Perhaps you do not know how your customers being treated and spoken to. I sat on hold for nearly 15 min, which is fine I'm sure they are busy. When I finally spoke with John in the pharmacy and asked if my prescriptions would be ready he said he had 2 ready and 2 for tomorrow.
I asked which ones were tomorrow as I need them all today, he asked for my birth date after I had already put this info in the phone when calling the automation, so I asked why he would need that again ( i do bot fin that an unreasonable question) Apparently I must have angered him and he decided to talk through me while I was asking questions.
