I felt a need to contact you and let you know about an incident I witnessed at your store in Stamford, CT. A customer was having an issue with his order during checkout and requested the manager on duty. The cashier was very nice and because she was unable to help the customer herself, called for a manager.
Unfortunately, she needed to call four times before he are. The customer asked why it took them so long and he proceeded to curse and say he was on break. When the customer explained the problem, the manager became irate and started yelling and cursing at the customer.
He even told him to go to a competitor for all he cared. Now, this was an older gentleman who just wanted the “$4 coupon promotion”. The gentleman ended up leaving without his purchase as did I. I was appalled at this…
