I was given a prescription with the dosage typed incorrectly and incompletely. I ended up in a local emergency room and now have bills I should not be held accountable for. I called the pharmacy and my complaint was never forwarded to the pharmacy manager until I sent an email to corporate.

Someone called me on 1/27/23 from someone offering me $500 and telling me he was "happy nothing happened" to me. I explained I would get back to him as $500 was unacceptable. I emailed him and asked that all further communication be done via email and hasn't heard from him again.

I was overcharged for a prescription on Dec. 19, 2022. It was RX 2309754-05274. 04. It was about 10 minutes before closing time and I needed the Valacyclovir for my herpes outbreak on my face. I feel that the pharmicist and pharm tech were resistant to helping me because I made them wait a few minutes while I did their job for them by helping a non-English speaker find an OTC drug he needed.

How does a diabetic get insulin on a weekend in Walgreens stores. Closing the pharmacy at 6:00 on a Friday and not available until Monday 9:00am makes it very difficult for life sustaining prescriptions. So maybe you could explain how this will work.

Should this be an issue that Walgreens is not able to rectify, I will definitely find enough people in my state to convince Humana and others to reconsider who will be a provider.

Hello. I am a CSA at Walgreens store 03731 in Pennsauken, New Jersey. I'm filing this complaint in regards to health and safety. My store manager, Bernadette, tested positive for COVID and was showing various symptoms while working on both the sales floor and pharmacy. From what I've heard from my shift leads, she had COVID for quite some time. This is not safe for both the customers and the employees. There aren't any protocols or safety practices in the store I work at, so almost all of my coworkers are walking around with no mask, not washing their hands, and not being careful with their own body.

Pharmacy is the worst! Employee as well as pharmacist turnover is out of hand! Why?? I've been a customer since they took over NeighborCare in 2014 and at first was good. Over the years it has declined so bad !

They have lines down the isles regularly with wait times NEVER less than 30-45 minutes! I'm on a controlled narcotic and have been on the same dose and amount for 15 + years, I'm very seldom able to get my meds the same day.

But here lately is getting to be days later and now it's moving to a week! UNACCEPTABLE! m. that they would have it within 2 days if not the next day. Now as I was told yesterday this location waited until they have several orders before calling in and that controlled narcotics ONLY COME IN ON WEDNESDAY OR THURSDAY! Seriously??

Hello, I live in Taos, NM and the Walgreens is the direst Walgreens I have ever been too. I have lived in Lafayette, Colorado and Denver, Colorado and the Walgreens there never looked like this. The sidewalk needs to be swept. The trash needs to be taken out. The door mats need to be replaced. It's a disgrace!

Also, I went to pick up a prescription, as I received a text that the prescription was ready for pick up, but the prescription areas was closed for lunch. Apparently, it closes from 1:30 pm to 2:00 pm. Why did they text me then that it was ready. Why do they close in the middle of the day! Why is a business closed in the middle of the day?

I was attempting to get a prescription refilled as it had run out. I was repeatedly told that my doctor had not sent a new prescription in and there was nothing they could do to assist me. When I followed up again the next day a more helpful person informed me that a prescription had been sent in but had been denied a 90 day refill.

None of this was mentioned the entire day before and the process of calling in was complicate as their phone system was stating the pharmacy was closed at 6p when they were still open. The pharmacy assistant was rude dismissive and completely unhelpful.

I actually have 3 different incidences to report from the location in guthrie Oklahoma. 1 we ordered a prescription to be delivered. It was never delivered and we had to pick up. The delivery charge was never removed. 2’ I ordered a delivery and got the I received the complete wrong products I had to argue with delivery person to go back and get the correct items.

3 I had a script sent from dr and insirance said it was too soon. I told them to fill anyway. They told me to come back in and hour. When I show up. They had the audacity to tell me it was too soon!!

I had to wait another 20 minutes and they just don’t care

I order buisness card from walgreens (new buisness) was excited and proud. But when I received them the pring was off centered and the packages was smashed. 1 of the 3 boxes I ordered was missing. So again I ordered 2 boxes on January 26th 2023 and paid $10 for shipping.

To find out 7 days later no cards. I was refunded the shipping from customer care and was sent a notification of the 3rd. I called FedEx with tracking number. so I call wagreens and they say it's shipped. And it could take up to 14 days.

So I would like to know why u have a expected delivery date and tell me it could be 7 more days after the 8 day I should have them. If there was a delay and I was notified that would have been nice.

But seems no one has a clue. Andnits not about the money because they was fairly priced.…

I went to get a bottle of Smart Water out of the cooler, and noticed it had a very bad smell, and the bottle was warm, I went to tell a store employee and he said the cooler wasn't working and continued talking to someone else. 79, I told the checker she came around and looked and said that the sale went off on 1/28 and they should have been pulled.

I told her that is wasn't my problem, they weren't doing their job. This Walgreen's is located in Wichta Kansas, they are on Maize Road and Central... I don't know the store number. Needless to say I won't be going back......

My husband dropped his prescription off on Wednesday the 1st the girl told him it would be ready that afternoon, but never heard anything back so I called yesterday to find out why and the woman wanted to get an attitude saying it couldn't be filled until today (Friday) because it was too early.

His dr appointment is scheduled every 29 days she said it goes off the day it's picked up and he picked up his last one on the 5th of January that is 29 days so not too early plus if they would fill it the day he dropped it off it wouldn't be off a day but I thought it was based off the day it was put into the system not picked up.

Regardless I understand human error but there's NO excuse in having an attitude until they realized they couldn't count. This is my second time complaining about these…

Tonight, I call the store on 17th street Walgreens wilmington NC, Tiffany is who I spoke with and had me on the phone for 15 min checking to see if my mother’s lidocaine patches were ready, at first she said there was no order for any, I said that is strange because I was sitting next to the nurse when she sent it in. Then she put me on hold and came back and said oh she found them and hang on she would get it to go thru hospice.

I waited 15 min finally she came back and said she got it to come thru the hospice and they were ready, I said great I would be there soon. We confirmed my mom Marie mann address 3801 Scott’s place or did they have lake shore commons listed she has recently moved there.

On November 13, 2022, I received a job offer for the Walgreens located at 6817 Taft St. Hollywood, Fl 33024. I met with the Manager, Mr. Víctor González, who told me that he would call me on November 17 to begin to work. He never contacted me.

I have called him on the phone and I have gone to the store several times; but I haven't been able to see it either. The strange thing is that I appear in the system as an employee and I never have been.

I called HR and the person who answered me told me that there is nothing she can do and that my ticket # is 757286. Please, I would like to know if anyone can help me. Thank you very much.

Trying to refill prescription #2445457-13106 for over a month. Walgreens at 11801 S Ave O in Chicago seems to be having a problem with whom to bill. Your corporate office Customer service Department is no better. Been on the phone numerous times with people all over Walgreens.

This particular prescription is usually covered my medicare Walgreen is trying to bill Humana for it. Humana has nothing to do with it. One person at your corporate office told me it takes 4 to 5 working days for them to contact one of their pharmacies.

I have been filling this prescription at Walgreens on 118th st for 15 years and always a hassle. Thank you

On December 28, 2022 I ordered a prescription refill. It was out of stock so I could not purchase it that day. Walgreens called the next day to let me know it was in on December 29, 2022. At the tie I requested the refill I was told the price would be $165.14. I was ill and could not pick up the prescription until January 2, 2023. At that time I was charged $549! I spoke with my Medicare Part D provider, Wellcare, who told me that this needed to be dealt with through the pharmacy company. I have always been patient when they did not have a prescription in stock. Are they not patient when I am unable to pick up my prescription on the day that they get it in? I was charged $383.85 more than I should have been. I wish to be reimbursed.

I’m pissed. Discharged from hospital today after having three stents put in. MD sent in prescriptions but app said they had to verify which was bs. When I went into the store at 4105 pointe plaza and asked to talk to pharmacist ( John) showed him discharge papers he looked and they were in system and verified.

He then told me the most important which was ticagrelor they were out of. That’s different then having to verify. I then asked if another store would have it. He printed out a list of stores that might have them.

When I asked if he could call to verify as I didn’t have cell phone he said he was to busy. I started driving to other stores and connected at 15180 tamiami trail where they were nice enough to fill within 1/2 hr.

ME since moving to the area three years ago. My interactions with the techs and pharmacists at this particular pharmacy have been fantastic up until the past three days . I she been told that a specific medication was “ set to be filled” for the past two days by the same pharmacist.

( and still no prescription fill) During my conversation with the pharmacist I was frequently being interrupted and being abruptly given the same unhelpful advice. Please make a point to pharmacists that costumer service is part of their job and refusing to fill a prescription after being told to do so by a physician directly, is a fantastic way to lose costumers and sabotage a patients medical care .

Store Manager Stacey at Excelsior Springs Missouri store was very rude. I went to have prescriptions filled from my doctor and was told they were waiting on call back from doctor since he ordered 2 narcotics. I asked to speak to pharmacist and store manager came over and very rudely stated that I could speak to her.

28 I was scheduled and received. Covid Test. After waiting an hour and being sent to the end of the line because the staff was not ready. I received the rapid test and was supposed to receive the results within two hours.

I did not here from them.

Finally after 48 hrs I called and found out they lost my test. This incident occurred at the Walgreens on South Scatterfield Rd Anderson Ind. I will not shop, nor will my family shop Walgreens in the future.

We get a prescription of suboxone or Zubsolve each month. " He has a problem with opioid addiction! Do you seriously think he can go 3-4 days without the medication? Do you want to cause a relapse? If you do, you have no business in the pharmacy business!

Terrible customer service all around! The drive through consistently has 30 minute or more wait time. Then for various reasons the prescriptions are not disbursed. "Come back after lunch! " Then another 30 minute wait for service. They act like they're doing you a favor.

At this point, you probably wonder why we return. Well the suboxone prescription must be faxed by the Dr only. Doctor's time is valuable.

Today I went to pick up some medicines at Walgreens located in 10 Street and Alton Rd, in Miami Beach. They open 9:00 am which is very inconvenient for people working at the same time. The Pharmacist, very professional, was alone working at front; the line was with four people before me.

I understand that Modays are complicated and traffic could be terrible, but the girl that supposed to help there came late and he has to call somebody from the store to help. The point is that Walgreens must have more trained people working in the pharmacies I am a customer since manyyyy years ago, we are two people buying medicines there and I think I that is time for me to start looking for some other pharmacy choice.

Manager on duty was very unprofessional and unethical. Each time I approached her to ask a question regarding the pricing of your products, I was completely stonewalled and ignored. I asked for her name and she refused. At that point I took a picture of her to report her to the corporate office. After she was finished ringing me up, she followed me out to the parking lot and she opened my car door and threatened me! I called 911 and the Mesquite Police Department arrived and an incident report was noted.

I had my NP call in Tamiflu on 1/27/23 that morning. My husband went after lunch to pick up the prescription. They informed him they were out. We live 20 miles away from town and they did not even call me to let me know they were out of this medication.

My husband asked if they could locate a pharmacy that did have it. They said that would take too long. Essentially refused my husband’s request. My husband had to call around to other pharmacies until he found one that had it.

I will be transferring my prescriptions to another pharmacy as soon as I am able. This is not the first time this has happened but it will be the last. Train your pharmacy staff to go the extra mile. It doesn’t take too long.

And it will help keep the loyalty of your patrons.

I placed an order online. Got to the store. waited in line for a while, since it was not moving as it supposes to. I finally got to the register and asked to pick up an online order, the receptionist had no idea how to serve me.

I showed him to look in the back of the counter to handle my order. He asked his colleague to help him out. Then I got the back, and it was packed with a similar item (not what I ordered).

Atleast 5 times in one month my local Walgreens pharmacy was closed due to staffing issues.

Also I don't appreciate when a medication I receive & the price went up, the pharmacist never offers to see if there is a coupon or can we get a better price for you. A friend of mine who uses CVS & has an issue they always try to find a coupon or a better price.

I should have checked myself. Will do next time, unless I decide to go elsewhere. Not happy!

I'm 74 year old male needing a COVID test for eye surgery. On Monday at 3:00 pm I purchased test for $128. Took test and was told I would get E-mail or could check lab Webb site for results. On Wednesday at 1:00 pm I called pharmacy from surgery center to get results.

I was told it hadn't been 72 hrs. Surgery cancelled. Results were unavailable and still are. Paid for test with no results possible. Notified credit card company , they said they would investigate

Hello. I am so upset because of my experience at the Walgreens pharmacy at 60 Bedford st, Lexington MA at around 8:30 pm on 1/27/23. The pharmacist who’s name is Trung Tran discriminated against me because of my medication and insurance.

Upon arriving, I was told my insurance was requiring a “prior approval” for my medication. I told them I would pay cash and call my insurance Monday (it was Friday evening) and get a refund. This happened a few years ago and that is why I knew what to do.

I have been taking the same medication for over 10 years but , the miilugrams I am on was out of stock where I always fill my prescription. I called the Lexington location earlier to see if they had what I needed and the pharmasist on at that time said they didn’t have the 20 mg.

The text message said "To check hours before heading to the pharmacy go to [Link]. " I checked the link today 1/27/23 before going to the pharmacy and it said the pharmacy hours are 10:00 -6:30pm M-F, 9am-6pm Sat and closed Sunday.

When I arrived at the drive through there was a sign on the window saying the pharmacy would be closed Friday and Saturday. I assume the pharmacy will also be closed Sunday so now I won't be able to get my prescription for three days.

I'm going to have to skip three days of one of my prescriptions because of this or contact my physican to send a prescription to another pharmacy. In the meantime I submitted a transfer request…

Drive thru service is awful. Every time I go, it takes from 1 1/2 hours to 2 hours to get to window, then another 1/2hour to get serviced. The refills that need to call primary doctor to request refill never get call.

It's a waste of time. Will transfer all my meds to another pharmacy .

This is the WORST department who will NOT give answers nor cooperate even with a Rep direct from Medicare! Many of us have waited a month for our Dexcom supplies and this department is to blame! The local pharmacies have No power to resolve the issues while Walgreens sits on the Prior Authorizations from our Drs AND will NOT even provide answers nor resolution when a Medicare Rep has the patient on the line, they simply send you back to the store who can do nothing!

We are DIAbETICs and this is unacceptable and perhaps Walgreens should be removed as a pharmacy who provide the supplies, since they can’t get it together to do so! We Need other options, not just regionally. DEXCOM maybe YOU should get involved before no one wants your products!
