I felt a need to contact you and let you know about an incident I witnessed at your store in Stamford, CT. A customer was having an issue with his order during checkout and requested the manager on duty. The cashier was very nice and because she was unable to help the customer herself, called for a manager.

Unfortunately, she needed to call four times before he are. The customer asked why it took them so long and he proceeded to curse and say he was on break. When the customer explained the problem, the manager became irate and started yelling and cursing at the customer.

He even told him to go to a competitor for all he cared. Now, this was an older gentleman who just wanted the “$4 coupon promotion”. The gentleman ended up leaving without his purchase as did I. I was appalled at this…

Went to Walgreens in menomonee falls wi and was not greeted or even talked to and the employee did not acknowledge me at all and rang my item up while talking to his co worker and did not say t thank you or out my item in a bag !

Normally I have a very good experience at Alabaster Walgreens until 1/7/23 a female from Walgreens called and stated my prescription required a PA or I could pay $200 cash. I told her I wasn’t going to pay $200 and I hung up.

A few minutes later I called back and a gentleman answered. I asked him about the prescription, the PA, and the $200. He said it didn’t require a PA. He filled it, insurance covered it and I paid my copay.

I looked up my insurance policy and it does not require a PA for that medication. On 1/9/2023 I called Walgreens and asked to speak to the pharmacy manager in hopes that the female that called me on 1/7/23 receive a little more education (but things got a lot worse than just a lack of information) it was the same girl and

I will never shop in Walgreens Pharmacy again. After 15 years of service in done. When asked why it's so slow they don't have enough workers, but you don't pay a wage to keep your people and you lie to your customers about.

Just one of far too many with this Walgreens pharmacy. We were picking up Rxs Friday, January 7th @ 1950. My husband had a couple of Rxs ready, and I did as well. One of my husband’s meds was new for him, it was expensive even with insurance and the drug company offers a savings card to lower the cost.

My husband told the clerk he had a savings card and the clerk said it was too late they were closing. My husband had been started on this medicine by his doctor with a drug sample and he needed the medicine.

She finally said okay, and then comes right back and says the numbers on the card didn't work. I said there is an 800 number on the card for the pharmacy to call if they had any problems. She told us they were closing and they could not do that tonight.

Put a prescription in to Melrose MA pharmacy Saturday 1-9 , was told that they only had half of the prescription, and I could come back Monday to get the rest. I said I'd go to another pharmacy location. They said not needed he will have enough to get by till Monday.

Now they want to charge me or wait till 1-11 which does no good. do to insurance.. they didn't know this would be an issue ???? Prescription is 5 days , once a day....

3445 Elvis Presley Blvd -Pharmacy Department. I pick up the same prescriptions monthly and been on automatic refills since 2019. I get a lot of call from Walgreens and texts when my prescriptions are ready. Every single time I go only one prescription is ready.

I have to tell them what the other one is, wait 20 mins for them to fill or come back the next day. This is so nerve wrecking. I only leave my house in morning to take grand-kids to school-pharmacy is not open.

I leave to go pick them up-Pharmacy is closed down for lunch, therefore its always an inconvenience. I got a letter from my insurance company saying I am not picking up m,y prescriptions on time. I showed the cashier the letter and explained to her as I waited for her to get my prescriptions. Only one was ready.

I will start with this. The Walgreens app is the best and very simple for someone computer illiterate. That being said I had a problem tonight that happened before but not for a few months. I get an email that told me I had a prescription ready but the pharmacy closed at 6pm which is ridiculous but there’s a good reason I’m sure.

That wasn’t the problem is I knew they were open until 9pm on Sunday so I went a little after 6pm and when I pulled up they had a sign up saying “No pharmacist on duty”. This happened 2 times before and the first time I didn’t say anything.

The second time I did but I think I didn’t think to put which store it was and so I’m saying now it’s Flatwoods Ky. It happened on a holiday I think was Labor Day. I was told by an employee the pharmacist wouldn’t work and…

Walgreens 606 Long Beach Boulevard in Long Beach NY does nothing to clean or maintain the property. There is trash all over the parking lot and even in the vestibule. I tried to speak to the manager about this, because I live the neighborhood and he was rude to me and never even looked me in the eye when I was speaking to him.

I know that he is frustrated because he didn't put the trash there, but just like I when people do that to me at my house, I pick it up because I care about my neighborhood. This is all the time with this store.

I will not be going back there if this continues.

I just recently switched my prescriptions to Walgreens. I’ve been disappointed with your store in not having medication readily available when needed. I had Covid about a month ago with a bad cough. My dr ordered a cough syrup with codeine. Walgreens told me that it was out of stock and would take several days to get delivered ( I was told by staff that “it’s just that time of the year when everyone needs it”. ) That is just unacceptable. ( I had my dr call it in to a different pharmacy)

Secondly, my prescription for budesonide was not filled correctly. This is a daily medication for 2 capsules everyday , which I am dependent on. I received just 10 capsules initially and told it was on back order. It took a week or more for Walgreens to complete the order . Then I was charged twice…

The pharmacy sept in miller place NY has been having major problems for over a year now! I underhand they are short staff but I have had a hard time getting my medicine filled everytime now! I’m lucky enough I get mine every 3 months but there is alway a problems and it takes me over a week to get it filled!

I called a refill in on Monday 1/2/23 and it said it would be ready Tuesday 1/3/23 after 11am. I went to the pharmacy drive thru on Saturday 1/7/23 and was told my refill was not ready. I informed him that I called the refill in on Monday and was told it would be ready the following day.

He said he had just put in for the refill. I told him I live 30 minutes away and I wasn't coming back, he still said 2 hrs. bgot the same person and I said I need my medicine and again told the situation and pharmacist said he would get it ready.

Get your automated system right. This is the 2nd time this has happened, it happened the month before, when I called it in and it wasn't ready when I went to get it.

If possible, I would rate my experience below 0. I’ve never in my life been spoken to or treated the way I was today. A pharmacist by the name of DANNY located at the Walgreens on 757 north Michigan avenue in Chicago called me to get a prescription straight.

He wouldn’t let me speak. He was the nastiest person I’ve probably encountered in my entire life. He raised his voice and kept saying things like “I won’t repeat myself. ” This is the mildest example of how he spoke to me.

He hung up on me after I asked him to please cancel my prescription orders. I was left crying, hysterical and without any answers regarding my medicine. I will never return to that Walgreens again all because of him. The worst!!

I receive a monthly schedule II medication through Walgreens. I attempted to pick up my medication and was notified that my insurance was not going through. They refused to fill my medication and allow me to pay cash because it is a controlled medication and I was told that per a new policy, controlled medications must be ran through insurance.

I paid cash for controlled medications through Walgreens in the past. If this is truly a new policy this is a major disservice and discrimination against the uninsured. I do have insurance and BCBS is experiencing a major glitch in their system however this still affects me in other ways as well.

I was at your parma store at pearl road and the store manager norm was so unprofessional. It wasn't towards me, it was the down grading way he spoke to a young female employee. He yelled at her and was beyond rude.

For the past 6 weeks every prescription refill has either been denied or filled incorrectly. The pharmacy blames Asuris insurance or physician for refusing to approve refill. That is a lie. I have called each of them more than once during this period and have approval from both insurance and physician for 90 day refills.

Last week Walgreens had a refill ready with only 10 tablets of Olmesarten, which I've been taking for several years, telling me it wasn't approved. I told them to check again and all of a sudden the rest of my prescription was available.

The pharmacy at the Bourbonnais location is terrible. Every time I go to pick up a prescription the drive through is closed and there is a minimum 30 minute wait in line. Today I went - on a Saturday at 10:45 am and the drive through was closed and one person working at the counter.

I waited 40 minutes to pick up my prescription. Why are there not more people working at this location on a Saturday?

Hello, I have a RX complaint. I have been getting my prescriptions from the same store for years. I was released from the hospital yesterday and I had to fill my tussinex which I have taken and well severe of what it it.

I get home to take some for my horrific cough. It looked like a syrup not a suspension. I was like ok whatever,I will take it. The dr office called me and I was telling them about the couch syrup and how I didn't feel any soothing or relaxation from it or it didn't work the greatest on my couch.

I am filing a complaint about Walgreens at Wonji Ave. in Roanoke VA. I had surgery on Thursday 1/4. My pain meds was called into this location. I waited for a response from the pharmacy and the med was listed as pending insurance.

I called again on Friday to check the status and the pharmacy was temporarily closed. On Saturday morning the pharmacy was temporarily closed. I called the Walgreens at Williamson road and found out that the Wonji pharmacy was closed until Monday and they could not fill my prescription because it was a narcotic.

I was not able to contact my physician to relocate my medication. This is unacceptable. I had major knee surgery and have been left without the necessary medication for pain control. I will never use Walgreens again. As bad as CVS is, they never did…

Picked up a script for my fiancé at the Kokomo, IN store on S LaFountain St. The young guy working behind the counter called a name and looked at me. I said that was’nt me, and his response was “you all look alike, you’re all old”.

I repeated what he said and asked if that’s what he said. He said “yep”, so I asked if that was his idea of customer service, and also asked him if he had been knocked on his ass lately. He said “no, because I work here”.

So I asked if his manager was working, and he referred me to another young guy up front that confirmed he was the manager. He said he would say something, but I have no confidence that he would address the issue.

I have been trying for two full days to get much needed medication filled. The medication was transferred from NY to the Walgreens on Sugarcreek rd Charlotte NC. I literally start calling at 9 am and I am placed on hold for over an hour and 40 minutes only to be disconnected.

They are not entering the insurance correctly resulting in a rejection. I have confirmed this with my insurance company who has also tried to reach out to them to know avail. In addition they only have 3 of Mt medications although NY sent all of them not once but several times.

My mother was in the ER and her prescription was mistakenly sent to the Walgreens store instead of CVS. When I tried to call Walgreens to check on the prescription I was put on hold for over 52 minutes. When I drove to the store I waited for the prescription for over an hour.

I called Walgreens at 2:35pm and left Walgreens with the prescription at 5:15 pm. I was driving to the store when I was on hold so basically waited for 2 1/2 hours consecutively either being on hold or in line to get the prescription.

The woman Jenny who works in the pharmacy was rude, dismissive and argumentative regarding the wait. This has been the worst customer service I have received in a long time. If I treated my customers as I was treated I’d be reprimanded.

I can not get an explanation why my prescriptions haven’t been filled. Can’t get through to the pharmacy by phone.

The last prescription that I needed filled, I was the last person waiting in line at drive through and when we pulled up to the window, they pulled the shade down. My grandson went inside and the pharmacy had closed. The pharmacy staff was very rude to him. A question I have is if we were the last in line at drive thru, don’t you think they could have taken care of me?

I just switched my account to CVS And rest assured, I will speak about how lousy Walgreens is. Bad treatment by staff, slow filling prescriptions, can’t get through to ANYONE on the telephone!

Went to purchase sale Christmas items. When I got to the register the cashier said the Christmas cards were not on sale. I told her the free standing cardboard stand that had the card on it had a 50% off sign on all four sides.

I asked for a manager and she said there was nothing she could do. Walgreens must have been desperate for a manager to hire Carley bc she was rude confrontational and didn’t even remove the 50% off signs from the stand where the card were.

The past 2 months I have had numerous problems filling my Adderall prescription. ) before I meet with my prescriber to make sure they have supply. Last month they told me they did, but after the script was sent, I got a message it was out of stock.

I called the pharmacy and after confirming that, told them I would try someplace else. I had to call around, find in stock, ask my prescriber to resend my script. After all that, the second pharmacy tried to fill it but my insurance said it was already filled at Walgreens!

There is a Nationwide Shortage of Adderall. I am attempting to find out if it is available at Walgreens. I call a store to check if it is in Stock- Pharmacist Reply we are not allowed to say- have your Dr. call.

What type of idiotic thinking is this- what Dr. is going to spend the day calling different Walgreens. I in turn called a different Pharmacy and was immediately given the needed information. The store's have become so Corporate Friendly definitely ignoring the Customer Friendly way of shopping.

Not enough pharmacists since you bought the very good Rite Aid on 6A in Yarmouth port MA. Failure to stock drugs. Failure to staff pharmacy when open. This not a complaint but it an apology. I aaccused one of your pharmacies techs of stealing my medication. At the time I was drinking heavily and have now stopped drinking alcohol. At the time I went to the pharmacy at 19215Interstate 45, Shenandoah Tx 77385 store number 06782.

I talked to the pharmacist and told her the tech had taken a few of my pills, I didn’t realize it until a few days later that o miscounted. I need to send this to the main headquarters and if anything is on his records because of me, they need to erased.

The Walgreens in Arizona just gets worse and worse my medicine doesn't get me filled they lost it they can't find it they didn't tell anybody there is a big problem at that store. I have spoken with Cindy and Maria and Kelly and call in and verbally ask them to read so my medicine.

and it was working just fine. and taking alot longer to fill cscripts,then theu cut down from 2 pharmacists to 1 pharmacists. Then today I went and the drive thru is closed and everyone has to go into store and wait in a line that is 10 people waiting for service.

My pharmacy is Walgreens at 490 W Huntington Dr. Monrovia CA 91016 and my complaint is that it is impossible for my doctors to reach anyone at the location. They leave messages but no return calls. My doctor is Dr Kevork Hindoyan with Congress Medical in Pasadena CA.

My refills for some of my prescriptions are getting canceled, and not by me. One in particular,Ozempic ,has been canceled at least 3 times. When I called to ask about this, I was met with so much “attitude “. Her tone was such that I was interrupting her and my asking her questions was annoying to her.

She gave me an explanation but it doesn’t make sense. I know that currently pharmacies are having problems stocking this medication, but she offered no reason that made sense to me for canceling my request. My words to were that the medication might become available at a later date, next week, next month, and I would still need and want it whenever it became available.

So why cancel my request? So does this mean that I will NOT be able to EVER purchase Ozempic from Walgreens?

I called to refill my prescription 6 hours ago. After checking back 4 times the pharmacy failed to notify me my medication was on back order and they would not be able to fill it. Had I know I could have had it transferred somewhere else!

The Wallgreens at 1717 Veterans is the worst. I always go to the one down the street which is extremely efficient. But in this case they did not have the medication that was called in and they sent us to the 1717 Veterans location.

My husband has now been there for 2 hours waiting! They keep saying 10 minutes more. There is a reason people don't go here. Just thought you should know. We are going back to Majoria in the future where the wait is 10 - 15 minutes at the most.

Walgreens have my prescription (new) I just went to doctor to get. they said they don't have it. They want me to go back to doctor and tell the doctor send it to another pharmacy. I don't drive. And I have to pay doctor again to get help from another pharmacy.

I and my doctor had done our job. please help me
