I frequent Walgreens a lot. Particularly the location on 20500 fm 529 cypress tx, 77433. I have tried mentioning to a few employees on shift as I am shopping how bad the restrooms are. I am a pregnant woman but even if I wasn’t the women’s restroom is completely disgusting and very unsanitary.

Every time I go in there they look exactly the same. Nothing has really been done. I am hoping this will shed some light and something can be done. It’s a shame that I can only upload 1 picture because it doesn’t even slightly show how poorly the upkeep is.

I had bought a bottle of prevagen for my grandmother. She couldn't use it because of adverse reactions she'd had previously. I brought it back to the store it was bought from, unfortunately without the receipt because it was in a bag that was recycled along with the rest of my grocery bags.

The manager at the Walgreens on henderson st in cleburne Texas was very short and rude immediatly as I asked her to return. I'd read the online return policy and well within the time frame and any other restrictions stated.

I was fine with an exchange or a store gift card but she outright refused me any service with the return of the prevagen purchased there less than a week ago. The product was still in its original packaging and unopened/undamaged.

I'd like some assistance with this matter and/or…

I made a mistake by buying a canvas and not adding the black frame to my canvas since the system usually automatically adds the black frame and with this promotion I was using, it was the same price as a normal canvas. The associate at the photo lab was very rude and wouldn't listen to me, I felt like she didn't believe me.

I walked out crying upset. I wanted my wedding canvas framed and my husband stayed behind to pay for the frame but I feel after that incident and the prior situation with the sale I shouldn't have had to pay for it.

I would like this resolved immediately. Myself and my family enjoy shopping at Walgreens and using the photo lab I'd hate to stop going there because of this situation.

I received the worst call you can imagine.... My 82 year old Father and 80 year old Mother was in a Horrible car accident in a state that is 9 HOURS from my home and instead of being a PERSON and

getting ALL of my medication together for me to take with me(you never know how long you'll be away)!!! The pharmacist REFUSES until the 19th. Not giving two cents my Father is on life support!!!! So thanks Walgreens!!!

Actually this isnt a complaint.

I came in to pick up meds for someone and this lady here was belittling and berating staff. Walgreens staff handles this well as before recording she had been yelling and cussing at them for 10 minutes over a medication that was already ready. The lady said she was going to complain but i feel as if staff handled the situation correctly. This was at walgreens 50th and slide around 4-415 on 1/15/2023. Im sorry staff had to deal with this.

I frequent this store quit often. On this last visit i was very upset and humiliated by the young lady who had stopped me as I was leaving the store. I had picked out the pain reliever and tossed it in the buggy with my small dog.

I continued on to get a few other things. I had not realized that the pain reliever had slipped under my dogs blanket. I do agree that it looked bad on my part. So the young lady asked me if I was going to pay for the pain reliever under the blanket.

I expressed how that had happened and that I was very sorry . But she continued on saying that it better not happen again. I understand she was doing her job, but she didn't have to do it in front of the other customers.

Store # 12698–3001 Tamiami Trl Port Charlotte Fl 33952 I’ve had nothing but problems with your pharmacy since December 2022. issues getting my scripts filled, only getting partially filled, going to pick up scripts, pharmacy ALWAYS closed or closed at 2 pm instead of normal business hours.

No one EVER answers the phone. I’ve literally had to drive to Walgreens to find out the status of my scripts. REALLY! I tried to refill my remaining partial script & pharmacist (Clarence) has told me my remaining partial script was cancelled in the computer, I asked why?

My daughter had surgery and was in need of pain meds. Walgreens pharmacy took two days to fill the prescription. When my wife went to pick-up the prescriptions (after we had received notification that it was ready) My wife was told that they did not in fact have the prescriptions and would not have them for another 3 days.

I then called the pharmacy to ask why we had gotten a notification but the prescription was not there. They had no reason for it but did tell me that the prescription was there. What they told my wife it was not there is a whole other story. Terrible, terrible customer service.

I use the pharmacy on 64th and Nob Hill in Yakima, Wa. The service is absolutely horrible. You cant get your prescriptions filled when they are due. I have my prescriptions on auto refill and my Metfornim was due to be refilled on 1-7-2023.

It still have not been filled. I have been calling and calling. Today, I literally spent over and hour on hold with the pharmacy. I called at 105p and held until they went on lunch at 130p. No answer. Called back was on hold for 40 mins.

then it went to a different music and after 5 mins started ringing to no where and no answer. Called back. Was on hold yet again and no one ever answered the phone so I hung up. Why in the hell does a person have to be on hold for so long in order to get their prescriptions filled???

The pharmacist working today at 1pm was very rude and many other employees witnessed it. I walked up to pharmacy at 1:27pm and she started to close the window on me. Completely ignored me and I said “you don’t close till 1:30pm for much and I just have a quick question”.

She ignored me and continued to close the window the rest of the way. She opens the door and said, “what do you need” very rudely. I asked her if she could look to see if the dr approved my daughters medication as she just got out of the hospital.

i have a new insulin prescription for the novalin 70/30 flex pen after v1 week still not filled says it was being ordered.call the pharmacy and find out it was never ordered because they didnt know if it was the pen or vial of insulin.the name is novalin 70/30 felexPEN.how is that not understood.i was never called by the pharmacy ,they never reached out to the doctor either.so now im going 12 days without insulin because the pharmacist cant read the precription.utter incompetence.for what you guys charge the horrible service ill be going elsewhere.

Do not go to the Walgreens pharmacy on 28th st in Boulder You’ll be getting into a complete mess Under staffed, rude untrained staff I understand they are facing a BILLION dollar lawsuit for noncompliance However they should not take it out on their customers The overall experience was horrendous, less than an 1 start rating. Go to Safeway Rite Aid. Or any other pharmacy.

When I called to have a prescription transferred to Walgreen's, the person I spoke to barely spoke English. When we finally got to the end, she said Walgreen's would fill my prescription by the next day. It has been a week and a half and Walgreen's still does not have my prescription in the cue.

I am disgusted with the poor service and have opted to transfer all my Walgreen's prescriptions to another pharmacy.

The pharmacist denied my mother her second booster shot because she is ninety years old and unable to walk without assistance and she was unable to make it to the pharmacy which is in the other side of the store. Lindsay the pharmacist said you should have arrived 15 minutes before your appointment. This is also abuse of the elderly and is totally unacceptable.

We have had terrible service from the Walgreens pharmacy today. It has taken six interactions with them - three phone calls and three onsite visits to finally have my 90 day supply in my hands. The pharmacy employee was sure the prescription had been filled in November, which it wasn't - we keep all of our receipts and the Escitalopram was not with any of the others.

Then I was told it was a "ghost" prescription and they would get it taken care of. Two hours later I got the automated call that my prescription could not be filled because it was too soon. I called the pharmacy back and spoke with a person who speaks very broken English.

I am in Pinca City Oklahoma after having two back surgeries & a spinal cord stimulate put in & taken out twice, walgreensvis the only place I can get my pain meds right now. I was call a drug abuser and talk to like my life did not mean nothing and that they need to control my life.

Long lines at the drive up window. I sit there for a least a half hour but when I make it to the window. " I called that order in twice and they said they had it. The line goes around the building and ends up on the wrong side of the street with angry motorists.

The outside of the store is filthy. Panty liners (seriously), cigarette butts, garbage...is all that greets you when you walk into the store. It was never this way pre-COVID. I understand difficulties in hiring now, but the current employees are seeing this every time they report to work, yet no one is cleaning it up.

It's a shame, I like Walgreens.

My doctor ordered an antibiotic for a trouble that I was going through. I used Walgreens everytime for picking up medicines. In this case, Walgreens didnt have the medicine and were unsure of when would they get it. I had to call everytime to their pharmacy to check on the status. Walgreens on NE 24th St and 156th Ave NE never even informed me that they dont have an expected timeline and were very rude in talking to us. I am very unhappy with the service and decided to NEVER use Walgreens phamancy ever. I have switched to Costco Pharmacy officially and will be using their service going forward. I have also informed my friends and relatives about the experience and they also informed me about a similar experience. They have also switched to Costco Pharmay.

On 1/10/23 I went to Walgreens in Martin, Kentucky to get my children's medicine filled from the er. They were both very sick and needed their medicine and I waited in line for an hour and then when I spoke with the lady she told ne they wouldn't fill the prescription because they closed in 12 minutes shrugged her shoulders and was rude.

This had also happened back in December when the gentleman told me very rudely that there was a shortage of Tamiflu and that "you gotta find you somewhere else to go there is a shortage". I will definitely not be back, they don't know how to treat customers.

Walgreens on S. First and Stassney Lane:

After leaving the Emergency room, I went to Walgreens to pick up my prescription. When I got to the window they said it would be "20 minutes" to come back. This was at 2:30 p.m.

My roommate went back at 5 p.m., they told her it will be "20 minutes". Obviously this is the standard response from this Pharmacy. When I called, "Justin the Pharmacist" didn't acknowledge the issue, just said it would be ready in a few minutes. He said he was the "Supervisor" on hand, when I wanted to know why someone hadn't looked when the prescription was submitted, and why it hadn't been filled.

Please do not provide customers with a "20 minutes" just to get them out of the way.

I chose to vaccinate my daughter here, i scheduled an appointment online and had to wait for 1 hour to get the vaccine. It is not the first time it happened before and i had to leave with no vaccine b cause the waiting period is awful.

Store #4657-Bermuda Dunes, California Your pharmacy is absolutely terrible. My recent experience is usual. In other words, ALL THE TIME. I called regarding the readiness of my most recent prescription because my website was contradictory. The site said the order was ready and, that one of the same prescriptions (one of the ones that said it was ready) was awaiting a doctors approval (very confusing).

My local Walgreens (811 Madison, Oak Park) is incapable of filling my Dexcom prescription. They repeatedly say that they need a PA. The PA is on file with the Medicare Dept. They then blame Medicare. This has been going on for a month.

When I call to check on the refill, no one answers my call. Due to their obvious employee turnover, I have no doubt Medicare is not the problem. My local Walgreens is.

The customer service at the Walgreens in Colquitt, GA is lacking. The cashiers are not friendly and sometimes rude. I do not find this lack of character in other Walgreens that I go to. Im a person with a disability who uses a wheelchair. I went to walgreens in Cloquet, MN last Thursday. It had snowed a day or two before. The parking lot had been cleared of snow except for a problem. Whoever the store hires to plow snow plowed it all into the 2 CLOSEST ACCESSIBLE PARKING SPOTS to the door, effectively removing them. I asked the worker that I could find about it. She said that she would bring it up to the manager. That was 4 days ago. Still nothing has happened. We’re getting more snow, so are more accessible parking spaces going to be lost??

10th and Arlington location the Pharmacist Gilbert thru a big fit cause he couldnt get some Hospice info to go thru. I just found out my partner of 23 years was given 5 days to live. To deal with a jerk like that and see him throwing stuff was the most unprofessional thing I have seen.

You really need to consider closing that store. We moved our meds to 75th and Shadeland cause those people are compassionate and caring. I will go across the street to CVS before I ever go in there again

Dear sirs, the two Walgreens Pharmacy in Clermont Florida are terrible! The WALGREENS ON 4400 s. Hey 27! The Pharmacy is closed a lot during the week. I get a text to pick up my medication and they are closed!

There staff seems to change daily. The one on 2950 Hwy 50 is a little bette, I calll them about my meds at 10:00 am. They tell me to pick it up at 12:45. I call at 12:45 and I’m on hold for 45 minutes, I call back and the Pharmacy is closed.

I’m originally from Chicago and I’m 71 years old, I’ve never had this problem before!
