Probably I should file this complaint with Walmart Mexico, but I don't find any channel to do that. Maybe that's part of the problem.

Today I gave up on Walmart. I'm finished with Walmart.

Today I walked out of the store in Lago Real with a half filled cart left in the aisle. (I asked for a manager but none appear to be available.)

There was a line of 10-12 people in each cashier's line, 20 in the self service line. I got tired of waiting and no movement in the line.

But never mind that, I couldn't buy most of my products anyway because they were not on the shelves.

Not the One Touch medical product I need for my medical needs. Not the California Boxed wine I always buy Not the Rib-Eye steaks I prefer Not any boxed Orange juice!

And no manager I could complain to.

The Walmart at 5360 Dixie Hwy Louisville Kentucky 40216 # 4524 This store has been recently remodeled.

However I must state I am disappointed that it's all self service. [ I do not work for Walmart ] I am elderly with back and hip problem's and it's very hard on me to use the self check out.

They have 2 lanes but they don't open them. I'm so disappointed, in this move by Walmart. We customers are upset, that you don't even think of how hard it is for some of us to even go to the store.

Asli the parking lot is always dirty. And carts are hard to get. I just just had to say something. And you can see why you have a 1 star rating

I just absolutely RIDICULOUS to have 15 to 20 people waiting in the self checkout lines at both ends of the store and only have 2 regular checkouts open. I tried to complain to the manager but was told that they couldn't do anything about it and that this is the way corporate does it now.

I for one intend to stop shopping at Walmart!! I would rather pay a few dollars more than deal with this. It will have to be an emergency before I ever step foot in a Walmart again!

We were accused of stealing when we were at the self checkout before we could finish scanning our items. So they had an employee check us out and then they were still trying to accuse us of not scanning everything so they went through everything to check, and everything was scanned.

So we continued to head to the exit and was approached by another employee accusing us of stealing so they went through our stuff again. It was very embarrassing and took up about an hour of my time, and it made me late to work and almost got me fired.

The service provided through your pharmacy sucks excel this sucks! I am tired of being lied to I'm tired of not getting my scripts filled on time as I am a pain management person I need my prescriptions on time every month!

If you're going to close because you can't keep staffing then let us know so we can switch to a different pharmacy! You are putting your Customers in the Pain management customers that come to you with trust in very bad situations!!

We just need a trusting pharmacy and if you cannot teach train or what have you your pharmacists then or pharmacists then you need to get out of the game!

A employee bryce a drake has been doing alot of stuff against your policies including bad safety practices. Drug related and sexual stuff all on company property and when I reported anonymously she threatened to take action against me. She gives coworkers rides to get drugs his name is joey.

M. It did not arrive. M. 23. M. I called the same number back and they assured me the order was only delayed and called the Lavale Wal-Mart to confirm. She came back on the line and advised me the order was awaiting someone to pick it up but would still be delivered. The order never came.

I called the Lavale Store on 09/20/2022, and was told I would get a call back, I never did. I called the store again this morning and was told it looked like the order was picked up but no record of delivery and they said it was not dispersed.

I again called the 800 number back and was advised they could not reorder the items and give me credit for the order. I tried to explain I was getting half off the order but it never came so i am out the order as well as all of the time trying to get this order…

I have been waiting for 30 minutes to speak to a supervisor. The total chat time has been an hour. Just to get a refund for substitutions I didn't receive. When I picked up my order I was told they didn't have time to take the substitutions off at that time.

So now I have wasted an hour of my time with incompetent customer service agents who don't listen.

I have been promised five times by Customer Care that I would receive a refund for my WALMART Membership+ account. My membership was deleted when your app. had to be reloaded to program in an updated email address and phone number. I am not receiving any confirmations whenever my account is debited for membership fees. Also all of my purchases for this year were deleted on my WALMART account. I am yery upset and displeased with your Customer Care and I do NOT like to be lied to. I was also billed for a bedspread that I didn't receive but was sent instead, a pantsuit. I ordered from Walmart online for delivery and after over 24 hours I still have not revived my items. I have made multiple calls to Walmart's customer service number and to the superstore in Thornton itself and so far no food, no service, nothing.

They did charge me though. Does that constitute theft? When someone takes your money and does not give you the merchandise in return? The order was placed on 9/16/22 at 4 pm to be delivered between 9-10 pm ( I had placed another order which I did receive). I has not come.

I called Walmart customer services 2x and the Thornton store 5x, but they still have not delivered the items. Better yet, this isn't even the 1st or 3rd time this has happened - it's the 5th time they have done this (this is the longest time I have had to wait though).

Poor service at tire severe center. Location Tucson Arizona. Speedway and Kolb Location. I went in for a oil change, I had 4 cars ahead of me it took over 4 hours to get my car serviced. After I paid I went home. Once home I noticed Greasy and oily Fingerprints and smudge marks All over the hood and fenders. Also fingerprint marks at the door handle. So I bought the car back to the store So that they could clean it up . They did not clean it up very well at all , pretty much just smeared it. I'll attach several pictures. I ordered Hocus Pocus joggers and the tracking showed the item on the way. What I received was not my order but a random pair of black pajama bottoms. I went to start a return and get the "package them, label, them, and send them back.

I do not work for them and it;s not my job to go to the effort so I gave what I got to a family member. All the automated text sais was sorry out of stock. They knew it was out of stock and led to believe that I was getting the right order.

A few days ago I purchased through Walmart Canada 2 bottles of Adidas Body Wash. Unfortunately, when the bottles arrived, they were both opened and caused quite a mess in the box. Walmart has agreed to refund me the cost of the bottles.

I don't know who is at fault for the bottle opening, but perhaps Walmart have at lease given me 2 more bottles or a credit in addition to the refund for the trouble I incurred in cleaning up the mess.

Hello,

I purchased Yogurt from Walmart Dubuque and noticed that they sold expired Yogurt to me. The label shows it should have been sold by 18th Aug'2022, but it was sold even after 10 days of expiry on 28th Aug'22. Attaching the bill copy and the product with the barcode for your reference.

Last week I was sick with diarrhea and now I realise this could have been a possible reason for the Yogurt which I got earlier.

When I checked with the customer service team at the store, they were mentioning that "It is the customer's responsibility to check if the product is expired before buying and that they are short of manpower to check all these". I seriously did not expect this kind of reply from Walmart which takes customers' health into stake.

66 at my local Walmart store located at 9400 E Hampden, Denver co. 80231 on 8/22/22. 78 was not in my bags. I attempted to call the store at least 10 times that evening to inform someone that I could not go back to the store, but the cat food had been left behind.

No one ever answered the phone. I even attempted to call all of the other departments ( including the pharmacy) and the phone was never answered! I had placed a delivery order to be delivered between 7 and 8 PM on Monday, August 22. By 830 my order has not arrived I called and spoke with a customer service representative who told me that the order is still being processed and it’s on its way and if I did not receive a call back in a half an hour.

I did not get the name of the gentleman I first spoke with. By 930 my order still did not arrive I called again and got another representative on the phone who was to say the least disrespectful and his attitude and also lied to me outright.

Phone Service when calling the Walmart at Alliance Ohio the phone goes unanswered letting it ring 20 times and if you do get a service rep and they transfer the call to the department it goes till it completely disconnects and you start the process all over only to NO ONE answers at all if you call another Walmart that is further away they answer the phone and if the department doesn't pick up it goes back and

Scenario: can't get hdmi working between my phone and TV. With walmart bought cable and adapter. But are they willing to check in the store to see where the problem might be? Hell no. They got a bunch of tv's on the wall, all of'em working, movable to the point where it would be real easy to plug a cable in the back to check connections thru one of there tv's.

Some silly company policy supposedly forbids them to use common sense and take the simply approach. But yet they have the audacity to blame the problem on the customer's equipment and try to sell you a new phone or tv.

I wonder how many customers walmart can afford to loose before it makes a financial impact.

Bought a Visa gift card, when I went to use it the company said I had to activate the card at store, which I did. I have the activation code on my receipt. I went back to Walmart asked to speak with a manager and she wouldn't even come to speak with me.

Curbside Pickup Service- Place an online order using in store search for pick up, it showed the store had the item. I received an email state the product was out of stock and unavailable before the time of pick-up. I showed up at the store prior to my pickup time, walked right to sock area and lo and behold… the very item I order was right in front of my face.

If your employees, do not have the desire to do their job and get the items, you should stop offering this service. This is just laziness. The item was there and not out of stock and unavailable.

Walmart had listed Dawn Ultra dish detergent, 72 ounces, for $9.97. This was for six bottles in a carton. I placed an order and received a message the next morning that I could pick up after 11 AM. Then I got a message shortly thereafter saying that they were substituting two bottles of the regular Dawn, (72 ounces), for the six bottles, at the same price.

I proceeded to chat with a representative and was told that it was supposed to be one bottle, not six. I knew that was wrong. No one would pay nearly $10 for one bottle. They were trying to appease me by substituting two bottles. They ended up giving me a full refund plus I got two bottles free of charge, but again, I feel it was an attempt to cover their butts because many people across the country caught on to their mistake.

I have bought 3 tv’s from Walmart and all of them came with a busted screen!! Bought one it was busted and I returned it and got my money back. Several months later I buy another and the screen was busted!

I returned that and they sent a replacement and that one was busted too!!! Customer service is no help and they always lie and give false information!! They also have people working who can’t speak English and hard to understand and they barely understand you!!! I am beyond frustrated!!!

I placed an order on Sunday 8/7/2022 that said 2 day shipping. I needed this product in an exact time frame to complete work on a deck that had to be done in a 4 day window of no rain.

I received confirmation of order that said I would receive on Weds 8/10 which is technically 3 days of shipping but I still had the window to work with so ok. Product was shipped by third party as promised and put on Fed Ex delivery truck in my area at 3:58 AM for delivery today.

At 4:41pm FedEx delivery driver wrote due to local weather delivery not attempted. This was a total lie. The weather here was 80 and sunny all day. There is extensive road work being done on the road I live on that causes traffic delays.

Dirtiest store I have ever been in. I will never shop here again until its cleaned up. Dont even supply cleaning sheets to wipe off carts. Nasty store. Dont sshop here. Germs and dirt everywhere.
