Good evening. I am writing to inform you that, unless you quickly reverse your decision regarding the sale of Mifepristone (a legal, FDA approved medication that is essential to women's health care), I will never purchase so much as a stick of gum from a Walgreens ever again.

All of my pharmacy chain shopping will be done at CVS. I will not shop at an establishment that does not consider me a full citizen.

Losing my business I'm disappointed you've decided to abandon women by no longer selling mifepristone even though it is a legal, safe drug and protected by federal law. Until you reverse this decision neither I, nor anyone in my 120K family, will be shopping or filling prescriptions at Walgreens.

Called in a script for my husband on Thursday March 2, 2023. Went thru the drive thru two days later was told the the prescription would not be ready until Monday. No call to inform us that the script would be late.

When asked what happen just given a hunch of the of the shoulder. Very unprofessional with no question whether we needed this script. I have had good service up until now. Please rectify this.

Pharmacy located at Baltimore National Pike and Ingelside Avenue in Catinsville MD.

I dropped of a prescription at 8am. I was advised they would call me when it was ready. I gave them all day to fill the prescription. I called them at 4:30 pm and was placed on hold. Remaind on hold for 1 hour an 30 minutes. As the time got closer to the 6pm closing time. Still on hold, the staff repeatedly pick up the handset and just hung up without saying anything. This pickup and hang happened 6 times. I tried to get them again at 5:45 ,pm to only be put on hold indefinitely well after 6pm.

The staff who pick the phone up and just hang up should be better. I have had issues with not being notified that prescription are ready and the staff allowing people to hold up the drive through line as there…

Walgreens, I'm so disappointed you've decided to listen to corporate lobbyists and abandon women by no longer selling mifepristone.

It's a legal, safe drug and protected by federal law 6872.

Until you reverse this decision neither l, nor anyone in my family, will be shopping there even though you have many products I enjoy including my favorite skinny pop popcorn.

This is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced for a pharmacy! Walgreens Pharmacy, Dayton, Texas. There are Never more than two cashiers available. They have two drive- through lanes full 4-8 cars deep with one cashier!! Sometimes there are two cashier’s working inside registers.

My insurance makes me use Walgreens. They need more HELP!!!

Waiting in line at drive up for over 1/2-1 hour long!!! Wh n I was the next car in line I waited 25 minutes!! The person before me changed her address, and medical info, which should have been done inside!!!

Your coupons for saving a customer $$ cannot be read as the ink is skipping. Very frustrating!! I have lost on many cash rewards!!!

No one comes to the phone when you’re calling for a prescription status. They now have some general customer service group that answers first then they switch you to the pharmacy. I called in and a man answered and pretended he couldn’t hear me but when I got angry he chuckled and hung up.

If he couldn’t hear how did he hear me get angry. Once I finally got to the pharmacy by calling in AGAIN I then had someone in the pharmacy pick up the phone twice then tell me hang on. closing out survey as if I had talked to someone.

Then I call back a third time and the meds they said were out of stock were actually ordered and restocked. They had both medications but the online app did not have the correct updates. If the online system had worked properly and updated properly I would not have gone…

I would give minus stars if I could. In the past,Walgreens has often used popular culture and political pressure instead of science and customer service in decisions. Example would be punishing legitimate users of opioids causing them well documented harm because there are those that abuse.

Interesting that alcohol does not seem to be something pulled off the shelf when it kills more people than all drugs combined. Now, pulling Part B off the shelves in states where it is legal due to pressure from Attorneys General.

Again at the medical expense of women. I have always used Walgreens but there are much better alternatives who have concerns for science and our well being.

This regarding the 3518 Henderson Boulevard store in Tampa, Florida. First you need to pay attention to the Yelp/Google reviews. You have a serious developing problem. Here is my Yelp review.

The service at this pharmacy is the worst I've seen in my life. They could care less for you or their jobs. Please use another one. I recommend one of the many independent options nearby. This place should close as this is not welcome in South Tampa.

I have an appointment for a Shingles shot next week. And your Walgreens stores have been my store of choice for drugs, makeup and other items. But no more. Your decision to pull the “anti choice” pill from your shelves thus putting many women at risk for her health choices makes me wonder why you hate women so much. I certainly wouldn’t want to spend any money on cosmetics or other ladies products if you treat us with such lack of respect. Therefore, after I get my shot, it’ll be the last time I walk into any Walgreens. I had a list of items I was going to purchase after my shot but now I’ll walk across the street to CVS and buy them there. Honestly, it’s so disappointing that you have no regard to women. I called at 6:54, plenary of time to answer my quick question about my prescription and was put on cold hold (no one said a word) 3 times and then at 7:00 it went back to ringing and no one would answer. This is very bad customer service!!

So I heard on the news that Walgreens will not sell the abortion pill which is safe and effective because you are feeling pressure from those that are trying to stop abortion. Well I have to tell you as a senior I will not be using your pharmacy or shopping in your stores anymore.

You have two lanes but one has been shut down for months. Average wait times inside or out at peek times 45 to 1 hour. I live in a neighborhood that talks and a lot are switching to cvs. Something needs to be done.

I’ve tried paying before and still takes a half hour to get out of the place. Cactus location in Vegas. Please fix the drive through before cvs takes over.

Today, 3 generations of our family met for a huge birthday celebration. We heard on the news that Walgreens has agreed to not provide the most popular abortion drug to customers even in states where abortion is totally legal. For generations, from infants to the elderly, we have depended on Walgreens to provide all our prescription and non-prescription needs.

As a family, we have decided to express our displeasure with Walgreens decision by the only means available to customers. Sadly, in future we have agreed to take our business elsewhere. We don't feel it is a responsible decision for Walgreens to make medical decisions based on the politics of some state Attorney Generals and cease to provide the needs of their loyal customers.

Greetings: I shop at the Walgreens store #01918 at 755 Broadway in Brooklyn, NY. I try to use the new OTC card for food approved items and can't at this location. Keep in mind that the labels on the shelves clearly state OTC Food approve but when checking out at the registers it clearly is not the case.

I can go to any other store and not have a problem. This needs to be corrected.

I have a serious illness and the medication I need is essential. My Walgreens in located on Forum Drive, Columbia, SC. In December 2022 they told me they were closing early and shut down at 2:00 PM. I waited 9 days for medication.

This past Monday, my doctor called in another prescription. They told me they would have it in 48 hours. It has been 6 days without my medication and again today the pharmacy is closing due to staff issues and no one will help me get the medication I desperately need.

When I did because your pharmacy cannot or will not fill medication needed for my well being I will instruct my family to file a lawsuit against your company. This is completely unacceptable and no patient should have to be denied service or medications due to staff.

Picked up a prescription and was four pills short. Called store and they assured me their camera show they dispensed 16. Went to store to talk to manager. Asked if I could talk in private. He said no. Had to complain standing in isle while customers near by could listen.

He said he checked camera himself and it showed they dispensed 16 pills. I assured him I only got 12 pills. I said it wasn't about getting any more pills. Someone somehow got 4 pills out of the bottle before it was stapled shut and he needed to do some investigating.

What happened I don't no. I was 4 pills short and Someone miss counted same how.

Unfortunately the Pharmacy Manager is not available until Monday so I cannot get this issue resolved. I have had issues with the techs and some of the pharmacists before. They seem to have been taught differently bc some have told me that they only fill 2 days early, while the Manager says 3 days.

I am due for my anxiety medication today and they are refusing to fill it. They filled my medication 3 days early last month and every month since last year, which actually means that it is not early at all.

I am due for this medication today. It wouldn't take but a minute of their time to pull up the history. Instead, this pharmacist would rather lie to me, or just doesn't want to admit that he is wrong. I have also been yelled at and not given the chance to speak before, while being insulted…

Everytime I go to my pharmacy in Lincoln. I go through a nightmare!! I just had all my prescriptions refill in January 2023. but, after waiting in line for 40 minutes, I was told, I needed a refill from the doctor. The automated system sucks!!

y prescriptions would be ready by 11am the next day. I waited 2 days.. never received a phone call telling me I needed another refill order from the pharmacy. This pharmacy does not have enough employees!! I cannot continue to go through thus level of frustration while trying to getife saving inhalers and medications!!

This is easily the worst pharmacy in the Metro Detroit area. Poor service, poor staffing and unprofessional.

Consistently out of medication which is readily available elsewhere. The staff is unable to provide competent information when asked ( both over the phone and in person ) for when medication for over due prescriptions will be available.

I confirmed in person with a pharmacist that my medications would be available for pick up a week before I was scheduled to leave for a business trip. I was told I would not need to provide documentation at the time of pick up scheduled for later that week.

Upon arrival I am told my medication is out of stock and won’t be available till two days AFTER I leave town, asked if I have paper work to verify I’m working out of state and that my best…

3/2/2023 The pharmacist was unnecessarily rude. Kept interrupting me while I was trying to explain the issue I was having. Placed me on hold without advising to let the phone ring several times before someone else picked it up only to be told they did not see the 2nd Rx that had just previously been in processing status.

They were filling 2 prescriptions sent thru by my surgeon. One was completed but the other stayed showing as "processing" hrs after the 1st was filled. I was advised they may have printed at different times, yet they were sent thru & received at the same time.

My doctor called in a prescription. I was unable to pick it up before it was returned to stock, so I used the mobile app to refill, requesting it be overnighted and billed to my card on file. For a week the status was "order received". , Surprise AZ (#4620).

For the next 40 minutes I proceeded ot call, get put in the queue to speak to a pharmacist, listen to it counting down how many callers were ahead of me, until it was my turn. The phone would ring, I'd actually HEAR noise in the background when someone picked up.

Then they would hang up/disconnect me, so I had to start the whole process again. This continued until 8:00pm, until finally I was told the pharmacy was closed. I suppose that's one way to clear out the calls…
