I have been a loyal customer of Walgreens for years and I have only seen the company deteriorate over the last decade. What used to be nice clean stores are now dirty. There always seems to be only one person actually working the counter with a long line of people waiting to check out.

I won't shop there anymore due to this. The pharmacy is also the same type of service. I show up and it's a minimum of 15 minutes to get a prescription, and on top of that sometimes the pharmacist questions the medications that have been prescribed to me by my doctor.

They are not doctors, they are pharmacists. They do not have the working relationship that people like me have with their doctors, so they should not be questioning which medications I'm on. And on top of that sometimes random requests for…

Every time I call Walgreens at 4845 S Laburnum Ave Richmond VA 23231 no matter if the time I am on hold 20+ minutes to speak to someone with 3 + callers ahead of me. I used to go to Walgreens on 2664 New Market Road Richmond VA 23231 which was a smaller store before you all closed it and got much way better service and faster service as well.

There is no since having to wait 20 + minutes to speak to someone at the pharmacy . When you go there the customer service is terrible as well Should have never shut down New Market Road Walgreens

This morning I was diagnosed with covid. I am a 66 year old man. I am alone and have to run my own errands. When I arrived at walgreens I decided to use the drive through so I wouldnt risk spreading.

It took me 20 long minutes to to get to my turn. When I pulled up to the window I watched as they took care of 2 customers from inside before they got to me. I asked the lady if they were taking 2 inside customers to every 1 customer from the drive through and she said yes.

That surely doesnt seem fair since most sick people use the drive through because they just dont feel good enough to go into the store. I am going to change to cvs for my prescriptions from here on out.

It is very difficult to talk to anyone at the new location that was at Main and Turner Road, they are still located on Main Street Dayton Ohio. I was on hold for exactly 2hrs on January 24th from 537pm until someone just disconnected the call at 730pm.

Because of my mobility staus physically, I was checking on when and if my medication was ready for pickup. I feel this type of customer is definitely unwarranted.

The recent Walgreen's add, showing two black gay men in bed, kissing, is simply disgusting.

We all know that Gay's exist. They are a statistical reality of any given population. But the Non-Gay population in America is the overwhelming statistical majority in America. We don't need to have this minority sector shoving their ideals down our throats.

I find this commercial disgusting and I think it is outrageous that Walgreens wants to promote this minority sector lifestyle to America, particularly to our kids.

I will never shop at Walgreens again and I will encourage everybody I know to boycott this ridiculous organization..

I have had over last 3 weeks horrendous service- after speaking with a female pharmacist 3weeks ago I knew things were wrong here but I was able to speak with a male pharmacist I believe was last week- weekend before the Martin Luther King Holiday. He explained to me that this store hasn't had a pharmacy manager & it was in process of fixing things there.

He also reassured me when I come or call back Tues I shouldn't have a problem getting my rx filled that day. I told him/assured him since he said he was off this Tues, that other new pharmacist wouldn't be any different.

Drive in pharmacy on Scholls Ferry (Murray Hill) is always a wait of 20-40 minutes. Doesn't; matter if there's only 2 cars ahead of me, or 4!! I dread this line. One time I went inside, and there were about 5 people already waiting!! HIRE MORE STAFF, WALGREENS!!

My daughter's prescription was on auto refill. It said I had a week to pick it up. It is three days later and I have a prepaid pass. The lady at the drive up told me that it was too late and they already discarded our medication.

It is only Tuesday and the drug was not sitting for a week at all. This is not the first time I have had trouble with this pharmacy and I would like to see some changes. This pharmacy at Hometown, IL is horrible!!

On January 16th I went to Walgreens at Carol Sue and Terry Pkwy. To fill my prescriptions as I have for the last three years (I used other Walgreens before that). It was my turn at the counter and a pharmacy technician was writing my DL# on my prescriptions.

Along comes a woman I have never seen before (it said Pharmacist on her lapel) who pushes the technician over and begins looking at my prescriptions. Her first problem was that the scripts were from two different doctors ( as they were every month.

I acknowledged that pointing out that one was my Neurologist and the other my PCP. Luckily it stated neurologist on those prescriptions. She said she was going to have to call the doctor office and I said “fine”. Then she lets me know she’s calling both.

The pharmacy in Arnold, MO has slowly declined since Dave, a pharmacy manager transferred to another store. I hate getting my RX here as they very seldom have my prescriptions in stock and then have to wait days to get them. Absolutely ridiculous!

Used to be able to get a prescription the same day, now it averages 3-4 days. Doesn’t matter how sick you are, still have to wait days. I try to use my home delivery as much as possible to avoid using Walgreens.

Using the app is a joke it gives a messages like what are received what does that mean then when we call in to find out they tell us well that's the central fill and he'll be here at 7:45 so I arrive at the pharmacy at 10:00 wait in line for 30 minutes while they deal with two cars in that 30 minutes only to be told that they have an unpacked it yet and

The Walgreens on Milstead Ave in Conyers Georgia is terrible, especially the pharmacy including the Pharmacists who work there and as been since I have been going there since 2015, it is very slow whether you go inside the store or through the drive thru, the employees who work at the pharmacy are rude and try to get rid of you by not wanting to answer any questions you should have and this includes the Pharmacists, Corporate Walgreens needs to go to this store and completely redo the pharmacy including the Pharmacists, Corporate needs to change their way of training pharmacy employees and

I need to take Entresto 97-103 twice a day and really need assistance getting my prescription straightened out. The RX number is 0665189-16153. I qualify for $10/month for this drug. The woman in the store took the coupon and now cannot seem to find it in the computer so I am paying hundreds of dollars. Next, I need a qty of 60 for a month's supply, but they keep giving me 30 which is only 15 days. Then it's a hassle to get it refilled because it hasn't been 30 days. So I have to get "loaner pills" or go without. I spend so much time just trying to get this right that it is a major hassle.

My local pharmacy in chiefland Fl was out of my medication so I called around and talked to a lady at the walgreens in lake city fl that was super nice and she said they had plenty and it was not problem to come fill the scrip there and they could transfer it. After driving an hour I was first told that they could not transfer scrip then was told they could not fill scrip of Dr called it in because I drove an hour to get there and it was out of zone.

I just got my prescriptions transferred to Walgreens from another pharmacy. It took many days, and there were many mistakes. My meds apparently didn't all get transferred. Not their fault. My granddaughter went to pick up a prescription for me and took my ins card.

The woman at the counter stated that they had it. Apparently they didn't. I talked to a pharmacist on the phone. I explained some of the problems. I was annoyed. I was complaining, I admit it.

However he was able to remain professional and was getting irritated.

I called to cancel a prescription refill for my husband’s test strips. Since it was too soon for a refill the cost was going to be over $100!! Out of pocket! I started to ask why the pharmacy keeps notifying us to refill when it is still too soon, and why they don’t notify us it’s too soon and will cost us outbox pocket. Instead they just refill!!

I wanted to know why they can’t notify us when it is actually time to refill, but the rude person on the other end actually hung up on me! I found that out when I called back, thinking we had been disconnected.

I dropped off 8 prescriptions at Walgreens, Caroline St, Milton FL on 1/16/23. I gave them info for new Humana insurance & GoodRX coupons to use on 1 of the prescriptions. They told me they would be ready in an hour but apparently not until hours later.

I went online & saw they used GoodRX for 2 Hydroxycloriquine & fluconazole) that would have been covered for free under insurance & the 1 special coupon I gave them was never applied on a different prescription. Breo should have been filled as written but instead pharmacy filled with something else & charged $100 instead of $47 as insurance would have covered.

So only 4 prescriptions out of 8 were filled correctly. I am getting the other original prescriptions back from the pharmacist to take to CVS. I will be transferring those 4 to CVS…

Went in to make a simple return/ exchange and ended up getting a rude employee whom stated she was new. Employee proceeded to call for a manager because she also stated she didn’t know how to process return. Return was met however, new employee scanned same item I was returning instead of new UPC I was exchanging.

I voiced my concern that if I needed to return the newer item the UPC wouldn’t match my receipt. She proceeded to argue and insist that all UPC’s are the same and I explained to her that they are not and I knew what I was talking about.

I am writing to express my disappointment and concern regarding the expired drugs that were sold to me at your pharmacy, Walgreens, on 01/16/2023. I purchased ECOTRIN ADLT L/S 81 MG tablets from your store, and I was shocked to discover that it had already expired. I have been trying to get my prescription filled for D-Amphedimine Salt Combo for several months and I am always told only a few came in and I missed them or they are sold out. I called the store location in Cordova TN on Macon and Germantown and was told to transfer my prescription away.

Hi, my name is Kamauri Terrell and I am an assistant manager at the sonic across from McDowell location. I just wanted to say that I could feel and see that I was being treated someway by multiple employees because of my ethnicity and I feel disgusted.

The issue all began when I arrived at the store at about 6:55pm - 7:23pm between those times, I simply needed change for a hundred dollar bill. The chase ATM wasn't printing so I came to this location. I wait and ask the cashier if she can change the hundred for me and she says " sorry I don't have change, she just changed the drawer".

I had a prescription fill and it was ready at 2pm on Friday January 20th and I requested to have it delivered. Received a text message saying that it would be delivered by 6pm. The delivery never happened and no one called or texted me.

I called the store and was on hold for 56 minutes. The recording said that the pharmacy was closed for lunch. I am disabled senior citizen and I am of my medication.

I had an order for Ambien placed at the Walgreens in Dodgeville, WI. When I went to pick it up they were closed. The reason being they had no pharmacist to man the store. I called the Walgreens in Mt. Horeb.

They informed me to call my doctor and have them rescind the order at Dodgeville location. I called them and asked them to call it in to the Mt. Horeb location and cancel the one to Dodgeville. Evidently they did not cancel the one to Dodgeville. I called the Mt. Horeb location this morning.

They told me to contact my doctor and have them rescind the order. I tried. My doctor does not take an after hours calls. I canceled the order myself online. I am being denied to be able to pick up my prescription.

There should be some exception in cases like this. I can't imagine how much pain…

I am filing a complaint about the Walgreens pharmacy in Cape Carteret, NC. Extremely long phone wait times along with very poor customer service from the pharmacy over the phone. They are more interested in ending the phone call than they are trying to address your problem.

When you call with a particular issue, they act clueless to what you're calling about and put you on hold long enough for the phone call to drop. I guess this is their way of "helping" the customer. If you have a problem with your prescription, they make up a reason why you have an issue and send you on a wild goose chase to fix it.

This was confirmed by my insurance company. I left CVS for this same issue and now Walgreens pharmacy has picked up the CVS playbook. I'm now in search of a new pharmacy to deal with.

My husband and I have used Walgreens @ 1701 N. Green Valley Parkway, Henderson, NV 89074. We have always received excellent and friendly service at this location. We don't go anywhere else and we will continue to use this pharmacy exclusively for all of our prescriptions (which is many).

We needed a few prescriptions on 1/19/23. We have the app and follow the process from order received to order ready for pick up. Unfortunately, when trying to get these prescriptions we waited all day waiting to make sure all 3 were picked up at the same time.

My wife needed an emergency medication, we asked our doctor officer sent it in at 6:20, we had checked at 5:30 in person I was told to check back later. , he assured me that he was in the store and not a call center and he would make sure that I would received a call when they received her prescription we never got the call and my wife had to suffer all night.

When I called in the morn the phone system was not working properly and it took several attempts to get though, to find out it was there at 6:20 and ready for pickup at 8:00 could have save my wife from suffering all night, the phone service is terrible and call center worse

The walgreens I use in Kent WA on 256th street continuously shorts my medication and / or bills my insurance without providing me with the actual medication. I have high anxiety, MS, depression and running out of my meds and having to pay out of pocket for missing pills is a hardship.

It has caused me to miss work. It has caused my depression to return and my anxiety to sky rocket. This is not how a patient should be treated.

Pharmacy people are RUDE!!!! I’m trying to pick up prescriptions for my son that just had surgery. I’ve been to Walgreens 4 times since yesterday. They keep saying my insurance isn’t valid(it is) I callled my insurance company and they confirmed everything is good to go and gave me a number for the pharmacy to call Brought them the number and the pharmacist asked if I would just switch the prescription elsewhere!!

It will take me hours to fill your prescription he stated. I have had the same insurance for 24 years and have used it here dozens of times. I’ve even paid out of my pocket a few times just to not wait.

Store 5985 Peachtree Corners I was charged for an Rx on 1/15/23 that I hadn't picked up. I went by on 1/18/23 to pick up MY Rx and was told how much I need to pay. I said, I paid this the other day, and showed her my checking account receipt. The girl behind the counter said, it's a different price, and this isn't even our store (?). The pharmacist came over, 'This isn't yours.' I said, well what do I do? Couldn't help. I said, 'Keep your Rx.'

I have a roommate with the same first name, and she went by on 1/15/23...this has happened before wherer MY debit card is charged, about 3 years ago. The pharmacy is wonderful at saying, "Nothing we can do."

This morning I contacted my doctor and had him transfer this Rx as well as all future Rx's to CVS up the street, where I got my shingles…

I've had to call the Pharmacy at Walgrens, North Main, Salinas, lately to solve an issue with a prescription numerous times. The phone system has a glitch in it and when I'm transferred to the Pharmacy I wait on hold for well over 30 minutes.

I've called the store and ask them to transfer me only to be transferred back to the store several times and then get the recording that doesn't let you get to speak with someone. I'm not a big fan of Walgrens pharmacy because the service is ALWAYS slow and this just doesn't help customer satisfaction.

Please have someone do something about the phone system NOW!!!!!!

The Walgreens on 8th Street in Wisconsin Rapids Wisconsin is absolutely filthy. Dust on the shelves, the floors, mats are dirty and the parking lot and sidewalk around the building are always full of garbage laying around. It’s just become a dirty rundown store.

Service at Walgreen's in Bethany Beach, DE has gone steadily down hill in the past two or three years.

Also, the personnel working at this store are much less qualified than in the past. What is particularly troubling is the fact that the pharmacy is often closed during regular hours while the rest of the store is open.

For example, I stopped by to pick up a prescription today, and the pharmacy was closed. I am 88 years old, and rely on my pharmacy for many prescriptions. When the pharmacy closes during regular hours, the least that should be done is to notify your customers by email so that a wasted trip to the store can be avoided.

This same problem has existed for the past year or so. I plan to take my business to CVS.

I spent 8 hours yesterday trying to refill prescription. Not to mention being on the phone with my insurance company for over an hour. The person I’m writing about is Tina, she’s a pharmacy tech. My prescription had one issue after another, in the end none of them were warranted!

She was extremely blunt and rude to me throughout this situation! She talked down to me, spoke loudly so other customers who were waiting could hear my personal business!

Finally after a hour my insurance company informed me that Walgreens pharmacy had to call my insurance pharmacy and gave me the number to give Tina. Her response was yeah I’m not gonna do that, I don’t have time! I said after all this your not going to help me?
