This is the second time this has occurred. I have been unable to get medication for my daughter and I during hours the pharmacy is supposed to be open, however the pharmacy will be closed without any advance notice to their customers.

You just show up to find a damn sign that says pharmacy closed, no pharmacist on duty. Than to add insult to injury the other Walgreens can’t access the scripts that were sent to a different Walgreens so you can wait until Walgreens cares enough to have a pharmacist on or call your provider back and

have them hopefully be able to send to a different pharmacy. I have now transferred my scripts to Wegmans and will no longer purchase anything at Walgreens. Last time this occurred I called and made a complaint and apparently it didn’t matter.

Went Fri FEB10TH to get RX. Drive thru 10cars. Inside 12ahead in line. 1woman was at counter 1/2hr before getting her RX. 2in line stated going to change to another drugstore took me little over hour to get mine. It wasn't the quantity, rather the quality of Walgreen employees.

All but Pharmacist worked very slow with no comments or apology. They need new, better management.

I shop at my local Walgreens in Coventry CT an average of twice a week. Most times it's a great experience. Today, however, it was not. I went in to get a few things including 3 12 packs of Canada Dry Ginger Ale.

There was only 2 on the shelf. I noticed Kathy (manager on duty, I believe) was helping someone with the photo machine. I waited a few minutes to see if she would finish up with that customer. She didn't, so I asked the cashier if there were anymore in the back since the sale just started today.

My complaint is regarding the Labcorp facility in the Walgreens at 805 Havendale Boulevard, Winter Haven, FL. Since Walgreens is connected as a provider of the lab space, we are very disappointed at the disgusting experience I had. I am a good walgreens customer, i believe , between prescriptions and other things , my rx insurance company and me, a good man12K to 14K a yr , is spent in walgreens. I was wondering why the clearance sale items NEVER hit the shelves for you customers to purchase.

well I believe i ve finally found an answer. I know one man with a flea market in phoenix that said he pays the store managers , up to $1000 to purchase all the clearance items from walgreens in Kingman on (airway and

I telephoned a pharmacist this evening to discuss a prescription I received. The prescription was for a generic script as opposed to the name brand I have taken for 14 years. The person I spoke with was rude, spoke over me and would not look at my profile which would show that for 14 years I’ve have this particular name brand script.

She was extremely rude, curt and hung up on me. Unbeknown to me at the time; I was actually speaking with the pharmacist on duty. I am incredibly offended that a pharmacist would speak to a customer so poorly and would hang up of them.

I went in Walgreens in Meridian, Ms at 9:30 got some items it was 9:47 when I was checking out the total was 85 dollars and some change and they told me they could not take a hundred dollar bill. I said you owe me 14 dollars and change and you can't take 100 she said no we dont have change we are already counted down for the night.

I was at the Walgreens pharmacy on Northfield Blvd in Murfreesboro Tn. 0 mg. The Pharmacist was really rude to me. He didn’t come to counter to talk to me instead he was at his computer talking loudly to me while I was at the register. 0.

He wanted to talk to my dr. I told him her office was closed till Tuesday. 0. He told me “I’m not a vending machine giving you medicine “. I was blown away. He had no reason to say that to me.

Walgreens at 585 Nashville pike gallatin Tn ! Me and my fiancé have never been so disrespected and treated as a junkie in our entire life. Vanderbilt of Nashville ER messed up my prescription 2 times which is on them yet Walgreens employees were extremely disrespectful and non helpful during this time of me trying to figure out what is wrong.

I have been a Walgreens customer for over 20 years and I had to move to another pharmacy. I called corporate and they never got back with me. The Walgreens on Military Rd. In Slidell now haves the rudest and laziest bunch.

If you call you will be waiting a while for them to answer to only be put on hold again or they hang up on you. When I got corporate to get through, I was treated with hostility. The doctor upped my doze of meds for an aneurysm and I still don’t have it and hopefully I can get it from the other pharmacy. Such a horrible experience.

We have 5 homes around the USA…..and this walgreens SPECIFIC Walgreens is BY FAR THE WORST pharmacy we have ever worked wih!

You all MUST LOOK into this..it’s been years…even before COVID which made it so much worse.

Today I got a notice of problems with insurance (typical for this store because they don’t care to deal with the insurance firms)…so the “bill” they suggested we pay is $1391….vs. $20 deductible! THIS IS BULLSHIT FOLKS!

MANAGEMENT MUST GET THIS NOTICE and fix this store…they need 3 or 4 more folks…the lines are 30 minutes to 1 hour….daily!

Please we love this chain…we have our drugs refilled with you all…but this ONE store is just horrific…truly horrific.

It's about confusing information over my prescription. I am a diabetic and use three different insulins. In this case I was running out of Toujeo Solostar. I have it as a regular automatic fill, so when I was down to three nightly doses, I was told that it was out of stock.

On 2/09/2023 I was notified the order was delayed, so now I only have one injection dose left. So yesterday, 2/09/2023, I was happy to see the prescription had been filled and to pick it up from the Walgreens on St. Andrew's Blvd.

in Boca Raton, Fl 33486. So when I went to pick it up along with another prescription, I was told it was still "out" and would not be available until next Monday. So I asked if I could have an interim supply and they said they could not, so then it was necessary to call other stores to see…

I made a complaint back in November and now I am back having the same problem with them not filling my prescription until I am totally out. & Counting their days wrong. My doctor put in to fill my rx's on today's date 2/10/23 instead of the 11th because there is a lot of times the pharmacy is not open on the weekends then I have to go without my meds. Last month I picked up my prescription on 1/13/23 it is for a 30 day supply. So counting 1/13/23 because I am out and have to start taking them on the 13th. I should be able to pick my meds up on 2/11/23. That is 30 days. Now the Pharmsrmisist said I can't get them until Sunday which makes it 31 days! Can't they count!!! We had pulled up to the pharmacy drive thru and waited for 20 minutes. No one ever even looked our way and there were 3 people that we could see inside waiting on other people who kept walking up inside to the counter that had not been waiting.

One of the people was a friend of ours that we called to verify he hadnt been waiting. I finally called the store and talked to Stacy, the pharmacist and she got nasty right away. I asked what we needed to do to be acknowledged and get some help.

Right away she got nasty and i told her that we watched 4-5 people walk up inside and get help while we were waiting and still no one even looked our way. She said they had only opened 20 minutes ago (after lunch) but they had been helping people inside the whole time.

In little Washington the pharmacy manager and 3 of the pharmacy techs are DELIBERATELY with holding peoples medication. Important ones too. Ever since the new manager took over they get nothing but negative reviews. It is absolutely impossible to reach a pharmacist. Hold times range 45 minutes or more. It is confusing to understand why this company bought out Medley Pharmaca if they already have poor customer service and were unable to provide halfway decent care to their patients.

Unfortunately, this has always been my experience when dealing with Walgreens and my options of going elsewhere are limited. If you are providing pharmacy services, why can't you have enough employees to respond to the needs of the people?

I went into the Walgreens on 35th sw and Ming Hiuh was the pharmacy technician. I was told to go in by my doctor and that they had called in a prescription.

When I got to the store, she seemed happy that she could not fill me prescription. When I asked her what was going on, she was rude and short with me. She prompted me to buy the generic version of my prescription. When I had questions about it, she acted like I was dumb to my face and asked me if I could read what was in the label.

I will not go there again.

I have been trying to get a specific medicine (which I have gotten from Walgreens before). I have been trying for more than 3 months. I have called corporate HQ three times and continue to get the same “I will forward this up the line and someone will get back to you in two or three days”.

Guess what, never get contacted. The script I have is for multiple months. I have to call one week before needed and they will supposedly order it. This is the 3rd month in a row they have failed to provide this med.

I am on Johns Hopkins USFHP (military) and am forced to use your facilities. You can believe JHUSFHP is going to get an ear full. I will do anything I can in order to not have to deal with you anymore.

My prescription was sent here and I was told that that issue was my insurance. Contacted my insurance, that issue was resolved. Called Walgreen back and I was than asked to disclosed my medical condition for my prescription, and the pharmacist still refused it. After speaking with her, the pharmacist, I was advised that the manufacturer requires a diagnosis code for my prescription to be filled. I've have had many prescriptions filled, a never have I heard of such undue hardship l. Horrible experience and customer service. I'm damn near on my death bed and I'm being refused my prescribe medication by my doctor prescribed.

I pulled up to Walgreen's pharmacy drive thru... only one in line... pharmacy technician helped customer inside and he saw me waiting in drive thru but waited on 3 more people inside while ignoring me... asked him why he didn't help me and he gave me the finger and told me to leave...

I was very upset and went in store to locate manager... guy named Robert(shift leader) I explained to him that pharmacy tech gave me the middle finger and his response was "WE ALL HAVE BAD DAYS" their behaviors were unacceptable!

I have always had great servive from the pharmacy at the Walgreens in Goodyear AZ at Pebblecreek and McDowell until the last 4 months. They always seem to be overwhelmed, calls are put on hold and hung up on. I know Goodyear has grown quite a bit of late, but it's seems that the pharmacy has not been able to adjust to the new increasing volume of perscriptions.

People that on on a need to take there medication at a certain time are having to take them way later than there supposed to. Please look into why they always seem to be so behind and remidy this situation.

I have prescriptions at Walgreens on MLK Blvd. Chapel Hill NC. 2 problems to report.

1. I asked for a refill of hydrochlorothize for 90 days. They said they could only fill 30 days. I called my primary care doctor who said yes, it was supposed to be for 90 days.

2. I need to refill eyedrop prescription. My doctor, Tesser, said that she faxed over refill on Monday but will fax again. It is now Tuesday. They still do not seem to have it.

I have now driven over to pick up a prescription which was. 1 incorrect and 2. not available. I have had to call both my primary care doctor and optomologist to try to resolve

Walgreens your Taylor Road location in Montgomery Alabama is the worst example of customer service I have ever experienced in my life.

For starters your pharmacy is the most inefficiently operated pharmacy that I have ever dealt with and I can not move my main pharmacy from there fast enough.

The Shorewood WI store is terminally short staffed. Sometimes there’s a sign on the door, saying that they’re closed because they don’t have enough staff. Since the beginning of October, I’ve seen four or five times when the police had to be called in because of robberies.

I even got involved in the situation that I shouldn’t of gotten involved in with one, trying to help the employees out. Walgreens Pharmacy at 1100 Riley Street in Folsom, CA. Worst service we’ve received in any business in our lives. Most of the time prescriptions are promised at a certain time and then we’re told the pharmacy is out of the drug.

I ve been buy beer at your store at Julington Plaza Dr. [32259] for at least 6 mos. 99. Your new cashier Larry Brown decided that I should pay an extra dollar today b/c I failed to have a Walgreens card.

The same price sign has been there for the entire time I have been going there. 99 price today. 99, Larry got animated and acted discussed offering to void out the transaction and I could leave empty handed. I declined and paid the extra dollar.

It's not the $1 that got me upset. It was the fact that Larry did not ck. with the manager and Larry had no concern whether I bought the beer at Walgreens or not. He had no consideration that he might be wrong.

I left without further incident. I will be going to your other store on SR13 until Larry is gone or maybe never.

This morning I was the only one in drive-thru when I pulled up and rang the buzzer. There was a customer inside and I saw two employees moving around in the pharmacy. There is absolutely no way that they didn't know I was there.

I drove off after about 15 minutes. I have spent over an hour at this store for a simple pickup before. This is not an uncommon experience and it's absolutely inexcusible.

Pharmacy employees are very rude. Prescriptions are never ready when should be. Long lines at pharmacy. One person working counter 6 employees working in back. Asian pharmacist extremely rude to customers. Hispanic assistant manager is very rude and hung up on me when asking about rx.

I could go on and on. Waiting in line, other customers feel same way. When Jeremy was there it was a lot better. Very bad service and very rude employees.

The pharmacy at store 05816 is horrible. They have been unreliable since COVID. They are always understaffed. They close either the drive thru or both inside and drive thru early because of staff. Today I was there and it's worse.

They have hired a mentally challenged man and this is a huge mistake. Not fair to him or us. Rethink this decision please. The service is already terrible, now it's worse
