I have been filling a prescription regularly for over a year at various Walgreens pharmacies. My work requires travel. I have had the same prescription filled in Portland, Oregon; Pahrump, Nevada; Venice Beach, CA; San Francisco, CA; Santa Clara, Utah; and I am now in Sacramento, California. I went to Walgreens in each place and my record on file in my Walgreens account information shows this. I have never had a problem filling the prescription until two days ago when so went into the pharmacy at Walgreens at 250 Florin Road in Sacramento.

After being told 3 new heart medications did not come through at the walgreens oak lawn at 107th & cicero (almost closing time), they sendt me to the 24hr walgreens at 95th& cicero. I dropped off all 5 prescriptions at 5:35.

Was told they'd be ready in 30min. Returned in 90min to be told they are not ready yet, pharmacist is on lunch! I spent 3 days with my 92yo mother in the hospital after her heart attack. Tried to get her home and situated, then was running around for 3 hrs trying to get medications..

Horrible pharmacy service inside and at the drive thru window. I waited in line for nearly 45 minutes to be served and then once at the window I waited another 10 minutes to pick up a prescription. I would have left but I was in between two cars.

I visited one of your locations (821 Westwood Way Laurinburg, NC 28352) on Tuesday at 10:45 am for a rapid covid test. It is now 5:15 pm on Friday and I still haven't received my results. After confirming my information at the pharmacy, I had to wait in a room for almost 30 minutes until someone could see me.

When I was able to take the test, the test administrator gave me instructions and then spent the rest of the time scrolling on her phone until I was finished with my test. She then instructed me to place the used swab back in the packaging it came in instead of the liquid used for tests. This is absolutely unacceptable.

I understand being short-staffed and the increase in tests due to the holidays.

However, rapid tests should not be offered if it's going to take days to get results…

A pharmacy “tech” by the name of Sheila hung up on me today. She told me that she is not going to talk to me. She was rude, unprofessional and no help at all. I’ve been going to this pharmacy for the past 20 years and have never been treated so poorly.

I was having an issue with my son’s anti-depressant meds and have been going back and forth with the pharmacy for the past 3 days. I was told that my insurance company called and had the prescription fixed. When I looked online, the status was still pending.

According to my insurance company, the pharmacist did not resubmit the RX. I called to find out what was going on and the call was answered by a young man, I thought his name was Justin. He told me that he would look into it and put me on hold.

I called the Walgreens in New Canaan, CT on Christmas Eve to ask a question about printing photos. I was transferred to Leonardo (I believe this was his name. It was a gentleman with a slight South American accent). He seemed very much in a rush. I asked him my question, he gave me a response that didn't apply to my question and said he had to go. I started to re-explain my question in a different way and he cut me off and said "I can't be any more clear than my previous response". Then he said he had a staff member that needed something and he hung up - with no good bye.

It was incredibly rude, but also very disappointing around this time of the holiday. I went to a different store to print my photos.

Walgreens at 625 N 19th St, Colorado Springs, CO I was due for my Losartan 50 mg Tablets before Christmas. I am on the auto refill plan. I received an email saying my order was being processed. 2 days later I received the same type of email pushing the pick-up date out after Christmas. I received yet another email pushing the date out 2 more days, and another pushing it out 3 more day, and another now pushing it out past New Years day.

I am the Dr on call and I called in an RX for the patient who requested me to call in at the pharmacy at 5:37 am at walgreen location: 3307 Spencer hwy Pasadena, TX 77504. Phone number 713-946-4650 Dave, the pharmacist, picked up the phone and the first thing he said was he did not take the RX over the phone.

He said that I had to send the RX in electronically because he could not verify the RX. He did not even know what kind of the medications that I would call it in. ” He told me to wait until 8 am to call in an antibiotic for the patient.

I have called corporate 3 times regarding a incident December 13,2022 in which I went to pick up my prescriptions at 10pm (my pharmacy is a 24 hr) and when I got there they had closed and the manager told me I would have to go back the next day with no regard to me or other customers that needed their prescriptions and can’t be without it as I can’t be without mines.

The lack of consideration and customer service from the employees in that store and from the corporate office not calling me back to see how they can get this right is outrages. The store in Golden Springs Alabama is the most unprofessional pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with. The pharmacist Tara Perkins and pharmacy manager Samantha are the epitome of poor customer service. Not only do they berate employees but also argue with one another AND patients.

This behavior is beyond appalling and they have no business working in a customer service role. I honestly feel sorry for all employees working under their watch or any customer unlucky enough to come in during their shifts. These two need some serious training and better approach on simple life skills like being compassionate.

Do better Walgreens when hiring these ridiculous excuses for employees. I will not return to this store.

This evening I was at your store on 132 and Maple, Omaha. At first I watched a customer walk away leaving her purchases and very upset telling the customer service rep that she had had enough and accused the rep for being rude to her.

I was next in line and she (rep, named Cynthia) was rude to me too. I was trying to pay with my credit card and was confused with which slot to swipe the card as there were two. I am not tech savvy and would have appreciated some patience.

Instead she grabbed the card from me exclaimed "uuhh" and finished the transaction. "a little kindness goes a long way" was her comment to the rep. A personal from management saw this but walked on without saying anything. A simple apology would have been fine.

There is a young girl that works in the pharmacy that for whatever reason has been rude to me everytime she checks me out. Today, same treatment. There was a problem with a prescription (needed a PA) and she told me I had to call my insurance.

I have never had to call my insurance to get a PA - the pharmacy handles it and I explained this to her. She is so hateful and seems like it's a bother to have to answer questions. Today, I actually asked her why she's rude or acts pissed everytime I come through.

Your location in Charlottesville Va on SeminoleTrial has very inconsistent hours at your pharmacy location. Being a large corporation I can not understand why something isn’t done to make sure that your customers come first. I had a prescription sent in and called the pharmacy and got a message that there were other calls please hold on.

The pharmacy incorrectly gave me 3 pills instead of a 3 month supply or 90 pills and grossly overcharged for the pills. 42 a pill. I called my prescribing MD and they sent a new script. When I went to pick up the proper amount they refused to adjust for the mistake and charged me the full amount. 00.

The person waiting on me said it was my fault because I did not check my purchase. Drugs are already so expensive and customer service not so good at this store.

My complaint is some of the best quality generic medication is being replaced with inferior quality that is less effective and customers are being charged the same price. a different manufacturer. The generic manufacturer of alprazolam was Breckinridge which was a very high quality effective medication.

This was changed recently to the ACTIVUS brand and I can tell you first hand it’s garbage. It doesn’t work as fast or last as long and for someone who suffers from chronic anxiety issues this is a VERY BIG DEAL.

I think it is unfair people have to suffer not getting the correct dosage of their medication because Walgreens wants to save money and still charge customers the same price.

My provider with Healthpartners sent a prescription to my pharmacy on Wednesday, December 28, 2022 at 10:30 am. That was for 500 MG Amoxicillin for 7 days it is now Thursday, December 29, 2022 at 12:30 pm and the prescription has not been filled.

This is total disregard for the health and well-being of your customers. There is an ethical commitment breach on behalf of Walgreen as well. Walgreens has no excuse for this unacceptable course of events. Having been a Walgreens customer for over 50 years you will find I am moving all my prescription to another pharmacy.

Why will nobody answer the pharmacy phone?? I am put on hold, listen to Muzak for two minutes, and When it rings-back, someone ‘holds’ again rather than pick up. This goes on for HOURS if you’re not frustrated enough to just hang up.

The pharmacy personnel are so rude it’s ridiculous. I shudder to think what would happen in the event of a medical emergency and a patient needed to check with the pharmacist for interactions with a new prescription. As damned expensive as y’all are, you need to work extra hard to earn it.

I hope and pray every last Walgreens closes its doors in the face of bankruptcy.

, then make sure that's the truth. I went to pick up my prescription that was as I said above supposed to be ready after 11:00 on Monday. It's now Wednesday at 2:00 in the afternoon and they didn't have it.

They said they would get it I said I'd check back. Wandered around the store picked up some things, and came back to the pharmacy. The prescription still wasn't done. They did manage to get it together for me before I left the store.

But I did replace the items I was going to buy there. Luckily for me they weren't pain pills. I have a friend that waited a week and a half for pain pills from Walgreens. In the end she ended up having to have the prescription sent to a different Pharmacy and got it that afternoon.

We waited in the drive through for 15 minutes. The cars weren’t moving at all. So I decided to go inside. I asked the lady in front of me if she had been waiting for long. She said that yes she has been.

Some lady employee slumping behind another counter and yelled out the hole in the plexiglass glass saying to stop yelling. Yelling? What? I only asked the person in front of me. I’ve never experienced such lack of professionalism and customer service.

My daughter is 2 years old and has been sick for a week. Drove to get her two prescriptions and they were not ready for a long time. Came back to pick them up and the pharmacy was closed in the middle of the day.

Came back two hours later and they couldn’t find the prescription for almost half an hour. It was in a giant, unorganized, huge bin (not labeled) with dozens and dozens of other prescriptions. To top it off, the tech LICKED HER FINGERS several times to place the medicines and papers together in a bag for me.

Disgusting, and I’ve already switched pharmacies. Walgreens at Clark and Fulton in Cleveland.

Since Walgreens in our area has closed most of their pharmacy’s getting a prescription filled is a terrible experience. Long lines inside long lines in the drive up. I’m not sure how they are going to stay in business .

Very poor customer service, never has my medication of oxycodone. It’s seems like it’s always a back order for them. They say they do not know what they will receive an order and always on back order. I hear from other smaller pharmacies can order and get them the next day.

Since it has been on back order again. My body hurts and starting withdrawals which can cause me to have a heart attack. I have no more faith in Walgreens, seems like you don’t have the buying power to complain to manufacturers or distributors.

No other help was offered. If I wind up in bad shape or potentially have a heart attack or have to go to hospital I will Hold Walgreens Responsible for my distress, anxiety or death. Etc.

Walgreen pharmacy eastern and bonanza Las Vegas nv. I was told Friday I had 6 prescription to pick up I informed them I would be in Monday to pick up. I ride the bus. I get there and only one is ready.

I had a 2:45 appt for a flu and covid test today at 31st and Harvard. I have been sick since 12-23 when Tulsa, Oklahoma had a snow storm. I arrived 15 minutes early and checked with the store before leaving to find out if it was a drive thru or in pharmacy test for both flu and covid.

After waiting 10 minutes I was told that your store was out of tests. They called around and found the flu test availiable at 51st and Lewis. The 51st and Lewis store refused to test me. They claimed the 31st street store had not registered me properly.

They refused to register me. I told them this was unfair. I did make an appointment. But they flat refused to help me, even though they had the test I needed. The woman with the nose ring ponting out of her nostrils was rude and unprofessional.

All Walgreens in Nashville-except one branch in unknown neighborhood- were closed on Christmas Day. Very poor corporate oversight.

Result for me was needing to take my wife to St Thomas ER for acute asthma attack. We could not obtain Albuterol for her nebulizer at Walgreens.

I placed an online sameday delivery from Walgreens on main st in Madison NJ my delivery was suppose to be between 9-11 on 12/25 Was told by manager that I’d have to come get the order. I have Covid and that’s why I wanted it delivered.

I had to have someone go to the store and they did not give the complete order. The next day the er st of my order was delivered. I’ve never had such issues at any other Walgreens store. Very dissatisfied

22nd 2022 evening. My son only got one dose that day to get into his system. 5 ml on Saturday, and Sunday. 5ml and nothing is left. I called Walgreens and told them about it and Ashley told me to call the doctor.

I was also offended when asked for I use a syringe, did I waste any, did I leave it in the refrigerator. Those were all dumb questions to me due to me being 37 with 5 kids and a regular customer who know how to distribute meds.

Even if I didn't I know how to read the package directions are on the bottle. My son will have gaps in care for to nobody wanting to help me. Walgreens could do better when I'm clearly calling about antibiotics for a sick child.

Hello, I went to your store on 4 th ave Yuma, Az on Christmas 2022. I checked what stores may be open , and it was advertised that it would be open until 6 pm. I arrived in the parking lot about 147 pm.

As I walked up to the entrance a gentleman standing there said they closed early. He said he wasn’t allowed in. I was not able to go in either. The door was locked. When I showed the man in charge of the door my cell phone, and told him it was before 10 minutes til 6 , he shrugged his shoulders.

I’m sorry, but if your advertising your open until 6 then that’s what it should be. It’s not like a restaurant where people are gonna get drinks, food and hang out. They are gonna go in grab what they need and go.

Walgreens on 288th in Federal Way, 98003 When I had to have some medicines for a colonoscopy the man that works there is very rude and should not work with the public. He told me I would have to wait because he had to order it or just go some where else.

I get it but he is horrible with people and very mean. So I when to another and had no problem. I ended up in the emergency room for the stomach pain that was unbearable because of a twisted colon.

When I try to use your store coupons there is always an excuse why it cannot be used. I was in at 5:30 p and the cashier told me I have to use the language that he uses to express myself or else goodby.

He would not let me explain anything. Went to the Walgreens on Jog and Woolbright in Boynton Beach. When I asked to speak to a supervisor he told me he was the supervisor.

Also I cannot get my coupons on line. Why did they change the paper coupons.? You need to hire people that have a respect for the customer not people that try to control people or tell the customer off.

The walgreens in my area which are stuarts draft . staunton and Verona all in Virginia are all having problems with their pharmacy. I had to go to 3 different locations to get a script filled and this is not the first time.

Persistent poor service. Over the last 3 years the service level at the Walgreens pharmacy located at 100 S. Beeline HWY Payson AZ 85541have continued to decline . Here's a short list of what happens to me when trying to fill/pick up my prescriptions:

No record of me calling in prescriptions. When I call them with as much as 3 prescriptions no more than that the techs have one done, another one not ready and no record of the third even though I called them in 48 hours in advance. Calling me telling me my prescriptions are ready only to discover, when I arrive, they are not ready and they need more time. Suddenly telling me they don't have my "card" on file even though I had used it there the previous week. Lying to me saying the "doctor" didn't call it in when in fact they did. When I…

Never enough help. Not friendly. Closed unexpectedly and left people without their meds. I understand it is bad weather but I d drive to a store near them and I made it. They used the weather for an excuse. Poor management.

Pharmacy calls us saying your script is ready, I drive 10 miles and they ask me to either drive around the building or come back in ,30 minutes. This crap happens all the time. I'm sick of your piss poor service.

I am changing to another drug store. Your Mt. View store has serious problems.

I'm 58 years old but you seem to think that I should have to pull my license out and have it scanned to buy cigarettes. I find that very insulting. It is my choice not yours, I will move my prescriptions to the old pharmacy in my town where I'm not discriminated against.
