Please consider opening an additional 24 hour pharmacy within Lansing, MI.

The Jolly/Cedar pharmacy can never be counted on for fast reliable service. The drive through takes an hour+ to get through and is often closed!!!???

I am simply tired of not being able to get a script filled and picked up in the same day. Mainly because I am either informed so or because I cannot devote so much time, (hours) that it takes to get through each process....drop off & pick up.

In addition, the store as a whole is filthy. It is never clean and organized inside. This includes the store's entry way/parking lot. Trash is always blowing around, etc.

Why is this location "allowed" to look this way?

This store needs serious attention from your Corp Office. I really feel the current conditions and pharmacy…

I visited the Walgreens in Dallas, GA today. A store that I Frequent customer at. I need to purchase syringes for a Prescription because my regular pharmacy was out. I waited at the register while the staff ate candy and chatted and laughed.

Finally I was rudely asked What I needed. When I asked to purchase syringes I was told that they were low so they wouldn’t sell them to me without a Prescription. I found this very rude and odd. Does it matter since I am a paying customer and can show the prescription for proof.

I was treated disrespectfully and rudely by the female worker at the pharmacy who told me to go elsewhere. I was already there and came in just to purchase this item. I would have had to go much further away to another pharmacy which would have caused further inconvenience.…

A Rx sent a week ago is not ready today. I also put it in on the app on Monday and Tuesday so they would know to have it. That’s obviously useless as this customer service complaint. I’m sure you won’t do anything about it.

It’s ridiculous considering my insurance pays over $25k per year for my wife and my insurance. It’s why she left and told me not to go back and I am thinking she’s right. I’ll see what happens now.

I had a urgent prescription that had to be completed by the pharmacist before he closes the pharmacy. Instead of that the pharmacist neglected the request and left before preparing my medication. I was waiting for more than 3 hours for someonne to text me that my prescryption is ready for pick up but that didnt happen and now i cant start taking my medication.

Countless times I’ve been informed an rx is ready to be picked up. I go to pick it up and it’s been put back so I have to wait hours for it to be refilled. I never wait more than a couple days so there’s no reason for it to be put back.

Recently my daughter had a double ear infection and needed an antibiotic ASAP. It was going to be two hours to be filled and that was fine. When I went to pick it up I was told they were out of stock. No call or text.

I was told I was opted out of calls and texts when the very last time I was there I made sure I was enrolled in both! I was told to call a certain store and see if they had it in stock but wasn’t given the number.

I tried to look it up online and was unsuccessful. ) and that if there wasn’t a way to figure out how to contact the other store…

I have several physical disabilities that make getting out in the snow dangerous. My car is outside, not in a covered area. If it snows, it is hazardous for me to attempt to get my car clear of snow. I walk with a cane and have a torn rotator cuff.

I have a prescription for Suboxone due to be filled on 12/21/22, and today is 12/20/22. There is a blizzard warning in effect until 12/23/22. I asked my pharmacist if I could pick it up today because of the circumstances.

She said I should call my doctors and have them call with an ok about getting my prescription filled one day early. Unfortunately, I did not get her name. My doctor’s office attempted to get this done, but now they were dealing with Debby.

The Walgreens pharmacy at Old Dominion/Dolly Madison in McLean is the worst pharmacy I've ever been to. I recently had surgery and called multiple times from my hospital room so a friend could pick up medications I needed immediately. The hospital pharmacy also called on my behalf. We never got through. I ended up having to pay for my medications at the hospital, which didn't accept my insurance.

I'm now 2 weeks post surgery and need another medication. I stopped by after a medical appointment and was told they were too busy to fill it and I should come back later. Since I'm not supposed to drive much, I tried calling to see if it was ready. I finally gave up and drove back, still on hold. I was on hold for over an hour and a half, and am still currently on hold as I wrote this. No one…

I placed two Photo orders with your Islandia, NY locations and received two order confirmations that they were in and ready for pickup. The women at the photo was quick to say "she doesn't have both orders" without even looking into the matter.

She kept saying she has a different order # which has nothing to do with the order #'s that we provided in the email confirmation. 00. My husband had to go back into the store and deal with someone else to locate the other batch of photos at this point we should have received them for free.

The customer service at that store was awful and will never go in there again.

On 12/02/22 @ 2:14 I submitted a RX @ Walgreens Pharmacy Store #05358 for Valium 10mg on 8 1/2 x 11 script paper. When I returned for the RX I was told by the clerk, pharmacist and a manager that I never bought a script in.

I was in the store for 3 1/2 hrs looking for some answers and the truth.

Finally another manager reviewed the correct film and saw the clerk take & put the script on the counter but nobody knows what happened to a very large script. I was informed that there wasn’t anything they could do about it and my Dr.

Could not issue me another RX. This has left me with headaches everyday and increased anxiety.

The Walgreens Pharmacy at 1424 S Yale Avenue, Tulsa, OK 74112 is atrocious. They consistently do not fill prescriptions that are ordered by our doctor, the prescriptions they do fill are not on time, they always have issues with insurance, and when we call them to clear up the issues they are incredibly rude and provide no customer service. A complaint will be filed with the Oklahoma State Pharmacy Board for all the reoccurring issues.

If I could give zero or negative stars I would. This is 100 percent about your pharmacist Sean at your Walgreens located at 1835 Hendersonville Rd, Asheville NC, 28803 . Every month when I need my medication it’s ridiculously stressful but today I was in such distress I had a bad panic anxiety attack and had to leave Walgreens and switch pharmacies for good.

He lied to me and denied me to come pay out of pocket for my 30 day supply that in 3 years my insurance never covers and I always pay for this medication. He’s very rude, he’s a liar, and treats severely sick customers like garbage.

I can’t write my whole story here but I’m emailing and calling all corporate and lawyer offices dealing with Walgreens right now so my story is heard.

When trying to pick up my prescription the first Walgreens pharmacy Walgreens tech was rude and stated she cared only to get off on time. Tech was most brown hair with center nose piercing. There was no attempt to fill a prescription submitted at 2pm that day.

I returned the next morning to a different pharmacy tech. She was polite and attentive. She informed me that the prescription was in fact filled the day before. 4 google review. I will personally not return while she is works on pharmacy.

On 12/12/2022 while attempting to fill an on time prescription of a controlled substance I was denied citing 4 days left on prior script. The pharmacist disregarded my physician order to stop one and start this one. When I complained pharmacist refused to listen and accused me of threatening him while I was only highlighting his lack of professionalism in this matter.

Phramist repeadly threatened to contact my physician of which I encouraged. I did not know he would do so and mislead my physician into thinking I threatened him bodily harm. It was of no concern to the pharmacist that I am a chronic pain patient legally disabled.

I am a current customer and have been for over 10 years. Over the past 10 years I have have multiple problems with my prescriptions from messages saying my prescriptions are ready and going to the drive up and they don't have a prescription for me to charging me for workman's compensation scripts, which r free to me, to completely dropping the ball on my last prescription.

I am writing to express my dismay with the untimely filling my prescriptions that I take for managing my diabetes. I am constantly being told my Fiasp is out of stock as well as my Trulicity. My local Walgreens is blaming it on the warehouse, and stating it is due to staffing issues.

I was promised my script was to be filled on 12-15-22 and here it is 12-19-22 and nothing. I take insulin to stay alive, and since it appears to not be of concern to your corporation as many times previously, I will be taking text messages and recordings of the pharmacist guarantying it would be filled at a certain date only to have it not been ordered or sent from the warehouse, I am turning all text and

A pharmacist lied to me twice. Another pharmacist,Sunia made a comment about my medication in front of an entire store. My neighbor was there and overheard my name. And the medication. Walgreens failed to protect my privacy and although the store policy is 2 days early for refill.

They make me come in the day of. I've never had a problem with any medication and will be reporting the store and the pharmacist to the Board of Pharmacy as well as a HIPPA violation

I’ve noticed issues at 3 of the Walgreens close to me. Mostly training issues saying things they should not and exposing dysfunction of pharmacy and photo counter.

The staff at three Littleton Colorado stores are not well trained in pharmacy and understaffed at best. Today I’ve seen 8 people order prescriptions and I was the only person waiting for a vaccination. After waiting 1 hour I was asked to complete the same paperwork requested online and now 1.5 hours since checking in no vax provided yet

This was Belleview and Broadway. Earlier it was Belleview and Santa Fe and my home store of mineral and Broadway while next to hospital way under staffed.

On 12/6/ 2022 I picked up a supposed to be 90ct of 5mg. Norethindrone. Within 10 days I'm out and call Walgreens to notify the shortage of med. I was told that the manager had to look at the tape and call back. It's been 3 days.

The manager still hadn't looked at the tape and they don't know when he will be in.

Meanwhile I out of meds the last 3 days. All they can say is that they're sorry. I need my meds asap it controls a bleeding issue I'm having. I shouldn't have to go without.

I’m not sure what it is with your older employees, but they are always more rude than the younger employees. I went to buy and take a DoorDash and there were two older ladies and a younger man who were no help and were incredibly rude.

They ignored me at the first checkout to watch a TikTok video and then, when I was having some problems with the card, one of the older ladies was very curt and upsetting, and offered no help whatsoever. When I told her I would contact support, she put all of my items away and then when I asked for them to try the card again, she rudely told me she had put them all back.

I was told by Dasher support that the card was fine and it worked perfectly fine for other stores, so I’m not sure if they just refused to help me out of spite or what, but nonetheless,…

I have been a customer of Walgreens in Blackwood NJ for years. A large portion of that time I have paid cash for my scripts as I didn’t have insurance. Recently, the past year or so the communication between the pharmacy dept and customers has been horrendous.

They do not care about the customers. You can’t get anyone on the phone. When you go up there you are treated like you don’t matter. The head pharmacist changes so much no one knows anything about anyone. I realize that this will result in no change but I will be taking my business elsewhere regardless of what you do.

, Thornton, CO 80602. It's hit or miss as to what days they are going to open. , 12/17 they are closed again. They have removed automatic refills off of everyone. And today when you call their automatic phone line to have prescriptions refilled it is not allowing you to because they closed today.

The nearest Walgreens is so inundated that they turn you away and give the excuse that they are waiting for insurance approval and it's because they can't keep up because of the other Walgreens customers. When they are open you still don't get your pills filled for 2-4 days out.

They are messing with people's health that some survive on. SO UNACCEPTABLE! Move employee from other locations if this is due to staffing issues. Something needs to change. Your going to lose a lot of loyal customer's.

17th! He went to pick them up today & was told the fill date was Dec27th ! That is 10 days past his refill date ! Of course, he can't reach his Doctor to be this fixed ! This is not a the first time , they do it often!

I had a critical medication that needed to be filled and I was told it would filled by end of day. I didn’t get the alert and didn’t have my medication after my surgery. Had to return the following day to inquire why my prescription was late and said that it should have been filled at that time but pharmacy didn’t know why it wasnt filled in a timely manner.

They informed me 2 weeks in a row that they were filling my prescription and then did not. When I called them to find out why, they explained they were having trouble with my insurance. I do not get my prescriptions on insurance (pay cash for it and use discount cards only).

In store 21210 there is an older gentleman who works there who just told me I had an attitude problem and called me a bitch because I thought my bill was high and continued to ask the price. I frequently go to that store and spend over $20 every time.

I will NEVER go back to Walgreens or any store they also own. I wish I got his name or picture but I’m sure there has been complaints on him before. Matter of fact every time I go I have some problem with him.

Every time I have tried to use a digital coupon, which it says I have earned, it is always denied or does not show up on their cash register. What good are your coupons if you never can redeem them. I called in to Walgreens as my regular pharmacy didn't have my meds that were needed. I have covid and it is hard to talk and breathe. The lady was very rude trying to take my information down and was irritated because she couldn't understand me as I strained to tell her my info.

I told her I have covid and she sighed heavily and asked for my number and that a pharmacist would get to me when they could and hung up on me. I have never been talked to so rudely by a pharmacy in my life!

I contacted the pharmacy at the DeLand Florida store on ISB and N. Woodland Blvd to give new insurance info and inquire about the status of my prescription. A pharmacist, who I neglected to get his name because I was so upset, spoke to me like I was 'garbage under his feet'.

Ive never been so insulted by an employee at a store I've been patronizing for over 40 years. I will file a complaint with the store and pharmacy managers and will be contacting the Corp office. It would be nice to receive an apology but from someone like that, I don't expect one.

Shame on him talking to an elderly lady suffering from serious injuries.

I need my medicine. The medicine is Ozempic. The pharmacy was unable fill my prescription. I was told by the pharmacist that the medicine has been “back ordered for months”. I last had the prescription filled at the same store in September. Also, the tech told me I would be responsible for $3052.00 even though I have insurance and my max out-of-pocket has been met.

I called Walgreens on Meadowbrook road in Jackson MS and I was on hold for an hour and a half exactly only to be greeted by an extremely rude male worker in the pharmacy. I’m looking online at my prescription for prednisone saying canceled as I am letting him know he keeps cutting me off.

I have many complaints, to start with I have been a customer for 12 years+. I was not feeling comfortable with the first Walgreen's and new the Pharmacy manager very well. All the pharmacist's that were floaters and my husband one day picked up my prescription and they called me to see if I have received them.

This is for the Walgreens on Wooster pike in Mariemomt Oh 513-271-3131 I had a script called in by dr. Ramadas and they texted me to tell me it’s ready I went to pick it up and my insurance didn’t cover it but goodRX did. Jessica wanted the code???

Hello, I would like to make a complaint about one employee at Walgreens at 10000 Bustleton Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19116 location. His name was Rohid he works at Photo/Fedex department. I came to drop off a FedEx package with the Bar Code that I got from the company on Thursday 12/08/22 in the evening.

From the beginning an employee gave me a vibe that he doesn't really want to work right now. He told me he can't take my package because he can't scan it and I will have to come back. I would like to know why my wife just sat in line for 35 minutes to pick up my meds and then the window was closed on her at 6 pm because it was time to close? There was 2 cars left in the line.

I am disabled and can’t drive. My wife is a school teacher and works late. She arrived at Walgreens at 5:25 pm and there was 3 cars ahead of her. In 35 min they helped 2 people and then closed the window with 2 cars still waiting in line. This is very unprofessional.

m. I went home I called at 5:00 to verify it was ready the computer system told me it would be ready at 5:15 so I left got up here at 5:20 and now I'm told it will be another hour because they are short staffed.

My doctor sent a prescription to Walgreens in Gray GA on 12/13/2022 for an antibiotic I needed to use. I checked on 12/14/2022 three times and each time it was being worked on. On the 4th call I spoke with a person and was told it would be ready at 2pm this was 12:30pm.

It is now 4:29 pm and it is still not ready. This is a constant problem at this pharmacy along with medication being out of stock.

Discrimination. Every time I go to pick up my medicine they say its not ready, authorized, etc. I keep having to go back and forth with my doctor and this pharmacy because they continue having excuses as to why they can’t give me my medicine.

I hadn’t even finished closing the entrance door when I heard them whispering my name in the back and talking in low voices in their group. I feel like im being discriminated against because of the type of medicine I take.

I would rather them do their job instead of butting into my business because they have no idea what chronic pain is like and what I have to suffer every minute without that medicine.

I have been receiving my medicine at Walgreens 750 Washington St Weymouth Mass 02189,on July 28th 2022 the pharmacist allowed someone other than myself to pickup my prescription of Adderall (the generic brand)9 days early so when I called Walgreens on August 5th 2022 to fill my medication they said that someone had already picked it up on July 28th 2022 which means a pharmacy technician would have to use their key to allow the pickup 9 days early, I have been complaining to Walgreens district office about what has happened to me,now every time my appointment gets close I start having anxiety attacks I'm afraid my afraid my medicine is going to be stolen again I can't get the fear to go
