Huntsville Texas auto service. I brought my 2011 Dodge Ram in for an oil change. I also brought in the oil and filter necessary to accomplish this simple task. I had 1 gallon of heavy duty oil stabilizer I told them needed to go in and there would be left over motor oil.

Because it’s a brand new engine it will require this. When I got my truck back there was a half gallon of oil left- I asked them about it- they informed me it took 2 quarts and was written on the jug. To justify this.

I looked at the jug and it said 20-60% of the total oil should be the heavy duty oil stabilizer. My mechanic told me to tell your employees to use the full gallon because this is a new and very expensive engine- it’s not rocket science.

Really disappointed in the Walmart grocery pickup service at store number 3418 in Wesley Chapel Florida this hour I spent last week getting groceries I spent 3 hours and 15 minutes last night waiting on my groceries so I just can't find it in my heart to do business with Walmart anymore no one at the store seems to care went inside to find a manager and complain that's a joke trying to communicate with someone outside who cares it's also a joke so

Purchased a air conditioner in August 2021 online did not use it and did not think to take out of box. Long story short I took it back to Walmart because it was damaged they did not take it back because it was past 90 days.

I called customer service they can’t help me. It’s not my fault that the ac came damaged now I am getting a hard time trying to exchange it.

I was shopping in the Walmart in richlands around 330 or 4 pm Sunday the 17th. I remembered that my aunt asked me to pick her up some insulin syringes from the store and I has forgot when I was in Walgreens earlier.

I approachedthe pharmacy desk where sirens. I believe her name was asked me if she could help me. I told her that I needed to buy 31 g insulinsyringes and she followed up by saying this whole row is 3q gage.

What us the unit that you need. me the syringes. Even more so it's now 5 min past closing so I can't sale you anything now anyways.

Fourth Complaint: Reference# 220630-008389 or 220704-005196 This is my fourth complaint on the Walmart Store Number 1158 located on 2473 Hackworth Road, Birmingham, Alabama 35214 concerning the dog food ice cream being kept in the same refrigeration unit as the ice cream made for human consumption. , I received a telephone call from Assistant Manager Lance to discuss my complaint.

He sounded shock about the dog ice cream being store with the ice cream for human consumption. He reported that he was going to look at it for himself, and have it pulled. On Sunday, July 3, 2022, I went to Walmart to verify whether the disturbing problem had been resolved. It had not.

Walmart used to provide baskets for shopping. I asked associate where the baskets were. Comment was that you can go to ebay and they were selling Walmart baskets. Mot sure what that had to do with me needing a basket instead of a big old cart.

You can go to TARGETS a better store and they actually have hand carts in mist Isles. That's customer service and a better ran store and clean looking. So I gather from comment from associate that baskets were getting stolen.

So let's punish rest of the customers. So much for your incompetent Loss Prevention team. Spen 38 years in Navy in Aviation Logistics. I never punished all my Sailors because of one idiot. Great job in Customer Service Walmart. Cut cashiers and mow having to scan my stuff and bag.

I have been using pick up service since spring 2020 due to COVID. The past two weeks my order pick up day has been messed up. I am positive I selected a certain date but the order was supposedly not received.

I suspect they do not have enough employees to pick the order and then deliver it to my car. m. and I arrived about 1:15. I received a text saying my order was not ready. I waited in the heat until 1:55 when my order was brought out.

There appeared to be only one employee working in that department. I watched him as he delivered to several other waiting cars. He was doing his best. I do not know this employee. He was a young black boy/man who was very polite.

On July 5th I arrived at store number 03140 to purchase 1 item at 1045pm The man at the door named Darrel told me the store was closed at 1045 pm!! I live across the street and am home by 1000pm every night so I often have to go into the store for a one item purchase until Darrel refused to let me in at 1045pm!

" I have since watched this man pull the same thing on other consumers trying to buy a last minute just to get turned away by this rude man! 00! I am ready to stop shopping at tthis store unless Darel is removed from closing the store from 10-15 mins early!

I bought a VISA there, lost it, called to get it cancelled and then was told it's the same as a vacuum cleaner or a $50.00 bill. Lose it break it burn it get it stolen is all the same. It's no different than a $50.00 bill,

Come to find out that is the way the Walmart VISA card people feel.

So, I just lost $50.00 and the $4.95 I paid Walmart to buy the "protection" of having a VISA card rather than using cash. What a waste. I don't feel good about shopping here anymore.

99 each. One pack was WILDFLOWERS. The other pack was THYME, purple cascading flowers. They have just grown and it turns out that are all WILDFLOWERS, beautiful wildflowers but NO THYME. I specifically planted those along walls to cascade. I think the packaging was wrong for the THYME as that pack ended up being WILDFLOWERS too !!

On July12, 2022, at approximately 5:00 pm, I was in your store #1682 located in Chesapeake, VA, and needed assistance in the sewing dept. with cutting fabric on a bolt. I went to electronics and asked for assistance so they paged for an employee. After waiting around I asked again and electronics paged for an employee again. I’m waiting about 30 minutes at this point so I asked for a manager and electronics paged the manager for me. No one showed up.

I stopped Shequan who was working and just happened to walk by. Please commend her for trying to assist. Your management team is not up to par at this store. Next time I need material I will not be going to Walmart. Apparently, you lack customer service in departments where you cannot serve yourself.

I went to my usual neighborhood Walmart on Sunday to get some bread. I always get the Walmart brand from the bakery. I think it tastes better then the name brand bread. I came home and made my sandwich and ate it.

Than that night my stomach began to hurt for no reason. Mind you I am 69 years old. In fairly good condition. No complaints. The next morning I looked at the meat it was good then I looked at bread date and it was outdated.

I could of taken the bread back but it didn’t cost that much. I went back to the store thought maybe they just forgot to get one loaf. I looked at all the bread and they was all outdated. I didn’t say anything to nobody. I just left.

Shop at your own Risk! Going to Walmart located at Highway 80, In Dublin, Georgia leaves a lot to be desired. Two and a half hours was spent at the Self Service and Customer services desk and service was refused me in two places without a valid explanation!

The final outcome was to walk out, left the full basket of groceries time was spent shopping for. The Supervisor Sherlonea was no where to be found at 5:45. Another young lady claimed there was no Supervisor on staff because she left for the day.

Trust me this will be the last store shopping at Walmart period. I took my business to the Kroger's store. The store is in deplorable conditions, merchandise strewn messy over the place, there is no order to merchandise on the shelves.

It doesn't take a nuclear physicist to figure out why walmarts profits are going down.. Who thought it would be a good idea to take all the Cashier's out of the store? Did they think that improving the produce a little bit would make up for the lack of customer service?

Who's the Einstein that thought that was OK? And I mean no cashiers. Maybe, taking away the service to the customers is what has led people to go to other stores. I had a cart full to the brim full of groceries and I almost walked out and left them all.

5 yr old son asked me if he could look at the XBOX games. I let him as he's just starting to get into them and he knew he wanted a Mario game he had played when he was getting his haircut.

While looking he saw a Sonic game, Paw Patrol game, Cars game, and a Lego game. I was going to let him get 2 or 3 since his birthday is coming up. Since the cases are locked I went over to the guy working in electronics (MARK) and asked if he was the only on there or if there was someone else who could unlock the case.

I purchased 4 brand new tires on May 12, 2022 and today 7/1/22 I was driving and my two front tires almost came off. The lug nuts were able to be taken off with my hand. No one has touched my tires since I had my service.

Oakwood, ga. Girl at auto checkout rude, couldn't work coupon. Asked to call manager. said did you call her. Girl says"I told u I did". She was slow and rude and was really only nice to Spanish speaking people.

Finally went to see mgr, Syd, she was just talking to sone employees. She corrected problem after she took forever to come. Then I looked at receipt and a coupon for $1 had been left off of new receipts. I decided it was a matter of principle, asked them to get her.

Another 10 minutes waiting and the people who were going to get her were whispering in Spanish. She finally came out, told her coupon had been left off. She acted very disgruntled and said "it's only a dollar". To which another customer said, yes but it's her dollar.

On June 17, 2022, I went to Walmart and got a hair cut. The young lady name Anna Prince, cut my hair and she did not know what she was doing. And when I paid for the service, I took my receipt and put it in my purse.

Order No. 4332249-127614 was placed June 11. I continuously tracked shipping updates, package sat in Los Angeles one week, then shipped to New York, Portland, Eugene and Salem, and returned to LA. Package departed LA again, shipped to Portland, Eugene, Salem and back to LA.

On several occasions customer service support indicated there was a delay in shipping. I was on my phone and noticed my shifts were being removed from my work schedule. At first I thought they were just adjusting my schedule again. Then they kept removing more so I called the store and requested to speak with Jenny. Jenny answered.

” I said “are you fucking serious” and she hung up on me. I called back. The girl at customer service said “did she not pick up” I said no, she did. I want to talk to her again” she didn’t answer.

I bought a everstart battery from Walmart last yr my warranty on said battery is no good after this month which is June. A couple months ago the battery stopped holding a charge I took it back and they exchanged it..

First of all I would like to say I'm very disappointed in the service at Thornton road Lithia Springs Georgia location, there's only one person at the customer service desk that take returns, answer phones. If I have to walk in the store to return an item, I may see 2, 3 or 4 of them over there, then 2 or 3 will leave from behind the desk and

go do that thing & there's only two left to take customers returns and the phone is ringing off the hook at the same time & no one answers the phone. I called today at the Thornton road location at 6:18-22,the phone just wrong wrong and I waited for over 15 minutes , no one came to the phone and there became a busy signal.

That is not good for a popular store like Walmart @ any locations. That is very important at every store to have at 4 people…

I have placed to orders, both times they stated that the orders were delivered. Then you get notice your order was canceled. How can b you say an order was delivered then in the same breath say it is canceled.

I had a $200 pickup for groceries my husband went to pick it up the next morning and was told the app had crashed and we had to cancel our order. I never received my $200 back Walmart is still holding it even though they told me to cancel the order and that's what I did.

Dairy dept no milk on shelves. Seen packaged in cooler through glass. No one in that dept working. Went for assistance, the man in produce dept said ask someone in the dairy dept. for help, because that's not his dept.

TRYING TO pick-up and deliver from Walmart in Sumter SC is virtually impossible. Waiting for over an hour just to be told that the order will be be ready when its ready by employees is not the norm of any company.

I was told personally by management that they hire by quantity not quality. Walmart supercenter in sumter sc is by far the worst I've ever experienced. Never going in the building again.

This is not about Walmart directly but about one of their contractors, Estes shipping to be exact. This is about the return of Order 4162222-569514. It was delivered 05/26/2022. On 05/31/2022 I started a return due to poor quality. The same day I received and email with a link to confirm from Estes, scheduling the pickup for 06/06/2022, on opening the link I was not allowed to proceed without a tracking number that no one had sent to me.

I was checking out yesterday at the regular checkout. I do not use self checks. There was only one register open. When I got in line there was 2 people ahead of me with only a few articles. The cashier told me she was closing and would not help me. I had 2 items.
