofessional interactions with the new pharmacy manager. I received a call from a Walgreens Pharmacy manager on 03/15/2023, telling me my drug prescriptions will not be mailed to me anymore because, “We’re done with corvid, now”, said the pharmacy manager at A Dover, New Hampshire Walgreens, who’s has been sending my medications to me, every 90 days, (Sometimes they call, and complain about it, but they’ve been sending them in the mail to me for years).

I have received consistently horrible service and treatment by the pharmacy on south Webb road in Wichita, KS. The staff gives you conflicting information about prescriptions and availability every time you speak to them. I am very shocked that Walgreens management is refusing to fill abortion pills. It is bad enough the Supreme Court is denying women to access medical care, which we have had for a half century. My body not your political stand.
If you will refuse women’s rights then also take away male enhancement drugs. I want to hear your rescinding your denial of abortion pills, or are adding your denial of male enhancement drugs. In 1960s before roe Wade my class mate died getting an abortion in Mexico, after rape by her uncle. She died.

There seems to be an on going trend of being on hold for extended periods and then being disconnected. Today I called to the Beverly location located on the corner of Rantoul & Elliot, only to sit on hold for over 18 minutes and then to be disconnected.
This is an routine issue and I am considering taking my prescriptions elsewhere! I understand staffing is a concern but it isn't just staffing. ,I have to wait sometimes days for meds that i am required to take daily, and I have even been forced to take a generic because they said they couldn't get the name brand.
HOWEVER, I WAS TOLD THAT IT WAS READY FOR PICKUP. I take multiple prescriptions daily and if your company is able to meet my medical needs, please let me know and I will gladly take my business elsewhere. Unhappy Customer

Hi customer complaint, I just want to start off by saying your representative in the pharmacy are so rude after being put on hold for one hour. They would pick up and say hold over and over again kept picking up hold for more then an hour. Then when they did answer so rude. Lasr night I needed to make an emergency trip to Walgreens Pharmacy to get Eliquis, a blood thinner, that I had been without for several days We drove up in a car thru the drive up window. The pharmacist told me to get out of the car and come inside.
I use a walker and did not have it so I had to lean on a shopping cart to walk all the way back to the pharmacist. It was approx 8 pm. Monday March 13. he told me to sit down!!!!

Walgreens at Twin City in Somerville MA has now had my prescription for 16 days. I switched to this store as my favorite Pharmacist at Beacon St. in Somerville MA quit being overworked and was always alone She had the front-end cashier most days pulling and taking payment for meds, Ridiculous in itself.
I never had a problem getting my meds, even during the height of the Pandemic, going back to Twin City in Somerville. They have had my script for Fentyln Patched 50 mcg for 16 days and keep making lame excuses why they are not in.
