Me an my wife went to the Walmart in Pasadena Md. on Ritchie Hwy. Time 8:00 - 8:30 pm. Doing some shopping for my mom. While doing so an employee of Walmart was ease dropping on me and my wife's conversation.

I most of said something she did not like. Because she walked by us an punched me in my arm I asked her why she hit me and she said I heard what you said. I have a torn rotator cuff and not seeing the hit coming It has aggravated my shoulder.

There is no reason whatsoever why a employee should put their hands on me. Not to mention covid an monkeypocks being out there.

This is the 2nd time I have placed a grocery order for delivery and it has not been delivered. To my knowledge, there was no attempt to notify me that my order would not be delivered. Someone has definitely dropped the ball.

Once, I can maybe understand. But twice???? No! This is horrible customer service.

My Walmart Family Mobile Service. I have requested that my SMS service be unblocked many times, but it is still blocked. I have an iPhone so I get I messages. I can’t send nor receive sms messages. My phone has been checked and all settings are correct.

I go to Walmart on timberlake rd lynchburg va at least 4 days a week there is a girl that works there with pink hair for some reason just has a issue with me not only in store but at gas pumps also. At gas pumps she started fussing at me to put my cigar out tried to explain its not lit but kept on telling me to put it out and the hold time I am watching people with cell phones getting in an out of vehicles..

I went to the family market Walmart in Yukon ok. I had to self check because there was only one lane open for cashier help and it was lined up. I am a senior citizen and need help doing some things.

There was 3 employees standing in front of the self check talking and not bothering to see if anyone needed help. That pisses me off why should I do their work when they are getting paid to just stand there.

I feel if you self check you should get at least a 5% discount. From now on I will interrupt their hash party and beg for help. Sam Walton would not be proud how his dream has clouded over.

On 8/2/2022 I tried to contact the vision center at the Glen Burnie MD store on Chesapeake center Dr. From 4:30pm to 7:45pm. The store is open until 8pm. No one answered the phone. It rang about 20 times then I got a busy signal. I then tried to call the main store number and the same thing happened. Apparently the people at this location are not doing their jobs. I would suggest a surprise inspection of this store and it's employees. I never did talk to anyone from either phone number I called. I triple checked to make sure I had the correct phone numbers. There is absolutely no excuse for this type of service or the lack of. Please resolve this issue immediately.

The Walmart in Temple, TX stripped my oil pan on my car when they changed my oil. I have contacted them 3 times and they said they would take care of it. Since then they have not called me back.

I have tried to call them several times and NO ONE answers the phone at Walmart whatsoever. I need for them to replace what they destroyed. This is insane. I live in College Station and I can’t physically go in to the Temple Walmart to speak with them.

I have taken my service dog into Walmart in corsicana Texas put her in the buggy with a blanket and was told she couldn’t ride in it because she has germs but I have seen children in diapers that are leaking shit every where and nobody says or does anything about it my service dog is a lot cleaner they some of the kids that ride in the buggy this has happened several times at different Walmarts if this isn’t stoped I will file a complaint with the Texas disability

Dogs in the shopping carts.

We went to Walmart store at 777 Story Road on July 29, 2022. I saw three separate customers with dogs inside their shopping carts. These were those little yappers.

Service dogs are one thing. I know people need these dogs, but the yappers?

I put items in my car that my family will consume at home and dogs in the shopping carts is unhealthy.

In the past I have spoken with the manager regarding this practice.

Dogs have a time and place, they do not belong in stores.

Stood in line at cashier # 8 for 15 minutes. Only 2 cashiers open. All computers were not giving cash back. Bathrooms had no toilet paper. I live just 3 blocks from the store, it is at Thomas and 38th st Phoenix AZ, left my groceries with another cashier and left.

I went to Fry's, it is located at Thomas and 44th st. it's 90 degrees at 6am here. So you've probably lost a loyal but a very unsatisfied customer.

HP desktop computer purchase - computer, monitor and keyboard -Purchase date 8/2/21 coupled with service plan I have encountered issues with this HP computer since about -2 weeks after purchase; however, I was told it was a minor issue (not to panic) - HDMI inactive as sometimes the wires or cables are loose and must be tightened. Rather, there are times when I cannot get into the computer due to the HDMI inactive issues.

I sent 3-5 emails to HP support without any acknowledgement or response. One day, a supervisor in another Walmart store (not the Walmart Center where the computer was purchased) listened to my concern and suggested that I called a HP provided phone number. I purchased a lift recliner from MERITLIFT. The recliner worked for a short time until it started making a noise and hesitating to lift. On July 20th I started trying to return the chair. 10 days later, and talking with 14 of your customer service representatives.

They started out saying that they were contacting the seller and they have 48 hours to respond. They have been contacted 3 times without any help from them. Then your customer service representative said they would be sending a return label in my email and it could take up to 2 hours.

Hi,

I have been calling customer service since July 20, 2022. I ordered (3) sets of sheets and have yet to receive a refund. On my purchase history it is showing the refund was issued on July 25, 2022. I contacted Affirm and was told they haven’t received the refund. I have spoken with (8) representative members and a supervisor who had me on hold for (15) minutes and then he hung up. Everyone that I have spoken with said, the refund failed and they would escalate my refund to billing. They said, billing would contact me and as of today, I haven’t heard from billing. Prices are different on shelf than at the register. I am very tired of it and have to go to customer service EVERY TIME I shop at Walmart and have to wait for at least 20 minutes to get it resolved. This is wrong.

It’s my money and my time being wasted because of constant mistakes AND like it’s no big deal at customer service. No one cares. I have been a loyal customer and should NOT have to go through this every single time I shop at Walmart. Very very DISSATISFIED. What a shame.

When shipping in your store #02965, we find items in bind marked$5, when at the registration they scanned$9.. showed Jeremy the associate at the time and he said it was on Clearence and he couldn't give them to us for$5, then I asked for the store manager and after Jeremy spoke with him on the phone the reply was that he was too busy to come and speak with me...I worked retail and if something was marked one price and scanned another the item was free..... we just wanted the price on the bin...

Please bring back the great Fabric Dept.!!!!If you were up on the Sewing Scene you would realize that the Quilting Market has gone up, up, and up! It is Booming beyond your knowledge. I used to buy most of my Garment and Quilting fabric at my local stores and I currently Do Not purchase any. Who needs a 1 yard of fabric to make any clothing?

Please look into the Market and realize that you are missing out!

The reason Fabric wasn't selling well was that there was NEVER any staff to help in that Dept.

On 7/26/22 I submitted for a curbside food pickup order online scheduled to be picked up on 7/26/22 between 6-7pm(Order # 2000100-96997122). Shortly after 6pm I received an email message stating that the order was delayed. Now time is approaching and it is now 8pm and still no updates on app or via email on the order status.

So, I contacted the Walmart location for pickup and they said they had my order. So, I then had my son go to the store to pickup the order. When he arrived with food order more than half my order was missing.

I received about 10 items instead of 83-88 items ($300 worth of food). So, I then went to the store myself to speak with management about my order and they printed out the list of my order and realized that most of my items were in fact not provided to me.

This evening, at the Walmart on Loudon Road Concord, NH, we experienced the most disgusting display of management rudeness.

We approached the customer service desk to exchange some shorts, there were about 5-7 people already in line, and as we walked up, the young girl working the register shouted out to us that she was closing. I shop at your Walmart store about a mile from my house at 3715 Ocean Beach Hwy, Longview, WA 98632. I have shopped at this store since I moved into the area and bought my house 2 years ago. I called the electronics department in grants pass oregon 97526 walmart @ 7:34 only to get hanged up on after being told to hold. Then I call back and the same lady voice told me to hold. Then proceeded to hang up the phone without even saying hello or anything.

I had an order delivered yesterday. it was a birthday gift. A rolling sewing machine tote. It came by doordash. When i got it it was damaged. The store is only 2 miles from the house. I told the doordash woman I would return it.

She said she would take it back for me, since she was on the way back there to pick up more items. An employee called me and said they could not exchange it because they did not have any more in stock. com.

On July 22, 2022 I visited the Walmart at Academy Rd and Wyoming Blvd NE in Albuquerque NM to have several prescriptions filled. The Pharmacist, later identified as Tammy Lopez License #00006603, told me in a very rude and loud manner that she would not fill the prescriptions because she felt they were too strong and it was not in line with her personal convictions.

Hello my name is Sylver West. I am a driver for Spark and I am being discriminated against by one of your employees by the name of Jenny, manager of grocery pick up at store #2923. I have spoken to Spark as well as the store directly and no action has been taken as of Monday July 25, 2022.

Walmart has gone to shit. Selection and availability of store brand items sucks now. You know I don't even care about the self checkouts because I used to be a cashier. That doesn't bother me. The ridiculous jacking up of prices does.

There are still employees that are helpful and friendly but it's rare. I'll tell you what the ones that are going around filling online grocery orders are really very rude. I think they think they have the right to just push the customers that are physically there shopping right out of the way to fill their orders. Hoe is this ok???

Hi. I used to love shopping at Walmart. Now not so much. I live in millcreek pa and shop at the store on West ridge rd. The level of customer service has really gone down. I worked in retail for years and am shocked at how many employees in that store just don't care.

I don't mind the self check outs. Another thing is the sudden lack of store products I usually but. Like dishsoap. No store brand to be found. I'm not paying for name brand dawn dish soap! I can't afford it!

Walmart used to be helpful to me! Now it sucks! I guess i will start checking out target even though it is out of my way. The toilet paper I buy used to be around 8 bucks. Now it's 11???

At the Breckenridge Texas Walmart gas station there is a specific clerk named Sandra Collins and this clerk is always rude and very unpleasant but today at 2:40 when I was in there paying for my fuel purchase she took it upon her self to insult me Infront of other customers and this woman has no right asking one of her customers if they are sober.

I found this highly insulting as I do not drink and do not use illegal substances. And I do not believe she has any right to ask me that let alone Infront of other customers. I have let her rudeness slide multiple times but this crosses the line.

I have a box of great value crackers I had just opened to use in my meatloaf and when the meat loaf was done I took a bite and it tasted like paint or glue something terrible the box itself smells and so did the crackers so I could not eat the meatloaf so I just wasted two pounds of ground beef also

I have to arthritis in my back. I can't walk very far. The last 6 times I have gone to shop at your Athens Tennessee store. But there are never any mock carts. If you are lucky enough to find one the battery is almost dead. They are falling apart.

If I can't get a cart I can't shop . very seriously thinking of just shopping at Food City. They always have charged carts and they are in great condition.

Rating: negative 10 I’ve been shopping at your Southgate MI store for years, and I have never been treated so badly as I was on 7/19/22. Apparently you now have people checking receipts (normal at Sams) but something new at Walmart.

When my husband and I were leaving the store an overzealous woman (Kimberly) demanded to see our receipt. I asked “why” and she grabbed the receipt and said” just trying to pay my rent” then proceeded to throw the receipt into my cart!

I’m not sure what her job description is, as she neither looked at our items(which were bagged, nor did she count anything). I stood in line for 10 minutes with customer service. A manager came and called 3 times for assistance in returns. 5 people came to get department returns, 4 people were in the cash office.

Finally an associate came out the cash office to assist. After waiting on 1 person she stated if you have returns come over here, all money transaction stay where you are. I was next in line, but instead of acting a fool I decided to call the store manager.

5 minutes on the phone, I decided to call the support line. Another 5 minute wait. At this point I’m only 1 person and I don’t matter, but I wanted to express my displeasure. Before I spend another dime with Walmart I’ll go to some other BigBox establishment.

com every day since I canceled my order and no one has help me I’ve been hung up on twice I’ve been told that someone will call me back I’ve been told that someone would escalate the call to a supervisor and have them call me back nothing has happened my kids need food and I think I’ve been more than patient being that it is way past your cancellation return policy it’s also showing in the app that my order is delayed which all I need to do is have a canceled and my money back.

com can help me nobody’s helping me everyone is saying that they’re going to escalate it and nothing has been escalated.
