I just returned from Walgreen on pitt school road and 29 in Concord NC. I purchased cigarettes and the young man who checked me out has the nerve to state” he hates smokers” he is entailed to feel this way, by all means.

However, to express that to someone buying cigarettes is vey unprofessional and rude. There is a time an place to express yourself and during your job is not one of them. I get medications filled there and shop there frequently.

I am not comfortable coming back to Walgreens after this incident.

I picked up a refill today for mounjara 5 mg. 5 mg. Call the pharmacy and spoke with a lady who informed me that I should have gotten 5 mg. And repeated this a second. 5 and 5. So her response really should have been, I apologize for the mistake and we will exchange it when you return the medication.

I proceeded back to the pharmacy and told the lady at register what the problem was which she was already aware. She looked at the box and told me this is from January. Ok, some mistake has been made, but again I now feel like she is accusing me of something.

I was then upset and told her that’s not My mistake and that she was even rude on the phone. That’s when the blonde pharmacist states she was the one I talked to and proceeded to be even more rude.

Walgreen has been the best place to get your medication and good service. But since the pandemic the store here in our town have been terrible pharmacy hours 10 am to 6 pm closed weekends my hours for work are 9 to 5 by the time I leave work and get to the store they are closed. Not happy with Walgreens they are a pharmacy they mainly sale medicine there hours should be more flexible for there future I moved on to a different pharmacy that has better accommodations

Walgreens in Elizabeth City NC has hands down the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Waiting 20 minutes on hold to have them answer and tell you to hold.. waiting another 10 mins being hung up on. They have no mannerism at all, they treat you like you’re stupid when you ask questions.

I've used other Walgreens for years w/o any complaints But this pharmacy is horrible when it comes to customer care/service. When calling to inquire about status on my medince, wait time for pickup will be 10 minutes or more. Even waiting in line or drive through is extremely LONG!! ATTITUDES. are not the best.

I personally have witnessed how they will allow phones to ring and ring w/o answering. Once answered, the customer is put on HOLD for what seems to be Endless. Please HELP this store!!

I was in Walgreens in oxford ohio this past Sunday and the older, short woman with the short hair who usually runs the register was standing up by the register in regular clothes, I’m assuming she was off duty, and harassing the woman who stood at the register. One of which was a dark skinned girl, and I’ve been in previously and saw how she interacts with different ethnicities and she is one nasty lady.

I recently had my husband pick up a prescription for me at the Walgreen's Pharmacy in Northfield, Il at Happ and Willow. We have been using this pharmacy for years and have been loyal customers. I sent him there thinking it was an allergy pill I was in need of as I received a text message saying my prescription was ready.

I have this allergy pill on an auto-refill. He came home with another prescription I use for allergies called Budesonide. I did not need or want this medication as I had just picked up a 60 day supply for it at end of January.

The date is now February 17th -clearly not even 30 days have passed since I last picked it up. Apparently, it was on an auto refill (unknown to me). The pharmacy could not return it once it was picked up unless it had been their mistake and they…

The Walgreens in Dayville CT made an unfortunate change with the pharmacy a few years back and since that change(all different pharmacists and techs) the level of service has plummeted. They are rude, sarcastic, unprofessional and unprepared. I have spoken with several other people who are in agreement with the above stated issues.

It is a real shame because there was a time I raved about the service Walgreens offered.

I was treated badly by the cashier. She wouldn’t help me pull up a coupon on my phone. I let five people go in front of me and when I tried to get her help she deleted the app on my phone.

She thought it was funny that she snubbed me when I said thank you for making me feel unimportant. I think she is prejudiced against white people. She really hurt my feelings

I went into the Walgreens in Southport NC. The one off of Howe St and had a horrible experience with Lien. I was shopping the Valentine’s Day sales and the winter sales. She was so rude I will never go back into that store again!

The Walgreens up the street which was awesome had the Valentine’s Day squishmellows on sale and they had valentines days at the one on Howell St and the moment kept saying those aren’t on sale.

Also I was shopping the winter sale and found slippers that had been ringing up 80% off at other Walgreens and the woman practically took them from my hands and said they were not on sale! How does she know I was shopping sale items (even though I was) but she had no clue what I was doing!

Hi, My name is Madiha Minhaj. This is a complaint email about the Walgreens store staff located at 5310 N MacArthur Blvd, Irving, TX 75038. I went there to do a detergent deal. Basically, the deal was that if you bought 3 Tide, Downy, or Gain detergents (the ones that were listed for $5.49), you would get a $5 register reward. It was the deal that was listed on your official Walgreens weekly ad. I bought 3 of those detergents, but I didn't get the register reward.

you have a store on 15th St. in Seattle, which is in a very good neighborhood. It is a really rundown store with inadequate staffing. to make matters worse, they just inherited the most affluent medley pharmacy in town which went out of business.

They are completely short staffed and wearing down the staff that was there- which was incompetent to begin with. You really need to ramp it up. People are really upset.

So my son needed a flu shot for nursing school to go to clinical science and we called and made an appointment ahead of time for 1 PM today, when we got there, we were asked two times if we wanted to fill out the information for the flu shot online or paperwork. We stated paperwork because we never got the email we were supposed to last time.

Then the girl proceeded to say oh we only have flu shots for 65 and older, I don’t know why we went over the whole issue of paperwork if she knew that in the first place. I went to my Walgreens to purchase some makeup that was on sale. The store had the section roped off due to an electrical issue in that area so I was unable to make the purchase. Not a problem. The cashier and manager are very nice there and for the safety of the customers, there wasn't anything they could do. Completely understandable.

However, I drove to another Walgreens a couple of miles away and had a frustrating experience. 99 and was BOGO and there was also a coupon to be clipped. I clipped the coupon and took 2 items to the cashier to purchase.

49 each and she didn't know how to apply the clipped coupon. It took several minutes and customers were lining up so another cashier opened an additional register. The manager was called and she didn't know how to apply the coupon either…

Store #7746 I drop off a new prescription on 2/16/23 they told me it will be an hour I return to the store in 2hrs when I asked for the prescription it was never scan into the system. EXTREMELY rude pharmacists. She refused to give me her name after I asked for it. I have had my purse stolen and I had a police report. The only time this has ever happened to me. Still wouldn’t fill my prescription.

So I waited until my prescription was due on regular timing and called to check on the status (today is a Friday) and was told they will get to it on Monday.. they have had this prescription for a week and have known I was picking up today, and still this is an issue?! Yes..

and that’s just on top of the rude attitudes I have had to deal with from the same 2 pharmacists each time I have called during the week. I’ve used Walgreens my whole life for my prescriptions but after all of this I am DONE with this company!

I bought several items. I was asked if I wanted my receipt emailed and I said yes. After I left, I realized I had paid too much for the items I had. I suspected it was from a box of candy that was displayed in the 70% off Valentine candy aisle.

I went back to the same store, same cashier, about 15 minutes after leaving the first time. 99. I said I wanted to return it. Oh but since I didn’t have a receipt I couldn’t return it for cash. I hadn’t gotten any email from Walgreens.

My husband requested a refill over two weeks ago. I called to check status and the clerk said she needed to send it to physician for authorization. We had been told that for two weeks. I explained he would need it tomorrow.

She said there was nothing she could do. I spoke with Melissa pharmacy manager. She reiterated the position. I asked if she would let us know if she did not get refill as my husband was being discharged from the hospital.

I prescribed Advair diskus,brand name to my daughter,Hannah Allegakoen,DOB 02/15/1998. The brand name was replaced with a generic version by the pharmacist which was not covered by her insurance. The generic version cost my daughter over $230 whereas the brand name would have cost only $5.

Today at Walgreens cashier charged 2x for 1 item, turned back right away to point that out. Few people came over to help her out and no one was able to refund cash for extra charged item. I got upset and asked to refund full purchase of $15, which wasn’t done.

I am a regular at my Walgreens on Overton and Thornydale in Tucson AZ. I like to give people benefit of the doubt have a bad day here and there but EVERYTIME I go in the store and Irma is working I actually try to avoid checking out with her if possible.

She is never polite she is actually very rude. Her job is CUSTOMER service. She hardly says a word to her customers. One of my experiences she was trying to tell a customer whom did not speak english that he needed to enter a phone number for the discount.

It was holding up line and I asked if I could put in my number for him and she just glared at me and turned her head. She has signed when myself or my boyfriend go to the counter, it seems we are bothering her to check us out.

As a provider, I was told by Megan Sulliven, pharmacist, on 2/14/23 that shit was hitting the fan. That ALONE, should be reason for this complaint. The situation was as follows--I renewed a medication for my patient at 11 am, after she was told there were no more refills.

I called Walgreens in west sand lake ny and was told on the phone by this pharmacist that they received it, then was told by my patient 20 minutes later that there was no med for her. I then called again only to be told by this pharmacist that shit was hitting the fan, the pt had two names,(implying it was the patients fault for the confusion) and that every time the med was reordered it created a problem.

The Pharmacy on Vogel Street in Raleigh, NC is awful. I lost $900 because no one told me that an unopened Osempic pen needed to be refrigerated. I was handed my prescription in a white paper bag. The pharmacy tech did not mention that it needed to be refrigerated.

Did not filled my prescription (Vyvanse 30 mg) . Not taking new patients within 3 months. I been a customer for years. for months and weeks. Went to another pharmacy to get filled. Then no Aderrall at all. Changed to Vyvance 30 MG.

My complaint is with the store at Kennerly Rd. and Broad River Rd. The date is 02/13/23, I was informed by an employee (tall black guy) that I had walk in front of other customers to his register. I told him there are 2 registers open and I choose the one with only the customer he was waiting on.

His tone and speech was disrespectful. How could I've broken the line when 2 registers were open. If the other people chose to stay in the longer line, that's their prerogative. He needs to be reprimanded for his poor choice of words and tone.

I had 2 perscriptions sent in to the store at Chambers and Colfax in Aurora Co. on Friday 02-10-23. It is now 02-13-2023 and it has not been filled. I have tried to call the store but no one will answer the phones.

I have waited for more than an hour on hold then to be disconnected. I am lucky that the perscriptions are not life saving, althoughj the antibiotics could be concidered life saving. If they were I would be DEAD. It appears that your company does not care about its comustomers.

I went to my Walgreens app today looking for candy. 99. , Easton, PA. I took 3 boxes to the register. They came up as regular price. I told the cashier that they were on sale. She told me that the computer said they were not.

I went to look and told her yes, they were all in sale. She said the tags must have expired. So, I made my other purchase and told her I did not want the Russell Stiver candy. Then I went back to look again.
