You have some of the lazyest employees I have ever seen they are sitting on a stool they check you out and they don't even stand up at all boy I wish I had a job like that . I have been at this store they are so lazy they don't get up to show you anything instead of getting up and walk over and show you.

Why is it always an issue to get an order and fill the order for a patient in need of medicine? Every once in a while I need my medicine 2 days early which my insurance allows. Yet to be told medicine won't be filled until the 30th day.

Physical suicidal pain is nothing to play about. This type of pain can and will have a person go off the deep end. Between the doctors, insurance and pharmacies all need to be on the same page of agreement when it comes to patients.

Especially those of us who suffer the most.

Your new position on abortion drug sales is discriminatory against women. You should be ashamed. I will boycott your chain. My money will go to your competition.

Hello my name is Blake Lewis and I am a former Shift Lead for walgreens. I have talked to HR twice now about not receiving my w2 and they claim a new one was sent out but I never received the original sent out end of January or the 2nd one mid Feburary. I followed up a couple days ago and the rep called me and said that it was being looked into. I am needing this to file my taxes on time and I need to know if there is a better way of getting this information asap. Please if you could get back to me with another option I'd greatly appreciate it.

The rapid decision by Walgreens to deny All women access to a legal drug is the reason I, nor most of my friends will shop or fill medications with your company due to your stance. Your online and instore pharmacy have horrible wait times, and abysmal service are not worth doing business with. Your mishandling of my medications also resulted in my being ill for a week due to not being able to fill it, so I quit your pharmacy already before your denial of women access to medication.

Hello this is the second time I am contacting you in less than a month about the same store. On Monday your systems were down nationwide. On Tuesday I go to my regular store and digital coupons are not working they say the computer took my coupons but then they miraculously disappeared these were paper coupons.

My register rewards were excepted and then disappeared. So twice in two days I have traveled outside of my city to go to a store just to be told to go away. This is the same store that I complained about and asked to talk to somebody from corporate And they had the manager of that store contact me.

Why would I want to talk to a manager that literally told me to my face there’s always problems with you. No it’s your system and I know this 100% for a fact if you would like pictures…

My complaint is about Walgreens refusal to issue the abortion pill in areas where than can due to pressure from GOP Governors. I decided to go to CVS. I'm going along with the national boycott of Walgreens. I'm sure this is no big deal to a billion dollar corporation.

With Walgreens caving to Republican pressure and refusing to supply the life saving medication to terminate a pregnancy in certain states, my family will no longer have prescriptions filled at this pharmacy and will no longer shop at this store.

Your recent actions trying to control access to a legal controlled medication to protect women from unwanted pregnancy and from unhealthy pregnancy is a sign that you do not value the health and rights of your customers. As a family of five who have been loyal to Walgreens for decades, and as a person who appreciated the company as I lived in Deerfield and had a fondness for the hometown company, I want you to know that this is a cowardly attack on access to health care. I picked up my mother's prescriptions at Walgreens store #04404 she would not allow us to use the Walgreens Gift card to pay. my mother is elderly and lives on a fixed income. We give her gifts of Walgreens gift cards to pay for her pills cashiers in the pharmacy should not be allowed to tell you they don't know how to use a gift card for prescriptions or its NOT ALLOWED.

I am so angry my mother with lung cancer could not pay for her albuterol inhaler this is a disgrace I would like to know if somebody plans on educating these store employees about how to use a valid gift card for prescription purchases

The service in both my local Wallgreen Pharmacies in the northeast is fine, )but having said that I had to write about my complete shock at the service I received when visiting Albuquerque Nrw Mexico .

First of all, no one was at all friendly or welcoming.

Secondly, we were traveling and did not have bags with us of course but we fully expected to be able to buy some but we were told they had none. We bought over $100 worth of merchandise. Then we were told we couldn’t take the cart out to our car with no offer if help to take all the stuff we bought out to the car!

They say New York people are not friendly or helpful??? My God, this never would have happened in the Northeast! I think based on my various experiences Walgreens took on more than they could handle when they purchased Rite…

Walgreens is awful. I'e dealt with the ones in Missouri and also here in Florida. Their new system of using an outside pharmacy to get name brand meds caused my prescription to be delayed by a week. customer service is a joke.

I have been waiting for a resolution to an issue with instructions on a prescription label being typed incorrectly which landed me in the hospital. Weeks later a man called me and said he was "glad mothing bad happened" and to offer me a monetary settlement but I was not home and did not have the bills that are now in collections with me.

Was he not told I had to have someo e take a night off from thei job to take me to the hospbecause my heart was beating so irratically that I couldnt drive myself! Would itbhave been something bad if I died?

The security guard who worked at the Walgreens on highland avenue in Los Angeles between the hours of 6:00 pm and 8:00 pm stood outside while I unfolded my bike and tried to approach me romantically while he was on the clock. He then asked me for personal information.

Hello, I hope this email finds you well. I will like to file a formal complaint against Edna at this location. My husband waited for 2 hours to receive his medication today March 6th. If we were told a two hour wait initially then it would be understandable.

He has an auto immune disease and when his immune system is lowered it can cause side effects.

On March 2, 2023, I submitted my prescriptions online to pharmacy. The prescriptions went through and said I could I pick them up on the following day. So, I went to get prescriptions on Saturday. And was told all was ready but one.

The clerk at the drive thru, said it would be 20 minutes before it would be ready. She said, pull over there or I can text you when it's ready, I said we'll I'll come back when you text. So, I left came home waited 45 minutes and called then she gone say, you can't get the pain med due to it being a narcotic.

I said it went through on Friday to my Caremark and they paid for it. I said, why didn't you tell me that when I was here the first time. She and the pharmacist were very rude and some big liars.

My concern is why it went through if I couldn't get it.…

Prescription RX 2484796-04645 was cancelled My husband went to the drive up window to pick up his prescription that was renewed. When he arrived home , he saw 2 prescriptions had been placed on the bag. 34 [noted above] package, returned it to the pharmacy.

They refused to accept it. He never renewed it, cancelled it when the called to say it was ready. 34 as it was a pharmacy error. He tried to get the pharmacists name. The pharmacist told him Smith was his first name and he didn't give out his last name.
